Simply wonderful. The service is top notch, quick, fresh and tasty. The food is freshly prepared with love, right in front of you. It is very clean and you can have a nice chat inside the store. We have already ordered and have had very good experiences with the delivery service. We would be happy to come and order again.

Am 23. Oktober 2024 news online-Zahlungssystem (Fleksa) auf Ihrer Website eine Çiğköfte-Bestellung im Wert von 30 Euro aufgegeben. Leider habe ich meine Bestellung nie erhalten. Als ich phoneisch nachfragte, sagten Sie, dass Sie mit diesem System nicht mehr arbeiten und die Bestellung Sie gar nicht erreicht hat. Dennoch war Ihr System weiterhin online aktiv, und es gab nirgendwo eine Warnung, dass Kunden über diese Plattform keine Bestellungen aufgeben sollten. So habe ich die Bestellung aufgegeben, mein Geld verloren und die bestellten Speisen nicht erhalten. Am Telefon haben Sie mir nicht geholfen und lediglich gesagt, ich solle mich an Fleksa wenden, wodurch Sie das Problem einfach abgeschoben haben. Als ich Fleksa kontaktierte, erhielt ich lediglich folgende Antwort: "Fleksa ist ein Unternehmen, das Digitalisierungs-Lösungen für Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte anbietet. Small but nice ! The lentil soup was finely pureed, creamy and deliciously seasoned. The manti dish is available filled with potatoes or with minced meat and I like it great! I love Turkish food :) The fact that I was served and looked after warmly and attentively is worth a 6th star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Orders are also possible via WhatsApp.

My brother was there with me and we ordered a large portion to take home. We really got a lot of side dishes. Today was a new opening. Very polite and accommodating. I think the quality is really great and recommended. I will definitely order from there more often...

Don't order via homepage in Google Maps. It redirects to an app called Fleksa, which the restaurant doesn't use anymore and hence they don't get the order. And refund is difficult!

I ordered food via the website at 9:51 p.m.… money was deducted, order confirmation was received… but no delivery! I'm really angry... the website says that delivery will be made by 10:45 p.m. If delivery cannot be made... you have to deactivate the order function after a certain time... what about my money now? Super tasty cigarettes. It's perfect for in between meals when you just want to eat something. You get your food quite quickly, it is fresh and tastes good. The service is also great. Value for money is great!

I ate wrap and it was very good. It had cigköfte spread perfectly around the whole wrap, fresh vegetables and crazy mix of flavors. I would recommend it. Also the was really nice and adapted to my special wishes. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options and innovative way to present food. I ordered not spicy, but if was still pretty much spicy for me. Almost to much. That would be the only thing to improve. To have completely not spicy food.

Today I was there for the first time and ordered the (hot) menu to take away for €9. I found it very tasty and fresh! I hope it stays that way and that I have finally found my “cigköfte shop”. Even my 11 year old son ate Cigköfte with me, he liked it. :) LG and keep it up! Update April 2nd, 2024: Today, after a long time, I bought Cigköfte again for €9.50, very little Cigköfte, but an excessive amount of side dish. When I wanted to eat this, it didn't smell good. Unfortunately the quality deteriorated and I immediately threw away the sauces because they smelled very unpleasant. Cigköfte shouldn't smell so bad, throw everything in the trash. Shame about the money! :(

The restaurant has a new owner and I have to say, the changes are fantastic and a real insider tip for all Cigköfde lovers! The cigköfde are still delicious and authentic, but the ambience is now even more inviting. The staff is super friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable. And as an additional highlight, the menu has been expanded to include delicious coffee and cake options 👍🏻👏🏼

A simple and small shop on the best way! I've known the shop for some time, there seems to have been a change of ownership, very polite, hard-working and clean-working staff. There have been a few changes and additions such as coffee and cake which is very pleasing. Tastes very, very good! 100% recommended!

Incredibly friendly and entertaining service, explained everything in detail and let us try it. Unfortunately you couldn't pay by card, but it wasn't a problem to just bring the money in cash the next day. Rarely have I experienced such hospitality in a snack bar.

Hatte was zum abholen. Super lecker! Leider zwei lange Haare in der Petersilie gewesen, aber insgesamt trotzdem alles sauber und hygienisch vor Ort.

Unscheinbar in Friedenau, klein und eng mit Sitzgelegenheit draußen. Vegetarisch und vegan, lecker und würzig. Wir wurden von einer netten und freundlichen Dame, die das Essen zubereitet hat, bedient. Wir haben die Tacos, Wraps und das türkische Sushi probiert, alles ist zu empfehlen. Obendrauf gab es noch einen Tee. Wir kommen wieder, ist bei uns um die Ecke.

Das Essen war sehr gut, gesund und pfiffig. Der Laden bereitet vegetarische Spezialitäten in Form von Sushi. Wirklich tolle Idee und sehr gesund. Das Baklava kann ich auch nur empfehlen!
