Sehr guter, schneller Service, hervorragend für Liebhaber der italienischen Küche, erstklassige Lage.

Es war ein nettes italienisches Restaurant mit gutem Service. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm. Das Essen war gut. Die Nduja-Pizza war scharf und sehr schmackhaft. Das Wolfsbarsch-Risotto kam gut an. Die Getränke waren ebenfalls gut. Das Restaurant hat zwei Namen, deshalb haben wir es zuerst verwechselt. Die Toiletten sind sauber.

Das beste Restaurant der Stadt! Köstliches Essen und exzellenter Service in einer sehr freundlichen und einladenden Atmosphäre. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Trotz wenigen Gästen, für 2 Pizzas 45 min gewartet

Für uns die besten Pizzas in Freiburg von welchen es eine schöne Auswahl gibt. Die Vorspeise mit Randencarpaccio, Schafskäse, Mozzarella, Nüssen und Senfvinaigrette war sehr lecker und ein guter Einstieg. Reservieren sicher von Vorteil! Immer wieder gerne zu Gast im La Cigogna!

Unsere Pastagerichte fanden wir weder besonders gut noch schlecht. Die Lachstagliatelle waren verkocht und wässrig. Die Lasagne hingegen war zwar reichlich mit Soße bedeckt, aber die Lasagneblätter waren spärlich gefüllt und klebten daher zusammen. Das Brot hingegen war köstlich, ein wahrer Genuss! Der Service war effizient.

Sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes Restaurant. Die Preise sind angemessen. Die Speisen haben gut geschmeckt und die Portion war ordentlich. Die Kellner sehr freundlich aber wenn man sie nicht aktiv angesprochen hat kamen sie nicht an den Tisch. Schade, ich hätte auch mehr Getränke bestellt. Was für mich gar nicht ging waren die vielen Lilien, sehen schön aus aber es hat extrem gerochen (für mich roch es nach Pferdestall).

Pizza, Nix besonderes, Stein hart

La Cicogna beziehungsweise Storchen hat uns mit Pizza und Pasta wirklich überzeugt. Alles war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Service war ebenfalls top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und auch Sonderwünsche wurden problemlos berücksichtigt und umgesetzt, ohne dass man sich unwohl fühlt oder etwas offen bleibt. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Besuch mit gutem Essen und einem hervorragenden Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes italienisches Essen mit sehr guten Service

Das Restaurant kam mir auf den ersten Blick sehr edel vor und teuer von innen wie außen. Die Preise waren fand ich gerade noch so okay, obwohl ich fast 20 Euro für Nudeln bisschen teuer finde. Ansonsten war der Rest alles super. Haben am Vortag für ca 10 Personen reserviert und einen Platz bekommen. War aber ziemlich voll gewesen. Sollte vielleicht wirklich besser reservieren, bevor man hingeht. Das Essen war aber fantastisch, obwohl mir die Nudeln ein bisschen zu Hart gekocht waren. Liegt aber eher an mir, bin es weich gewohnt. Der Preis war saftig. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Abend und der Service hat ein verdammt tollen Job gemacht. Im Restaurant selber haben es alle aus der Gruppe für sehr laut empfunden und man konnte sich nur schwer unterhalten, was ich sehr schade fande

Ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Wir kamen ohne Reservierung mit 4 Personen und zwei kleinen Kindern und haben nur noch einen ganz kleinen Tisch bekommen, über den wir uns aber sehr gefreut haben. Und trotz dem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind glücklich und satt wieder gegangen. Da ich aktuell keinen Knoblauch essen kann (Stillzeit) und ich den Kellner fragte, was ich essen kann und wo kein Knoblauch drin ist, und er mir dann sagte, dass sie alles ohne Knoblauch zubereiten könnten, da alles frisch zubereitet wird, war ich noch mehr begeistert. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt! Ganz toll, vielen Dank für den Abend und wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Freiburg sind.

Sehr gutes Essen, großzügige Portionen.

Ganz knapp die Trophäe für den schlechtesten Service aller Zeiten verfehlt, wirklich knapp. Wir haben die schlechten Bewertungen leider erst jetzt gelesen. Wir sind vergleichsweise wohl nach ganz gut davongekommen.

Machen sie einen weiten Bogen!! Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant schien angenehm, der Kellner machte zu Beginn einen freundlichen Eindruck. Im weiteren Verlauf kam es jedoch zu mehreren Serviceproblemen. Die Bolognese wurde zunächst ohne Parmesan serviert; dieser wurde erst deutlich später nachgebracht. Das zweite Gericht (Tagliatelle Tonno) kam mit spürbarer Verzögerung, zu einem Zeitpunkt, als ich mit der Bolognese nahezu fertig war. Wie sich später zeigte, war der Kellner mit dem Fischgericht bereits auf dem Weg zu unserem Tisch, stellte den Teller jedoch im Lokal ab, um sich um neu eingetroffene Gäste zu kümmern. Das Gericht stand dadurch mehrere Minuten unbeaufsichtigt, was sowohl die Verzögerung als auch die lauwarme Temperatur erklärte. Beide Gerichte waren beim Servieren nur lauwarm. Der Fisch (Thunfischfilet am Stück) war in der Mitte roh. Bei einem heißen Gericht wäre das noch akzeptabel gewesen, bei dieser Temperatur jedoch nicht. Beim Abservieren fragte der Kellner, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei. Ich benannte sachlich den fehlenden Parmesan und den rohen Fisch. Auf den Parmesan wurde nicht eingegangen, zum Fisch hieß es lediglich, dieser müsse nicht durch sein. Eine Entschuldigung oder kurze Rückmeldung blieb aus. Der Teller wurde wortlos mitgenommen und später ebenso wortlos wieder gebracht. Danach war das Gericht heiß und der Fisch korrekt gegart – es wäre also möglich gewesen. Essen und Atmosphäre haben grundsätzlich Potenzial. Der Ablauf im Service, insbesondere Timing, Aufmerksamkeit und der Umgang mit Rückmeldungen, haben den Gesamteindruck jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Ich bestellte ein Gericht mit Dorade auf Kürbisrisotto. Das Risotto war nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern nur aufgewärmt und wirkte nicht mehr ganz so frisch. Es war etwas fad im Geschmack, und der Fisch war nicht salzig genug.

Scam French customers who don't speak German. You order a glass of wine and they force you to take the pitcher, but if you're German, you're allowed the glass. The food is basic, the pizza isn't as good as the cafeteria's.

I decided to drop in because the restaurant looked nice from the outside. However, the bearded waiter's attitude was terrible, he would click his tongue and was arrogant, ruining the whole atmosphere. As for the food, it looked good, but it was a strange dish of pasta with just oil on it, dry melon, and prosciutto with butter on it for some reason. The taste was terrible, so I wouldn't recommend it.

We had an aperitif on the terrace. Drinks were good. Service was very slow. We went inside to pay so we wouldn't have to wait as long as we already did for our order.

We were in Freiburg, planning to stop at this Italian restaurant after our city tour. Unfortunately, it was already full for a larger group. But they didn't turn us away. We had to wait a while, but then, by moving around and pushing around, they managed to get us a spot. Great! The wine was delicious, the food fabulous and plentiful. The vitello tonnato is excellent! The penne rigate picanti is also delicious! Yummy! The waiters were very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended. They just need to improve a few spots (walls, pillars) and dust the lamps every now and then ;) We weren't disappointed on our second visit either. The pizza and pasta are delicious! The caramel cream wasn't quite to my taste, but the pana cotta was delicious.

A very unpleasant evening, as the waiter was extremely impatient and rude. He constantly reprimanded us, speaking in a rude, commanding tone. In the end, he wanted to collect our bill early so he could "finish work." At 10:20 p.m., he started complaining loudly to force us to leave the restaurant. All eight of us are from Freiburg, but we won't be eating at this restaurant again!

Unfortunately, something wasn't brought several times, and even when asked, it took five minutes each time for it to arrive at the table. Furthermore, the value for money wasn't very good, otherwise there would have been four. €125 for two main courses, a salad, one aglio e olio, and antipasti is a bit much...

Very good food and service, and a more than fair price considering the location

In any case, I had the best dinner of my three-day visit to Tübingen.

So-so. I found the drinks, in particular, to be very expensive. The food was also rather expensive.

There were six of us. We reserved a table. The food was exceptionally good. The house specialties are highly recommended. The other dishes on the menu are also fantastic. Service was attentive, fast, and friendly, but not intrusive. Thank you for the lovely evening and the delicious food. We'll be happy to come back.

Authentic and mostly delicious Italian food. Good salad. The pizzas and focaccia come in huge portions (I asked them to cut my pizza with a roller instead of fighting the pizza with a knife, and they did it right away). The waiters are polite but busy so it's hard to get a waiter. The second time we were there, there was a serious fly problem, sitting outside. We didn't check if there was air conditioning inside the restaurant (most restaurants that aren't American fast food chains don't have it) and we preferred to try sitting outside.

After being disappointed with the local food in the area, we arrived at the ideal restaurant for Israelis! An *Italian* restaurant with excellent food and very kind waiters!!! Very reminiscent of the food in Israel and a wide selection of dishes suitable for the whole family, lovely and professional service! Worth a visit :)

We had a wonderful meal on the charming terrace, right next to the magnificent Schwabentor Gate. Unfortunately, we didn't have dessert, as after a generously filled bruschetta and delicious pasta, there was no room for it. We'll definitely be back!

We had a bruschetta starter and sea bream with chanterelles and rissotto. Everything was delicious, fresh, and the service was attentive.

We had a wonderful evening. The service was simply fantastic, and so was the food. We had tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, which were simply divine. My wife had pasta with a tuna steak, which was simply perfect. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. You should definitely make a reservation, as it gets extremely busy. We'd go back anytime.

Today we had the antipasti platter and the lasagna with salmon and spinach. Both were beautifully presented and tasted very good. In our opinion, both are highly recommended. The ambiance on the terrace and the service left nothing to be desired.

The food was good. The service was rather impatient and not very helpful. I got the impression I had to leave as quickly as possible so they could fill the table again. The parmesan was taken from our table and immediately given to the neighbors. There was a wide selection of pasta and pizza. The food was okay. A bit too salty in my opinion. I had a pasta bolognese.

We were searching for a suitable dining spot for our young children. We noticed a family with young children sitting on the patio, which led us to believe it would be a good choice. We ordered a pizza and drinks, but the waiter appeared visibly annoyed and began speaking German to his coworker. If you’re an American family with young children, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s unfortunate because the food was actually good, but the service was lacking.

Unfortunately, something very serious happened in terms of catering. Finding something on your plate that is potentially dangerous to your health is not acceptable at all. I will not publish photos or go into details and I will try to give a judgement only on the dish I ate. Tagliatelle with salmon and asparagus: the pasta was cooked well but the asparagus was too al dente but above all without flavour, very little oil, perhaps without salt. It should definitely be reviewed They apologized for the inconvenience and offered us coffee. Nice place in an excellent location

We visited your restaurant. Friendly staff, absolutely delicious food, and a very cozy atmosphere.

We go there often with the university and guests; the food is reliable and good (everyone is always very satisfied) and the service is really friendly. The seating is good, even after 9:30 p.m. – which is by no means the case everywhere in Freiburg.

We came here for a spontaneous meal. The food was delicious, the staff was also very friendly and we really liked it. What unfortunately marred the visit a bit were the toilets. After we paid we went to the toilet briefly. At that point they were completely messed up with the legacies of our predecessors. We are aware that there was a lot going on and that you can't check the toilets every minute, but it's really unpleasant when you stand/sit in other people's leftovers. However, I can't imagine that this is the norm. I think it was an unfortunate coincidence because otherwise everything was great.

Very nice welcome and we ate very well! If you don't know German, you can speak Italian and English there without any worries! Remember to tip when adding the bill! This can even be chosen and put when paying with your bank card!

One of the best restaurants I ate in. Fish soup was great. Dorade with risotto - wow. A bit slow service, but I can still recommend the place. It was sad to read some other people had different experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, it took them more than 45 minutes to bring the food. I don't know if they did it to consume more drinks, but we still didn't complain and waited patiently, ordering more drinks and waiting for the food even though the restaurant was not full. The surprise was when one of the employees (the man with glasses and white hair) showed a very unprofessional and rude attitude. He got very upset when we didn't leave a tip as if it were an obligation and not an option, which I thought was totally inappropriate and out of line. If the food arrives so late and the service is not adequate, why should I leave you a tip? The attitude of the waiter who I believe is the owner was so negative that even after reading several reviews online, I realized that I am not the only person who has had problems with his behavior. Many other people have also mentioned the bad attitude and unfriendly treatment of that same waiter, confirming that it is not an isolated case. In short, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good service, respectful attention and a pleasant experience. The slowness and attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

El camarero de gafas y pelo blanco (creo que es el encargado o el dueño) es un impresentable. Nos trató bastante mal por no haber dejado propina después de haber esperado más de 45 minutos por nuestra comida. En ningún momento nos quejamos de la lentitud del servicio simplemente esperamos y aún así¿te sorprende que un cliente no te deje propina? La propina es una opción y no una obligación pero con ese trato lo raro es que haya clientes. Muy maleducado.

We went to Storchen on Friday evening for an aperitif and then went for dinner after going to the cinema. The Speciàlitta della casa, homemade ravioli, were partly hard, partly cold, partly as they should be. Our objection or comment about this was noted - and that was it.

The wine tasted like cork, the pizza was lukewarm, and the service wasn't particularly convincing. All in all, unfortunately not recommended.
