The gluten free pizza was very good.

Excellent pizza and pinsa, truly Italian. The Italian staff were also excellent and very kind.

The pizzas weren't ready yet and tasted like raw dough. Every kebab shop pizza tastes better.

Extremely long waiting times, wrong food, no apology, food tasted okay. Wouldn't go again. Also very small and narrow.

I've been here a few times and it's always been the same: good food, friendly service, but they almost never come and ask if you want to order anything else, which is a shame.

It wasn't our first time there, but it would definitely be our last time. I had a pizza that was three quarters burnt, especially from the bottom. That can happen, but unfortunately we weren't served and it was very time-consuming to order something. When the food was taken away after a long time, I pointed out that the pizza was burnt. There was no reaction to this. When I said this again when paying, the answer came that this was the case with a stone oven pizza. The pizza was black and inedible. I still had to pay the full price. At the prices that are charged, the service should be better and you shouldn't take your guests for a fool. Apart from that, it is not healthy to sell burnt food. The other food wasn't particularly good quality either.

Service was ok, but a bit confusing. The drinks came after the meal. The gluten free pizza was very tasty. At lunch there is no gluten-free pasta, only gluten-free pizza. Lunch is relatively cheap.

If you want to eat authentically Italian food, you definitely have to come to the Krone. There's a bit of everything, Pinsa original Neapolitan pizza, meat and fresh fish 🐟

There is extremely good gluten-free pizza dough and also gluten-free pasta here. Unfortunately, the vegetarian carbonara was a bit disappointing. We always come back for the pizza!

Unfortunately the second bad experience. One pizza with salsiccia ---> intestinal cramps and diarrhea. Now 1 year later salad ---> This time only diarrhea.

It was actually quite nice there, unfortunately I got food poisoning half an hour after I ate a pizza there. Never go there again.

We spontaneously went to the Krone as a larger group, were able to get a place at the regulars' table in a completely full restaurant and were simply thrilled! Nice, fast service, incredibly attentive, amazing food and one of the most child-friendly places we've ever experienced. We definitely weren't there for the last time, see you next time!!!

Hello, We hadn't been there in a few years, but It's still just great. The starter plate alone is in a class of its own, we had just eaten in St. Sebastian in the Basque Country, which also has very good starters, but here it is simply from another star! This alone makes the long journey from Bordeaux worth it. We always like to come back. Of course everything else was very good too.

Super friendly and very attentive staff. Pasta dishes very good. Can only be recommended. Always worth a visit. Daily meals are always great too. Very cozy atmosphere. Investments are always made in locality. You can also eat fish very well.

Great location, like mom’s in Italy. Not only great pizzas topped with high-quality ingredients, but also pasta etc. based on original recipes from Italy. The name Osteria would almost be appropriate here, but everything includes a small, great selection of wines at normal prices. We also witnessed the loving care and service provided to two severely disabled wheelchair users. We would have to give this more than five stars. I think the whole thing wasn't a one-day level thing. We are from the Rhineland and have never experienced it in this form. Dear Italy fan, visit the Pizzeria Krone and have your own experience.

Auf der Durchreise hab ich mich zufällig für dieses italienische Restaurant mit dem für italiener ungewöhnlichen Namen " Die Krone" entschieden. Die Krone gebührt dem überaus engagiertem freundlichem Personal ebenso wie dem Küchenchef. Wann immer ich in diese Ecke komme werde ich wieder hier essen. Mein Geheimtipp in Freiburg. Leider wird mein Weg aus Niederbayern nicht oft hierher führen. P.S probiert unbedingt die Pinsa Nduja.

Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen und zum Aperitif noch einen Espresso/ Limoncello bekommen. Danke dafür !

Die Krone: Italienisches Flair in Freiburg! Die Krone ist bekannt für seine unvergleichlichen Pizzen und bietet ein echtes Stück Italien in Freiburg. Die herzliche Atmosphäre und authentische Dekoration vermitteln ein authentisches italienisches Erlebnis. Ich probierte eine Margherita und eine Pizza mit Salami, beide mit frischen, hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit angemessenen Preisen und exzellentem Essen ist Die Krone ein unverzichtbarer Ort für Pizzafreunde in der Stadt. Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen!

Sind heute spontan zum ersten Mal in die Krone gegangen zum Mittagessen. Sehr gute, krosse Pinsa, toller Beilagensalat (frisch, selbstgemachtes Dressing, schöner Mix an Salat und Gemüse), sehr feine Pasta cacio e pepe. Wir werden öfter kommen!

Pizzeria halt, nix besonderes. 250 gr Steak mit Beilage 32,90 €. Da bleib ich lieber zu Hause.

Empfehlenswertes Restaurant, Pizza Diavola und Pasta Scolio waren sehr lecker 😋 auch die antipasti war super.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Alkoholfreien Hugo, der sehr gut war. Die Vorspeisen sehen nicht nur fantastisch aus, sie schmecken auch so. Der Hauptgang und die Nachspeise ebenfalls. Wir sind sehr freundlich bedient worden. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend.

Pizza zum mitnehmen, Pizza war ganz ok schön knusprig am Rand. Kann man durchaus mal ausprobieren das Restaurant!

Sehr kinderfreundlich. Was wir jedoch nicht wussten, dass die "normale Karte" NICHT zwischen 13.45 und 17 Uhr gilt. Das hat uns schon etwas enttäuscht, da wir dieses Ristorante extra wegen der Fleischgerichte um 14 Uhr aufgesucht hatten. Pizza mit ein paar Beilagen wird dann doch etwas teuer.

Viel zu lange für eine einfach Pizza bei sehr wenig besuch gewartet, Nach ungefähr 45min kam die Pizza dann an, sie war auf einer Seite verbrannt und auf der anderen nicht richtig durch. Der Käse war übertrieben viel um zu verstecken das der Teig fast so dünn war wie ein Blatt Papier. Der Geschmack war auch ehr mittelmäßig. 3/10 würde lieber beim Döner nebenan eine Pizza kaufen, billiger, schneller und besser.

Leider haben viele Restaurants am Montag geschlossen und so sind wir in der Krone gelandet. Die Pinsa war nicht schlecht aber doch recht teuer. Und es gibt so wie beim Service noch viel Luft nach oben.
