Fries Factory in Nürnberg

Very unfriendly staff, when it was my turn I asked what the Joppie sauce was and was ignored. He simply turned away and gave out other orders. The same thing happened again with the second order. The third time, he simply asked if I finally knew what I wanted. Kindness is different!!!!

A nice shop in and of itself, but the chicken was completely stringy and when I spoke to the service, my son was sent away with “that can't be right”. Customer service bottom drawer!

I always eat there when I'm in Nuremberg and it always tastes just great. I can only recommend the shop.

Well-intentioned 3 points! When I come to the fries shop called Fries Factory, I expect WOW fries... Unfortunately, average here! Ate in the restaurant, the fries weren't salted enough, were a little over-baked and how fresh the free animal oil was is also questionable... Satisfied my hunger, but unfortunately left the restaurant without a WOW Fries experience... Room for improvement! No recommendation...

Small, nice shop for fresh fries. We had poutine, classic fries, mozzarella sticks and Chihuahua style fries with guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Everything was freshly prepared and came to our table hot. Only our hot dog was forgotten in the lunch rush. But it was enough and it tasted very good. In general, more people probably get takeaway than eat on site. The store is rather small and does not have a toilet for guests. Anyone traveling on bikes must pay attention to the threshold at the entrance and only have places available in front of the door and below.

The very best fries!! Super tasty, crispy and fresh ingredients. Delicious spicy sauces. I love it. A taste explosion!! A must-have when I'm in downtown Nuremberg.

The food was tasteless, and the fries were the worst I've ever had. The place was very dirty, and the toilets were horrible. Not recommended at all.

Fries are delicious, no question. We only bought “normal” fries for our little daughter. Fries €4.50 Ketchup €0.50 extra Mayo €0.50 extra And when he asked if we wanted to eat outside, a service fee of €2.50 was added. So we quickly reached €7.50 for a bowl of fries We had to get the portion of fries ourselves and cleared the table ourselves, so I don't think the 2.50 service fee is justified.

The sweet potato fries are very tasty, if you like cheese you should definitely try the New York fries. Absolutely recommended

Very nice chip shop with a large selection of dips and toppings. The price-performance ratio is right and the store is really nicely decorated. What was a bit of a shame was that there wasn't much of a choice anymore because a lot of it was empty (we were there at 12:00 noon). Other guests also often said “we don’t have any more”. Otherwise our visit was very pleasant :)

Had a Phenomenal Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Super juicy meat and a large selection of sauces.

Fries were extremely tasty. The portions are commensurate with the price. Pulled pork and cole slaw were really tasty as a topping. Gladly again!

something with keajun style fried were really good the order was taken quickly but the place itself wasn't too clean dust everywhere and the tables still stick the bbq tenesse fryers are not recommended and the coleslaw tasted sweet and like artificial grapes somehow. Staff very friendly though

I've been here a few times and I like to go there, especially when I'm in the mood for fries. They have a nice selection of toppings and sauces, so you can try things out and there is something for every taste. Staff always friendly. Restaurant is small, but so far there has always been space and the decor is nice too!

Super greasy food, I had a stomach ache afterwards, the food had little taste, unfortunately it tasted more like oil. I wouldn't go there again. The shop also sells pork, which I can't understand as a Muslim.

The employees are very rude and the prices are too expensive according to the portions.

Delicious hot dogs, fries and sauces. Everything was great! Our order was taken and prepared quickly. The meat was tender. Unfortunately the hot dogs, especially the sausage, were too cold. Still happy again :)

Everything was simply slapped on in a far too uncreative way, and not enough for a €7.50 big box. Restaurant is ok but the tables are dirty.

Very inviting exterior design, but when you went in you noticed that it was more appearance than reality. On a Saturday, what would be expected to be the busiest day of the week, there was only one employee taking all incoming orders. The seating has some deficiencies, such as wobbly chairs and unattached tables. We ordered two curry sausages with fries, which were cold when served. It would have taken a beer to digest all the circumstances here. But even a beer is not offered here. As a result, we will never be seen here again.

Cozy restaurant, always worth a detour. It's precisely because it's so small that the ambience there really comes into its own. The service is excellent and the selection is also very good as far as possible.

Inedible food (big box) and really unpleasant vibes. The place looks really cool and the music is nice (hip hop). I will no longer pay for unseasoned frozen food in the future, I'm very sorry. Fries 1/10, mozerella sticks 0/10 and chicken pieces 3/10. It would have been cheaper and better to make it yourself. Unfortunately we had to throw the food away because of the sauce. The seller tried to be neutral and friendly.

Delicious fries and great toppings. The fried chicken and the beef currywurst were extremely tasty. The only complaint is that the fries themselves are not seasoned. A little salt, paprika etc. would give 1 star more.

So a very clear no. We were just having 3 meals here and a fat, disgusting cockroach fell on the table and that wasn't even it. There was a mini cockroach freshly dead on my drinks can, something like that is abnormally inhumane. Unfortunately, I haven't filed a complaint now, but I think that would have been better.😡😡🤬🤮

Heavenly food! I tried Chiuaua fries with crispy chicken and it was delicious. The portion was big enough and I was really happy enjoying the meal in a cozy place.

Also ich war heute das erste Mal dort essen und es hat geschmeckt. Aber ein paar andere Dinge haben mir nicht gefallen: Das Mobiliar ist teilweise nicht sehr stabil (Tische und Stühle im EG wackeln sehr) und im Obergeschoss war der Tisch an welchem ich saß ziemlich klebrig und nicht sauber. Auf den Plastikpflanzen die von der Decke hängen, lag ziemlich viel Staub. Wenn man nicht genau hinschaut geht es dort eigentlich. Ich finde es aber Schade, dass man sich da nicht mehr Mühe mit dem Ambiente und der Sauberkeit gibt.

Wir sind durch zufall in die kleine Gasse gekommen und haben uns je Pommes mit pulled pork und mit Hühnchen Mango Curry extra scharf gegessen. Beides war lecker und das Ambiente war modern.

Prima plek om een lekkere snack te halen. Voor 15 euro in totaal hebben we 2 redelijk grote porties frietjes met opvulling gekregen. Alles was goed op smaak.

Staff are unfriendly and don’t seem to care about any English speaking customers, considering the tourists probably pay there wages. Cash only. McDonald’s run a better show.

Mit Abstand die besten Pommes-Gerichte in Nürnberg und Umgebung. Super lieber Chef und auch alles mega persönlich. Man kennt sich inzwischen und wird auch auf der Straße gegrüßt. Liebe Grüße die Dame mit dem blauen Haaren 😉

It was really good for a decent to small price. Highly recommend if you want to eat good, not so unhealthy but still cheap. 2 main dishes + 1 side dish approx. 18 euro.

Excellent curry wurst 🔥 probably the best in Nurnberg especially for the price. Tasty fries and mozzarella steaks as well. Friendly stuff speaks both German and English. Good prices. You can pay by cards there - no any issues at all.

Friteusenöl alt, Pommes hatten verbrannten Geschmack alter Friteusenpartikel. Scheint jedoch niemand zu bemerken.? Bedienung trotzdem freundlich, aber ein Umtausch macht da keinen Sinn.

Bin oft dort und jedes mal sehr lecker! Eine Portion ist für den Preis sehr viel.

Sehr schönes ambiente. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und frisch, man hat eine relativ große Auswahl an Optionen, der Preis ist daher zwar nicht direkt billig aber definitv gerechtfertigt!

Sehr cooler Laden und wirklich leckere Fries in mittlerweile vielen Variationen.

Wir haben uns spontan für das Restaurant entschieden. Besonders hat uns die freundliche Bedienung, die überschaubare Menükarte sowie schliesslich die frische und rasche Zubereitung gefallen. Das Essen hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt! Gerne werden wir nochmals dort essen gehen.

Ich war nun schon zweimal hier, weil ich Pommes liebe. Die Kombinationen mit Fleisch, Gemüse und diversen Saucen sind sehr vielfältig zusammengestellt. Für mich - fleischlos unterwegs - ist die Auswahl eher eingeschränkt. Mir wurde aber versichert, dass ich Fleisch auch einfach durch Falafel ersetzen lassen kann, habe es aber noch nicht ausprobiert. Die Jungs hinter der Theke sind total freundlich, sehr flott und man kann sich auch trotz Maske gut verständigen. Das Ambiente ist im Industrial Style gehalten, teilweise nicht wirklich bequem und die Musik ist vielleicht etwas nervig. Aber das mag individuell unterschiedlich wahrgenommen werden. Die Portionen werden in braunen Pappschalen ansprechend garniert präsentiert. Ich hatte zuletzt eine Variante mit Sour Cream, Guacamole (sehr lecker! selbstgemacht?) und Tomatenwürfeln (sollte Salsa sein, kenne ich anders). Das hat echt gut geschmeckt und - besonders wichtig - die Pommes waren auch ganz unten bzw. bis zum Schluss noch warm und kross. Daher finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Ich schaue auf jeden Fall wieder auf eine Portion Pommes mit "mehr" vorbei!
