Unfriendly receptionist. Even though there's plenty of space in the front area, you're shoved into the back corner, right next to the restroom. Unpleasant smells put you off a nice meal. When asked if you can sit up front, the receptionist says no. Does it have to be reserved?! Luckily, there are restaurants across the street where you'll receive a friendly welcome.

Enjoyed a delicious meal on a cozy terrace.

You have such a great waitress in Abdel, who, as he says, is from Morocco. Friendly, warm, attentive. You can tell how proud he is to work for you. He seems to genuinely enjoy his work. He radiates it. Great! He alone is reason enough to come back.

The food was great! The pizzas have been really good for a while now. The location of the restaurant is also great, and I think 90% of the colleagues were too. However, we had a somewhat less pleasant encounter. Our waitress (with colorful hair) seemed to have it in for us. She wasn't very friendly, lacked interest. She also constantly gossiped about us with other colleagues. She apparently had no interest in hiding it. As I said, the other colleagues were very friendly. Therefore, I'm giving it 4 stars. One person can't influence my rating for either the food or the friendly staff. At least not entirely...

Since I was in Koblenz for work, I went to Losteria in the evening. It was 30 degrees outside, and I was lucky enough to get a table outside. It was already extremely busy, and the waiters were always smiling. The food (pizza) was, as always, delicious (Losteria, you know). Bitburger Pils isn't really my thing, but there was nothing else available.

We've been going to L'Osteria in Koblenz for several years, but unfortunately, it's not as good as it used to be... the pizza was comparable to crispbread in some places (not the crust, but in the middle), and they used almost no salt, both in the pasta and the pizza. The dessert, the strawberries with mascarpone cream, is unfortunately not what it used to be either. For €6.50, I was brought a cup where they skimped on the strawberries and consisted mainly of mascarpone. (The glass was maybe only half full with finely chopped strawberries.) It's a real shame, we always enjoyed coming here.

The prices are reasonable for the size of the pizza. It's enough to feed two people. The quality is okay. It tastes good.

The food is very tasty and the service is very friendly and attentive.

The pizza is very thin and not particularly good. We also had to sit in the back (the front was full). There were many other people sitting there, too, but the biggest problem was the many pigeons that just pooped on the chairs, and the waitresses saw it and moved on. The pigeons also went under the tables and pooped all over them.

The service was simply poor. They didn't even ask a second time if they wanted something else to drink.

The pizzas are very large, but quite thin. But the toppings are good and delicious. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate special requests.

We've been frequent guests at this restaurant and have always been satisfied – which made our last visit all the more disappointing. Although we were seated quickly, no one came to take our order for 20 minutes – not even for drinks. Several servers stood around chatting. Our attempts to get our attention were unsuccessful. A waitress we spoke to directly told us she wasn't available. After waiting for several more minutes, we finally left. It's a shame, because we've had good experiences so far. Hopefully, this was just a slip-up.

You could watch the pizzas being made firsthand. Very interesting. The pizzas were crispy, but unfortunately, the lack of flavor fell somewhat short of their good looks. My fellow diners at our table, which served pizzas with various toppings, confirmed this. The wooden chairs at our assigned table were quite hard and uncomfortable, and I couldn't find any cushions, like some restaurants offer for self-serve use. There's room for improvement in several areas.

The food was really good! Unfortunately, the place was extremely crowded, which made time management difficult. The air was extremely stale. It was a bit disgusting.

Two half pizzas for the price of one whole made the choice easy for us and was more than enough for two people. The side salad was also quite generous for the price. It was once again a pleasure to eat a good pizza.

We went in this restaurant for dinner. We ordered some different meals. I ordered pizza and it was really huge. And it was delicious as well. Unfortunately, at the end they added a 12% tip (trinkgeld) to the price.

Really delicious pizzas. And really friendly staff. I was there with a friend for his birthday, and he got a free tiramisu and a song. It was a really pleasant meal there. However, the individual tables were very close together, making it a little difficult to hold a conversation. And a pigeon accidentally entered the restaurant, but it was immediately escorted out very carefully and professionally. Otherwise, I can really recommend it. But if you're not that hungry, one pizza is definitely enough to share!

A friend told me about the best pizzeria in Koblenz, and I was excited to visit the restaurant. It's a worthwhile experience. I highly recommend it and will be back.

There were four of us with a small baby, and we wanted to sit outside, so we put two tables together. The waiter wouldn't allow it; we'd have to sit somewhere else. We waited a long time for the waiter, for pizza, and for salt. I can recommend the pizza. It was a large thin-crust pizza. Our order included two pizzas with four different toppings, divided between four plates, two glasses of wine, a Coke, and a soda. We paid €60 for it, and it was delicious.

Very good service, very nice restaurant manager, very good food. Highly recommended.

I've been to L'Osteria several times, but unfortunately I'm less and less impressed by the visit. The service is usually tried hard, but on busy days it seems stressed and overwhelmed. The background noise is extremely loud due to the music, among other things - I find it almost impossible to have a relaxed meal. The quality of the food is very variable: the pizza is often dry and rather sparsely topped. I find it particularly disappointing that the prices continue to rise without the quality noticeably improving or at least not deteriorating. Yesterday my experience was so disastrous that it was my last visit here. The dissatisfaction could also be clearly heard/felt at the neighboring tables. In addition, a flush button in a women's toilet has been broken for months. Why this is still not repaired is inexplicable to me. Nowadays you pay so much money that you could expect something like this to be fixed straight away. For me the price-performance ratio is no longer right.

Our starter was completely forgotten, the main course (for two people) came to the table 5 minutes apart. An hour after eating, complete nausea and severe stomach discomfort set in, which continued to appear days after the visit. I also know from friends about two cases of food poisoning here! The service was completely overwhelmed and we were only able to take orders when we made the waiters aware of it. The drinks didn't taste at all, like they were stale. For me, a first and last visit to the losteria Koblenz!

Excellent cooperation in the service

We visited the restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday. It was well attended, but the service was friendly and - given the high number of people - pleasingly quick. The salad was fresh and tasty, although unfortunately no bread was served with it. Unfortunately, the pizzas did not meet our expectations: All three were extremely thin and heavily baked, which made the base hard and crumbly - almost like Pane Carasau. Given the comparatively high price (despite the generous size), this is not satisfactory in our opinion. Finally, a curious observation: The staff didn't know that there was a photo of Pak Lam's father on the wall.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try my pizza. I visited with friends, and we had to wait around 30 minutes just to place our order. After ordering, it took almost another full hour for the food to arrive. In my case, they brought the wrong pizza, and by the time the mistake was noticed, I only had 10 minutes left before I had to leave. When I politely addressed the long waiting time and asked why we weren’t informed earlier, the waitress reacted quite rudely. She insisted we had only been waiting 30 minutes and it’s very normal , even though it was clearly around one hour. Sadly, I left hungry and disappointed. The fact that they didn’t add this pizza to the bill doesn’t change anything with like these not polite service. To all this my friends had to ask 4 times for a bill

Parked in the corner right in front of the pizza kitchen....even though it was still almost empty, that wasn't very nice My friends were happy, but I was a bit unlucky. There was a lack of taste and the side dishes were unevenly distributed. The ground is soggy and to make matters worse, I bit on a small stone. Very unpleasant

We were at L’Osteria in Koblenz and absolutely loved it. The service was super friendly and attentive, you immediately felt at home. The pizza was really tasty – big, crispy and topped with great ingredients. The selection on the menu is also huge, there really is something for everyone. The drinks were also great – all in all, a thoroughly successful visit. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious! The pizza was perfectly crisp with fresh toppings, and the pasta tasted just like something you’d find in the heart of Italy. Cozy atmosphere and great service too—can’t wait to come back!

On April 19, 2025 we ordered a pizza from this restaurant. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food - we found that to be completely unacceptable. We ended up even canceling our order. We were not at all satisfied with the service and organization.

Good pizza Friendly waitress The negative thing to note was the long wait for the pizza!!! Something didn't really work - at least the friendly waitress noticed that our food was long overdue!

Despite a short-term reservation, it was possible for a group to have an excellent meal at lunchtime. The service was super nice and made everything possible, even if we were sitting alone in an area for which no service had yet been assigned. Pizza was great as expected. The entrance was at ground level. If you could perhaps look for something in the ambience, it would be the toilet area, it wasn't unclean... But most of the buttons to pull off were broken. Therefore, some toilets were not flushed because people apparently had a hard time pressing smaller buttons on the wall. I think that the fittings could be replaced quickly, then the overall impression would be the same Chic ambience more harmonious.

Unfortunately disappointing. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food - that's just too long, even when it's busy. The pizza was huge, but the taste was average. After all the waiting, we had hoped for a lot more. Nice atmosphere but overall not a visit we would repeat.

We had dinner there today and I can only recommend it. The service was very friendly, the food (3 pizzas, tortellini and salad) was perfect. It tasted very good, the only complaint was the knives, which are a bit dull. The ambience was ok, a bit noisy, but you could still have a good conversation. The good food made everything better ;-) and the price is completely right. We'd love to come by again...

The food is inexpensive and of good quality. Were there with 6 people during our lunch break. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Other tables that arrived after us were served before us and had their drinks before a waiter was with us.

After the many good reviews, we made a reservation there so we could have something delicious to eat after a visit to the cinema and enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. After it was emphatically pointed out that the table would be given to someone else after 15 minutes late, we arrived 10 minutes before the appointment with polite punctuality, for which we were immediately reproached. I had requested a table outside in the email reservation. “They basically wouldn’t do this!” ' was the statement from the usher, I couldn't find anything about it on the website. We were taken to the bar to wait. We waited there for 15 minutes to get a table in the second row by the large window. That was okay with me, so I agreed to it. Only the table in the third row was in the middle of a crowd of other people waiting, which is why we declined it. When we finally got a window table, which was nice, and had chosen something from the menu, we waited for service. A waiter walked past us about 12 times without reacting. After 20 minutes, in which we weren't even asked for drinks, with a reservation that, according to the answer, was limited to 1.5 hours, we got up and left. I certainly won't go there a second time and can't recommend it. To be fair, the pizzas we were able to watch being prepared looked appetizing. Maybe the delivery service is suitable, but unfortunately there is no service on site.

Maybe you should know beforehand, but maybe you could have pointed out that the pizzas are so big, then we would have shared one 😂 Otherwise we were very satisfied, had a pleasant seat outside and the pizza was very tasty for a legitimate price! 🍕

Incredibly child friendly. The kids were given something to paint as an activity and were also asked about their wishes. The kids were happy to be able to put together the pizza according to their wishes and to be able to take leftovers with them. The food was super delicious 😋. Happy children, relaxed food for the adults.

We've had better experiences at L'Osteria Koblenz. The pizza 🍕 was fresh and crispy, but twice we were almost served the wrong thing.

If you like pizzas the size of a wagon wheel, this is the place for you. The pizzas taste good too. Disadvantage: the plate is too small and unfortunately they get cold quickly. The service is nice and friendly.

We complained to the waitress but still had to pay the full price. We were very disappointed. This time we had the impression that the waitress didn't care about our complaint. Unfortunately this was our last visit with you. Because a frozen pizza would have tasted 100 times better!!!
