We were just passing through Koblenz and stopped by your place by chance. It's a shame, otherwise I'd be a regular. The pizza salsiccia piccante is one of, if not THE best pizza NOT ordered in Italy ever. The taste is amazing, super thin, and garnished with red onions, a dream. And finally, you get a pizza that's the right size, with overlapping edges all around the plate. Molto bene! 👌🏼

I absolutely loved my dining experience at L´Osteria Koblenz. The orecchiette di manzo al limone was absolutely fantastic and a definite highlight. The atmosphere was great—lively with plenty of diners, but never too noisy. I also really appreciated the unique decor, especially the cool detail of the bear in the van. The prices were fair, the portions were generous, and the customer service was wonderful. The wait staff were charming and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a meal, and I highly recommend it.

I was at L'Osteria Koblenz today and, to be honest, I'm quite disappointed. The waitress who was working there, with a high ponytail and not-quite-blonde hair, was extremely unfriendly. She seemed annoyed, stressed, and had absolutely no desire to be polite to the guests. She responded to questions with a snippy tone, there was no smile, and overall, her behavior was simply disrespectful. This kind of treatment of guests is completely unacceptable; you feel unwelcome and out of place. It's a shame, because the food was okay, but with service like that, you definitely won't want to come back.

All the dishes were delicious. I ordered rucola pizza and it was excellent, quinoa salad and it was very delicious, tiramisu and coffee. Everything was delicious, and the brownie 👍👍

We ate pizza. It was very tasty and the service was good. Unfortunately, it was raining, otherwise we would have been able to sit outside. The interior was also nicely decorated, just like any osteria.

We hadn't eaten anything all day and were almost desperate because we desperately wanted a pizza, but the kitchen wasn't open! Luckily for us, we ended up at this restaurant. We got an incredibly huge pizza for just €12! The real highlight for me, though, were the waiters; they were incredibly friendly and made our evening even better! :D

It was a great evening. All the pizzas were delicious. It's great that you can have two different toppings on one pizza. I finally dared to order my absolute favorite, risotto. Unfortunately, I've generally found that you should never order risotto outside. It never tastes good (it takes a long time to cook properly). I wasn't disappointed here. The taste was amazing! The risotto rice was a bit hard. But it was still edible, and since I know how long risotto rice takes to cook, it was absolutely fine for me. Compared to the large pizzas, the portion was rather small. But still OK. The atmosphere is great, and it's nice to be able to peek into the kitchen. Yes, it's not exactly cheap. But it isn't cheap anywhere else. But at least it tastes good here!! :) I'd love to come back here.

We were there for the second time yesterday, the service was good, but when you pay almost 17 euros for a pizza, there should be plenty of toppings on it! My husband had a pizza with chicken breast and egg instead of peppers, you had to go looking for the meat and there was one egg on the huge pizza!

We visited L'Osteria early one Saturday evening with our two children (3 and 6 years old) without a reservation and felt very comfortable. I would especially like to emphasize the consistently friendly, welcoming, non-judgmental, and family-friendly attitude of all the staff, both in the service and in the kitchen, even though it was really busy and so warm! We are especially grateful for this, because it made things so easy for all of us. The children were given a menu to color in, the chefs gave them pizza dough to knead, and the pasta (stripped, as requested) arrived quickly before the meals for us parents, all with friendliness and on equal terms with the children. Many other restaurants could take their cue from this. The food was also delicious. We would love to come back ♥️♥️♥️

I came to try the Nduja Calabrese pizza, but unfortunately, it had very little Nduja on it. I mentioned it to the waitress, and she kindly acknowledged it and went to get more from the kitchen. However, it was brought out cold, and while I appreciated the effort, I couldn’t eat it because it tasted quite bad that way. On top of that, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom sink, which was very off-putting. I really like this place, but unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review this time.

Unfriendly receptionist. Even though there's plenty of space in the front area, you're shoved into the back corner, right next to the restroom. Unpleasant smells put you off a nice meal. When asked if you can sit up front, the receptionist says no. Does it have to be reserved?! Luckily, there are restaurants across the street where you'll receive a friendly welcome.

You have such a great waitress in Abdel, who, as he says, is from Morocco. Friendly, warm, attentive. You can tell how proud he is to work for you. He seems to genuinely enjoy his work. He radiates it. Great! He alone is reason enough to come back.

The food was great! The pizzas have been really good for a while now. The location of the restaurant is also great, and I think 90% of the colleagues were too. However, we had a somewhat less pleasant encounter. Our waitress (with colorful hair) seemed to have it in for us. She wasn't very friendly, lacked interest. She also constantly gossiped about us with other colleagues. She apparently had no interest in hiding it. As I said, the other colleagues were very friendly. Therefore, I'm giving it 4 stars. One person can't influence my rating for either the food or the friendly staff. At least not entirely...

Since I was in Koblenz for work, I went to Losteria in the evening. It was 30 degrees outside, and I was lucky enough to get a table outside. It was already extremely busy, and the waiters were always smiling. The food (pizza) was, as always, delicious (Losteria, you know). Bitburger Pils isn't really my thing, but there was nothing else available.

We've been going to L'Osteria in Koblenz for several years, but unfortunately, it's not as good as it used to be... the pizza was comparable to crispbread in some places (not the crust, but in the middle), and they used almost no salt, both in the pasta and the pizza. The dessert, the strawberries with mascarpone cream, is unfortunately not what it used to be either. For €6.50, I was brought a cup where they skimped on the strawberries and consisted mainly of mascarpone. (The glass was maybe only half full with finely chopped strawberries.) It's a real shame, we always enjoyed coming here.

The prices are reasonable for the size of the pizza. It's enough to feed two people. The quality is okay. It tastes good.

The pizza is very thin and not particularly good. We also had to sit in the back (the front was full). There were many other people sitting there, too, but the biggest problem was the many pigeons that just pooped on the chairs, and the waitresses saw it and moved on. The pigeons also went under the tables and pooped all over them.

The service was simply poor. They didn't even ask a second time if they wanted something else to drink.

We've been frequent guests at this restaurant and have always been satisfied – which made our last visit all the more disappointing. Although we were seated quickly, no one came to take our order for 20 minutes – not even for drinks. Several servers stood around chatting. Our attempts to get our attention were unsuccessful. A waitress we spoke to directly told us she wasn't available. After waiting for several more minutes, we finally left. It's a shame, because we've had good experiences so far. Hopefully, this was just a slip-up.

You could watch the pizzas being made firsthand. Very interesting. The pizzas were crispy, but unfortunately, the lack of flavor fell somewhat short of their good looks. My fellow diners at our table, which served pizzas with various toppings, confirmed this. The wooden chairs at our assigned table were quite hard and uncomfortable, and I couldn't find any cushions, like some restaurants offer for self-serve use. There's room for improvement in several areas.

Really delicious pizzas. And really friendly staff. I was there with a friend for his birthday, and he got a free tiramisu and a song. It was a really pleasant meal there. However, the individual tables were very close together, making it a little difficult to hold a conversation. And a pigeon accidentally entered the restaurant, but it was immediately escorted out very carefully and professionally. Otherwise, I can really recommend it. But if you're not that hungry, one pizza is definitely enough to share!

There were four of us with a small baby, and we wanted to sit outside, so we put two tables together. The waiter wouldn't allow it; we'd have to sit somewhere else. We waited a long time for the waiter, for pizza, and for salt. I can recommend the pizza. It was a large thin-crust pizza. Our order included two pizzas with four different toppings, divided between four plates, two glasses of wine, a Coke, and a soda. We paid €60 for it, and it was delicious.

I've been to L'Osteria several times, but unfortunately I'm less and less impressed by the visit. The service is usually tried hard, but on busy days it seems stressed and overwhelmed. The background noise is extremely loud due to the music, among other things - I find it almost impossible to have a relaxed meal. The quality of the food is very variable: the pizza is often dry and rather sparsely topped. I find it particularly disappointing that the prices continue to rise without the quality noticeably improving or at least not deteriorating. Yesterday my experience was so disastrous that it was my last visit here. The dissatisfaction could also be clearly heard/felt at the neighboring tables. In addition, a flush button in a women's toilet has been broken for months. Why this is still not repaired is inexplicable to me. Nowadays you pay so much money that you could expect something like this to be fixed straight away. For me the price-performance ratio is no longer right.

Our starter was completely forgotten, the main course (for two people) came to the table 5 minutes apart. An hour after eating, complete nausea and severe stomach discomfort set in, which continued to appear days after the visit. I also know from friends about two cases of food poisoning here! The service was completely overwhelmed and we were only able to take orders when we made the waiters aware of it. The drinks didn't taste at all, like they were stale. For me, a first and last visit to the losteria Koblenz!

We visited the restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday. It was well attended, but the service was friendly and - given the high number of people - pleasingly quick. The salad was fresh and tasty, although unfortunately no bread was served with it. Unfortunately, the pizzas did not meet our expectations: All three were extremely thin and heavily baked, which made the base hard and crumbly - almost like Pane Carasau. Given the comparatively high price (despite the generous size), this is not satisfactory in our opinion. Finally, a curious observation: The staff didn't know that there was a photo of Pak Lam's father on the wall.

Great service & delicious food. Always happy here. The atmosphere and location are also great.
