We went to “Kosta’s & John’s” yesterday because of the very good star rating. It was incredibly tasty, a large selection of dishes, something for everyone. Very nice staff, football was also shown! TOP! We'd love to come back!!!

Delicious currywurst in itself. Unfortunately, the fries left over from the previous order were fried again, which never leads to a good result and many of the fries were rock hard. The sausage was cut with scissors, some pieces were paper thin, some were large blocks. The service behind the counter seemed quite listless. Tip for those picking up: At the gas station opposite, the liter bottle of Coke is cheaper than the 0.33 liter bottle at the snack bar.

Nice little place for a quick bite in Düsseldorf. Staff is friendly and the food is very good. You can smell the goodness as you're walking a few meters away.

The best pita you would traditionally get in Greece. Great fries, everything was simply delicious. And the entire staff is absolutely friendly. Our favorite Greek place for years!! All other Greek snack bars/restaurants are measured against this standard, almost always with the better result for Kosta's & John's.

The food tastes good, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is very welcoming. The only drawback is the price. To be honest, it is much more expensive than other places.

A very nice grill tavern. You almost think you're on holiday in Malia again and get a great gyros straight to your hand with nice service and everything went quickly.

The local people are very friendly. Obviously knew the neighborhood. You can tell that the operators are very experienced. The culinary is absolutely outstanding in terms of price-performance ratio. Had a delicious Gyros Pitha and was very positively surprised - despite profound pita experience. The free uzo upon arrival was a nice welcome that reinforced my positive impression. Gladly again !

Be careful with lamb chops! The blackboard says lamb chops €18.90 (4 pieces), but that only means the 4 tiny pieces of meat! If you want salad and rice you pay a whopping €24.90! And if you drink another cola, you'll end up with €30! I find it quite astonishing. There is much better food for the money. You have the feeling of having been cheated. I will avoid the store in the future.

Great grill room. The food was delicious and the staff and the boss are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There aren't that many tables, so you should actually make a reservation if you want to eat there during peak hours on weekends. Otherwise just take away. The quality of the food makes it definitely worth a visit

Top Essen in einem Imbiss am Nikolaus-Knopp-Platz. Richtig nett und lokal. Wir gehen hier hin als Alternative zum Oberkasseler Pendant von Kosta in der Dominikanerstrasse. Er hat hier ja viele Jahre die Standards gesetzt und das Akro berühmt gemacht. Daumen hoch ! Und ich liebe die Ruhe in der neuen Location.

Kann mit den positiven Bewertungen leider nicht mitgehen. Metaxa Gyros war noch das beste ansonsten kleine Portionen und geschmacklich nur ok für mich. Da hatte ich bessere Griechen.

Der Nachbarschaftsgrieche unseres Vertrauens! Immer wieder gerne Kostas‘s und John‘s. Die Jungs sind freundlich und der Service flott. Das Gyros nicht übertrieben gewürzt, frisch und lecker. Wie lieben die Lammkoteletts! Pommes sind immer heiß. Man kann toll draußen sitzen und hat einen Blick auf den Nikolas-Klopp -Platz. Das lokal hat viele Stammkunden.

Wir haben hier heute zum ersten Mal Essen zum mitnehmen geholt. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, die Portion riesig (vor allem bei dem Preis) und der Service außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir waren alle begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Fahre aus dem Düsseldorfer Norden extra dorthin. Sehr zu empfehlen, faire Preise bei sehr guter Qualität. Außerdem sehr nette Betreiber, immer für einen Spruch gut.

Gyros und Pommes: lecker Veggie-Pattie: naja… muss man nicht haben Wartezeit ok. Was jedoch gar nicht ok ist, sind gleich zwei Sachen: 1. Preise online sind günstiger als im Laden. Wir hatten per Telefon vorbestellt und dann im Laden war alles ~2€ teuerer. Das darf nicht sein, zumal das rechtlich gesehen auch nicht erlaubt ist. 2. Man wird freundlich gefragt ob es noch etwas tzatziki oder Mayo dabei sein darf. Als Kunde verstehe ich das so, dass ich das kostenlos dabei kriege, weil es zum Gericht gehört. Für einen Klecks tzatziki stehen dann aber 1,30€ auf der Rechnung. Finde ich frech. Alles in allem leckeres Essen, freundlich Bedienung, aber diese zwei Punkte sollte man definitiv verbessern. Ob wir wiederkommen … eventuell.

I tried the Gyros, Zaziki, Dolme and few salads and all I can say is I liked it really lot. (Zaziki is my fave sauce there, one of the best I’v ever tried.strongly recommend it.) Plus point is the staff are really friendly guys with big smiles on there faces.
