Kebap with Attitude in Berlin

This is a unique take on kebab—I've been there twice and have never been disappointed. The only downside is the awful restrooms.

Really good quality of ingredients. One of my favorite kebabs in Berlin.

Almost no meat, but that's okay. You can get better and cheaper elsewhere.

Delicious kebab, but much too small for the price! €13.50 for a mini Dürüm kebab is simply outrageous. Better to go to a traditional kebab shop with kebabs for €8 and get a decent size than go for the fancy food here. Definitely not recommended. The service was friendly.

The place is very nice. It has a beautiful patio and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive to orders and asking if everything is okay. I didn't give the food five stars because, in my case, the vegan doner was very tasty but a little dry. Maybe it could have added sauces or other ingredients. The rest of the diners had omnivorous versions and were very satisfied.

Kebab with a special combination, available either in a pide (classic Berlin) or as a plate (tray). The original plate features spicy meat combined with grilled peppers and bread in paprika paste. Served with yogurt sauce and pickles. Next time, we'll try the chili cheese.

The outdoor seating is very nice, and the food was also good, but in my opinion the price is simply too high for what you ultimately get. It's also unfortunate that you pay a surcharge (+2€) for the vegan planted dish, even though you're swapping it for the meat.

This Turkish restaurant has risen above the norm, offering dishes beyond the traditional (such as various kebabs) and a more modern atmosphere. Highly recommended!

It breaks my heart to write this review. This used to be such a nice place, recently went down in quality a lot. The kitchen is loud and hectic and the service staff is just unfriendly. Also the communication between team members seams not to work well (there was a table mix-up on my last visit). I know they can do better, so try it at your own risk. Maybe your experience will be better than my last one.

It was really good here at Kebap With Attitudes. The food was great, the wine was almost like my mom's, only more modern. The service was super friendly, especially Jacky—you wish there were more waitresses like her in the neighborhood. And hey, I even got a charge for my phone here—that's what I call service with attitude. I'd say this is the kind of kebab that even the neighborhood pauses for a moment.

The food was solid, but very expensive. We had the vegan kebab platter and a falafel durum with it. Both were very expensive for the food served, and very salty. I also think the surcharges for halloumi or the veggie option are too high compared to the meat options. The service was very friendly.

Lecker 👌🏽 It was truly delicious. It's nothing like French kebabs 🤯 The homemade fries are majestic. We had the O.G., the Classic, and the Tschika. Thanks to Le Petit Routard for this great place 🫶🏾

THIS SHOP IS A RIP-OFF As a Berliner, I can say this place is a disgrace for a kebab shop. €12.50 for a bowl that could perhaps be described as a side salad. The price/performance ratio is completely out of proportion. €12.50 for two falafel slices and a small salad consisting of less than a quarter of rice, a tomato, a little sauce, and a lettuce leaf. At any other kebab shop in Berlin, you can get a solid kebab for €7. This place is a disgrace. They pretend to be hip and offer "kebab with attitude," but the only thing your sleazy place has is audacity. Even if you can afford the exorbitant price, you shouldn't go here because the unfriendliness is unbeatable. The waiter was angry because we didn't tip. He looked at us strangely, and then I explained to him that there was far too little food. He seemed extremely offended and angrily took the money. Many thanks to the owners: please change staff and adjust the portions. I was so stunned by the whole thing that I can't imagine anyone having a good time here.

Ever wonder what kebap would be look like if it were made in the US? Well, wonder no more, reader — here you'll get: • ultra-processed deep-fried potato cubes; • greasy chicken drenched in Heinz BBQ sauce; • sugar+vinegar pickles; • sugary coleslaw; • salad with what I can only assume is high-fructose corn syrup dressing; The only positioves were that the server was really nice and our sparkling water came with lemon and mint. However, they charged us nearly €40 for this unhealthy, sugary junk. I gave up after 3-4 bites.

If you like to get overpriced food that's not what's written in the menu, and is drenched in Heinz sauce, this is the place for you. Before I got the Grilled Chicken BBQ, I double checked with the waitress: is the chicken grilled? And the answer was 'yes'. Well, I got the chicken, and it was in fact done on a vertical rotisserie, which is a fancy way of saying kebab meat. And since there was no barbeque to begin with, the taste came from a sugary Heinz sauce. All in all, this is an expensive tourist trap. I've had better and healthier Döner with 5€ elsewhere.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately the portion was really small for the price (€12 for a lunch bowl). See photo. :( And calling a plate a bowl isn't entirely fair either.

Bad experience here yesterday. There were two girls (servers) that were very nice and accommodating especially cause after being seated outside bee's were gathering and I am afraid of them, they let us move inside in order to eat. Unfortunately the specials menu was online only ( our fault for not checking) so we got the Truffle kebap and Vallah kebap. The Truffle one was tastier and the pita was decent. The Vallah one had the pita way too crunchy /dry and when I tried biting most ingredients were falling out of the sandwich. Me and my husband both agreed that a wrap version would have probably tasted better and would have been softer. Easier to eat too. After eating we paid by cash with one of the girls, even left a small tip) we mentioned earlier, went to the bathroom and as we were leaving this guy server yelled after us, that we need to pay. But he didn't tell us, he started rubbing his fingers together (the international money sign)with a smirk on his face. My husband asked what the problem is, the guy kept opening his eyes wider and told us we have to pay for the meal. We told him we did, by cash. He said "oh ok" like he hadn't just embarrassed us making us look like some common thief's. Never again.

Brilliant food, love the music in the bathroom

Located in the centre of Berlin, this is a Döner restaurant with an upmarket menu! The outdoor seating is on the edge of a park and wonderful for a sunny day. The waiters were polite and attentive and service very prompt. I ordered the Linsen Soup which was served with warm flat bread, additional chili flakes (which came without being asked for) and a slice of lime! It was a meal by itself and really tasty. The accompanying lemonade was also perfect. Surely recommend a visit here.

The lunch deal was super disappointing. Two small pieces of greasy falafel that’s way over-fried, three pieces of pickles and flavorless rice with a sauce… for 12€!? The kebabs are good I’ve tried them before, but this lunch deal thing just feels like a rip-off.

I wouldn't do it again—too expensive for an average kebab. You can get it cheaper elsewhere, and usually better. The atmosphere is cool, but the overall package wasn't right for me. €80 including tip for two adults and two children. You can get much better food elsewhere in Berlin for that.

Fresh ingredients and friendly service, but lacking in flavor. The meat was a bit dry and the sauce felt watered down. Not worth the money, go to a imbiss instead.

I had high expectations based on the price and the mostly positive reviews, but was unfortunately disappointed. The portion was very small, the taste was nothing special, and the bread-to-filling ratio wasn't right for me—unfortunately, there was more bread than anything else.

I tried the Uncle O.G. today at this restaurant, and it might be one of the best kebabs I have ever eaten. I highly recommend it !

Unfortunately, the kebab was very dry, and they were looking for sauce :/ I understand that they wanted to try something new, but it didn't work out here.

Restaurant with pleasant service and for me unknown kebab variants. We treated ourselves to large portions (tray variant) and there is really nothing to criticize - meat, salad, side dish, vegetables, all delicious. We were lucky that it was raining, so there was a free table and we didn't wait long.

Both the beef and the chicken come from a frozen or pan-fried dish. The beef smells extremely strange, and despite ordering, everything comes in bread without lettuce, tomato, parsley, etc., just sauce with bread. When we asked, we were told we had to pay extra for the salad?! Sorry, you shouldn't call it a kebab, more of a sandwich, and that's a good thing! None of us were full from the kebab.

It is our favorite Döner spot in Berlin. Always so fresh, delicious. Seasonal variations are a MUST to try !

Don’t waste your money here! The size of the portions is ridiculous, the taste generic and overpowered with salt, and there’s extra charge traps everywhere. I payed 23€ for a tiny falafel bowl (which was described as the 200g plant chicken bowl, but turns out if you choose falafel as the second free veggie option you’ll loose the plant chicken which is the identity of the dish) and was deeply unsatisfied.

Very friendly staff, the food and drinks came quickly and tasted extremely good. The menu was varied, and (although I'm not a vegetarian) it was nice that all the dishes were also available in vegetarian versions.

So let's start. This shop says I can get a yufka. I was really hungry and wanted a large, delicious yufka. So I bought one there and was given a toothpick. The so-called "yufka" was gone within 60 seconds, and I could wrap it around it completely with one hand. €10 for this ridiculous breakfast snack. Not recommended if you're not in the mood to waste money.

However, I didn't like the meat. It was very finely sliced, not like a traditional sliced ​​doner. As a result, it was very dry.

The restaurant reinterprets the typical doner kebab – in a kind of fine dining setting. The ambiance doesn't quite do it justice, but the food certainly does: The skewer is topped with thin slices of fillet, making it tender and crispy. The lamb's lettuce and pomegranate seeds were a hit in the salad. The truffle sauce was amazing. The truffle fries as an appetizer were also amazing, and there was delicious brlo on tap to drink. The price/performance ratio is good! Only the service could be a bit more proactive. Overall, though, very satisfied!

Delicious kebab variations, served on a plate or in bread/wrap. The chili cheese version was spicy, but not too hot. The ayran was fresh. The waiter was attentive.

Absolutely overrated. It was something different, but the kebab in a pide or as a wrap wasn't worth the €13+. At least the taste wasn't that great. So, yes, it was a different kind of kebab, but somehow it didn't appeal to me. The alcoholic mixed drinks were also rather poor for the price; a tourist trap, I'd say.

Good shop. 4 stars because the (obviously) premium for higher-quality ingredients compared to standard kebabs (~100%) is pretty cheeky.

I had high expectations (reviews and the high price!), but was truly disappointed. The meat has an unpleasant aftertaste (of goat/old oil), and the kebab is very dry. The kebab costs twice as much as usual and tastes twice as bad as other kebabs. Therefore, I definitely don't recommend it; save your troubles.

2nd place: Best kebab in all of Berlin, questionable. The taste isn't bad, but the portions are way too small! The decor is standard and stylish. I wouldn't go there again, though.

I ate there two days ago and got food poisoning, terrible experience! Besides they sell doner for twice the price than anywhere else without justification.

Hip kebab restaurant with craft beer. The pickled vegetables and falafels were excellent. Truffled fries were brilliant. Delicious Brlo craft beer on tap. Friendly staff and good vibes.

So, I'd go for a classic kebab. I prefer the sauce over the meat rather than spread on bread. It was too dry for me. The service was perfect. The price-performance ratio was appropriate for the location, but the quality wasn't justified.

The doner meat was dry, and overall we did not find it successful in terms of taste.

I had to order two dishes to feel full. It was delicious, but the value for money was not right.

Doner creations and prices are wild beyond belief... It's a matter of taste, I'd say. The OG doner tasted like a Big Mac because of the pickles, and the truffle doner was a complete disappointment! There was a lot of truffle mayo in it and a very minimal dusting of truffles. No shaved slices! The truffle mayo ruined the entire doner flavor. The extra sauces we ordered separately were all very watery. These were definitely the most expensive doner kebabs of my life, and in my opinion, the price was completely unjustified. The boss probably thought, here in Mitte, we'll multiply cost of goods by 10 = price. 🙄😅

We had a great evening! All the kebabs were delicious, we will be back.

Hyped in the media, and rightly so! Best pulled beef chili cheese sandwich: very good meat, creamy cheese sauce with a slight kick. The chili kebab with grilled vegetables and herb sauce is unmatched.

A lot of marketing. But nothing special.

In Switzerland, we saw a report by RBB (RBB) in which, among other things, the "Kebab with an attitude" was described. We knew from the start that we wanted to try it – and we haven't regretted our decision for a moment! Kebab can be so different from what you're used to, and the way it's served here is simply surprising and highly recommended! The creations have absolutely nothing to do with what you (or more precisely, I) know from my hometown of Berlin, from my adopted home of Switzerland, and ultimately also from Turkey; kebab is not just kebab per se! The service deserves special mention: extremely friendly, witty, quick-witted, and attentive! The various kebab creations are fresh, with a very finely balanced flavor and a wide variety, and they're filling. There's nothing here that has that "aftertaste" that you usually get from the usual stalls and restaurants. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and the memories that we'll happily take home with us!

The food is great, service is terrible. They are extremely slow, understaffed and keep forgetting the orders. We even made the waitress repeat our order and the Mezze tray never came, the we had to wait 30min for the drinks and of course they are still expecting a tip…

Edited this down to 3 stars. It seems Kebab with Attitude is gradually going downhill. We've been here many times over the past couple of years and at first it was very good. As of our last visit in May 2025, the beef kebap has turned into a mess of greasy meat and is incredibly heavy in your stomach. The wait staff were uncomfortably hovering while we ate which felt like we were being rushed despite many tables being empty. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management/cooks but the quality control seems to have gone downhill. That coupled with the price doesn't make it worth it. You can get better kebap for a more reasonable price elsewhere.

Cool, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. The beef was very tasty, but I thought €18 was a bit steep for the portion size. All in all, still worth a visit.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I ate there, we were surprised at how great the spagel kebab tasted, it was really delicious 😋, we can only recommend it, it's definitely worth it, very nice service, nothing more is possible, keep it up.

BBQ one. My meat was very salty, while theirs was too sweet because of the barbecue sauce.

Service on point – people listen, always come to us fresh and even surprise us with extras. The food is always really tasty and the playlist is just perfect. Always happy to come by. Love it!

This is the best kebap shop in Berlin... The real deal .

If you want €13.50 for a kebab, then it has to be perfect and unfortunately that's not the case here. I've ordered here at least 50 times, but you now pay €4 more for a kebab than you used to and the quality hasn't gotten any better. I'm particularly bothered by the beef, which is always quite dry and/or cold given the small amount. I have to say that I can get the same quality at Imren for less than half the price. The bread is also pretty floppy now (isn't it toasted (anymore)?), which used to be better as far as I can remember. My last impression was that I consistently had more bread than kebab in my mouth. Very unfortunate. It's still not a bad kebab, but the quality varies extremely. In the future I will probably not order any more, but instead buy locally where you can then complain directly.

Had truffle kebab and the normal one. Both are hardly filling. Sauces too greasy too standard for 15€ kebab. A huge lettuce leaf made the whole thing amusing again and well... the service also depends on your mood, the staff changes and none of them speak German. The only thing you get in abundance here, besides the silly lettuce leaf, is the soulless chatter of the Swabian Nepobabies...

It's delicious, but the flavors are somewhat flat. The quantities are abundant, a lot of bread, and the homemade lemonade is very good. The service was great, very friendly.

This is the spot we take out of town, family and friends. A smart location on a quiet side street in Mitte. Friendly bilingual staff, a yummy menu, and a small and quiet outdoor terrace in the back. It's smart street food with table service in a casually cool restaurant. Very Berlin. But clean and easy.

Döner was extremely successful. When I entered the shop, there was a disturbing smell that I didn't know what it was, so we sat in the garden. Our order came extremely quickly and the portion was sufficient. I will stop by again as soon as possible.

I love hype. It's like caffeine. It tells your body to get excited, for no good reason. Here, the slogans and decals promise the 2 great influences to hit berlin post wall fallin...English language and Turkish food, blended together like a Justin Beiber/Atta Turk slurpee. There are plenty of good signs. What better enticement than big, spinning hot meat to get things moving? The menu tries as hard as your fave high school teacher. The service is friendly, bilingual and dressed so now. The food looks as good as the delish iced tea. But that's where the "viel spass" ends. Beneath the Jackson Pollock sauces, lays a handful of cubes of Turkish bread, dotting around not very much chook...which itself suffers from a lack of..well...form. It's the pulled pork of chicken, and as it hasn't the fat of the piggy, it suffers dryness as distinctive as a fish in the desert. Its not bad, but it ain't great. The salad is even less persuasive, and the onions may have saved the day if they brought the entire onion with them. There's nothing wrong, and the product is okay. But this is the town where Turkish food can soar. Here it walks leisurely.
