I have often wanted to eat here, but the three or four times I have tried there are workers on their cellphones in the back doing nothing. All of the other places in the Arcaden have more professional staff.

Unfortunately very expensive for a very small portion. Small, loveless burger with mini patties. Too bad

Like it very much. Cultural events are held in many different locations on the weekend (Saturday)..

The service is good and the prices are fine but the thing that I didn’t like is the food, I order the double beef and the taste isn’t so good I would rate it 3/10 and the falafel wrap also was not tasty how it supposed to be cooked I would rate it also 3/10, maybe next time you could make a better taste.

We wanted to have a pleasant dinner. We ordered Chef's Combo(14.90) and Double Burger Beef(13.90) menu. Wings were very oily. Beef burger doesn't taste good. The portions are small. Price does not correspond to performance. They were expensive. Honestly I won't go again.

Had a menu for €14.90 and it was a disaster. The portion size was an absolute disgrace, the meat was standard and the fries were of poor quality. I was also sold Pepsi as CocaCola. Once and never again

I find this snack bar too expensive for what it offers. I only ordered here once and was shocked at the price. The food itself was okay, I didn't notice anything really negative about it. But it wasn't so good that I would spend the amount I paid for it again. Reduce the prices by 5 - 10% and you might see me more often. Otherwise, not so much.

I had the spicy chicken wings and they smelled abnormal. When I complained, there was no response. I've never eaten anything so bad in my life. NEVER AGAIN

Der Belchicken in den Düsseldorf Arcaden ist einfach fantastisch. Es gibt verschiedene Menüs zu hervorragenden Preisen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und ist richtig lecker. Ein Besuch bei Belchicken lohnt sich immer wieder und das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Belchicken befindet sich oben im Foodcourt der Arkaden.

Pommes sind sehr gut gewürzt, der Burger hingegen entsprach optisch überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen 😮‍💨 Die Portionsbeutel (Soßen) lassen sich sehr schwer öffnen. Man muss regelrecht Angst haben sich nicht selber damit zu treffen. Ambiente ist für ein Kaufhaus OK.

Chicken Wrap schmeckt sooo gut. Die machen ordentlich Chicken rein mit einer leckeren Soße. Pommes finde ich auch ziemlich gut. Das Beste: Halal. Preise sind angemessen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Die Zubereitung hat etwas lange gedauert.

Very good priced, sandwiches were good, but nuggets and wings were average.

Sehr nettes Personal, Essen sah auch sehr gut aus, aber: der Burger zerfällt bei der ersten Berührung in sich zusammen, das Brötchen ist falsch gebacken. Schwierig auch, mehrere Chickenstreifen in ein zusammenfallendes Brötchen zu halten. Die Pommes schienen zu ölig und waren nicht schmackhaft

Sehr preiswert und das Essen war in Ordnung.

My husband and I were a bit skeptical when we saw the logo. It just doesn't look good and we didn't think the quality of the food would be good. But we were VERY wrong. Since then, we've become regular customers, and sometimes we make our "trip" to the arcade just for the chicken there!

Pommes waren knusprig aber sehr salzig, Burger war gut, aber Chicken war ein bisschen zäh.

Leider hat sich das Preis/ Leistungsverhältniss verschlechtert ,die Portionen kleiner geworden. Geschmack nach wie vor lecker.

Ich habe ein Chef Choice Menü gegessen. Das war schmeckt lecker.

Nette Arbeiter, kurze Wartezeit und bestes Essen Kann ich nur empfehlen!
