I just thank Miryam, I hope that's right, but this woman served us very well there. She took my sister's phone from the counter when she forgot it and kept it for us when we asked if they had seen it come out Luckily Miryam put it in the back of the Lost and Founds before someone else put it in his bag. This woman is simply great 👍

I wanted to have something fast to eat and unfortunately i got disappointed I was in KFC in the city and me and my friends orderd the same order that its a burger with 2 zinger. The burger didnt even taste good and it has no veggies at least lettuce but i got a round burger with one slice of chicken strips very small and a little bit of ketchup you can see in the picture, i dont know how you can consider this is a good meal? How comes ? At least put two slices of chicken strips to make the burger bread full ! Im very disappointed and i wont go back again! Lost the trust actually!

Had a meal here today. Great taste and service quality. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the indian guy treated my neice with a cookie. It was a great gesture! Will definitely dine here again.

First and foremost, the wait times were just horrible, over 30 minutes for 3 basic items that were OK in quality. The atmosphere and general inside air quality smelt like oil (to be expected from a KFC) all in all it was slightly unpleasant.

I also wanted to give a compliment here! I was there at rush hour at the weekend, I accidentally pressed eat here instead of take away at the kiosk/display and the team still tried really hard and helped me repack as quickly as possible. I'm already looking forward to my next visit 🙈🙏🏼

The worst Franchise ever!The owner from Bangladesh and he's very rude Man.but acting like a clam man. If you are going to leave his place someday,then you'll be able to see his true colours.When his branch opens in Reutlingen, Stuttgart,I was there as shift manager and my wife too.we did come from Düsseldorf to Reutlingen to help with newly open branch.I did work 12-14 hours per day without any break. I couldn't bear it anymore and I did decide to leave this work place. End they didn't pay for my work hours and my train tickets as they agreed.because of my decision to leave this place.. unfortunately I couldn't take any legal action to them, because it was more wasting money than what I gains end.they are Cheaters & robbering your work hours. Think 100 times before you are going to apply here!!! I'll never recommend this place to work for anyone🚫🚫🚫!!!this owner has lots of branches in Germany.. Duisburg Rheinhausen,Düsseldorf, Köln,Hanau, Reutlingen,Gelchenkirche...ect..this Düsseldorf branch has lots of workers from Indian, Pakistan, Bangladesh, African countries. We had to wait for allmost 30 minutes just because they forgot to make a burger. There was no communication between the counter and the kitchen. They started to clean our table while we were still drinking. Pushing us out to make room while the restaurant wasnt even full.

The food was good of course! It was nice and hot and the employees did their best to keep track of all the orders since i visited on carnival. Eating there is okay, Its a good place of you just want to enjoy some quick fast food!

The place has good seating arrangements.The burger was average like MacDonald.We had bought the food but inspite of that for Toilet we had to pay 1 Euro.I went on Rosenmontag,2024.Next time would avoid going there.

Pre-ordered online via the KFC app for 9 p.m. (advance payment). Delivery came at 1 p.m. We refused to accept the delivery, but the delivery man simply put the food down. I couldn't be helped over the phone either (reference to the delivery service, even though the order was placed directly via KFC). Legal action will be taken. Save yourself the effort/stress and don't order here!!!!

You eat there and the toilet lady forces you to pay €1 for using the toilet, it's not a disgusting place at all

Unfortunately I can’t write comment about food, because I didn’t received it at the end. The driver from WOLT TOOK MY LUNCH. Either CS from KFC or WOLT said they cannot help. I paid 30€ ordered a lunch for someone else! Anyway there was no cancel or change option on App (direct after order place), be carful if you want to make order with that.

Top Laden, also wirklich 1A. Prompter und freundlicher Kundenservice, und top KFC-Qualität. Davon können sich einige andere Restaurants mal eine gehörige Scheibe von abschneiden. Leider ist das Interieur massiv in die Jahre gekommen, man fühlt sich wie in einer Horrorzeitreise in das Jahr 2010 - deshalb auch nur vier Sterne. Das Essen und der Service alleine würde volle Punktzahl erhalten. Wenn KFC, dann dieser hier, oder der in Kaarst.

Auch für Vegetarier gibt es leckere Sachen

Lange Wartezeit und die order Nummer einfach direkt nach Bestellung abgehakt, obwohl noch nicht fertig. Kein Besteck beim coleslaw. Essen schmeckt, Restaurant zur stoßzeit nicht wirklich sauber, aber man hat sich bemüht, es war einfach viel...

Nicht mehr zum Empfehlen. Hat sehr nachgelassen. Geschmacklich eine voll Katastrophe. Bei den Mitarbeitern auch nicht anders zu erwarten.

I also don't want to write negative reviews. But it was chaotic management. No casher written on sign, there is no clear seperation of pick up and order. I wanted to pay in cash. 4 different group of people cut in front of me. All line up horizontal in front of Casher on right side. Employee didn't control who comes first. Customers were all up to pick up their ordered foods not to pay. Multicultural customers & Wolt riders just cut in, doesn't stand behind in line. People who wait in line had to wait. Employees didn't care. Serving whoever in front of them. A Casher, backstage in the kitchen. I couldn't find single German. One cahser open chicken storage cover and calling kitchen staff with open mouth onto chickens. Hygine wise, employee training wise, how to managing inside of store has very low quality. And I got upset after waiting 20 mins in line to pay. I yell at people. Payment first and pick up later. Employee from front went behind to pick up corn, took 2-3mins to bring 2 corns. One was okay but other one smelled so weird soggy, something shouldn't be there was on the corn. My gf who watched everything from upstairs she went down to complained. Rest of food quality wise, as you see on the picture.

Waren hier vorgestern zu zweit essen. Meine Freundin musste dringend wegen ihrer Periode auf die Toilette, und die afrikanische Putzfrau forderte von meiner Freundin 50 Cent. Meine Freundin erklärte ihr, dass sie Gast ist und auf die Toilette muss wegen ihrer Periode. Die Putzfrau sagte, mir egal, und verlangte dennoch in einem völlig respektlosen Ton 50 Cent, welche meine Freundin zahlte. Frech überhaupt sowas zu verlangen, wenn man ü. 30€ für ein mikriges Menü ausgibt. Als ich selbst davon erfuhr und auf die Toilette musste, versuchte sie dasselbe bei mir und pöbelte mich an. Auch nachdem ich ihr erklärt hatte, dass man als Gast rechtlich gesehen nicht zahlen muss, rief sie mir mit ihrem gebrochenen Deutsch hinterher: "Doch, du zahlen!" Danach kommen noch andere unverständliche Worte von ihr, während ich die Treppe hochlief. Lasst euch nicht beirren, sondern geht einfach weiter auf die Toilette, denn ihr seid im Recht und müsst nicht zahlen. Es handelt sich um Touristenabzocke.

Sie bekommen mehr als ein Stern fürs Essen aber was ich unten im Keller erlebt habe war unglaublich. Ich wollte nach dem Essen meine Hände waschen, unten vor der Treppe sitzt eine Dame welche garnicht verschämt ist und möglicherweise schwarz arbeitet. Sie wollte direkt Geld fürs Einretten haben, meine Hände waren voll mit Fett bedeckt also die Hände kann ich sowieso nicht in die Tasche stecken weil sonst muss ich nachher noch die Hose waschen. Die Dame war damit nicht einverstanden und spricht auch sehr schlecht deutsch und ihr Aussehen war auch schreklich. Am Ende Sprach sie in Ihre Sprache (Afrikanisch) und hatte mich bestimmt geschimpft. Jemand, der nach der Arbeit nur essen will damit er nicht mit seinem Hunger schläft wird geschimpft und bedroht sowas erwartet man von so eine Filliale nicht. Warum sitzen solche Menschen vor WC und haben nur Taschentücher mit sich, gucken sich die Menschen beim Eintretten und beim Verlassen und sammeln Geld. Wer arbeiten will soll auch verstehen, dass er sich mit den Kunden nicht so verhalten darf. Merke: nicht nur bei KFC bei fast allen Restaurantsfillialen gibt es solche Menschen welche nur vor WC kassieren wollen. Ich habe dort gegessen ich habe das Recht dort meine Hände zu waschen und die Tolliete zu nutzen

Wir durften ohne Grund 30 Minuten nicht bestellen obwohl wir die einzigen waren die bestellen wollten ( wir wissen bis heute nicht warum ) als wir dann schließlich doch bestellen durften habe wir ungefähr 20 Minuten gewartet… das Chicken war Ultra weich und hat eher Gummi geähnelt. Schade

Die Bedienung ist schnell und effizient. Hier kann man auch in kurzer Mittagspause gut essen.

Der Trend Bestellungen unpersönlich und nur am Terminal aufzugeben veranlasste mich den Laden direkt zu verlassen und ist zudem eine Farce für jeden Dienstleister.
