We still need to look for such a scoundrel. The check was doubled. They accused us of not ordering it, they didn't call the police, justifying it by saying that after 50 euros there is no point in calling them. Around the corner there is an equally authentic place where you can spend money. I don't recommend it, not the place where you can relax.

Typical Irish pub in Hack market S-bahn stopover. Premier League football on the TV. Good beer /Good food sightly overpriced I think. Lovely waitress on Saturday. Barman with a Bandana on and Irish seemed really stressed, couldn't imagine his mood on a really busy day 😂

Good atmosphere. Difficult to order drinks as they have zero queuing system or control over who stands the longest. Nice staff

A beautifully decorated pub with great service, a good selection of drinks, and live music. It's an ideal place to end the day. The prices are fair, the beer is cold, and the whiskey is delicious. The clientele is also friendly and diverse. We'll be happy to return.

Editing this for my latest visit - 28/08/25. I watched the young barman pour a few Guinness zero and couldn't believe my eyes. He open the can and put it the whole way into the glass, drawing it out slowly. In fact too slowly so that it was immersed in the drink and overflowed around the can. So effectively he put a dirty can right into the customer's drink and then served it up. Seriously, what is wrong with just pouring things properly. I thought this place would have improved over time but, in fact, it has just got worse. The men's toilets are stinking. No lights in there except the ambient light coming in from outside. Dirty and overpriced. I visit this bar every time I come to Berlin for handiness more than anything. The only time I ever received good service was from a barman called Barry(?)Actually his customer service was outstanding. Every other time the service was dire. Last December when it was cash only, I was short changed and had to challenge the barman about it. His rudeness was par for the course. This week, the barmaid forgot my order and then gave it to someone else, while blaming the waitress. Funnily enough the customers next to me had to call her back as she short changed them. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years and the I would advise your staff to 1. Acknowledge customers 2. Get their order right 3. Get their change correct 4. Smile when serving a badly pulled, over priced pint of Guinness. 5. Take some lessons in customer service and pint pulling from Barry.

When we visit Europe, we always visit Irish pubs in the cities we visit. The atmosphere and clientele are excellent.

It's a super sweet, local spot. As two girlfriends, I'd say it was the most comfortable place we felt in Germany. Thanks to its safety, we hung out comfortably for two nights. I drank draft cider, and it was delicious; half a liter of cider made me so happy :) You can watch the game or listen to live music. If you go toward the back, the music is louder and you can chat more easily. The staff was also very kind.

The waiter is the nicest guy ever! Plus, they have live music every day and lots of beers and ciders! We asked the waiter for a flatcap we'd seen on the spot, and he gave us one for free. How nice! ☺️

A cult Irish pub in the heart of Berlin. Good Guinness, as well as local beer specialties on the menu. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of seating inside and outside. There's also entertainment in the evenings. I've been coming here for the past six years.

Great pub with agreat atmosphere. Constant live music and a nice selection of drinks. The decoration/look-and-feel does not disappoint. We spent several evenings here and are sure to return when we visit Berlin again!

It looked like a great place, but we arrived at 11:00 PM and the bar was already closed, even though it was still full of people and there was live music in the background.

An Irish pub in the Hackescher Markt train station with a great atmosphere. It was a Saturday afternoon, and we had no problem getting a table inside. The black velvet and bacon cheeseburgers were solid, and the Guinness was delicious, as usual.

A really lovely little restaurant, with super friendly service, including the genuine man behind the bar, who was really super friendly and made you feel right at home. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. The portions were generous, so you'll definitely be full. I had a small mishap, but it was taken care of right away. So, a massive 10/10 to you 💪

One of my favorite pubs in Muddastadt: a super quaint location, centrally located between Alex and Friedrichstraße, very friendly service, live music, and football broadcasts. Unfortunately, the prices for food and drinks are quite high.

It wasn't an everyday reason to visit an Irish pub, but I was wearing new shoes, and they resulted in a bloody wound on my left heel. The pharmacy was closed—it was Sunday, after all🧐 So, what should I do? I spontaneously asked at the Irish pub. At first, there were slight communication problems, as my English isn't particularly good😎, but inside was a wonderful waitress with ❤️. She helped immediately—she rushed over and actually came back with two bandages, which saved me🤕😉 I can only express my ❤️ gratitude this way—this kind of behavior isn't something you can take for granted these days! I'm giving you countless thumbs up 👍🥰

The atmosphere here is very good. However, the restrooms are very dirty, and charging 50 cents for them is a real outrage.

Second time visiting here. Last time I was with my boyfriend second was a solo trip. Came here last night just for some food(highly recommend the currywurst) and drinks. The staff were super friendly something I was very grateful for. Some random guy came over to my seat and insisted on sitting with me even though I told him I was leaving. Brian and Kelly saw I was uncomfortable in the situation sprung into action and got me out of it. They are an incredible asset to the business. Even though it was busy they looked after me and even minded my seat when I had to nip to the toilet. Highly recommend this place. And a huge shoutout to Brian and Kelly. 💞

One of the worst Guinness I’ve had in my life. For an Irish pub you’d expect that they’d teach you how to pour.

I was able to spontaneously celebrate my birthday and make a reservation for over 30 people 3 days in advance. Jim was amazing and everyone was kind and attentive. I’ll be happy to go back, whether it is for a beer with a friend or to celebrate with many. Thanks for having us!

So so good. My South African brother and I had 3 days in Berlin to hang out. Kilkenny served us the best beer and and meat of the whole time with the greatest service of the 3 days with rugby on the big screens.

They will try to take the money out of you. First we ordered two small Guinness and non-alcoholic Mojito and they charge me 29€, and then 1 small Guinness and non-alcoholic Mojito they charge 14€. After that I ordered 4 baby Guinness, they try to charge me 39€ and after I asked how it could be 39€ then they apologize and say it is 24€. You will also need to ask for receipt, otherwise you will not get it. I have concluded that they will try to take as much as they can from. Be careful.

Sat outside and had curryweirst with chips. The food was hot although the chips were a bit strange. Good selection of drinks, service wasn't bad I think they could have interacted a bit more with the customers. We didn't get a good feeling when we didnt give a service tip. Worth visiting but we wouldn't be back sorry.

Would give 5 stars but the service is terrible. Went there twice and had a similar experience, yesterday I even saw the waitresses drinking shots. If you sit far from the main bar you will be completely ignored, every time I wanted something I had to get up and go there to order, the bar wasn’t even crowded. Other than that, the food is great, good beer, good atmosphere and there was live music one night with a very talented singer.

Typical bar food but if you're craving some juicy burgers and great potato wedges, it's as good as it gets in terms of pub cuisine in Berlin. Always a great place to watch EPL games and rugby, great environment, great servers.

Cool bar with international guests. Live music with absolute classics where everyone can sing along. We didn't try the food, but it was very expensive (€20 for a burger with fries). The cider and beer were very good. Service was always friendly and quick. We would come here again. The atmosphere was great. Restrooms are cleaned regularly.

I was in after traveling to the local park. After having a couple of suggest local pints. The bar man inquired about my day too I said I was looking for site seeing while out. No venues or tours. Then after a friendly chat back and fourth, he then proceeded writing out a list of places to check out that we previous discussed. Amazing!! 20/05/25 apologetic for forgetting the barmans name but really do help my last day count. Peace and love ❤ ps I didn't have food

Had a few pints of guinness they were perfect. Spoke to 3 people who had breakfast and said it was fabulous. Staff are cool and efficient. Very clean bar. Was there early on a Sunday. Good location and has a nice outdoor smoking area.

It was very crowded and we didn't get a seat, but we really enjoyed it. The brilliant staff there even made their way through the crowds to serve people with beers — they definitely deserved a nice tip. Awesome atmosphere. A completely different attitude compared to some bar waiters here in Berlin.

Super Pub in Mitte! Immer tolle Stimmung und viele Gäste. Das Serviceteam ist perfekt, immer lächelnd und enorm freundlich. Auch die Barkeeper sind toll, flottes Bedienen und beste Auswahl an Bier und Whiskey Sorten! Für uns immer einen Besuch wert, sehr zu empfehlen!

Visitado un viernes por la noche y realmente disfrutamos del ambiente vibrante. Había música en vivo tocando que se sumó a la energía del lugar. El personal era muy servicial y educado en todo momento, incluso con lo ocupado que estaba. Había una selección decente de cervezas en oferta — tuve una pinta de Guinness, que era solo promedio. Estaba bastante lleno y nos costó encontrar un asiento, así que prepárate para estar de pie si vas más tarde en la noche. En general, un lugar animado con excelentes vibraciones, perfecto para una noche de fiesta si no te importan las multitudes.

If you are bored and looking for a bad experience, I recommend coming here. The cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The only thing about an Irish bar is the furniture, not craic.

Be careful. I ordered yesterday 6 tequila shots and one beer and ended up paying 45 euros. When I asked for a bill, the guy disappeared. Will go back today and ask for the bill. They rip people off.

It couldn't be more original!! A must visit as a Berlin holidaymaker. We were here once in 2015 and this time we weren't disappointed! Live music, good beer, good food, visitors from all over the world, great atmosphere - you'll want to stay a little longer here! I will definitely visit again when I'm in Berlin again!

Yes, that was as it should be. Loud, busy, slightly chaotic. Nice service, delicious food and just Kilkenny. You don't have to like it, but there are definitely alternatives. 😊 Definitely recommended in the “Irish Pub” section.

It's very dirty and run down. Ordered food against our better judgement. Toasted sandwiches thinking how bad could they be! They deep fried the sandwiches 🤢. Disgusting, grease on a plate. Couldn't wait to get out of the place..

Great ambience, a pub beautifully integrated into the train station. But you don't notice anything about the trains. The waitress keeps hissing to the farthest corner of the bar and checking to see who's on the right. Anyone who likes a real "old" bar will love it here!
