Beautiful restaurant, but service and food terrible. We were very impressed at first, after we had to wait 1 hour for our drinks. At 30° the food arrived at some point. I ordered the truffle pasta, which tasted nothing like Parmesan, was cold and really didn't taste like anything. I think the bartender served me my pasta. When I pointed out that my pasta was cold and really didn't taste like parmesan, he put my pasta, which I had already tasted, back into the parmesan body. And Then put them back on my plate. They were still cold and the second round in the Parmesan body didn't have a different taste either. It's a real shame. Pizza was okay, nothing special. I would have expected more for the price.

Unfortunately our expectations were not met. When I think of authentic cuisine, I imagine something different. Unfortunately, our nice criticism was not responded to.

In comparison, it was a slightly higher priced Italian, so we had quite high expectations. Ambiance: the outside area in particular could have been made nicer, unfortunately you don't feel like you're in Italy here. Service: was good, every wish was fulfilled, the waiters were friendly - unfortunately we had to. We wait a long time for the food. Food: our food was good, but nothing exceptional. We've eaten better and cheaper in Freiburg.

It is not a tourist area, but it says a lot of local habits: legere, people come from around, enjoy the summer evening…staff is italian and german spoken, really nice and you get a great food for a fair price: very freiburg-like.

Unfortunately I didn't get enough. 4 very thin ravioloni is a bit flimsy. It's homemade and doesn't taste bad, but for €17 I expect something better and, above all, that I'll be full. It's a shame, I probably won't go there again, even though it's nice to sit there.

We have eaten at La Mucca several times. But this time the service was simply bad. There were 3 of us and 2 people got the pizza after 30 minutes and the third person was told off that it would take a while. Reason: something went wrong in the kitchen and the food was forgotten. After we canceled the meal because the other people were finished and we had another appointment, the service person came to us and said that nothing had gone wrong, that everything was freshly prepared and that you had to wait at least 30 minutes for it Waiting for food. When I expressed my displeasure that this wasn't possible, that one part got their food and the other had to wait, I was dismissed as unfriendly. I have been working in the catering industry for years and have also learned there and that is part of the small 1x1 that the table gets the food when it is closed. Afterwards we were ignored, so we had to go to the counter ourselves to pay. Conclusion: service terrible!!!

Wir sind immer gerne ins La Mucca gewesen. I habe ganz normal zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes reserviert und wir sind mit unseren zwei Kinder hin. Der vertraute leckere Duft hat uns daran erinnert, wieso wir genau dort zu seinem 7. Geburtstag hin wollten- die leckere Antipasti und Pizza. Leider waren wir total unhöflich begrüsst. Nach eine halbe Stunde kam die Bedienung total unfreundlich mit der Speisekarte. Auf meinem Wunsch schneller zu bestellen, weil die Kinder Hunger haben und wir bereit sind zu bestellen, kam einen trockenen Kommentar: für 70 Leute wäre er da und wenn es uns nicht passt, sollen wir woanders hin. Sehr Schade! Trotz gutes Essen und leckere Weine, kommen wir nie wieder. Alles Gute!

The starter was okay, the homemade ravioli was delicious, the fish plate had too much oil. Overall the food was satisfactory. The service was also okay. However, I won't be staying there again - having to endure such musical annoyance from the speakers in an Italian restaurant that is "upscale" is torture on many levels. In the end, I went home strained - even the 13-year-old child who was there and who consumes modern sounds said he was strained. No - I don't want to spend an evening like that again that cost more than €100.

Had the Parmesan pasta with pesto, tossed it in the Parmesan for 1 minute and was absolutely delicious! I noticed the service as particularly attentive but not intrusive. The table next door had to wait a little longer for their food than we did, but from what I can tell from the staff there, that will probably be the exception. The furnishings with an open kitchen and modern ambience are also pleasing, keep it up La Mucca!

The best meal I have eaten at an Italian restaurant. Homemade ravioli with crab meat filling. Antipasti and hazelnut tiramisu. Simply delicious. Waiters extremely competent and friendly. Without seeming intrusive. Simply always with very good suggestions and courteous to the guests. Perfect!

Pizza is very tasty...when serving, the woman is very aggressive and verbally attacks you. You can also speak to customers in a normal tone, you don't have to shout at them and slam their plates full of karracho on the table so that the drinks almost fly to the floor.

I had a very tasty burrata (yes, there are actually good and nice ones, it was very good here in this restaurant!!!) and then I chose the tagliolini with truffle. My request to have tagliatelle was immediately acceded to and I enjoyed this great taste experience all evening. Nice restaurant with great flair and nice staff. Unfortunately, the food was not satisfactory for most of our group considering the price. The starter was good, my salmon pizza was well topped and of a reasonable size, but unfortunately almost cold, hardly seasoned, the edge was very hard and the lemon note was far too intense. A pity.

Leckere Pizza. Pasta aus dem Parmesan war gut aber leider kalt, und wurde nicht am Tisch zubereitet, was die Pasta aus dem Parmesanlaib ja eigentlich ausmacht. Der Service war nicht sehr aufmerksam, nach dem Hauptgang saßen wir leider 20min mit leeren Gläsern da. Als jemand auf uns aufmerksam wurde haben wir dann bezahlt. Preise sind allgemein sehr hoch.

Wirklich tolle location und essen! Haben mir sogar per request eine Rose auf den Tisch gestellt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Fantastico, il cuoco è italiano, parte dello staff è italiano e questo è sempre un buon segno. Il carpaccio era corposo e ricco, con molto parmigiano e olio di qualità a volontà. Come primo ho ordinato i ravioli. Sono stato molto soddisfatto e contento perché ho visto che sono stati fatti a mano, proprio come li avrei fatti anche io. Il cuoco è stato capace di bilanciare perfettamente zafferano e cuore di pecorino di Pienza, davvero ingredienti di qualità. Costa un po' ma ne vale la pena. Essen ist super lecker. Leider hat der Kellner Kaugummi gekaut, während er meine Parmesannudeln zubereitet hat. Ein Glück landete der Kaugummi nicht in meinem Essen ;)

Ich war des öfteren zu Besuch. Essen hochpreisig, aber sehr gut. Service nicht immer top, besonders wenn Lokal gut besucht ist. Zuletzt 15 Minuten nach dem Essen mit leerem Teller und leerem Weinglas gewartet, dann selbst an die Kasse, Rechnung bezahlt und gegangen. Komme nicht so schnell wieder. Die ruppige Art der weiblichen Servicekraft ist verstörend.

So ein frisches Essen habe ich Freiburg schon lange nicht mehr erlebt! Super Bedienung, hervorragendes Essen, freundliches Personal und vor allem...es gibt keine störende und grässliche Musik, man kann sich wunderbar unterhalten. Preise? Tja, nicht gerade niedrig, aber man gönnt sich ja sonst nichts. Wir sind uns wert!! Kann nur weiterempfehlen!

Die parpadelle alla norcina sind in Ordnung etwas geschmacklos als Mittagstisch eindeutig zu teuer. Dass der Parmesan, der dem Ganzen wenigstens ein bisschen Würze gibt, mit einem Euro extra berechnet wird - passt zu dem Gesamteindruck

"Keine Pizza auf 2 Teller" oder Salat als Hauptgang! La Mucca ist ein italienisches Restaurant mit sehr hohen Qualitätsansprüchen an die authentische italienische Frischeküche. Etwas anderes würde der Perfektionist Hr.Lucca in seiner Küche gar nicht zulassen. Natürlich ist alles super frisch, hausgemacht und liebevoll dargereicht. Fischgerichte sind absolut lecker und sind teilweise gestern noch im Meer geschwommen frischer geht es bei uns in BW schon gar nicht mehr.

Super nette Bedienung, schneller und aufmerksamer Service. (Besteck einmal heruntergefallen und es wurde direkt neues Angeboten) Das Essen konnte kaum besser sein, auch richtige italienische Küche.

Hatten einen super schönen Abend mit wirklich liebevoll zubereitetem, italienischem Essen. Die Antipasti, Fischplatte, Risotto, Pasta im Parmesanleib und Garnelen mit Trüffelkartoffelpüree waren alle handwerklich, optisch und dann auch geschmacklich top. Nachtisch leicht und richtig lecker. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, offen für Anmerkungen. Nichts zu mecker, neues Lieblingsrestaurant!

Schön und modern eingerichtetes italienisches Restaurant mit einer ansprechenden Karte, nicht zu groß. Freundliche Bedienung mit guten Service. Die Gnocchi grandi waren lecker. Die Panacotta war gut aber der Panacotta Anteil zu klein. Zuviel Früchte und Fruchtsoße.

Hervorragende italienische Küche jenseits der Pizza. Antipasti, primi und secondi hervorragend und auf den Punkt zubereitet. Für die dolci blieb leider kein Platz mehr. Werden wir das nächste Mal nachholen. Zusammenfassung: Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Das Ambiente, der Reservierungsvorgang sind toll und vielversprechend. Leider die Realität nicht. Die Tageskarte kommt auf einem zerfledderten Zettel. Der 1. Eindruck ist vernichtend. Service erschien überfordert, obwohl das Lokal nicht mal halb voll war. Qualität des Essen steht diametral dem Anspruch gegenüber, der zunächst geweckt wird. Gemischte Antipasti waren ok. Miesmuscheln in Weißwein schlechte Qualität, auch geschmacklich, wenngleich die Soße ok war. Zudem waren die Hälfte der Muscheln Vongole und nicht Cozze... absolut enttäuschend. Auch bei den restlichen Speisen am Tisch nur Enttäuschung. Kleine Portionen und bzgl. Qualität stimmte das Verhältnis zum Preis nicht. Der Atmosphäre, die der Service letztlich zunichte machte, fehlte die Seele. So schade... Nie wieder...

Ich war am Samstagabend dort und der Laden war richtig voll. Reservierung ist unbedingt erforderlich. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde ich sehr freundlich platziert. Ich habe das Carpaccio gegessen und das Kalbsschnitzel mit Gemüse und Gnocchi. Die Gnocchi waren eine Umbestellung, die aber trotz vollem Haus umgesetzt wurde. Beides war sehr, sehr lecker! Insgesamt herrscht eine tolle Atmosphäre und das Serviceteam macht einen sehr schnellen und überaus freundlichen Job! Weiter so! Ich komme gern wieder!

Wir sind heute mit ziemlich großen Erwartungen zum Abendessen im La Mucca gewesen. Leider bin ich maßlos enttäuscht von dem dargebotenen Service. Folgendes hat uns sehr irritiert und zeigte, trotz geringer Auslastung der Lokalität, dass der Service überfordert war: Der Platz war trotz Vorreservierung (Kind wurde explizit erwähnt) nicht eingedeckt und ein Kinderstuhl an keinem der gedeckten Tische zu sehen.. Das bedeutet, dass unsere Reservierung vergessen wurde, obwohl man nochmals anrief und eine leichte Verspätung ankündigte. Es wurde uns nicht gefragt ob wir zu Beginn etwas trinken möchten (ich hätte gerne im weiteren Verlauf des Abends diverse Weine getrunken, jedoch kam keine Bedienung vorbei) Wir mussten 1 Stunde auf unser Essen warten und Gäste, welche später eintrafen, bekamen dies deutlich früher. Unseren 2-jährigen Sohn mussten wir in der Zwischenzeit auf der angrenzenden Grünfläche unterhalten. Nachdem das Essen kam, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Essen für unseren Sohn vergessen wurde (Pizza Margarita) —> überbrückt wurde dies mit trockenem Brot. Die „Begeisterung“ bei unserem kleinen war dementsprechend und auf dem Siedepunkt angelangt. Es wurde nicht gefragt wie man das Fleisch gerne hätte (Rare, Medium, Well Done) Die leeren Teller standen nach den Mahlzeiten sehr lange vor uns. Das Essen war gut, wurde aber durch den schwachen Service zu Nichte gemacht. Es erweckt den Eindruck, dass das Personal zu jung und unerfahren in der Branche ist. Für dieses preisliche Niveau muss leider beides stimmen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man nach der Beschwerde per Mail, auch auf gleichem Wege eine Rückmeldung bekam.

Leckere hausgemachte Pasta, tolle Vorspeisen und netter Service! Speisen sind nicht günstig aber in Ordnung für die Qualität. Gerne wieder und zu empfehlen.
