What delicious and excellent vegan sushi! Best we’ve ever had. We were visiting Berlin and were thrilled with the presentation, consistency and flavors of the food. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. Such a good experience!

Kim999 offers exquisite, exclusively plant-based dishes. We started with mock chicken skewers accompanied by an irresistible peanut sauce (Xien Sate) and a spicy kimchi salad. For main courses, we chose curry with rice and fresh vegetables, truly delicious. Super recommended!

We spontaneously stopped by before the football game because the KIM999 was right next to our hotel. The owner (?) welcomed us nicely, but was surprised that two young male football fans went to a vegan restaurant :D It was incredibly tasty, the service was very good and the selection of food was extremely diverse. Roughly speaking, there are soups, sushi and rice and noodle dishes with a vegan touch, vegan duck or tofu with various sauces. The vegetables were fresh, but the baked vegan chicken was particularly noteworthy. That was so good! We'll definitely be back for the next away game!

Last dinner in Berlin in this small restaurant not too far from Alexanderplatz. Attracted by the vegan proposal, I had quite high expectations which were fully satisfied. The maki with avocado, cucumber and vegan salmon are very good; the My Quang soup is excellent: just the right amount of spiciness, tasty and with a really pleasant touch of lemongrass. Also tried the tropical fruit with coconut milk which I would define as a good end to the meal. All accompanied by a hot jasmine tea. Nice atmosphere (perhaps the tables are a little too close together) and friendly service without being intrusive. Right value for money.

Very nice restaurant with wonderful food - fresh, tasty and large portions. I can only warmly recommend it. And what’s more: everything is vegan!

The best food I have ever tasted

All the dishes that our large family ordered were very tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. The sushi is some of the tastiest we have ever eaten. The various vegetables were crunchy and aromatic. The vegan “meat” versions tasted great, and as vegetarians/vegans we were extremely happy with them. The employees were friendly and accommodating. The toilet was also a clean place, always a good sign. :-)

Just pick anything off of the menu and it will be delicious! We went there as a family (three rather picky kids) and we all enjoyed sushi for starters followed by individual choices. BTW an all vegan restaurant by chance. Our little one had a dish with fake roast duck. Very friendly and caring staff. Anytime again!

Super tasty, courteous staff, great value for money

Great restaurant! The food was delicious, and the waiter was really kind and attentive. I highly recommend it 100%! If I ever come back to Berlin for a vacation, I will definitely return.

We like to eat vegetarian food and have therefore been planning to eat at KIM999 for a long time. The restaurant looks very inviting and cozy from the outside. The service was very friendly and the food was served remarkably quickly, which must have been due to the microwave, whose beep could not be ignored. My papaya salad starter and vegan salmon sushi looked and tasted good. Unfortunately, a few hours later that night I developed extreme stomach pain and vomited. It's a shame, unfortunately we won't be coming back for this reason.

You can simply choose everything you want to eat from the menu without having to worry. The food is lovingly prepared and we enjoyed it very much. You can also order the food to take away.

Varied menu and reasonable prices. The relaxed atmosphere is not noisy. Attention of 10 and very tasty food. The options I opted for were a success. Yes, the second one is quite forceful, it would be more to share. The wine is a sauvignon blanc €5.5/glass. All for €26.90

Very nice staff. We also received our food very quickly which was also very tasty. We also had 2 cocktails, both of which are also highly recommended. Haven't had too much vegan food so far, but it was highly recommended.

We have been to kim999 several times now. Eating both to go and in the restaurant itself. There's nothing wrong with the taste, the staff are very friendly and the prices are fair. We recommend trying the sushi and the chicken with mango sauce 🩷 we will come back :)

Nothing very special. We’ve been to many other places with great (vegan) Vietnamese food. Wouldn’t go again. Staff is kind. Toilets are binary.

Vietnamese cuisine with also Japanese dishes (sushi, ramen) all with a vegan twist. Good! Even the vegan salmon sushi looked like salmon but it was vegan, it wasn't bad. I found the mango lassì😋 Very Vietnamese tofu dish with rice and vegetables. The dishes are well prepared. Small place but also well looked after. Friendly staff

Cucina vietnamita con anche piatti giapponesi (sushi, ramen) tutto in chiave vegan. Buono! Anche il sushi di salmone vegan all'occhio sembrava salmone ma era vegan, non era male. Ho trovato il lassì al mango😋 Molto il piatto a base di tofu vietnamita con riso e verdure. I piatti sono ben curati. Locale piccolino ma anch'esso ben curato. Personale gentile

I had the fake duck pho. A delight! The dog spring roll as a starter was good. Excellent value for money! I can only recommend this restaurant to vegans and vegetarians.

Went here with family and I ordered the Peanut Mekong Delta. At first I thought the dish would be too busy considering the number of ingredients, but everything came together nicely. Would definitely come again!

One of the best restaurant experiences for us. If you are looking for vegan sushi I don't think there would be any other place that could get better than this. Exceptional sushi throughout, we have been here several times and the consistency is incredible. All the sushis are amazing and our personal favorite is the dragon roll. The Avocado Lassi and the Mango Lassi both are amazingly done and super refreshing. The staff here is very helpful and super friendly. Very close the the tram stops. Highly highly recommend for a delightful meal and time.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Berlin. The dishes are fresh and extremely tasty. “Pickup” also works great and is basically done “on point”. :) Definitely a good place to start convincing skeptics about vegan food.

Really nice vegan food. My quang was our favourite. Very tasteful and a little bit spicy. Perfect for a cold weather. Hope to come back someday to eat "my quang" and "curry mekong delta" again.

Super Lovely Vegan Asian Food. We liked it so much, that we just went the second evening to enjoy there. Next time bring in Berlin we will visit Kim999 for Shure, because it’s close to Alexander Platz but quite nice distance to have enough privacy. Wish you the best, namaste.🙏

Food was very tasty, drinks (non alcoholic) were also very nice, we had one avocado lassi and some drink with tamarinde, very pleasant! For all the veggie people out there, enjoy!

The KIM999 Vegan Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The portions of the smaller starters could have been a little larger, but the main courses were well portioned.

Starters came with food despite reservations, we were asked to leave immediately after the main course because we were overbooked. We were outside again in 1:15 minutes, we were there 15 minutes earlier. There was no time for dessert or the cocktail and we weren't asked if we wanted dessert or something else to drink. People often apologize, but then you end up standing in the rain and have to look for where you can get dessert

A lovely restaurant experience not far from Alexanderplatz. The vegan beef dish I had was delicious and the service was super friendly. I'll let my companion sum up her impressions: "The first vegan restaurant I went to when arriving in Berlin and oh boy was the food great! They are located perfectly, very cozy and the prices are good. My super sweet server Thang was amazing and I connected with him right away. I made him blush when I said I wished I could take him with me back home lol. I got excellent service and the "duck" in peanut sause was dreamy!!"

One of the best food experiences I've had. Super friendly and professional staff, nicely decorated and cozy interior and the best vegetarian/ vegan food I've ever had. Lots of different options on the menu as well. ~60 euros for 2 starters, 2 main courses, 1 desert and 4 beers.

We are staying in the hotel just next to this little restaurant, so why not giving it a chance, even though we’re not used to vegan cuisine. It was definitely a good decision: everything we tried was super tasty. Also, we had a really minor inconvenience with the dessert and the waiter was so kind to make us a discount on the bill. I would surely recommend this place for everyone wanting a different tasting experience! 1 entry, 2 main dishes, 1 dessert, 1 bottle of water, 40€.

I have eaten at Kim999 several times and have been very satisfied every time. The food is delicious, the people in service are friendly and attentive and I always felt comfortable and welcome. I can also particularly recommend the lunch menu, various dishes for under €10, but it's difficult to decide because they're all great ☺️

We are from Scotland and visited Berlin on holiday at end of August 2024. My partner is a vegetarian, but I am a meat eater. Neither of us has tried Vietnamese food before. A great vegan restaurant. All the employees are nice, helpful, not pushy and not too forward, just right. Every question we had was answered very patiently. This is our first vegan restaurant, we are absolutely thrilled. The dragon rolls were my highlight. For dessert we had a banana with sticky rice. Unfortunately it was eaten too quickly and couldn't take a picture. It wasn't a problem that we put several dishes in the middle, we were even given 2 spoons for dessert. Thank you for the lovely culinary experience.

Perfect service and delicious vegan food made this random choice a lucky find. Looking for some light dinner without meat in Mitte, offered several vegan restaurants. As I am neither vegan nor tofu lover, I was sceptical when I read vegan duck, vegan chicken and vegan salmon. My final choice was one of the specialties with marinated tofu. It was well balanced spices and flavours so I even liked the taste of the tofu. The seating outside could get some more love and improvement over the winter season. Looking forward to come back and check some of the other dishes, maybe even with vegan duck.
