I had dinner there the night before last, prices were relatively okay. Food was quite tasty and the waiter was sensational. He told me his name was Babad, I think, he was pretty nice, courteous and had a friendly aura.

Very tasty pizza, always busy and just loud enough that you can go there with your children without attracting attention. In any case, it is advisable to reserve a table in good time. It's worth it.

Today we were invited to a children's birthday party at L'Osteria. Here the children were allowed to bake their own pizza using ingredients they had chosen themselves. Fully equipped with an apron and adhered to super child-friendly hygiene rules. With the help of the really nice L'Osteria staff, our children had a lot of fun and proudly ate their own delicious pizzas. Really recommended. At the end, each child received a certificate and a delicious dessert. Super lovely staff. Gladly again.

The three of us were eating and the place was half full. After we ordered (1 starter, 3 main courses and 3 drinks) the wait began. 20 minutes for drinks and another 35 minutes for our food. When the food was brought to us everything came together and the pizzas were then taken back. It took us about 10 minutes for the starter (we also had to get the starter plates ourselves), it was then cleared away immediately and the pizzas were brought. Unfortunately we discovered that our pizzas were only kept warm and were therefore very dry and partly burnt. The service was also very slow and you almost had to beg for attention.

Unfortunately the pizza came very burnt and also very dry. Unfortunately, today was not an isolated incident. We could even see them in the kitchen breaking away the burnt food with their hands so that it didn't look so bad. I think it's a shame that something like this is even published. Of course, this also made the pizza very dry. We shared a pizza. In the picture you can even see that this was also done on our pizza.

We celebrated our birthday and sat right in front of the glass kitchen. The order took a little longer because the children were allowed to order pizzas themselves. The food was very tasty!

Hello, I had dinner at L'Osteria with friends last night and I have to say it's a really cool place!! The waiter Barbad was also above average and took great care of us quickly. The food was great at the same time! Very highly recommended. Overall everything was great!

Thanks to Marta and the entire team. Great, fast service. Delicious pizza, delicious wine...even though there was “hell” going on, no real waiting time. Continued good business during the Christmas season and elsewhere! We'll be back!

I was there today with my daughter, we had registered for a children's bakery. We haven't experienced something so great in a long time. The staff were so great with the children, they listened to them, showed them everything and were totally loving. The gifts that were given were so sweetly chosen and prepared. Baking pizza in the show kitchen was the highlight. We were totally thrilled. And the price was more than satisfactory. We only had to pay €15 for everything they offered, including food and a drink for my daughter. I can only recommend it. Totally family friendly restaurant. We are looking forward to the next baking campaign because we will be there. Thank you 🤩

We come here very often, but unfortunately we were massively disappointed by the service today. Our waiter had no interest in our table (neither with the normal main order nor with additional sales), as did the other waitress with short blonde hair - super unfriendly and unnecessarily stressed. The only one who put a smile on our faces was Samuel, he was on his second day and, despite having more work than the other two cellars, he was friendly, motivated and had a funny saying. It's a shame that you're so overwhelmed when the store is busy. If you are not prepared for this, you should perhaps reorient yourself. :)

Beverage runner Samuel gets 5 star service. This person was far more committed and very friendly than the other employees. Pasta was delicious, but unfortunately it only came 13 minutes later than my family's pizzas. Even after asking, no one was interested because half of the dishes were missing.

We were at L'Osteria in Koblenz on November 7th for our fourth anniversary - unfortunately a disappointment and not worthy of an anniversary. First of all, we were assigned a small table, but it was squeezed into the corner so that we had no chance of following the hustle and bustle or being seen by the service. As a trained restaurant expert, what is called “service” these days is beyond my knowledge. I already know why I work in retail now. An unfriendly waitress ran her standard program and showed up exactly twice in an hour and a half. Once to order and once to check out. Although the 2.25 euro tip up to 45 wasn't worth the evening to me, I gave it to her out of decency. The annoyed farewell that followed did the rest for me to have every cent returned to me next time. I was also not told why my unfortunate pizza was not in the shape of the usual standards. I wouldn't have put something like that out before. Taste wise, but not visually, good as usual. We would have liked to have dessert, but that would require table service. Too bad!

We went here for dinner today because it's my birthday. The pizza is simply great. Excellent in taste and so huge. My daughter-in-law and I took the rest home with us and I'm currently eating the rest because it's so delicious. The staff is really nice and it's really cozy and nice. We'll be back very soon

While we were looking at the menu, we were talking about how the different salad dressings tasted, when we heard right behind us that all the dressings were delicious. We were immediately offered the dressings to try because we couldn't decide. It quickly became clear that the nice young man was the boss himself. During the conversation you quickly realized that he is a full-blooded restaurateur with heart and soul! His employees also reflect this great spirit! Very, very great! We felt very, very comfortable. Thank you for this great experience. We would love to come back (if we are in Koblenz again)!

The food was delicious as always. I had pizza. This one is really good. I don't understand what's going on with this huge pizza (or too small plates). Super complicated to eat that thing. The pizza is lying on the edge of the table, which is really disgusting. In addition, the wait staff constantly touches the pizza with their hands when they bring it to the table. Please just take larger plates or make smaller pizza! We were there with a group. Two of our pizzas had to be returned because the toppings were forgotten. Otherwise everything came as ordered. However, we had to wait a long time and were often left stranded because the service was too busy and didn't have time to order drinks. It is also VERY loud in the restaurant. Conversations in larger groups are virtually impossible. That's why we left earlier.

Unfortunately ridiculous... we simply weren't served. After 35 minutes we left again. When we entered we were left standing for a while. Apparently cleaning tables was somehow more important. This trend continued throughout the evening. A few tables next to our table were being cleaned. Sometimes even multiple times. But an order was not taken. At some point we left. Oh yes, the store was empty! 5 occupied tables for 4 waiters, only one of whom seemed to be working. Unfortunately he was responsible for other tables and the other 3 were busy cleaning tables...

Ambiance and food are great. The service, however, is underground. The store was very busy and 1-2 more service staff would certainly have been helpful. So you always had to wait a long time until you were served. Unfortunately there were a lot of cobwebs and dust at our seat, so cleanliness could also be improved. A small, funny thing that really amused me: when you go to the toilet you get a little Italian course over the loudspeakers. I haven't seen that before either.

Tolle Pizzeria! Obwohl sehr viel los war hat das Personal alles im Griff Die Pizza - ein Traum. Knuspriger Boden - riesengroß ....Man hat jedoch die Möglichkeit, sich eine große Pizza zu teilen mit zwei unterschiedlichen Bestellungen. Mein Mann wollte anders belegt haben als ich - und dann bekamen wir jeweils eine Halbe mit Wunschbelag. Wir haben wirklich toll gegessen und unser Kellner war sehr nett und trotz "Stress" sehr höflich gewesen.

After asking several times whether the music could be turned down a little, we were only told that this had been asked several times and it wouldn't have changed anything. “The later the evening, the louder the music,” was one answer! We continued with the food!!! We ate salads, pizzas and pasta! The salads were ok. The pizza tasted okay too. However, as good as cold! The pasta was an absolute disaster! Fresh pasta with a spicy tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella was on the special menu! We got cold, unsalted penne with canned chopped tomatoes. Buffalo mozzarella was out. That's why there was a perfectly normal cold mozzarella ball that lay carelessly and unprocessed on the already cold pasta. We sent the food back! Simply a disgrace! We're definitely not coming back!
