Kumar in Pegnitz

This year we celebrated two big birthdays there with the family. The food there tastes really good (best veal cream roast) and the hosts and service are very friendly and accommodating.

We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday. The guesthouse is only open on Saturdays. I don't know what the accommodation is like there. But the restaurant is quaint and cozy. If you get a seat there, you're lucky.

Beautiful, rustic Franconian inn with typical hearty dishes and good beer as well as extremely fair prices. Very nice and attentive service. Just a few minutes from the A9. Great!

Rustic pub - a bit dark - candlelight - lots of dark wood. The huge wooden bar dominates, which is definitely a good place to sink your teeth into. The boss was very nice and explained to us in a friendly manner which beers he had in his range and which regions they came from. We'd love to come by again.

Great food... very cheap... we will be happy to come back... absolutely recommended...
