Khan Tandoori in Mainz

The cheese in the counter feels like it has already developed a life of its own and every bus ticket inspector offers better service than this shop. NEVER AGAIN. I've never experienced anything like this before. Bad food. Every little kebab shop in the area makes better food.

Unfriendly staff – never again! Today I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and disrespectful, especially towards pregnant women. Instead of help or consideration, the door was even closed in my face - absolutely unacceptable! Such behavior is unacceptable and I will definitely not visit this place again. Humanity and politeness should be a given - unfortunately not available here.

Leider ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren zum Osterbrunch dort. Es waren zu viele Gäste, zusätzlich war das Buffet mitten im Durchgang und man hatte keinen Platz weder am Buffet noch am Sitzplatz. Das Essen war mäßig und teils versalzen und noch roh. Zudem gab es erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen Besteck, um sich am Buffet überhaupt bedienen zu können. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich und hat einen nur versucht so schnell wie möglich abzuwimmeln. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Wir haben uns sehr auf den Brunch gefreut und sind leider total enttäuscht gewesen.

Very good and authentic food. Lamb curry and biryani rice are a solid 10/10. Main courses are seasoned in a variety of ways and are therefore a real taste explosion! Afterwards we drank an original Afghan spiced tea with milk. Staff very friendly and helpful.
