Nice waiters but super rude owner. We were a group drinking and because we had bottles of water from outside the establishment he kicked us out before finishing the beer, then he made fun of us for telling him that we would give him a bad review.

Delicious vegan food, everything tasted great! Good bite.

Stopped here for a drink and a piece of cake. The caramel pudding concoction was extremely average, especially in a city with some excellent vegan desserts. But this did not matter much as it is a lovely place to sit on a weekday evening, and catch up with friends. Very cosy, lovely staff, and enough different drink options. Would definitely go back.

Very nice and cozy place with great food. Especially good were the fried mushrooms starter and the salty caramel cake - that one was one of the best deserts I’ve had in a long time.

The food is ok, nothing special. Yet quite expensive for what is served. When I wanted to pay the waiter asked me twice if I am sure I don't want to tip. No sir, I don't want to tip for a mediocre expensive mini-burger for which we had to go ask for the menus ourselves. There are many better veggie options around the area :)

Visiting Berlin for the marathon I was thrilled with all the vegan options here in the city. One of the best has to be here at Emmapeanurs, the staff was friendly and did not seem to mind that I couldn’t speak German. I had the pulled pork burger, it was very tasty and the side of fries were delicious. I may not make it back this trip but will make sure to stop in next time I am in Berlin

Super rude staff. Definitely avoid if you do not want to be treated badly. I tried to order drinks for me and my partner, while my partner goes to the toilet. Bartender just jumped straight away, that it's only for customers, we need to sit down first. And then maybe we will be granted a high privilege of using one's toilet. I do hope toilets are made of gold, as it sounds super important. Anyway. We found other place where people were a little bit more understanding of simple human needs.

Had a burger there and it was one of the best i ever had. I don't mean the best vegan burger. I'm not vegan nor vegetarian. The chef warned me of a sharp sauce over the zuccini-spaghetti (also delicious) that would perhaps be too spicy for my little daughter. He re-made the sauce especially for her. Now thats service!

Cozy restaurant, both outside and inside. The menu is not that big because the dishes are put together with love and sophisticated. Been there twice and had the Mac N Cheese and the Random Salad, both exceeded my expectations.

A wonderful experience in one of the few authentic neighborhoods left, we ate surrounded by plants which then become part of the vegan dishes, which were also delicious.

The quality of the food wasn't as good as one might expect. There are places in Friedrichshain that offer similar dishes at similar price but at way higher quality. I didn't expect a fine dining experience, just a decent burger and this wasn't it.it just tasted like something deep fried and thrown in a dry bun.

The Emma Pea as we knew and appreciated it, where we spent so many evenings, constantly dragging our friends and visitors there, leaving our pocket money, eating every item on the menu at least once, never leaving without munching on a piece of delicious cake came, this Emma Pea is dead. Dead. Dead. Instead of the Emma Peas there is now a galley that exudes the charm of a government canteen, without style, without flair, without atmosphere. According to hearsay, the boss constantly complained that the store wasn't making enough profit for him; he was probably of the opinion that there was more to be done with the RAW drunks and the horrible party-tourist hordes. Good luck with that, you'll never see us again. Shame!

Lecker und sehr gemütliches Restaurant

Tolles Flair, nette Leute. Die Gerichte sind toll und es schmeckt hausgemacht. Innen ist es urgemütlich, klein, eng, mit Holzofen, der im Winter angenehm wärmt. Die Karte variiert immer mal wieder, wird saisonal angepasst und so interessant gehalten. Die Portionen sind teilweise echt üppig. Die Toilette ist typisch Berlin heruntergekommen, aber irgendwie einen Hauch zu unappetitlich, da sehe ich Verbesserungspotential. ;) Die Bar nebenan ist auch süß!

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, das Essen lecker, aber wenig, sodass ich gerne noch etwas bestellt hätte, was ich jedoch nicht mehr tat, da wir nach einmaliger Bedienung nicht mehr beachtet wurden. Der Laden war komplett leer und die zwei Mitarbeiterinnen hatten genug Zeit, sich sehr lange mit einem Bekannten (?) zu unterhalten. Echt schade, da ich gerne noch mehr von der Karte probiert hätte.

I am familiar with this complex around Urban Spree & was excited to return & eat here. This place is a very laid back, casual spot with friendly & quick service. We ordered the Beast Burgers with Fritz Cola, which were a bit of a throwback to the gardenburger of yesteryear (not a bad thing, just not the Impossible/Beyond kinda formula that’s become standard). The potato wedges were amazing & curry seasoned / totally delicious. This is a cash only spot with a cash machine just a few meters away, so keep this in mind.

Beim Berlin Beast Burger ist alles ausgemacht: rote Bohnen und Champignon Patty, süßsauer eingelegte Gurken, handgeschnittene Tandoori Kartoffelecken, Chipotle Mayo, BBQ Sauce, vegan Cheddar von Wilmersburger, Bio Bun von Beumer Lutum, Tomate und Salat. Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit einer kleinen Karte und einem Kamin. Die kleine Karte macht die Auswahl deutlich einfacher und sind super lecker. Auch die Nachtisch Theke kann ich sehr empfehlen! Es kommt eine sehr gemütlich Wohnzimmer Atmosphäre auf denn die Küche ist direkt im Blickfeld und man sieht das alles selbst zubereitet wird.

Me and my friends had mac and cheese, aubergine balls and their berlin beast burger. Everything was delicious, specially mac and cheese pasta. The place is cozy and cheap. We loved it.

The burger I was served had a perfectly cooked fried tofu patty with a really delicious peanut sauce. It had fresh cucumber slices and green onions on a homemade bun with seeds--a fun reincarnation of Thai peanut noodles. But the real star of the show was the fries: cut into large thin slices, served warm, soft but solid. And they came with the most excellent and spicy mayo dipping sauce. They had a bit more salt than I would've liked, but overall really really good. I'd go back here to try other things on the menu as well because they had a strong homemade/wholesome-and-satisfying theme and are located in such a cool/artsy area surrounded by colorfully painted warehouses.

Sehr lecker, aber unzuverlässige Öffnungszeiten. Sind gerade extra ne halbe Stunde hergefahren und sie haben zu. Laut google maps und ihrer Webseite haben sie auf, hängt auch kein Zettel oder so.

I'm not vegan but I really enjoy the food at Emma Pea. Possibly the best mango lassi in town, friendly service, and a cool atmosphere both inside and out on the terrace. Definitely check them out!

I really enjoyed my meal here. This place does comfort food, but with a healthy twist. I had macaroni cheese and it was full of Brussel sprouts, which were delicious. Lovely friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere in this 100% vegan restaurant in the RAW.

Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was das Essen angeht hatten wir angesichts der Preise für die Burger (ca. 11,90 € pro Burger) auch die Erwartung, dass es wirklich schmeckt und was besonderes sein wird. Wir waren am Ende selten so enttäuscht von einem Essen und dass wir dafür nun insgesamt 30 € gelassen haben. Wäre das der Burger in einer Kantine gewesen, den ich für 7,50 € bekomme - okay, aber auch dann wirklich nicht geil. Aber so kann ich leider nur sagen, dass ich da auf jeden Fall nie wieder hingehen werde und auch jedem davon abraten würde, dort hinzugehen.

A cute little hidden vegan place inside is really warm and cozy, one side for dining another side is a bar. Love their Mac & cheese, burger was huge and tasty, we were really full after the meal.

Durchschnittlich. Wir haben beide einen Burger mit Wedges gegessen. Die Wedges schmeckten leider wie fertige aus dem Backofen. Der Burger war okay, jedoch nichts besonderes. Leider gab es nur drei fritz cola Sorten, darunter keine zuckerfreie Sorte. Preislich durchschnittlich. Nochmal würde ich nicht kommen, war aber auch nicht wahnsinnig schlecht, eben durchschnittlich

Whether you are vegan or not the meals here are substantial and tasty. The burger will keep a carnivore pretty happy despite the lack of meat and the Mac and cheese will have you questioning your alliance with the original. The deck out the back is super nice of an evening and the flavor packed cocktails are the perfect compliment. Sundays there are DJs and a nice vibe.

Kleine Karte aber mit einer guten breiten Auswahl (burger, pasta, quesedillas etc). Alles vegan! Die Gerichte kosten alle um die 10€, aber man bekommt dafür eine große Portion. Von der Terrasse kann man auf die ganzen vorbeiziehenden Hipster schauen (Raw Gelände) Empfehlenswert!

Tolles Ambiente und leckere vegane Speisen. Immer wieder gerne.

Einfach und gemütlich, entspannte Atmosphäre. War schön ruhig, etwas abseits vom Trubel - wobei die Bewertung zu Zeiten von Corona geschrieben wurde. Unweit gibt es weitere Biergärten und Clubs.

Super gutes, kreatives Essen, den besten Smoothie weit und breit und ganz ganz freundliche Leute. Super!

Okay es ist auf dem RAW Gelände. Muss man mögen oder nicht. Der kleine Laden wirkt zunächst unordentlich und wenig einladend. Wenn man aber eine Weile drin ist, merkt man das es gewollt ist und in sich stimmig ist. Die Auswahl an Speisen (alles vegan) ist nicht she groß. Ich hatte den Burger und war sehr begeistert. Und in den Kuchen hätte ich mich hineinlegen können. Und die Krönung war die super freundliche Bedienung.

Disappointing service. I couldn't even try the food. We got in, and nobody noticed me and my nephew there. A few minutes later, a group of three women arrived and the waiter greeted them, having a quick chat and bringing the menu. I tried to make eye contact since the beginning, but I felt like I was invisible. The waiter came back and took their order without looking at us at any time, and in a eay I didn't have a change to call him. We were there for like 10 minutes, so we left and guess what, they didn't even notice that too.

Was für ein toller Laden! Der Service war einmalig, das Ambiente stimmungsvoll und das Essen saulecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Berlin Beast Burger und Wedges: Das Brötchen war schwarz verbrannt und der gesamte Burger schmeckt nach altem, verbrannten Fett und als wäre in der Küche ein Rauchbrand gewesen. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

Really nice place with good beer and good music. It's a little small so in winter that can be a problem. People there is really nice.

Wir hatten ein Curry und panierten Tofu mit Gemüse. Frisch, gut gewürzt, heiß. Toll: der Kaminofen, der bei dem Wetter genau richtig war. Nichts für Liebhaber eines gepflegten Ambientes, dafür: Urig-chaotisch, es gab Porzellan und Blechgeschirr nebeneinander. Nette Bedienung.

There are far better burgers in berlin. The arancini was the most decent thing on the menu.
