Small restaurant, friendly service, the food was tasty

Saw it by chance and stopped in for a beer with our group, and it turned into a whole evening. Great service and delicious beer. We also had a great snack for everyone. TOP.

They season the garnish without leaving the customer a choice.

A very small German pub quite central in Nuremberg. Mainly aimed at locals but they were very happy to help as foreigners with the menu and the food was ok. Beer though was their strong point! It was nice to get away from the tourist traps for a moment and if you want a little bit of genuine German culture and are not posh, this is a place to go.

Bad gay bar. Be careful, the waiter tries to charge twice in places. Can't do mental math and needs 10 minutes for 1 beer.

Within a year, things had slowed down a lot, as a straight person you are constantly not left in peace by the penetrative and mostly drunk gay guys, despite hints. Sometimes just unbearable.

The food was good so far, but the service left a lot to be desired. I had ordered something through Lieferando that apparently was no longer available that evening (why could I even choose it?) The restaurant then called me and asked me to please cancel the order myself with Lieferando (which in my opinion is the restaurant's job if they forgot to set it to "not available". The restaurants have the option of contacting Lieferando to do this or something similar. At least restaurants have already rejected orders from me). I still opened a ticket... it doesn't hurt. However, the order was still set to “Delivered” which is why Lieferando did not cancel the order. I think it's absurd to let the customer run after their money... especially the audacity of telling Lieferando that they had delivered the food that was no longer available. I was now able to cancel the whole thing using the Lieferando hotline, which is actually only for restaurants.

A place where you can enjoy delicious food in a warm Christmas atmosphere. There is a bar table and 3 tables inside, so it can accommodate about 20 people. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. However, the food serving speed takes a long time. It seems to take more than 30 minutes.

Nice place with a friendly, local vibe. Excellent meal. Staff was very nice. It's not 5 star dining but I was looking for something authentic and everything was great.

Went there for dinner after visiting the Christmas market. Small, rustic pub. Eating so well, starter at the same time as the main course and only lukewarm. Apparently a hired chef from the Michelin-starred area was there. Unfortunately I couldn't tell from the food. Prices a bit too expensive.

The schnitzel was big but not tasty. The fries were dripping with grease. The waitress was very nice, but unfortunately he couldn't cook.

Nice little pub with regional cuisine. We were warmly welcomed, even if we weren't the real target group. The food was hearty and really good. The beers and fruit schnapps from the oak barrel were also worth the money. Everyone was really nice, open and we had a good dinner experience. Thank you and see you next year.

Rating: 1 star I wanted to try La Bas restaurant and had high expectations. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a bitter disappointment. I had the food delivered and the packaging was so bad that the Lieferando driver gave me a soggy bag. All of my food fell on the floor and the sauce spilled out. After waiting for over an hour, I ended up with no food. I certainly don't pick up food from the ground just to have anything. The conversation with a Labas employee was just as disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, the blame was placed on the Lieferando driver. The employee responded to my complaint in a casual manner and simply said: “I can’t help you with that.”

Previously the service and the very good treatment, for a month the bouncer doesn't let some people in and when we foreign domos tell us that we have to pay the entrance fee to enter the bar if they are eterosexual, supposedly costs 10€ per person and if they are LGBT 5€, I decided to visit the bar so often and it is something new for me that the bouncer treats me rudely and asks for 10€ because otherwise who will buy his drinks. This happened on October 22, 2024 at 3:20 am. Please take a step that I reported on the "La Bas" bar page. She is one less customer while she is with this procedure without reporting it on the networks. ...

Strange.... The Starlight Karaoke Club was - contrary to the announcement online - not open on Monday. We wanted to get out of the dark area around the Kornmarkt and found "there's a light over at the Frankenstein place". Appears as a restaurant. Interesting offer, but only men far and wide. Of course also an interesting man in service. Reservedly cool, but correct. My friend requested “Bitter Lemon, if not available then a juice spritzer”. I chose a Reissdorf Kölsch. Another gentleman delivered tonic water and a bottle of Gaffel Kölsch. Behind us there was a nice chat from 2 gentlemen from the Netherlands. They spoke reverently of “gay man.” 11 p.m., humid 23 degrees. Gaff isn't bad either. I dared to look inside. 3 tables with trattoria tablecloth, cozy bar with high chairs. When I asked if they happened to have Mexican (a Hamburg specialty made from tomato juice and hot chilies), the singing service man (to Whitney Houston), who said it was his first day here, said "of course" and fetched a bottle with one from downstairs Williams Christ label and red contents. It was: delicious homemade Mexican. The permanent waiter was amazed and held out a glass to try. Despite a small coughing fit, he thought it was fine. For us, it was an encounter of the “third kind”. ............... The next afternoon at 5 p.m. I came back here with my best friend and husband. For dinner, because we met the chef here last night over a beer. It's actually really amazing what he can conjure up in this little kitchen!! We were very satisfied with the mushrooms in sauce and dumplings as well as the Franconian dinner. We also received - oh wonder, as ordered - Paulaner Hefeweizen on tap (i.e. several times in 0.3 l glasses) and of course... Mexican. It wasn't easy at all with the very drunk young man who was politicizing and also really "over it". The service and guest lifted him off the bench and finally sent him home after 3 unsuccessful attempts. Whether he got there... we recommended it to him. And paid his bill. It doesn't get much more human than here!

Hungry the evening before the helpers at the Metropolmarathon in June. Stumbled into the restaurant by chance. Regional dishes are a big plus. Kässpätzle generous portion, partner had meat and found everything very tasty. Waiting time a little longer, but within reason Prices very moderate. Deduction due to unreal toilet and sexist female figure in the entrance area. Uncomfortable feeling. Waiters sleazy. The landlord offered schnapps, which we found on the bill. I often go to the restaurant alone in the evening. I wouldn't feel comfortable here. Still, it's nice to find an original in a city of this size. We avoid chain restaurants if possible. Recommended for tourists because of the “weird” atmosphere. Drink prices and quality exemplary. A big plus is the culture of strolling outside. Nice beer tables in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Very good German cuisine. Price/performance is definitely right. I can recommend the beef roulade to everyone. The best, finally a Franconian restaurant that puts enough sauce on the plate. Why isn't everyone like that? We will definitely come back 👌

Uriges sehr kleines Wirtshaus mit richtig guter Küche. Deftig und hausgemacht. Sehr lecker.

Tolles kleines Restaurant, eher Kneipenstil ( positiv gesehen). Sehr netter junger Mann, super freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Heimeliger Aufenthalt. Moderne (Digitale) Jukebox , so ist für jeden etwas dabei. Essen war sehr sehr lecker , frisch und heiß. Gut/Bürgerlich. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut dieses kleine schnuckelige Lokal gefunden zu haben. Essen super lecker, Personal und Chef einfach nur toll. Wenn wir in Nürnberg wohnten, würde das unser Stammlokal werden.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Sehr nettes Lokal, der Kellner Tuna ist sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein gelungener lustiger Abend.

Schöne Kneipe in der Innenstadt, vernünftige Preise und lokale Spezialitäten

Besser ihr geht zum Feiern und Trinken hin und nicht zum Essen. Das Cordon Bleu hat eine 3/4 Stunde gebraucht, trotz wenig Gästen. Die Pommes waren schön mit Öl vollgesogen.

Ob draussen im Biergarten (Bäume mitten in der Stadt) oder drinnen gemütlich, gutes und sehr vielfältiges Essen, tolle Getränkeauswahl, aufmerksamer Service. Das Las Bas hat einen ganz eigenen Charme.

Sehr Freundlicher Personal. Das Essen ist sehr gut die Sülze mit Bratkartoffeln ist einfach wie von der oma gemacht. Und alles andere ist auch sehr gut.

Ideal um den Tag abzuschließen. Nette Bedienungen. Wer Anschluss sucht, hat hier kein Problem neue Leute kennenzulernen.

Ganz zufällig sind wir in dieses kleine Restaurant gegangen, aber es hat uns total überrascht. Der junge Besitzer hat uns freundlich empfangen, selbst gekocht und bedient, sich höflich erkundigt, wie uns die Speisen geschmeckt haben….Hut ab! Die Tomatensuppe, die Hauptgerichte waren frisch zubereitet. Am Ende haben wir so einen Kaiserschmarren gegessen, wie nie zuvor! Einfach himmlisch …leider nach einem Geheimrezept:)

I was visiting Nürnberg with a friend from Australia (home). We stumbled across this bar and had a great night! The bar tender, Frank, was really sweet and friendly, and continued to make sure that we were happy and having a good time. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Nürnberg! Thanks Frank!

Familiäre und gemütliche Kneipe mit urigem Ambiente. Sehr zu empfehlen um fränkisch zu essen und einen oder zwei Bierchen zu trinken. Immer gute Stimmung und lustige Gäste.

Einfach, leider Spielautomaten leicht störend, freundliche Bedienung, Sauber, schmackhaftes Essen, gute Portionen, gute Auswahl - Und Stoffservietten. Gute Faßbierauswahl dazu.

Um auf ein paar Bier zu gehen sehr zu empfehlen. Klein und Uhrig. Ein Restaurant würden wir nicht darin sehen. Eher Bar.

Piccolo pub in pieno centro storico lungo la strada che porta al Museo Germanico. atmosfera amichevole, personale molto gentile e disponibile nel servizio, buona la birra, abbiamo mangiato cucina semplice e veloce tipo cotoletta e patate o insalate, prezzi contenuti, il locale è accogliente ma basta una comitiva di 18 persone per riempirlo almeno in inverno, in estate lo spazio raddoppia con i tavoli esterni.

Nice traditional pub in the Old Town. We called in for drinks one day and liked the place so went back for a light lunch the next day. I chose Liver Dumpling Soup which was excellent. My wife had Goulash Soup which was a huge portion with a lot of delicious pork in it. The Goulash Soup was not quite hot enough though, so a little disappointing although it did taste good. Friendly staff, great service.

Very cozy but very comfortable. Went for a late lunch on Sunday and it was packed but we had great timing to get a table. Menu options were more than sufficient and the food was really good. Bathroom was really really tiny but functional.

Es war mein erster Besuch im la Bas und sicherlich auch mein letzter. Wie mussten uns etwas in der Nöhe suchen, da wur einen festen Termin hatten und wir es eilig hatten. Kurz gesagt, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen ungenießbar. In diesem Fall ein Sauerbraten, für den ich eine Flex gebraucht hätte.mit dem Messer war dem Braten kaum beizukommen. Schade , dass nach der Reklamation kein Wort des Bedauerns kam, eher beiläufig noch während des Abtragens die Aussage" der Chef zieht Ihnen 5 Euro ab. Nachdem ich zwei Bissen Fleisch und einen halben Knödel gegessen hatte, hätte ich eigentlich erwartet, dass eine Entschuldigung kommt und die Stornierung der Rechnung. Na ja - nie wieder

Called in for a refreshment stop on a night out in Nur. Nice little bar with a cosy atmosphere and friendly welcome. Traditional old bar in the Altstadt part of the City. Very nice.

A little trepidation accompanied our visit as this gay bar didn’t have anyone else eating in it at 8pm. However we were given a friendly welcome by mein host ( who was always happy and singing) and given menus. Really enjoyed the whole experience- a bustle of people and typical pub food which was delicious and didn’t break the bank. Would certainly go there again.

Wir waren am 19.02.19 mit insgesamt 6 Leuten zu Besuch im Bruderherz. Der Empfang war nett und die Location sehr ansprechend. Leider war es das auch schon. Das Personal war restlos überfordert. Bestellungen wurden spät aufgenommen, Getränke kamen spät und zum Teil falsch. Drei Kollegen bestellten Essen. Das Essen wurde einmal falsch und zwei mal zu kalt gebracht. Alle drei Essen wurden daraufhin zurückgeben. Keine Entschuldigung und nichts. Weitere Getränke-Bestellungen dauerten sehr sehr lange. A la Carte bestellen war laut Aussage einer Kellnerin nicht möglich. Die beiden Tische neben uns, konnten allerdings problemlos a la Carte bestellen. Zu beobachten war aber auch hier, dass teilweise falsche Bestellungen serviert und zurückgegeben wurden. Hier wurde mit zweierlei Maß gemessen. Beim Bezahlen gab es dann weder ein „Danke“ noch eine Verabschiedung. Sorry - wir kommen nicht wieder.
