JACCI Asian Kitchen in München

I don't usually write Google reviews – but for Jacci in Munich-Neuhausen, I simply have to make an exception. We're thrilled every time: The food is always perfect, the quality is outstanding, the vegetables are crisp and cooked to perfection, and the wait times are also pleasantly short. I'd especially like to highlight the staff – always super friendly, attentive, and helpful. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. For us, Jacci is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Munich. A genuine heartfelt recommendation – a perfect experience from start to finish!

This was the recommendation from 2 of my friends, and it didn’t disappoint! One of the best Vietnamese food I had in Munich so far. Great atmosphere, cosy and good vibes. The staff were very friendly and food was ready quite fast. I’d like to come back and try the rest of the food.

Sensational authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a variety of typical Vietnamese dishes. It's a pleasure to eat here, simply because of the ambiance, friendly atmosphere, and good service.

The food was very good. The service was friendly but unfortunately not great (orders were forgotten, orders were mixed up, and changes to orders were not taken into account). The staff were kind enough to compensate for the poor service and didn't charge for the water.

We had a lovely evening on Jacci's cozy terrace! The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the service was excellent! 🫶

The food and service are good. Unfortunately, we had to sit inside because of the rain, which was very cramped and, above all, very loud, even though no one was behaving unusually.

The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the quality of the food really stands out. The starters were excellent, and the selection of refreshing non‑alcoholic drinks was impressive. I focused on creating tapas from the starters options this time, but everything I tried was top‑notch. Highly recommended!”

Every seat was taken, but our food still arrived quickly. The staff was very friendly, and most importantly, the food was delicious.

The food was okay, the ambiance was nice, but the tables were very close together, and the service was mostly good. Given the higher prices and style, we would have expected more in terms of food quality and service.

Jacci is a ray of hope! We go out to eat quite often, but unfortunately, the food is rarely as excellent as at Jacci. For me, this is by far the best Asian restaurant in Munich. Even better than those twice as expensive. The fish dishes and the vegetarian dishes with tofu are incredibly delicious. Everything is always fresh and perfectly prepared, and it's healthy too. It couldn't be better. Five stars without hesitation.

“Great food and a lovely atmosphere.” I spontaneously stopped by JACCI yesterday for dinner. The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the atmosphere! The service was very friendly and attentive! The food was truly delicious, the portions were a very good size, and the prices were right. Truly top-notch – I'll be back!

This isn't a hidden jem, it's a hidden diamond! Well worth the ride from the city center. I took the softshell crab and the red curry duck and both were amazing! Highly recommended

The best Vietnamese food around! Super friendly, pro-active service and fantastic food. Everything with a certain “twist” and a huge selection (which is often an indicator of not so good food). The portions are very large, the prices are slightly above average but considering the portion size, they are completely acceptable and more than reasonable. The entire team is very (honestly!) friendly and they think proactively (e.g. after every course someone is there to wipe the table 10 seconds later, with the appetizer platter they always ask whether you know everything or whether it should be explained again, etc.) JACCI is now one of our favorite restaurants.

We love going to the Maison Tran Restaurant and when we found out that Jacci was basically one of them, we wanted to visit there too. We had the best starters on the menu, shrimp with walnuts (marinated) and the bao with duck. Absolutely recommended! The main courses were also excellent. Service is super attentive, friendly and extremely accommodating. All in all one of my favorite restaurants in Munich.

The food at JACCI Asian Kitchen was okay, but nothing exceptional considering the higher price point. The overall experience didn’t quite match the upscale vibe the restaurant tries to give off. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting. Also, the staff made it uncomfortably obvious when it came to tipping, which took away from the dining experience. It’s not a place I’d rush back to.

A wonderful Asian restaurant! I was amazed by the atmosphere as soon as I walked in! The food was so delicious and the portions were huge. The service was incredibly attentive! The starter came within 10 minutes and the main course came about 15 minutes after the starter. If you want to spend a stylish and pleasant evening at normal prices in a Munich restaurant, this is the right place for you. Big recommendation!! 🫶🏼

Amazing food! I had the hot beef lemongrass and it was very tasty. The chocolate volcano and the creme brûlée are also recommended. The place is very nice inside, ideal to have a special dinner. The people that work there were very nice with us.

Were there again last night. Service was friendly but there were significant language problems. Brought the wrong food and had to wait quite a long time for the cutlery. The quality was better too

A very good curry. The restaurant is very welcoming and very well decorated. They left us a quieter corner to sit with the baby's pram. Wonderful service. They do weekday and even Saturday menus.

Very nice location with quick service. Unfortunately, quality has declined significantly while prices have continued to rise. That used to be our favorite Vietnamese, now the cuisine is just standard.

The food is absolutely 1a. Very attentive and friendly service. Successful facility. I took off a star for the ambience because the tables are so close together that it's very difficult to squeeze through. Not everyone has an elf figurine. Not to mention privacy during conversations

Our Christmas party was really spoiled for us... first the reservation didn't work out properly, then the food came 5 minutes after we ordered, tasty but not warmed enough and obviously everything prepared wasn't freshly prepared... and while one of us was still eating, he was rude Table cleared. When I asked to wait until everyone had eaten before clearing away, I was laughed at maliciously! Unbelievable... Tables are also too close together… Won't be going back, it's a real shame...

Man hockt leider fast auf dem Schoß des Nachbarn. Man möchte halt mit so vielen Tischen wie möglich Umsatz generieren. Leider ist dieses Problem nicht nur hier so sondern in sehr vielen asiatischen Restaurants. Ich werde in Zukunft andere Location mit größeren Räumen und mehr Privatsphäre bevorzugen

We ate there and loved it! The bao buns and dumplings were incredibly delicious – an absolute treat for fans of Asian cuisine. The ambience in the restaurant is also great: modern, cozy and designed with great attention to detail. The staff were very attentive, friendly and made our visit even more pleasant. All around a great experience - we'll definitely be back!

This is a nice restaurant but don’t eat here if you have any allergies. There is an allergy menu to scan but not all products are clearly marked. When we tried to clarify if something was gluten free both waiters seemed to be unsure of what gluten was and couldn’t say if anything was gluten free at all. Something that appeared to be gluten free on the menu was not gluten free according to the waiter. We sat for a further 15 minutes waiting to hear what I could eat before we decided to leave. We were also charged €8 for the table water.

Our visit was on a Sunday afternoon. Food was ok, but when I read about local market vegetables, I have a different idea of ​​it than a few pieces of onion and maybe 5 pieces of spring onions. The price/performance ratio is not right at all. Otherwise the taste was ok, but not particularly special either; it was fried in too much oil for me. So I don't have to have it again.

I am absolutely excited about Jacci. The food was tasty and beautifully presented. The waiter was kind a thoughtful. The decoration and interior are very well made. It’s not a big restaurant but cozy and perfect for dates or family dinners. Love it!

My parents and I went here for lunch a few days ago and we thought everything was excellent! Each of our dishes was just too delicious. The egg fried rice with my duck was to die for!

Food was at the table incredibly quickly. Tastes good, the lava cake is a clear recommendation at the end.

The selection, taste and quality of the food is excellent. The selection of drinks (wines, cocktails, etc.) is also impressive. I can give a clear recommendation here. However, there are two points of criticism: 1. Selection of the table: We reserved a table for 8 people three weeks ago. Two more people were added at short notice. Unfortunately we were placed between the entrance and the kitchen. That means we got the worst table in the restaurant. That was very disappointing. 2. Opening times: We had reserved the table at 8 p.m. and at 9:45 p.m. the table lamps in the back area were removed and it started to get uncomfortable. At 10:15 p.m. we were asked to order the last round of drinks, even though the restaurant was officially supposed to be open until 11:30 p.m. At 10:50 p.m. we were asked to settle the bill. At 11 p.m., it was our Christmas party, we were standing outside in the rain. We spent an average of 80 EUR / person. This is not sustainable. If you're looking for a restaurant where you want to sit comfortably after eating, this is the wrong place. It's a shame for that bitter aftertaste.

Food was delicious and the tofu was incredibly good. Personally, I thought it was fried in too much oil. (It always gives me a stomach ache). Unfortunately there are time slots (2 hours). I don't know if that's always the case. We visited on a Friday. I personally don't like the music that's playing. But it's also a matter of taste. Highlights: Probably the smallest sink in the world in the women's toilet. Definitely watch it 😉

😍 Delicious food and generous portions! I had the shrimp ha cao and the tamarind chilli tempura king prawns. The king prawns were delicious and they had a generous portion. The taste was also good, not spicy and on the sweeter side. I think the shrimp ha cao portion could have been larger for the price.

Delicious! I've been here several times for lunch and dinner. Most recently at a wedding reception, we were able to try many dishes, all of them very good. We were on cloud nine in terms of taste and I could have continued eating forever 😂 I'm a big fan of the papaya salad and the tamarind-chilli tempura prawns. 😍

I've visited Jacci a few times and I've been impressed every time. I was recently invited to a wedding at Jacci and the restaurant outdid itself. I have never been to a wedding where the food was so plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. At the beginning there was a flying buffet, as a vegetarian it is often difficult to find out whether the food does not contain meat or fish, but when I asked I was always able to answer whether the appetizers were vegetarian or not, and I was immediately offered vegetarian alternatives. The dinner then surpassed everything, the individual dishes were simply perfect and here too we made sure that there was something for everyone. I can only warmly recommend Jacci and would love to come back again and again!

I often have appointments near Rotkreuzplatz and prefer to eat here, both for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the staff is very accommodating. The food tastes excellent and there is no shortage of vegetarian options.

You enter the chicly styled Vietnamese restaurant and immediately notice: this is not just about eating, but also about seeing. The furnishings are modern, the ambience is elegant - as if you had landed in a glossy magazine. The food? Solid, no question. The classics of Vietnamese cuisine come beautifully presented and taste good, although without any big surprises. But when you look at the calculation, you start to wonder: Maybe the coriander is hand-picked from the highest peak in Vietnam or the rice noodles are made from particularly fine rice? Because for what is on offer the price is, let's say, at the luxury level of a big city. If you're willing to spend more than the pho actually demands for a bit of fancy flair, you'll find what you're looking for here. If you like something more down-to-earth, you might want to take note of the little Vietnamese restaurant around the corner.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, wie immer sehr gutes Essen. Service gut und aufmerksam. Auch bei den Cocktails war der Barman flexibel und hat uns einen Pornstar Martini gemixt, obwohl er nicht auf der Karte stand. Über ein paar neue Ideen für die Essenskarte würde ich mich freuen:-)

Es war etwas mühselig rauszufinden was vegan ist, die Bedienung wusste es nicht und nachfragen war scheinbar auch schwer. Ein Gericht haben wir dann schließlich gefunden, leider war die Soße sehr zuckerhaltig. Das Gemüse war aber frisch & knackig.

Wir wurden ganz an den Rand in ein Eck gesetzt, nicht gerade die schöneren Plätze im Garten. Die Portionen waren recht groß, aber leider nicht richtig warm. Geschmacklich war es schon ok, aber wir hatten definitiv schon bessere Speisen. Der Service war ok aber nicht mehr. Wir wurden nicht verstanden und die schnellste Bedienung war es auch nicht. Was den Besuch so richtig trübte war der gesalzene Preis dafür. Im Vergleich zu anderen Asiaten in München stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht

Very delicious lunch at JACCI Asian Kitchen Restaurant with good service. However, it is a mystery to me how someone who speaks neither German nor English can work there. Somehow you would like to order too!? The mini spring rolls could have baked for a few more minutes.

Wir haben etwa eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet, was etwas nervig war. Das Ambiente war jedoch ein Highlight, und trotz der Wartezeit war das Essen schlussendlich meiner Meinung nach seinen Preis wert.

The food was delicious, the employees were super friendly and present. Unfortunately there was still a big disappointment. I ordered Rainbow Clain Pot for almost 30 euros. The description said with scallops, black tiger prawns and meat. There was 1 scallop and 1 black tiger prawn in the dish, otherwise overloaded with meat. For almost 30 euros we really expected something different. Big disappointment. We won't come again because you can actually get more seafood for a lot less money.

Als wir unser Essen erhalten haben ist uns direkt in unserem Reis ein Haar mind. 10cm lang aufgefallen. Als wir den Kellner gerufen haben und ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, hat er den Reis mitgenommen ohne einen Kommentar zu verlieren. Auch wenn wir einen neuen Reis bekommen haben, war ab dem Zeitpunkt meine Lust und Laune vorbei und konnte mein Essen nicht mehr genießen. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen.
