I recently went to KFC and absolutely loved it! The food was fresh, hot and incredibly tasty. Especially the famous chicken with the crispy breading is simply unbeatable. The side dishes such as the mashed potatoes with gravy and the coleslaw were perfectly balanced.

The store has been newly renovated and is now cleaner than before. There's a nice view of the Bolker at the top when it's open. Sure, it is sometimes more crowded here, but the other side of the coin is of course the great central location.

I am very dissatisfied with my visit to KFC. First of all, I didn't get the sauce I ordered. Instead they just gave me some sauce that I don't like at all. This is really annoying and shows a lack of care. In addition, the selection of food was very disappointing - there was hardly anything to choose from and many things were not available. The meat I got was strange and didn't taste good at all. I have experienced significantly better quality in other KFC branches. The food was also extremely greasy and it made me sick. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I will definitely not be returning.

I have a cool team and a really cool boss. I like to eat there during my breaks on the night shift and it's one of the few fast food restaurants in the old town where you can still get quality food.

Overall it's not that bad especially after the renovation. What's not so okay that if I eat something there, I have to pay for the toilet. Since I eat there regularly, I noticed differences in the team. When the lady with the blonde hair is there (I think her name is Valentina) it is always clean. And above all, she says bon appetit.

Are the receipts printed especially cryptically so that half of the order can be “forgotten” at the time of issue? 16 euros for 6 walnut-sized chicken balls, a fist full of puree where the packaging is of higher quality and probably tastier than the contents, a bottle of water and mayonnaise in a sloppy wrap. I'm excited to see what moves into the restaurant after KFC...

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. It's by far the worst KFC I have ever and will ever step foot in. The food isn't well prepared or served, and the employees are rude as can be. A blonde woman started cussing me out in Polish for an accidental spill. Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave.
