Very bad doner kebab, hardly any meat. The staff were extremely unfriendly. I gave the place a few chances, but never again.

I was at [best worker has small scar on the back of his head] and I have to say it was simply top-notch! The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and really plentiful – everyone will be satisfied. I especially want to highlight the hospitality; I've never experienced anything like it! You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The doner kebab is highly recommended, both in regular flatbread and in a yufka. You can choose from two skewers (chicken or veal), various sauces, plenty of vegetables, and many extras that can be ordered. For the perfect experience, we recommend ordering the baklava as dessert. The restaurant offers food for dine-in and takeaway. But what makes Koc Döner World special are the friendly staff, who prepare all their dishes with love!

A truly great atmosphere inside, the staff are especially friendly, even in the evenings. And I don't even need to talk about the food… top-notch.

My colleague has a hair in his kebab and they said that it was us ourselves. We ordered 3 big kebabs (more meat), one kebab was big, the others were normal, but they still wanted the extra charge. The staff were very unfriendly.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at Koc Döner in Düsseldorf. My daughter paid with a 50-euro note, and the bill came to 14 euros. Instead of the correct change, she received only 50 cents. When I pointed out that she had paid with 50 euros, the employee reacted extremely rudely and aggressively. He claimed it was only 10 euros – which simply couldn't be true. Even more questionable: If only a 10-euro note had actually been handed over, why did he give change at all? Instead of resolving the situation professionally, he became loud, argued disrespectfully with a 14-year-old, and finally threw the money on the table. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Where there is no respect, you shouldn't sit at the table. One thing is clear to us: We will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Ideally, no star at all.

Two kebab shops right next to each other. I chose this one, which was a perfect choice, because the kebab is truly excellent. It comes with cheese and ayran. Reasonable portions at reasonable prices. Seating is available inside and outside.

Today I spontaneously stopped by Koç Döner in Holthausen again, and what can I say, a 10 out of 10! I had a vegetable kebab, and the guys made it so delicious. My husband also lovingly prepared a delicious kebab plate. We'll be back.

Sub-par Döner, oily, soggy, stale food

The flatbread was full and quite delicious. Ingredients like onions, red cabbage, and spicy sauce seemed fresh and tasted good. The meat could have been a bit crispier. What I didn't like was how long the wait seemed. I had to wait at least 20 minutes, and during that time, only about 10 orders were processed before me. There's considerable room for improvement here. Overall, Döner Welt is definitely recommended if you have a bit of time and value a delicious product more than quick preparation.

First time here, the 2 guys at behind the counter were great. Absolutely friendly, helpful, & patient. My wife is here for work & we stumbled upon these guys as we were checking out the neighborhood on our first day here. They were super patient in waiting for me to make up my mind as to what to order. After some pointing & broken english/german, we both got a mixed chicken & beef sandwich. The bread was divine!! The meats were flavorful & was overflowing the bread when prepared. I pushed mine into the bread a bit more then squeezed it all together. Beautiful ratio of meat to bread overall. We sat in front, just outside the door. Highly recommend from this experience. If the other food is half as good as our sandwiches, you will not be disappointed. We're here for 2 weeks & I will not hesitate to go back for another or try something else. Great food, but also great guys working there.

I’m new to this place, so when I walked in, I didn’t have much expectations. Yet they all welcomed me warmly, very open and social. Foreign friendly as well. They are respectful and don’t push your boundaries. Over time, you get to know the workers there, they are very humorous and it provides a very safe atmosphere over all. Not the mention, the food is tasty as well. It’s definitely worth to pay a visit! :)

We really enjoyed buying a kebab there before we moved. Went there for the first time today and the kebab is no longer a kebab but a lettuce bag with a bit of meat. Definitely the last time there.

Yesterday my husband, our two children and I visited this restaurant for the first time to enjoy a kebab. I have to honestly say it was by far the best kebab I've eaten in Düsseldorf so far. The taste was excellent, and what was particularly impressive was the generous filling of the bread - no corners were cut here. I would particularly like to emphasize the exceptional friendliness of the staff. The staff were extremely courteous, warm and attentive - both towards us and especially towards our children. Another aspect that struck me as particularly positive was the television in the dining area. While many other Turkish restaurants often play loud music videos with half-naked dancers, which I find inappropriate for a family-friendly environment, here a pleasant atmosphere has been created instead. The screen showed calm shots of the beach, accompanied by subtle music - a welcome change and a sign of the thoughtful design of the ambience. Overall, our visit was an extremely positive experience that we will definitely repeat.

The sauces were delicious and the staff was super friendly. What really amazed me was that there was even a bit of lemon on top - that really gave the whole thing a kick. I've already tried a kebab in Düsseldorf, but this one was really from another world. It was definitely worth coming all the way from Munich.
