Quick, decently sized portion and you couldn't complain about the taste 😅.

I ate there on Thursday, not for the first time, and since then, it's been coming out of the top and bottom, even though I didn't eat much for taste reasons. Sorry, but it was disgusting.

I feel good when I can enjoy my breakfast there.

Good discovery. No more choice on the menu except for the desserts, there are only 2 which also contain banana. Clean place. Near the shops Avoid toilets that are difficult to access for disabled people!

The summer rolls aren't very imaginative either Counter ordering and monotonously speaking employees complete the whole thing The fact that you have to share the back of your chair with your neighbor is also special I don't need it all the time If I want a lot for a little with not that much quality, okay

I am thrilled with this restaurant. You can watch how the dishes are freshly prepared. In terms of taste, I don't know of any restaurant where it tastes better.

Thai street food. You order and pay in advance. The drinks and food are brought to the table. The ambience is ok, but doesn't invite you to linger for a long time. The food is freshly prepared and tastes good. The service just brings the food, that's it. It's perfectly fine for a quick meal.

The service team is incredibly friendly, attentive and professional! Despite a few extras, everything came as ordered and was very good! After countless visits and orders with consistent quality, there should be an extra star ✨ Update: unfortunately the quality has continued to decline and today we were disappointed again! The dishes are bland and served carelessly, some 2.5-5€ surcharge for pasta but fewer vegetables and shrimp/meat is simply not a harmonious development. The pricing is now unacceptable for the quality and unfortunately this was our last lunch break here until further notice.

Little service, food is not proportional to the cost. Too loud, uncomfortable, no atmosphere. Once is enough.

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly employees right in the city center. The portions are enormously large and also very tasty. I think the prices for these portions are ok. I’ll always be happy to come back 😉

terrible sushi at an unreasonably high price. There is almost no fish, in any other café this would be the cheapest sushi, but here it costs 14.45 euros.

Nice place to try some Thai food

The food is good, I come here every now and then and like it, but this time the (waitress) was honestly very unfriendly and the service was pretty slow. The music was also strange as there was some techno playing.

A wonderful place for Thai cuisine lovers! The soups are simply delicious – a real treat! The portions are huge, almost as if they were made for giants. The handsome waiter was the icing on the cake. And a very special highlight: the musical accompaniment - it creates an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. You simply feel good here! I'll definitely be back!

Really good food. Big portions for a low price.

The team is young and smiling. The food is tasty. My thai soup was huge ! And their ginger tea tastes really good. It is not too loud. It is kids friendly. The decoration is just what's needed. Not too much, not too poor. I enjoyed my time.

Can highly recommend. Their Thai food was amazing. (I’ve been to Thailand several times and eat Thai food often.) Their curry was impressive. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options too.

We saw this restaurant by chance and had dinner and were not disappointed. Everything tasted great. Nice boss, just like his employee, would recommend it and eat here again.

When I got tired of German food, I went to eat Thai food. Tom Yum Goong, Fried Rice, Fried Noodles, Chicken Curry Four people ordered four dishes, and there was a lot of food, so we packed the rest. The food was definitely delicious

Huge portion, but the Thai curry was completely watered down. The tofu almost inedible. It doesn't have much to do with Asian cuisine. It doesn't taste good at all either. Should be avoided.

Very, very nice place. Great ambience. We eat here very regularly. It is our highlight and now our ritual to dine here after a day of shopping :) The food is delicious. The service girls are super nice. We love KittyChai🥰

Unfortunately the food wasn't fresh. Chicken was definitely no longer edible. Sticky table, sticky menus. The crowning achievement was a recalculation because the calculation was incorrect at the beginning. Only the music was great. Unfortunately not recommended.

First bad impression: you have to order yourself at the checkout and pay in advance. The cashier wouldn't accept a special order without sauce (please what?). A dish was served on broken plates (you don't do that!) and at the end there was hair on my dish! There is still loud music in the restaurant in the background. So, I'll never visit the store again!

Nice place, the food and the ambience were good. The ladies in service were also nice, but unfortunately most of the service takes place at the counter and not at the table. I also generally don't like it when I can see into the kitchen and the cooks are standing there talking on their cell phones with their protective gloves on. Hygiene is a very important point for me. Overall, a place I would go to again. We ate well, I can recommend the chicken burger.

The food was super tasty. I had Thai curry with rice noodles and duck and my friend had the same only with rice. We also had delicious mojitos. Very service was friendly and quick. The portions were very generous. I didn't finish my curry and my friend was really struggling too 🤭 I would eat there again and again!

As with every Kittichai visit, the food was top notch. This time we tried something new, mango curry with duck and red curry with peanut sauce and duck. Price-performance ratio is great for the portions and you will be full. The service was friendly as always.

The mangoes in the summer rolls are still half-frozen. The cocktails and drinks are pretty good, and the rice is just okay.

The taste was good to ok and super large portions BUT dirty sticky cutlery, paying for food and drinks in advance, broken glasses and a waitress at the checkout who obviously didn't care.

The food was very tasty and the staff was friendly. However, after eating we felt a bit uneasy when a mouse disappeared into the masonry behind us and we then wanted to go to the toilets (we then refrained from using the toilet). When I pointed out the mouse to the waitress, she said that the exterminator was coming... so the problem seems to be known and the store continues to operate anyway.

Nice ambience but not worth the subsequent food poisoning. My girlfriend and I both had fried rice and had the worst night of our lives. Even my husband, who had my leftovers, was spared nothing. Never again!

It's a shame, apparently there is a distinction between customers who take away food and customers who sit in the restaurant. I went there once to eat and it was very good, and I've ordered and taken food twice now. Today's delivery was an absolute disaster, rock hard, old satay chicken skewers on old lettuce leaves with only half a tablespoon of peanut sauce? ... that can't be the case for €7.95. It's a shame, the peanut sauce is delicious...

I would like to start with the positive: the food tasted very good and the portions were very large. Price-performance ratio appropriate. What's not right, however, is that 4 waitresses work there and I have to do everything their job. Go to the checkout to order and pay immediately. I've never experienced that in a restaurant before. You even had to get up and go to the cash register for every single drink. I think that's okay at McDonald's, but I expect better service from a restaurant. I also expect that if I signal to the waitress that I want something and she nods, she will come to me at some point and not instead talk to colleagues or watch the chef work. And the one where my companion's salt shaker broke and she dropped all the salt on her food. But the main thing is that every drink is paid for immediately. Actually, the "service" doesn't deserve a star, not even the term service is accurate. And the fact that the toilets look like they're at a festival doesn't make things any better. Dirty, smelly and the door smeared. Even when the end of work is approaching, certain standards should apply, especially when it comes to hygiene. Luckily, this was the only negative experience on my first visit to Cologne. But it will stay in my memory and I won't go there again.

Was just there. I threw up the food at home. A couple of friends had already told me back then that they always got a stomach ache when they went out to eat there. No more disgusting food ever again.

Wow!!!! So that was once again a really great experience for the eyes and the palate!!! Yesterday I took a short trip to Cologne with my children. When we were looking for a nice local place we came across Kittichai. You can sit outside and enjoy the sun while eating, or sit inside. The atmosphere inside was very appealing and we really liked it. Everything was also very clean!!! We took a table at the back of the stairs. The service was extremely friendly and the smile was enchanting. She explained to us that we had to order at the checkout and pay directly. After ordering, the first starters arrived at our table quite quickly. A little later the main course was brought. The food was delicious and I actually licked my fingers for the first time in a long time. Great price and taste!!!

Basically I would give the ambience 5 points. However, there is a deduction due to the toilets. It really wasn't clean there. Control and cleanliness is non-existent. It's not possible for a mother to have to change diapers for her child on the sofa. Otherwise really nice, worth it. The food really tasted good.

It was really tasty, I have to say. You can see directly into the kitchen how the food is freshly made. That's how it tasted, the vegetables were really nice and crunchy. Currently you could only pay in cash and the toilet is half a trip around the world and could be better (men) the general look of the room in the toilet.

When I ordered a dish with salmon, they brought me a dish with pangasius. In response to my comments, the waitress started saying that this was the type of salmon they had and offered no solution to the problem. In addition, food is served to guests in broken bowls from which children can eat with their hands. My friends and I don't want to be fooled, that's why we will never come to this place again!

This afternoon I was at "Kittichai" again. Cool, modern atmosphere, fast and friendly service, sometimes quite loud and busy, but the food is really authentic like at the night market in Bangkok, very tasty. Highly Recommended!

The restaurant has far too large portions for one person. It tastes mediocre and you have to order the food yourself. The atmosphere is okay.

Great cocktails! Didn't try the food, but it looked delicious from others. It would be a little more comfortable if you had small cushions on the cold chairs outside or simple blankets available. The tables need to be wiped down a little more often. The staff is pretty nice and attentive.

Visually very nice place. Service staff very friendly and accommodating. The food was served beautifully prepared and tasted really delicious. It was a large portion that I couldn't finish. What was left was packed up upon request. Unfortunately the toilet area was anything but nice and worth five stars. You urgently need to improve this.

Very good shop. The food is prepared and served quickly. The price/performance ratio is great. It tasted wonderful. The boss personally noticed that the waitress had accidentally overcharged for a meal. He pointed this out to me and brought the overpaid money to me in cash at the table. Respect and fine train. I wouldn't have noticed.

Delicious!! We always eat the "most sold" vegetarian food - for us it's an integral part of every city trip to Cologne. Located in the middle of the city center. It makes sense to reserve a seat by telephone as it is usually very well attended.
