Incredibly delicious. For me it's the closest thing to eating in Thailand of all the Thais I know.

Now our favorite Thai restaurant. Always tasty and friendly staff.

We were there twice during our 3 days in Köln and we definitely love the food! We made sure we ordered different food and it's authentic Thai food. Great atmosphere and friendlt services. Recommendations: Pad Thai with Schrimps, Grilled Beef, Tom Yam wih sea food, Laab with duck, หอยแครงลวก, etc.

I ordered food there and the soup and the main course were both very tasty and if I lived locally I would be there more often. In fact, the portions were so large that I didn't need the appetizer.

Nice ambience, great food and lovely service staff. Will definitely come again.

Das **Buriram Thai-Restaurant & Cocktailbar** in Köln ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn du Lust auf authentisches Thai-Ambiente hast – allein schon wegen dem Tuk-Tuk und dem ganzen Bambus im Gastraum, das sofort ins Auge sticht und für den besonderen Flair sorgt. Wir waren hier nach einem Badminton-Turnier und haben die letzten Plätze bekommen. Das Essen? Lecker und frisch zubereitet, aber nicht unbedingt ein Schnäppchen. Wenn du hier einkehrst, solltest du bereit sein, ein paar Euro mehr zu zahlen. Der Service ist super freundlich, die Bedienung schafft es, dass du dich direkt wohlfühlst. Und nicht zu vergessen: Die Lage ist top – mitten auf der bunten, lebendigen schwulen Meile Kölns. Ideal, um danach noch ein bisschen durch die Bars zu ziehen!

Somewhat solid, but not really outstanding. Had green curry with vegetables and tofu, coconut milk sauce was too watery, not enough curry paste and overall not very spicy. Even when I ordered Thai spiciness. The store is also fairly priced, but unfortunately the quality is no longer up to par. The interior was nicely decorated, there was also outside seating, although not much and quite uncomfortable.

Delicious lunch, the portions are big enough so that you leave the restaurant full. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service is friendly and the price-performance ratio is normal.

Ate 3 dishes with my wife yesterday. We come from Stuttgart. It really was perfect! Like in Thailand. Would come back at any time :)

We were in Cologne for the first time and followed a friend's recommendation. It was excellent... We have rarely had such good Thai food. The staff was very friendly. The prices for main courses are between 15-30€. Table reservations are made online. The waiting time for a well-filled restaurant was 40 minutes, which is totally acceptable given the quality of the food. Kind regards and enjoy your meal

I ate there with my girlfriend and the waiter really surprised us. It's rare to see such a friendly and nice waiter. The food and the drinks came quickly and the food was clearly spicy but extremely tasty. I can only recommend it

Sowohl die Inneneinrichtung mit viel Bambus und liebe zum Detail als auch die servierten Speisen und der Service waren sehr gut. Das was wir gegessen hatten war alles sehr lecker und mit den richtigen Zutaten zubereitet. Auffallend war das fast die Hälfte aller Gäste Asiaten bzw. Thais waren was immer ein gutes Zeichen für die Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen zeigt.

Two of us (Thai and German) ate here. The food was of good quality and authentic. The service was friendly. Overall pleasant and recommended. However, I missed the small bowls with small pieces of chili and fish sauce that are usual in Thailand, as I would have only liked a tiny bit of chili in my meal. Overall, the prices were adapted to the German standard and reasonable, but I found €7.60 for an iced tea a bit excessive, otherwise I would have given the full 5 stars.

This restaurant was a chance find for me and my girlfriend. So we had no expectations and were extremely positively surprised. The atmosphere is great, the service is friendly and courteous and the food is amazing. We will be back with all our friends and family.

12/10 I come from Frankfurt and have to say that I have rarely visited such a good Thai restaurant. Super quality, beautifully prepared, and an absolute taste experience. The cocktails were also really tasty.

That was definitely the first and last time we ever ate there. The cocktails were extremely acidic, so I didn't even drink half of them. My mother and I were extremely disappointed with the food. Their “crispy duck” was like pure rubber and the noodles, like my chicken meat, were quite sweet. When we asked if we liked it, as the plates were still quite full, we didn't respond at all. All in all: Nice atmosphere, but never again!

Unfortunately the beef was a bit tough. The cocktails are very good and also have enough alcohol. The price is a bit higher, but it matches the quality and quantity. The ambience is typically Thai, cozy - but you sit a little too high on the benches. Service friendly and attentive. Parking in the area very difficult.

I was in the restaurant with friends. Everyone enjoyed the dishes we ordered, from normal to very spicy. We had reserved to be on the safe side, because about 30 minutes later it became full. The 3 hours for the menus went by very quickly. We really enjoyed the evening and would love to come back.

At Buriram Thai in Cologne I was impressed by the portion size. The price was reasonable in relation to the quantity, the portion was very generous and the service was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the strong smell of grease in the store, which spoiled the atmosphere. The food itself was okay, but not a highlight. Overall, I'd say Buriram Thai is a solid option if you're looking for a filling meal, but not necessarily a dining experience.

I think everything is ok, but Thai tea for me is super sweet and I don't like it.

Awful food. Unfriendly personnel. I was afraid to eat the seafood. It was nothing like a Thai should be. Namely fresh and tasty.

The best Thai/Isan food I had in Cologne. Recommended by Thais living here. We were lucky to get the table without reservation as it was really busy on Saturday night. All the staff are very attentive and nice. Will definitely come back again if. I come to Cologne!! Papaya salad with crab and fermented fish is very delicious. The staff are very nice. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely stop by to eat again :)

So authentic and delicately spiced Thai dishes - you'll melt away. The owner and the staff are also lovely and we went home twice feeling inspired and excited ❤️🤌🏿👌😊

The positive first: good service and beautifully designed inside. Large portions too - I ate the leftovers for lunch the following day. You can also get a place at short notice on weekends. What could have been better? I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat or fish - although there are curries with only vegetables or tofu, if you read the menu carefully you'll see that all curries are made with fish sauce and milk. Fish sauce is traditional, but it would be nice for vegetarians and vegans to be able to avoid it with the vegetable/tofu versions. At a price of just under €18 for a curry, I would only have expected pure coconut milk and no substitute with milk - unfortunately that was noticeable in the taste. It was a little bland for Thai cuisine. My husband had a chicken curry and unfortunately the chicken was quite hard.

Went here for lunch - the price was right and it was really tasty. I asked for extra vegetables, they were al dente and therefore great. I ordered the panaeng curry.

The hostess and the waitresses were all very friendly and accommodating. Really a great restaurant and in the hotspot of Cologne. We will definitely come back there on our next visit to Cologne.

Heute nach 5 Monaten waren wir zum Mittagessen im Buriram gewesen und was soll ich sagen,es war wieder so wie beim ersten Mal perfekt. Jeder fand sein Mittagsgericht. Lob an den Koch===Ente war voll knusprig gebraten und nicht trocken

Great food, good service, nice ambiance inside the restaurant. Please do try the whole fried fish Lui Suan and gried pork belly Kanaa Mu Grob. For the drink, I recommend Buriram Black Elephant with milk.

What a great place! From the atmosphere to the service and, most importantly, the food. I've been to Thailand many times and just adore the food there. You can hardly find good Thai food in Europe. In most cases the food is adapted for the country tastes which in case of Germany means cooking as mild as possible compromising the taste and the flavour. This place does an amazing job! The food tastes authentic. And this is what I personally admire and what makes me wanna come back. Not too mention the exquisite friendliness of the people. A recommendation without a single doubt! The best Thai food in Germany for me by far!

Wonderful, bright place. Everything bright, friendly & clean. Prices reasonable. Food could be a bit hotter, or with a dish warmer, but very tasty.

Our curry, although different types, tasted almost the same. It was also too cold and the meat quality of the chicken skewers didn't convince us. The starter platter for 2 people should also contain 2 identical pieces, here e.g. spring rolls, cheese balls, fried shrimp. Unfortunately not, especially not for this price. We would have paid almost half at our favorite Thai restaurant in Cologne Rodenkirchen, even though the ambience needs an overhaul.

Das Restaurant wurde im Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger überbewertet . Die Bestuhlung ist sehr eng . Viel zu wenig Personal. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig . Der Wein hatte eine schlechte Qualität und das Kölsch kommt in Flaschen . Ich hatte einen gedünsteten Fisch , er kam im ganzen, wurde vom Personal auch nicht filetiert. Das Behältnis war zu klein um es ordentlich selbst durchzuführen . Geschmacklich war der Fisch gut. Werde nicht wieder kommen .

Wir haben für meinen Geburtstag Catering bestellt (18 Personen). Und waren mehr als zufrieden. Wir waren 4 Tage vorher im Restaurant und haben direkt vor Ort ein Angebot bekommen und wurden kompetent und ehrlich beraten. Bei der Abholung war alles bereit und wir wurden mit dem Essen, Chefings und Zangen ausgestattet. Das Essen war super super lecker und alle auf der Party haben sich gefreut! Super Service, unkompliziert, kompetent und das Essen ist authentische leckere thailändische Küche zu fairen Preisen. Ich kann es jedem Weiterempfehlen. Danke ☺️

Kein Blickkontakt, keine richtige Begrüßung (Service wollte lieber hinter der Bar Wasser trinken) und Verabschiedung, kein Herausgeben der Karten unaufgefordert (bsp. Dessert), völlig desinteressiert, kein Anmachen der Kerze, Kein Nachfragen, ob alles okay war oder ob man mehr bestellen möchte. Echt mies! Ambiente: Gut, weil eben fast nichts los war.

Die vielen Thailänder*innen, die das Restaurant regelmäßig besuchen, können sich nicht irren! Das Ambiente ist sehr bunt und einfach passend. Man kann hier sogar asiatisch (auf dem Boden sitzend) speisen. Ich ziehe allerdings einen bequemen Stuhl 🪑 vor 🤣. Das Personal ist freundlich aber auch etwas zurückhaltend. Das Wichtigste ist aber die hervorragende Qualität der Speisen. Alles hat uns hier sehr gut geschmeckt. Man verwendet bei der Zubereitung der Gerichtete auch viele echte thailändische Zutaten. Nicht umsonst gehen so viele Landsleute in dieses Lokal essen.
