It's very nice and delicious, but too overpriced; all you can eat costs €36 per person, which in my opinion is too expensive.

Huge selection, and they restocked quickly. However, it's like a huge hall...food takes forever to cook and reach the table... Otherwise, very tasty and definitely worth the price!

If I didn't need a restaurant at short notice, I wouldn't eat there a second time. Eight people for €315. It was outrageous that a four-year-old child, who had eaten four or maybe five pieces of nuggets, also had to pay €16 for a small soda. I'd rather go back to Amberg for €29, a much better selection, and all drinks included.

For the ever-increasing price, I would have expected significantly more variety – the buffet was quite limited overall, and we felt it was no longer good value for money. In addition, we were seated in the children's area without being asked, even though we didn't want to be there. It was very loud and chaotic, which made the meal even less enjoyable. Overall, it was not an experience worth the price.

The food, the taste, the atmosphere, and the service are all very good on weekends. However, on regular weekdays, I've noticed differences in the quality of the buffet area, as if less attention is being paid. We would also appreciate a slight price reduction. I wish you the best of luck.

The buffet has declined significantly in quality since its opening. While the food selection has steadily grown and expanded to include other cuisines (Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Balkan... both main courses and desserts), the food is lukewarm and poorly arranged. The plates from the BBQ grill were all left on for too long and were no longer hot. Drinks are included in the buffet price and are well-stocked. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction, despite the hectic atmosphere. The restaurant is so crowded that conversation is difficult. For the price, it's definitely worth it if you want a wide selection and plenty of drinks, but you can't really expect a great culinary experience.

The employee warned us that it was an exaggeration that we were throwing away too much food with nine people, but if we didn't like it, we didn't have to eat it. They were constantly turning around, clearing away our unfinished food, and were simply annoying.

The price is slightly above average for this type of place, but still reasonable considering the variety. Part of the buffet is already prepared and ready to eat, while another part lets you choose raw ingredients that the staff grills for you. The concept sounds promising, but the execution was disappointing. No matter how we asked for the meat to be cooked — even when we clearly requested medium rare or rare — it always came back fully well done. After several tries, it felt like they simply overcook everything by default, which also raises questions about the actual quality of the meat. The sushi selection also wasn’t anything special — quite basic and not particularly impressive. Other than that, if you want to eat a lot and enjoy the wide variety, it’s a solid option. Just don’t expect properly grilled meat or standout sushi.

Yesterday, five of us went to the buffet. The reception was friendly, but unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for our reserved table because it wasn't available at our chosen time. The buffet itself had a good selection, but for €35.50, I expected a bit more sophistication. Items like potato gratin, pickles, grilled peppers from a jar, as well as beets and farmer's salad, could easily be replaced with traditional dishes. The baked shrimp and the gratinated mussels were completely tasteless. We then ordered some items to grill/fry ourselves. After a long wait, these arrived at our table, but we were disappointed because everything was completely crusty and dry. The sauce that had been served with the food was nowhere to be seen, and it was anything but appetizing. A short time later, the table next to us also received items from the grill, and we initially thought it might have been a mistake, but the food at the next table had also been grilled a second time, and it looked even worse than ours. The soft-serve ice cream machine gets a plus point for the taste. The rest of the dessert selection consists mainly of convenience products, ranging from ready-made cakes and ice cream to canned fruit. This stuff has its place, after all, it has to be affordable for guests. However, one or two desserts from home would have greatly enhanced the buffet. The chocolate fountain that was still on the buffet couldn't be reviewed as it wasn't working when we were there. In conclusion, the concept and size are good, but there's still a lot of room for improvement. Given the increasing cost of everything these days, and the fact that such visits aren't something one treats oneself to too often, I would rule out a repeat visit after yesterday's experience.

We were here yesterday with friends. Due to the size of the restaurant and the fact that it was the weekend, it was extremely crowded and noisy. Anyone looking for a quiet meal shouldn't go here. You help yourself to food and drinks at the buffet; the waitstaff clears the tables. Various alcoholic beverages can be ordered at the bar using the menu; these are served but cost extra. The large buffet is very busy, and some guests are quite aggressive in pushing and shoving. There's a huge selection of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, baked goods, and fried items. There's also sushi and, of course, appetizers (salads, etc.) as well as desserts (soft serve ice cream, fruit, cakes, and even a chocolate fountain). To be honest, on our first visit a few months ago, I was also overwhelmed by the sheer size of the buffet. There are also coffee machines, which is great if you want an espresso with your Danube wave cake. €35.50 per person on Saturday evening, including soft drinks and coffee 😌 Not exactly a bargain, but it was delicious. It's a great place to try a variety of dishes. During the week it might not only be a bit cheaper, but perhaps also quieter 🤪😌 We'll be back 😀

The best all-you-can-eat restaurant I've ever been to! Everything is just perfect. The food, and especially the sushi, is very, very good. The service is also very quick with clearing tables. Simply fantastic!

A huge place, even though there were a lot of people waiting outside before opening, it was nice and spacious inside. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy. The food was surprisingly good and tasty for the size of the place. A big plus: there's a €10 "penalty" for uneaten plates and a €5 "penalty" for drinks. €33.50 per person for the all-you-can-eat buffet, including all non-alcoholic drinks. Prices for alcoholic drinks are reasonable. There's a play area for children up to 6 years old.

An Asian buffet just the way it should be. Please reserve by phone; they themselves admit that it won't work via email. If you can't find anything you like here, it's your own fault. All the food was still hot or warm. Everything was delicious, just as you'd expect. Even vegans will be more than satisfied here; there's a huge selection of vegetables and tofu, which you can then have freshly grilled. First-time diners pay a bit more than others, but soft drinks, coffee, and tea are included. We'll be back! 🥰

The moment you walk in, you realize they prioritize style and quality – modern, luxurious, and with an enormous selection of dishes. The buffet is huge, fresh, and varied, and the Mongolian grill station is a real highlight. The variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces is impressive – there's truly something for everyone. The staff is incredibly organized and efficient, no matter how busy it is. Seating is seamless, and they're extremely attentive when clearing tables – you barely put your plate down before it's gone. This is exactly what you expect from a well-run buffet restaurant. The price is absolutely fair for what you get. The balance between quality, selection, and service is perfect. The only slight drawback: you should definitely make a reservation on weekends or evenings, as it's very popular. Parking is available, but spaces can sometimes be limited due to the adjacent gym. Both the chicken and the duck from the buffet were gristly, dry, and had greasy skin. Everything served with dark sauce tasted similar and was quite greasy. Most dishes had a lot of onion and were overcooked, shrimp were falling apart, etc. The selection was okay, and the service was pleasant. Quantity over quality, not for me.

Only alcoholic drinks cost extra, all others are free...very good...very clean and always refilled.👍

We went here for a buffet on a Saturday night without much hope of finding a table. The Jewish crowd was in full swing. With a good evening meal, you pay €35.50 for unlimited food and drinks. If you go during lunch hours, the price drops by ten euros, because they don't grill raw meat, seafood, or vegetables. On the +: — it has a huge variety. They even grill kangaroo and zebra fillets for you, and you even drink aloe juice. On the -: — despite the variety, many classic things are missing, e.g. not a single sushi had tuna or breaded fried chicken bites• — the grillers were miserable. First I gave them to prepare vegetables and meat. They burned them. I said to give them a second chance, this time only kangaroo meat. And they killed it a second time• — it's certainly not right for this supposedly Asian buffet to have invalid dishes like pizza or bacon-wrapped asparagus. Just say we offer a buffet with everything• — kids were spinning around uncontrollably, grabbing food with their hands from the buffet and dipping their hands into the chocolate fountain• — almost everything I ate was tasteless, with the exception of the fried banana with ice cream at the end. In conclusion, this is a place that tries to satisfy all tastes, but in the end it fails to satisfy any. Better give your money elsewhere than this mess.

I've eaten here many times. As a Chinese person, I would like to say that although this is a locally adapted version of German Chinese cuisine, it is still very delicious. A very large all-you-can-eat offering. Non-alcoholic drinks are also included in the price. We were there on a Saturday (which was a mistake) and were shocked by the behavior of the other guests. There was no order at all; people pushed in and showed no consideration for others. There were also a ton of children running around unsupervised, screaming, and sometimes touching things at the buffet with their hands. I can understand wanting to get your money back, but we're human, not animals. We've never experienced anything like this before.

The food is okay; we wanted to go there with our family. But we decided against it because our guide dog (who definitely wouldn't be allowed at the buffet) had to stay outside. We then went to another buffet where therapy and guide dogs aren't an issue. It's not like we couldn't celebrate somewhere else.

The food is good, the ambiance is a disaster. It's like an all-inclusive hotel. No free tables, kids running all over the place, and it's loud. The staff gives the impression that it's a normal evening. They're not stressed; everyone knows their job. It seems very organized. If the noise and the hustle and bustle don't bother you, you'll find a great buffet here.

It was better before. They are very picky about you. No one can eat comfortably. I didn’t like that there were more dishes before. Now there are fewer. It’s a shame for someone to spend such an amount on it.

It's more like a large shopping mall than a restaurant, a bit of a mass processing (if you like that sort of thing, this is the place for you) and during the holiday season there was very little choice of sauces and dips. Unfortunately, there were no fortune cookies at the entrance anymore, and none were offered either, but the food was good and the staff was also quite ok.

I don't understand the bad reviews. First of all, the Cooper House hasn't raised its prices in a long time, so it's 19.50 per person for lunch during the week and 20.50 per person on Saturdays. The meat, salads, and soups were always delicious and cooked through, the service was always friendly and attentive, and the restrooms were very clean. Where can you find a comparable Asian restaurant with a buffet at this price? Nowhere in Nuremberg or Fürth. And no, I don't work for the Cooper House because of the excellent reviews. We arrived at the lunch buffet at 1 p.m. Unfortunately, not everything was replenished, and it already seemed rather picky. There was no smile from the waitresses and waiters; they went about their work without any kindness. At exactly 2:30 p.m., two different employees asked us to leave almost one after the other, even though we were only waiting for one of the children who had gone to the bathroom and were already packing up! The place to go in Nuremberg for all you can eat. It's especially worth going because all non-alcoholic drinks and coffee specialties are included in the price. Prices are higher Friday through Sunday and on holidays, but there's a grill. The restaurant has been extensively renovated, and marble walls and chandeliers create a festive atmosphere. The vegetables are usually just briefly fried or blackened; there's no middle ground. The duck is also only briefly fried. I remember when Copper Houae opened, when it was still an experience. Today, however, was our last visit; there are better alternatives.

The cost pressure on the restaurant industry is evident in the quality here. Take the wonton, for example: the pastry is greasy and the filling is almost homeopathically dosed. Hopefully, the Copper House will improve again and return to its former quality.

At the buffet, people are running around like nothing's happening. Children dig their fingers into the fruit and no one says anything – by then, we've lost our appetite. This will be our first and last visit. The food is okay – just like in any other all-you-can-eat restaurant.

The grill idea is also quite nice, but a small grill is simply not enough for such a huge restaurant, and it shows. I waited over an hour for my plate, and then there was only half of my original selection left—which wasn't surprising! The ambiance is reminiscent of a train station concourse and has nothing to do with a relaxed dinner.

This Asian junk shop was an absolute joke. Everything was disgusting frozen food (the onion rings make you gag), and the sushi was worth throwing in the trash. There was also a rotten onion ring stuck to the soy sauce. At the end of the day, I was €20 less and had a stomach ache.

I ate there on July 19, 2025, and I have to say the food is good. And I come from the restaurant industry, and I don't understand the bad reviews about lukewarm food. It's a buffet, after all, not a la carte. The food isn't freshly prepared and served warm.

The buffet offers a large selection. Drinks are also self-service. Everything is hot and delicious. Due to the large crowd, it's quite busy and therefore noisy. Reservations are recommended on weekends if you're planning a group visit.

For the price, it was the worst we've had in a long time. 80% of the food was flavorless. I returned the Aperol Spritz (it was pure Aperol with ice cubes). My grilled plate never arrived. We left, too. We were so annoyed.
