The best Italian restaurant I've been to. The menu is varied, but for me personally, the pasta dishes are the best. Diego, one of the staff members, was very accommodating with our requests.

I went there in person to reserve a table. However, I couldn't do so at first because they immediately handed me the menu. When we arrived later, there weren't enough seats. The food was cold. And the service was very, very unfriendly. They insisted very clearly on cash and told me, "I know patients like you," when I insisted on paying by card. That's just unnecessary.

Worst service ever. My friend and I ordered two Margaritas pizzas. When the server came to take our order, he was holding bread soaked in oil. Every table had been given that. Apparently, two Margaritas weren't enough for him, because after taking our order, he took the bread back behind the bar. Absolutely unacceptable... + incredibly unfriendly

Beautiful, relaxed outdoor area. Very attentive, fast, and friendly service. The food, from the appetizer to the main course and dessert platter, was incredibly delicious. Anyone who believes these are Italians, as many here are claiming, must really believe in the man in the moon. Maybe take a look at the legal notice. How little life experience must you have not to notice that… P.S. Upon inquiry, there is exactly one Italian working there, and he's not the chef.

The staff seemed quite polite and friendly at first. When we went to pay, we were persuaded to split the bill. Some time later, after we had already left, we noticed that an extra beer and a bottle of water (neither of which we had ordered nor brought) had been added to the bill. This resulted in an additional charge of €14, which was unjustified. We were only given the receipt after asking for it.

Crowded and loud, as is often the case with Italian restaurants. Nevertheless, a good and pleasant atmosphere. A friendly waiter who always had a joke ready. There were three of us, and we had appetizers, main courses, and two drinks each. The total came to about €120. That was a fair price, because the food was really delicious. We would definitely eat at Kiezzeria again.

Excellent food here for a good price and generous portions! Not sure how well the staff speaks English so make sure you have a translation app or brush up on your German.

The restaurant has a typical Italian feel, the service is friendly and fast, the pizza arrived quickly and tasted absolutely delicious! There are various dishes for both meat eaters and vegetarians/vegans. I'll definitely be back!

This restaurant is a very good neighborhood family restaurant. We've been there often, even in larger groups and with children. Each time, we were greeted and treated with exceptional friendliness. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the food is consistently of very good quality. You couldn't ask for more.

The food was perfectly seasoned, so you didn't have to add any seasoning yourself. But the absolute highlight was our waiter, Diego. He was simply the best. Incredibly friendly and service-oriented. 🥰 I'd be happy to come back! ❤️

The neighborhood restaurant is simply fantastic: super delicious pizza with a thin, crispy base and fresh ingredients. The pasta is always top-notch, too, and the service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. In my opinion, nothing beats the pumpkin gnocchi… truly WOW! The ambiance is cozy, with a typical Berlin neighborhood vibe, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or as a couple. The value for money is absolutely spot on!

The food was quite tasty, nothing special. The prices were very good! Although so many good reviews do make you suspicious. Are the bad reviews simply reported for alleged defamation?

I can't recommend this restaurant. The service is unfriendly and inattentive. The restaurant was empty, and yet you still had to wait a long time for the food. The prices are far too high for what you get. Not to mention the drinks, which only arrived after asking several times. The ambiance was rather stale, and the music was so loud you could barely hear yourself. I won't be coming here again.

An atmospheric, authentic Italian restaurant in a prime location in Charlottenburg. With one of the best pizzas in the city. The lunch menu, as well as everything else, is highly recommended. The staff is also warm and attentive! Highly recommended!

Was not able to order food as menu was on german/italian only, waiter was not helpfull at all and dissapeared for long time, no any assistance, even couple of italians on neighbour table was served very fast and kind. So if you do not speak german/italian there is nothing to do there, o prepare online translator/ APP for translating.

Beautifully located, with generally good food. Unfortunately, the coordination between the kitchen, service, and guests is very poor. We've been there three times now, and each time we had to wait a long time for service or our food. When four people want to order and have to wait ten minutes, the food then takes a long time, then a pizza arrives, five minutes later two more dishes, and only ten minutes after that the second pizza, it doesn't do justice to the price. When the pizza (Verdure) is then served incompletely without comment (no peppers, therefore no acidity, and the remaining vegetables are also very roughly chopped), it unfortunately leaves a very poor overall impression. We probably won't be coming back for that reason. These are problems that can be solved, and I wish you every success.

A truly fantastic restaurant. Superbly delicious food, excellent service, super fast service, and unbeatable value for money. The outdoor seating is fantastic. Diego – the friendly Italian with a bald head and mustache – takes care of every guest as if they were family.

We waited over an hour today for two pizzas and a pasta dish, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Despite repeated inquiries, we were met with only excuses and no real apologies. That's simply incomprehensible to me for an Italian restaurant. When we finally wanted to leave, the pizzas were suddenly ready. But instead of offering us free pizzas as compensation after the horrendous wait, they simply threw them away. A disgrace, especially in terms of sustainability. Disrespectful to us as guests, unprofessional and unaccommodating in their service, and a complete failure when it came to sustainability. Not recommended.

It was purely by chance that we passed by, the smell of the food just hits my nose... ohhh yes... my husband says - we have to go in here and taste it. 👅 Best pizza.🍕 delicious pasta 🍝 with ad libitum parmesan/olive oil, which we can take without extra cost. Disgusting service. The waiter didn't come for a long time. He talked for a long time with the bartender, not noticing the guest. After 10 minutes of waiting, they didn't even bring a menu. I don't recommend it.

Interestingly, the restaurant doesn't show up on Google when you search for "restaurant." We stumbled upon it by chance while browsing the restaurants that were listed.

As a family, you don't just feel welcome here, but truly seen. No stressed-out staff, no annoyed eye-rolling when a child is a bit more lively – just genuine warmth. I'd especially like to single out Diego. A true host with heart and sensitivity. You never feel like a burden with him – on the contrary: He immediately notices when your glass is empty, brings a child's laughter to the table, and creates an atmosphere where you simply feel at ease. That's the kind of service you want – attentive, friendly, genuine. Maria is also super warm and attentive. Another highlight, especially with children: There's a playground right next door. How convenient is that? While you calmly finish your espresso or treat yourself to another slice of tiramisu, your child can let off steam. The food was really good – unfortunately, the positive impression was completely ruined when it came to paying. The lunch menu was supposed to cost €10.50, but we were charged €27 for two dishes, plus a half bottle of wine for €23, without any clear labeling. When we asked, we were given many excuses, and only after a long discussion did we get €6 back. It's a shame, because the food was really good. But based on this experience, I unfortunately can't recommend the restaurant – you're definitely being ripped off.

We recently visited the Kiezzeria and had actually planned a pleasant evening to kick off our vacation. Since I'm vegan and lactose intolerant, I deliberately made a supposedly "safe" choice and ordered the Penne Arrabiata – a dish that wasn't listed on the menu as containing cheese or other potential allergens. When the food arrived, it was still shaved with Parmesan cheese – without any corresponding labeling on the menu. Since I have to rely on the correct labeling for health reasons, we politely addressed this immediately. Unfortunately, the reaction was disappointing. Instead of showing understanding, a discussion ensued with the waitress, who insisted that "it's always like this," even though it wasn't mentioned on the menu. The dish was taken back, but subsequently reserving it with only the cheese removed (see picture). Even after repeated reminders, the error wasn't properly understood, and a preparation without cheese was refused. In the end, I decided not to have the dish. On the positive side, the uneaten pasta was not charged (at our insistence), but the overall impression is still negative. More open, solution-oriented communication and a more sensitive approach to legitimate feedback would have been desirable—especially since this is a health-related restriction.

The pizza was good, the salad expensive, but the highlight was the 15% increase in bill, for what reason? A tip? Because we didn't pay in cash? Because, as tourists, we were taken for fools? So avoid it if you're not German...

Last time, I ordered a pizza tonno for a pick up, but I found out in my apartment that what I received was margherita, which was totally different from what I had ordered. I called them to ask for a delivery of a right pizza or refund for the overpaid amount but they insisted that I had to go to this restaurant again to get my pizza or get the refund. I had done nothing wrong but I should pay all the cost and time on Sunday night, which made me give only one star. In the end, they gave me the margherita as a compensation in addition to my right pizza. For this act, plus one star. Also the taste itself was okay, so plus one more star, which is in total three stars.

Delicious pizza, but with room for improvement. I would rate the pizza with 4 stars - the taste is good, but at a price of €16.50 there are 2-3 clear adjustment screws in my opinion: 1. Unfortunately the pizza was no longer really hot when it arrived. 2. Ham and Parmesan were very sparing - I know that similar pizzas are much more generous. 3. The chili oil was free, but had hardly any heat - rather sweet in taste. To highlight positively: The service was very friendly and attentive.

The food is really really delicious. But unfortunately the waiter was all the more disappointing. Just a lot of money and cash payment and if that isn't given, you have to say three times that you want to leave and get up yourself. While those at the bar next to the table immediately get the bill. It's a shame because the food is really good.
