Food chain, so nothing special, although the pasta was tasty.

Very tasty food and service as always very polite and attentive.

Our starter was completely forgotten, the main course (for two people) came to the table 5 minutes apart. An hour after eating, complete nausea and severe stomach discomfort set in, which continued to appear days after the visit. I also know from friends about two cases of food poisoning here! The service was completely overwhelmed and we were only able to take orders when we made the waiters aware of it. The drinks didn't taste at all, like they were stale. For me, a first and last visit to the losteria Koblenz!

Excellent cooperation in the service

We visited the restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday. It was well attended, but the service was friendly and - given the high number of people - pleasingly quick. The salad was fresh and tasty, although unfortunately no bread was served with it. Unfortunately, the pizzas did not meet our expectations: All three were extremely thin and heavily baked, which made the base hard and crumbly - almost like Pane Carasau. Given the comparatively high price (despite the generous size), this is not satisfactory in our opinion. Finally, a curious observation: The staff didn't know that there was a photo of Pak Lam's father on the wall.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try my pizza. I visited with friends, and we had to wait around 30 minutes just to place our order. After ordering, it took almost another full hour for the food to arrive. In my case, they brought the wrong pizza, and by the time the mistake was noticed, I only had 10 minutes left before I had to leave. When I politely addressed the long waiting time and asked why we weren’t informed earlier, the waitress reacted quite rudely. She insisted we had only been waiting 30 minutes and it’s very normal , even though it was clearly around one hour. Sadly, I left hungry and disappointed. The fact that they didn’t add this pizza to the bill doesn’t change anything with like these not polite service. To all this my friends had to ask 4 times for a bill

Parked in the corner right in front of the pizza kitchen....even though it was still almost empty, that wasn't very nice My friends were happy, but I was a bit unlucky. There was a lack of taste and the side dishes were unevenly distributed. The ground is soggy and to make matters worse, I bit on a small stone. Very unpleasant

We were at L’Osteria in Koblenz and absolutely loved it. The service was super friendly and attentive, you immediately felt at home. The pizza was really tasty – big, crispy and topped with great ingredients. The selection on the menu is also huge, there really is something for everyone. The drinks were also great – all in all, a thoroughly successful visit. We'll definitely be back!

On April 19, 2025 we ordered a pizza from this restaurant. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food - we found that to be completely unacceptable. We ended up even canceling our order. We were not at all satisfied with the service and organization.

Despite a short-term reservation, it was possible for a group to have an excellent meal at lunchtime. The service was super nice and made everything possible, even if we were sitting alone in an area for which no service had yet been assigned. Pizza was great as expected. The entrance was at ground level. If you could perhaps look for something in the ambience, it would be the toilet area, it wasn't unclean... But most of the buttons to pull off were broken. Therefore, some toilets were not flushed because people apparently had a hard time pressing smaller buttons on the wall. I think that the fittings could be replaced quickly, then the overall impression would be the same Chic ambience more harmonious.

Unfortunately disappointing. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food - that's just too long, even when it's busy. The pizza was huge, but the taste was average. After all the waiting, we had hoped for a lot more. Nice atmosphere but overall not a visit we would repeat.

We had dinner there today and I can only recommend it. The service was very friendly, the food (3 pizzas, tortellini and salad) was perfect. It tasted very good, the only complaint was the knives, which are a bit dull. The ambience was ok, a bit noisy, but you could still have a good conversation. The good food made everything better ;-) and the price is completely right. We'd love to come by again...

The food is inexpensive and of good quality. Were there with 6 people during our lunch break. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Other tables that arrived after us were served before us and had their drinks before a waiter was with us.

After the many good reviews, we made a reservation there so we could have something delicious to eat after a visit to the cinema and enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. After it was emphatically pointed out that the table would be given to someone else after 15 minutes late, we arrived 10 minutes before the appointment with polite punctuality, for which we were immediately reproached. I had requested a table outside in the email reservation. “They basically wouldn’t do this!” ' was the statement from the usher, I couldn't find anything about it on the website. We were taken to the bar to wait. We waited there for 15 minutes to get a table in the second row by the large window. That was okay with me, so I agreed to it. Only the table in the third row was in the middle of a crowd of other people waiting, which is why we declined it. When we finally got a window table, which was nice, and had chosen something from the menu, we waited for service. A waiter walked past us about 12 times without reacting. After 20 minutes, in which we weren't even asked for drinks, with a reservation that, according to the answer, was limited to 1.5 hours, we got up and left. I certainly won't go there a second time and can't recommend it. To be fair, the pizzas we were able to watch being prepared looked appetizing. Maybe the delivery service is suitable, but unfortunately there is no service on site.

Maybe you should know beforehand, but maybe you could have pointed out that the pizzas are so big, then we would have shared one 😂 Otherwise we were very satisfied, had a pleasant seat outside and the pizza was very tasty for a legitimate price! 🍕

Incredibly child friendly. The kids were given something to paint as an activity and were also asked about their wishes. The kids were happy to be able to put together the pizza according to their wishes and to be able to take leftovers with them. The food was super delicious 😋. DESPITE reservations, we had to wait 2 hours for the food (we were in a group of 30 people) but it was still a shame Half got it in good time and the others got it after almost 2 ½ hours And from the inside, well, it's not to my taste but thank God tastes are different, especially since it's relatively dark Dessert was also a disgrace, the spaghetti ice cream was dirty and soggy. We had reserved a table with 8 people (a week in advance). First problem there was no table available at the time we reserved and we had to wait 15 minutes. Then we wanted to order something to drink. We ordered Aperol and the waiter came back a little later and said there was no more Aperol. We then ordered another drink. Very sad for a Saturday evening in such a large restaurant. Then we ordered food, pizzas and pasta and waited an hour for it... That too, very, very sad. While we were waiting we wanted to order another drink. Here it was said again that this was now also over... We then didn't order anything, but the waiter left the drinks we had ordered but not available on the bill. Then finally the food came. However, a pizza was missing... This was brought about 10 minutes later. After we had eaten we wanted to pay quickly because we still had an appointment. So we paid everything together and only realized a day later that we had paid way too much. A total of 5 drinks worth €37 that never arrived at our table... The food itself is ok. The portion size is large. But the price is unjustifiably expensive. The place is completely overcrowded. Overall, an incredibly bad restaurant visit. Absolutely embarrassing for a chain of this size.

To be honest, I'm surprised at the many positive reviews, I was honestly quite disappointed. I expected more for the relatively high prices. Pizza very large, but cold and dry, taste OK. However, it's not better than a frozen pizza, at least it's warm, and it costs 16 euros. There are much better restaurants there, I won't come back. Service was very nice though. Full marks for that.

Actually very pretty on the inside. But outside the Plangasse, which you look at and where you can sit outside, is always completely littered with kebab paper, drinking cups and leftover food. The garbage dump is extremely annoying 😑

L'Osteria in Koblenz is a very large restaurant. It's nicely designed when you come in. Also seems cozy. There are cozy corners where you can sit nicely. There were four of us, but in the middle of the hustle and bustle. That was too much for me personally. But we didn't have a reservation and couldn't complain. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was quite ok. There are huge 🍕 pizzas and much more. It's best to make your own impression. For me it was ok. A bit too loud, but everyone has to decide for themselves.

Service could be better. Basic manners where missing such us how to keep a glass of white wine while offering it to the customer. It's not like water. Atmosphere wasn't good enough. At the end, it was too noisy and smelly. Once we came out we noticed our clothing were smelling a lot! Food was just good but expensive for what it offers. Overall I think Losteria raised the prices lately in Germany.

The service was friendly, attentive and super fast. The food was simply fantastic - the pizzas were huge, super tasty and perfectly topped, the pasta was fresh and tasty. Everyone in our group was completely satisfied. We will definitely be back and can only warmly recommend L’Osteria, whether for small groups or large groups!

We were here with a group of 25 people, and the staff apparently wasn't prepared for this despite the reservation. The order was taken relatively quickly, then the long wait began. It took over an hour between ordering and serving and we're mostly talking about pizza orders. In addition, there were 40 minutes between the first and last dishes, meaning the first ones had already paid when the last ones got their food. Constructive criticism was not accepted, rather rejected and entangled in excuses. The taste was so-so... I can't recommend the restaurant.

The L’Osteria in Koblenz impresses with its authentic Italian cuisine and an inviting ambience. The pizza is impressively large and is served on a crispy base, with the option to order it with two different toppings. Michael as a service person was extremely courteous and his professional manner contributed to an all-round successful visit to the restaurant. We were there with a very large group and that wasn't a challenge for the service.

Beautiful, spacious restaurant with lots of wood and attractive design, extremely clean, very generous portions, friendly service. The food was very good, pasta swimming in a bit of oil, huge pizzas and calzones. Price/performance very good.

As always with the l'Osteria chain, the food and drink was delicious, the surroundings were appropriate and the prices were appropriate for the quantity and quality. Of course it is busy and full and you should make a reservation. The service was nice. A drink was initially forgotten, but brought after we asked. And unfortunately the ham we ordered was missing from the pizza, but was generously served on a separate plate. Gladly again. The quality of the dishes has never disappointed.
