Very tasty, freshly prepared food and a wide selection. The wait wasn't too long either. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, during our stay (we sat outside), we were constantly disturbed by some persistent beggars (11 in about 45 minutes), which isn't the staff's fault. We'll eat better inside next time. ;-) See you then :-)

I love Asian food, and here near the cathedral and Schildergasse in Cologne, I visited this place today. I love the beautiful terrace, delicious cocktails, and modern, inviting atmosphere.

The Kittichai/Krebsgasse in Cologne is simply fantastic. We've only been coming here for the past few weeks and are pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious, every dish is of high quality. The kitchen is clean. The service is attentive, friendly, and prompt. Tables are immediately cleared and cleaned so that a new guest can use them. The music is audible, but not too loud, so you can have a good conversation. All in all, the Kittichai/Krebsgasse in Cologne makes a very appealing, clean, and inviting impression. Great crew, keep it up, thanks!

Good place for lunch. Generous portions, tasty meals at a reasonable price. Had noodle dishes, curries and chicken burger. Location is good in the centre of Cologne, with outside seating.

I like eating here. It's a chain, and the food is prepared quickly. I'd rather eat something warm and fresh here in peace than at a burger chain or one of the chip shops... Of course, you can't compare it to a good individual restaurant. You don't get any peace and quiet when the place is full. And it often is. That's also a sign of good, fast food. You can sit outside right in the pedestrian zone. You can enjoy it. You can also go inside. Or you can visit one of the other locations in Cologne. The service has ALWAYS been nice, helpful, and friendly. That's also not a given these days. The sodas are highly recommended. I like eating there with my children between shopping trips and recharging our batteries. I'm always happy to do so.

Decent food in a easy to reach resturant. It's self-service and the place is decorated beautifully.

There is on street seating so it is great for people watching whilst you are eating. I ordered the Thai Curry and it was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and well cooked, the portions are generous and the service was good.

Delicious Phat Thai, delicious homemade mint lemonade. Orders are placed at the counter, and drinks and cutlery must be brought directly to your table. The service is friendly and prompt.

The food was okay. But the service was poor. I asked for another water, but the waitress didn't bring it and instead made two smoothies for her friends. Such a shame.

You order Thai curry with rice and get a sweet peanut sauce. If you ask your supervisor about it, you'll get a rude reply that the sauce is always like that. He would have liked to continue the cheeky argument with me. I can't recommend this place!

We just wanted to get a drink around 9 PM and found this restaurant open. We didn't notice it was self service, and no one informed us even after 40 minutes. A waitress eventually brought our food, but with no knives or forks, because apparently you have to get them yourself. Strange system. And there wasn’t any Asian(Thai) cooks in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat because, after waiting 20 minutes, we weren't even asked if we wanted a drink. It was 31 degrees outside and there were four groups of people, so it was relatively manageable. Especially since we were waiting right outside, with no drinks and a closed menu. It was a shame. Two employees cleared other tables outside during those 20 minutes.

I went to a restaurant today, but the food was unfortunately very disappointing. I was looking forward to delicious pasta, but it didn't taste good at all. My husband's pasta was also a disappointment – ​​it just tasted like water with a little cream. The fries were okay, as were the spring rolls – nothing special, but okay. However, there was an insect in my drink, so I couldn't drink it. I found it particularly disappointing that I didn't get a new one despite complaining. Despite everything, we ordered mojitos and tequila later – the drinks were good and at least somewhat salvaged the evening.

Nice restaurant, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Service rated "only" 3 stars because orders have to be placed at the counter and you have to fetch cutlery and drinks yourself. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rejected at 10.10pm because they wanted to close even though opening hours are until 11.30pm

Even though we were the only customers, the food came very late. Friend's food came after 15 minutes after my food came. I found the blonde waitress to be very rude in the way she served the food on the table.

The service team is incredibly friendly, attentive and professional! Despite a few extras, everything came as ordered and was very good! After countless visits and orders with consistent quality, there should be an extra star ✨ Update: unfortunately the quality has continued to decline and today we were disappointed again! The dishes are bland and served carelessly, some 2.5-5€ surcharge for pasta but fewer vegetables and shrimp/meat is simply not a harmonious development. The pricing is now unacceptable for the quality and unfortunately this was our last lunch break here until further notice.

The food is good, I come here every now and then and like it, but this time the (waitress) was honestly very unfriendly and the service was pretty slow. The music was also strange as there was some techno playing.

A wonderful place for Thai cuisine lovers! The soups are simply delicious – a real treat! The portions are huge, almost as if they were made for giants. The handsome waiter was the icing on the cake. And a very special highlight: the musical accompaniment - it creates an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. You simply feel good here! I'll definitely be back!

The team is young and smiling. The food is tasty. My thai soup was huge ! And their ginger tea tastes really good. It is not too loud. It is kids friendly. The decoration is just what's needed. Not too much, not too poor. I enjoyed my time.

Can highly recommend. Their Thai food was amazing. (I’ve been to Thailand several times and eat Thai food often.) Their curry was impressive. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options too.

Unfortunately the food wasn't fresh. Chicken was definitely no longer edible. Sticky table, sticky menus. The crowning achievement was a recalculation because the calculation was incorrect at the beginning. Only the music was great. Unfortunately not recommended.

First bad impression: you have to order yourself at the checkout and pay in advance. The cashier wouldn't accept a special order without sauce (please what?). A dish was served on broken plates (you don't do that!) and at the end there was hair on my dish! There is still loud music in the restaurant in the background. So, I'll never visit the store again!

Nice place, the food and the ambience were good. The ladies in service were also nice, but unfortunately most of the service takes place at the counter and not at the table. I also generally don't like it when I can see into the kitchen and the cooks are standing there talking on their cell phones with their protective gloves on. Hygiene is a very important point for me. Overall, a place I would go to again. We ate well, I can recommend the chicken burger.

The food was super tasty. I had Thai curry with rice noodles and duck and my friend had the same only with rice. We also had delicious mojitos. Very service was friendly and quick. As with every Kittichai visit, the food was top notch. This time we tried something new, mango curry with duck and red curry with peanut sauce and duck. Price-performance ratio is great for the portions and you will be full. The service was friendly as always.

The taste was good to ok and super large portions BUT dirty sticky cutlery, paying for food and drinks in advance, broken glasses and a waitress at the checkout who obviously didn't care.

The food was very tasty and the staff was friendly. However, after eating we felt a bit uneasy when a mouse disappeared into the masonry behind us and we then wanted to go to the toilets (we then refrained from using the toilet). When I pointed out the mouse to the waitress, she said that the exterminator was coming... so the problem seems to be known and the store continues to operate anyway.

Nice ambience but not worth the subsequent food poisoning. My girlfriend and I both had fried rice and had the worst night of our lives. Even my husband, who had my leftovers, was spared nothing. Never again!
