The service was rude; it seemed to me as if the waitress had absolutely no interest in her job, which made me feel very unwelcome. The pizzas weren't good either. The base was far too thin and the toppings were way too thin. The one star is only for the iced tea, which was very delicious.

A very pleasant place to have a coffee and eat a delicious dessert. All praise.

What a terrible experience. It started with the fact that the women's restroom was very run-down and broken. The first thing I noticed was the toilet paper dispenser falling on my wrist. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she wasn't interested at all and just grumbled about something incomprehensible. When we wanted to order, my partner wanted spaghetti carbonara with penne. When he politely asked the waitress for it, she just grumbled, "It's not possible." We were really fed up with this place, where you're yelled at from start to finish. The fact that we suddenly got up and left didn't seem to bother the waitress at all. We then went to a real Italian restaurant, where they served us delicious, homemade food. It's a shame, Italy used to be great, but these days, all you can do is advise people to eat somewhere else. Since we've found our favorite Italian restaurant, we will never go to Italy again. Update: We left solely because of the unfriendly treatment of the waitress, who gave the impression she didn't want to work there at all. And of course, the impression is created that the food isn't fresh if you're not allowed to make any special requests. One can only hope that the current owners of Italy will throw in the towel quickly. However, the operator's extremely unprofessional website also speaks for itself.

The waitress misunderstood everything from appetizers to drinks, pizza was completely wrong and then they said we ordered exactly that. Salad was 3 leaves for €6.90 catastrophe. Salad was as if it had come out of the oven, so warm and absolutely not crunchy. Terrible place…

Pizza Diavolo was unfortunately not spicy. Topping good, dough baked too crispy. In terms of taste, it went with (too) much yeast and went too quickly (assumption) But definitely used too much Semula.

Nice Italian restaurant in a central location. We got a table in the afternoon without any problems, the service was quick and the food was delicious.

Order was not written down and waitress had to ask again. A pizza much too thin and almost like a tarte flambée. The taste was okay but nothing earth-shattering. The waitress almost didn't want to accept the voucher I had with me because I didn't tell her before ordering. Came across as very abrupt and unfriendly.

Comida rica, pero el servicio tarda mucho en atender a todo el local y la comida tarda en salir demasiado tiempo si quieres hacer la pausa del medio día allí. El servicio es muy amable.

Super Essen original italienische Spaghetti Carbonara, Traumhaft 😋 Muss man dort unbedingt Essen.

Das Essen ging und schien frisch zu sein. Die Bedienung oder im schlimmsten die Chefin des Lokals ist eine furchtbare Servicekraft, sehr unhöflich am Dauer telefonieren, patzig. Müssten zum zahlen nach vorne gehen und sogar hier wurde man noch patzig angesprochen Über gebliebenen essen wollten sie nicht wirklich zum Mitnehmen anbieten haben mit müh und Not nur Alufolie bekommen. Leider wird uns dieses Lokal nicht mehr wieder sehen dank dieser "Bedienung"

Ich war da mit einem Arbeitskollegen essen, gerade laden war leer, erstmal müssten sehr lange auf die Dame warten. Nach circa 15 Minuten ist die Dame aufgetaucht, geschmissen Karte auf dem Tisch, und sofort was zum trinken nachgefragt, auf die Antwort ein kleines Augenblick, ich weiß nicht was gibt's, kommste nur Augenrollen. 2 Sterne nur wegen dem Essen, obwohl Portionen waren klein, und satt sind wir nicht geworden.

Sehr netter Service, leckeres Essen und besonders freundlich zu Kindern. Kommen gerne wieder ❤️🥰

Das Lokal ist ok, die Tischdeko mit einer Plastikblume fand ich jetzt nicht schön. Auch finde ich, sind die Preise viel zu teuer... Das Essen war ok, die Pizza war gut, der Salat war ok, es gibt auf alle Fälle bessere.

Anfangs hatten wir leider einen Platz, wo die Lüftung Recht kalt war. Ohne Probleme konnten wir etwas später den Platz wechseln und das Mädelstreffen genießen. Danke nochmals 🙂

Wenn man 15-20 Minuten am Platz sitzt und die Bedienungen es nicht für nötig finden mal zu fragen ob man was Trinken oder zu Essen will,kann man nicht von Service sprechen.Wir sind dann gegangen und haben uns was anderes gesucht.Werd nicht mehr hingehen.

Lecker Essen, alles hat perfekt gepasst.

Essen (Salat 🥗) war nicht gut. Schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen. Der Service ist noch sehr ausbaubedürftig.
