Ha - Vietnamese Cuisine in München

The pho is nice. It’s a Hanoi style which is a bit more balanced in flavor. It doesn’t come with a hefty side of herbs but is a rather simpler more delicate style. I do enjoy the Saigon style as well, with its strong flavors, herbs and large portion size. But both are delicious.

I had high expectations for this place and the food definitely lived up to them - delicious, tasteful and well prepared. Unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience for me. The waiters were incredibly rude and dismissive. They wordlessly threw the coasters for our drinks on the table and acted like they couldn't wait for us to leave. As soon as we finished eating, they rushed us to clean up and made it clear that they didn't want to deal with us any further. That's a shame because the food is really good, but I can't get over how unfriendly the service was. For this reason I give this restaurant 2 stars. I hope they work on their customer service - it's a big disappointment.

We had a great experience when looking for a late lunch. Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us warmly. The food was excellent—I had an avocado lassi and duck salad, both of which were delicious. The ambiance was lovely, making the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

It was very crowded and you definitely had to make a reservation or wait 15 minutes (Thursday evening) but it was worth it! Nice ambience, nice staff (could be a little more attentive when it comes to empty drinks etc.) and super delicious food! Recommended 😊

My request was spicy and lots of cilantro. It was spicy thanks to the 4 chillies but there were only 2 coriander stalks. Many people don't like coriander and it will probably be adapted to the German palate. Complaining at a high level. We've eaten out several times and it's always tasted very good. Highly recommend the Pho Hanoi soup. We are already looking forward to our next visit and let ourselves be pampered by the super friendly staff.

Exceptionally good food, nice place and good service

We had the starter plate for 2 people + small soup and dessert. The starter would have been enough for us. Everything delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and thank you for organizing a table for us without a reservation, we just had to wait a little. Table reservation is recommended as a tip for a Sunday.

Very tasteful, small restaurant with surprising cuisine. Furnishings and dishes are very nice. We both had a bowl, one with beautifully cooked pumpkin and one with tofu. Cocktails good and not expensive, bowls normal, but not small portions. A tofu dumpling as a starter. Unfortunately, service was quite non-committal, was partly sleepy and did not correspond to the other positive impression.

We had reserved a table for 2 hours. The food was excellent, the service was very impersonal from the start. After we had eaten and the agreed time had expired, we were not asked to pay and no guests came to claim our table of 7 people. However, we were no longer served! After another hour without drinks, coffee or dessert, we asked for the bill. I can't understand why a restaurant can simply forego sales that would have been so easy to generate. It's a shame, but that was the first and last time.

Actually no star at all if it were possible. There were three of us there, the waitress was absolutely unfriendly and impatient while we were still choosing food. Dishes were ok. In one of the bao tacos with chicken breast there is nothing in it except a very thin strip of meat. A joke. Even while my colleague was still eating, the waitress was clearing away, so we had to point out that we were still eating. When we asked questions, she responded bluntly and when we asked to see the bill, she slammed the menu onto the table to tell us the correct price. I have no idea who she thinks she is, but that's not how you treat guests. Accordingly, my tip will definitely be the same and I will never set foot in there again. Unbelievable Ambience nice. You will find a lot of restaurants with vietnamese food in Munich, but you will not find a lot of them with such a food and ambience. After visiting this place I can just confirm that the ratings that they have on google are more than earned!

Super tasty, best Pho since our Vietnam vacation! Everything we ordered was really particularly good, from the bao taco to the avocado coconut sauce. The service was really nice, quick and very child-friendly! And the atmosphere is cozy. Afterwards there is a coffee from the portafilter machine. A completely successful visit!

Authentic pho, and thankfully open during New Year's day. The server refused me the first time around as they are fully booked, but after walking around they allowed me and my partner for walk-in. The broth is good and authentic, the beef is a little thicker than original pho (perhaps added with flour to add the chewy texture, which is not for everyone but I loved it!), and the herbs are plentiful.

We had a very delicious meal here. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were tasty. A great restaurant. Absolutely top value for money.

Overall mediocre, nothing special or fancy. Good soups, somewhat boring pasta dishes. The restaurant competes for good reviews and raffles off prizes among participating reviewers, so this should be taken into account.

Very trendy restaurant but weird vibes from the staff who did not seem pleased to see us, they also startled talking in vietnamese and laughing as we entered as if gossiping about us. Spring rolls were a little greasy but very crispy, enjoyed that a lot. Pho prices were extortionate, ~€9 for a small which the lady described to be an appetiser size, and ~€16 for the large size which would be a regular size anywhere else in the world. Ordered four bowls of pho which all came out with inconsistent amounts of garnish on the side and no beansprouts which was unusual. Tasted ok but left me and my family members' mouths feeling very dry which continued into the following morning, suggesting heavy usage of MSG for flavouring. Felt rushed and uncomfortable with the vibes so will not be going back.

When it comes to food, there are certainly worse but certainly many better Asian restaurants in the city. The beef with mushrooms, for example, tasted... unfortunately rather boring. A little more fresh spices would have been great. Rice was a bit overcooked for my taste. Cola tasted stale. The service was okay. The lady wasn't unfriendly but not particularly friendly either. She seemed rushed when taking our order and didn't take much time for us. Understandably so, because the time had to be invested in loud conversations with the other conditions. Ambiance is good.

We made reservations online for a specific time. A bit chaotic but we took it with humor. Our place wasn't free yet. As compensation we received two desserts for free. The food is expensive but very good and well prepared. We'll definitely come back.

Very tasty food. Were there for a Christmas party. Spring roll appetizer. The main course was a dish of fried salmon in a bowl that looked comparatively like red curry. But the taste didn't match. Plus good rice. Everything was very good.

I dined at the Ha restaurant this week and ordered the udon noodles with vegetables and a chia seed drink. The noodles were exceptionally delicious and fresh, complemented perfectly by a flavorful sauce. The chia seed drink was delightfully refreshing and paired well with the meal. The restaurant's atmosphere was both lively and romantic, creating an inviting ambiance. Additionally, the service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend Ha for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

One of my absolute favorite Asians in Munich! The quality of the food is really outstanding, the curry is my favorite, the service is courteous, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Especially now that the evenings are getting cooler, it is important to reserve a table in good time if you want to be sure to get a seat.

Update: I have adjusted my star rating downwards. Nowadays you are not allowed to stay in the restaurant for more than 2 hours, not even for a birthday dinner, which I personally find a shame and uncomfortable. I also think the employee was quite unfriendly. But the food is still good. I still don't know if I'll come back because I find it irritating when you're only allowed to stay at a restaurant for less than 2 hours, even if it's rush hour - you just need one for a starter, main course, dessert and a few drinks few. Very tasty food! The prices are a little more expensive, but it tastes really good and the portions are large. The decor is charming and the restaurant is suitable for both a romantic date and a family dinner. I'd love to come back 😊

Great food. Very nice service. I found the papaya salad for €10.9 too small. The soup was okay as a starter. The lunch menu must be cheap and good.

The atmosphere is great, I felt very comfortable. The restaurant is very tastefully designed. The food was wonderful. It was busy so service wasn't that quick. In fact, the service could have been a bit more attentive, but the complaining was at a high level. I can highly recommend the Ha, so full marks on all points.

We visited this restaurant on a recommendation shortly after our Vietnam vacation - and we were thrilled. The dishes are extremely tasty and authentic. The service staff is young, friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Unfortunately, the tables in the restaurant are quite narrow.
