We ate at Bi Plano for the first time today and the restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The terrace at the beginning of the pedestrian zone invites you to linger and the food here was delicious. We had bruschetta, Jägerschnitzel, Pizza Regina and lasagna. The lady (short haircut) who served us was very courteous and nice, which is becoming increasingly rare in the catering industry these days. Plus always a smile on your lips. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Pizza tasted okay but was extremely small. Price performance doesn't fit. Nice seating in the middle of the city.

The service itself was quick and fine. Unfortunately, the food disappointed me and my companion. The tomato and mozzarella salad was extremely overpriced and had little to nothing to do with an authentic Italian dish. The portion was surprisingly small for €10.50. Unfortunately, the Obergau was the grated Parmesan, which had no place in this dish. The salad was also served without a bun and hardly any marinade. My companion had more salad than currywurst on his plate. The fries were tasty, the currywurst also tasted okay, but the "sauce" was adulterated curry ketchup. And there was next to no “sauce”. But the drinks were delicious. (You can't go wrong with that either.) Unfortunately, based on these experiences, we will avoid this establishment in the future.

Pizza is way too salty. The service is unfriendly and ignores the wishes of guests. I should wrap it myself in the aluminum foil. Card payment not desired. Very bad experiences. Please don't go there

The food was very tasty and was brought quickly, the service was very nice. Price/performance ratio was also great. It was definitely worth it during our visit to Passau!

As Munich residents visiting Passau for a weekend trip, we discovered the Biplano and were immediately impressed. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt the warm, inviting atmosphere that transported us straight to Italy. The stylish decoration with rustic wooden furniture, charming pictures and soft candlelight made a significant contribution to making us immediately feel at home. The service at Biplano was outstanding. The servers were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We particularly liked that they answered our questions with a smile and made recommendations that turned out to be a hit. The food was a real highlight. We started with a selection of antipasti which were fresh and tasty. Of particular note was the bruschetta – the bread was toasted to perfection and the topping of sun-ripened tomatoes and basil was to die for. For the main course we chose the homemade tagliatelle with truffle sauce and the Margherita pizza. The pasta was al dente and the truffle sauce was creamy, rich and flavorful. The pizza impressed with a crispy, thin base, fresh tomato sauce and generously topped with mozzarella. Finally, we treated ourselves to a tiramisu that was airy, light and not too sweet - the perfect end to a perfect evening. The wine list left nothing to be desired and offered a fine selection of Italian wines that went perfectly with the dishes. We chose a Chianti, which we really liked. The price-performance ratio at the Biplano is excellent. The quality of the food and the service completely justify the prices. Overall, our visit to Biplano was an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back and can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

Price-performance ratio is tip-top. The food is also very tasty, the pizza is juicy and the pasta dishes are great, as are the cocktails and the beer always comes to the table ice cold. Likewise, when we order, which we do very often at Biplano. The minimum order value in my area is ten euros, which I think is very good, it is delivered quickly and I don't even need to start talking about the staff. Very nice one of my go to here in Passau

Well, what can I say? If you want to eat pasta cheaply and don't care about the taste, service or atmosphere, then you should eat here.

Waited 3 hours and nothing came!!!

On the shopping Sunday we looked for a place in the well-filled outdoor area to have lunch. Instead of a (friendly) greeting, the card was placed on the table with the words "You have to tell me the number". The pizza we ordered was not good at all and was frozen, the arrabiata was good. Payment also took forever and we didn't know what we ordered. I would have liked to have paid with a card...that would definitely have passed the checkout. Never there again.

We were served promptly, but the waiter could only match our wishes based on the numbers on the menu. We were immediately informed that the apple strudel was out and the other orders were taken. While we waited a long time for our orders, the awkward waiter informed us one by one that most of the other food and drinks we had ordered were also out. The billing took a long time to arrive and was carried out by an older lady who did not give us a receipt.

Wait 1/2 hour for an espresso and a latte. 20 minutes after ordering, they said that apple strudel with vanilla sauce was out and there was no cake either

Service mangelhaft die Pizza schmeckt als wäre sie einmal auf den Boden gefallen und so sieht sie auch aus auf Nachfrage nach Chiliöl wurde nur der Kopf geschüttelt, Biergläser verdreckt so einen Laden würde ich normalerweise dicht machen!!

I always order there and have been very satisfied so far. The pizzas are delicious, good ingredients and always nice and warm. Just not authentic Italian pizza, but that's not a problem for me at all. Top 5 of 5.

One time we ordered schnitzel with cream sauce. When I called there specifically to ask whether there were fries included, as unfortunately it wasn't visible on Lieferando, which is acceptable at a price of around €15, I was told a clear yes. Those in the picture are the “fries”. Otherwise it was cold, the sauce tasted more like water than sauce and the pizza tonno looked and tasted like it was from the day before. Paid a total of just over €30 and I regret every single cent. I can only advise everyone not to order there. This almost borders on fraud

I cannot recommend this pizzeria. In my opinion, the taste is average snack pizza. Price performance inadequate. Pizza size stated as 32 cm Only about 30 cm can be expected.

Ausgesehen hat die Pizza gut, geschmacklich war sie aber unterirdisch. Außerdem kam sie nach über einer Stunde und kalt an und dafür dann 14,80 Euro. Wechseln konnte der Lieferant auch nicht. Auf die kalte Pizza angesprochen, sagte der Fahrer, dass die Pizza nicht kalt sei. Ich fasste sie an und sagte, dass sie selbstverständlich kalt sei. Daraufhin hat sie der Lieferant ebenfalls angefasst (!!!) und gesagt, dass es nicht seine Schuld ist. Ja wem seine denn dann? Biplano, null Plano, dafür bi, äh nie wieder.

Biplano was, up until a certain point, really tasty & very pleasant from the delivery service, etc. - until a few months ago, a new chef was apparently hired and since then it has been really, more than terrible! Way too salty and just not good anymore! Do me a favor and give him notice - you can't put up with this over-salted food! Then also the salad, you add a special note that you don't want any yogurt dressing, even if you say that you would have it without dressing and you still get it, with this desired dressing or no dressing, still a yogurt dressing. The delivery person doesn't even know what you ordered and has to ask again and is also as unfriendly as ever! I don't usually say anything against it, but then I don't want a massively over-salted meal and that wasn't even just for one order! At first I ordered from you a few times and it was really tasty and at some point it got worse and worse, there were even days where it was relatively good again and then everything was completely salty again! Honestly, you either hire a new chef or you gradually lose more and more profit and of course the customers! You have definitely lost me/us and we were very, very happy to order from you before! It's a shame - please do something, it really can't go on like this! Really disgusting!

I was in Biplano with my family. We ate pasta and pizza there. The operation and service were good. The food was very tasty and recommended!

Delivery was over an hour late. The excuse on the phone was about flooding. The delivery person just said that it's always like this on Mondays. The food, like the staff, is a disgrace. Pretty much any frozen pizza is better.

we sit casually but excellent experience. spaguetti arrabiata, pizza deliciosa and 2 penne bolognesa. bravo! now the paying did not like us, it was cash mandatory.

I've ordered there several times and have always been disappointed... The Bolognese has nothing to do with Bolognese... Ordered twice and both times it had no taste... the sauce is like soup and tastes like nothing... Some of the pizzas were burnt and delivered lukewarm... I absolutely can't recommend it... Sorry, never again

I don't know the atmosphere. In any case, they are unreliable in delivery and the food is mediocre at best. Unfortunately not highly recommended. Still waiting for my pizza^haha

We did not get the pizza we ordered, and it took so long to get it replaced. What we ate was definitely not a pizza in the end. Not recommended at all. I did not have such bad experience for a while. They have 3 stars but even that is way not deserved.

Ein schön gelegenes Restaurant in der Innenstadt von Passau. Sehr saubere WC‘s, was auf eine saubere Küche, gutes Essen und freundlichen Personal schließt, welches wir zu 4t bestätigen können. Auch der Wechsel vom sonnigen Schanigarten ins Restaurant war gar kein Umstand. Das Restaurant im oberen Stock sauber freundliche Farben, ein schönes mediterranes Ambiente Einfach richtig gut 👍. Wir kommen wieder

Sorry, 1 Stunde warten auf drei Pizzas obwohl keine anderen Gäste da waren das geht nicht. Geschmacklich na ja, es gibt bei weiterem besseres zu Essen. Werden das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen.

Wir haben heute bestellt. Zwei Pizzn Leider kamen die Pizzn etwas Zeitverzögert. (Darf auch mal vorkommen) Auf Nachfrage hat man sich entschuldigt. Sogar im Nachgang kam der nette Fahrer nochmal und brachte uns eine essbare Entschuldigung mit Grüße vom Chef. Die Pizzn waren lecker und auch noch warm als sie geliefert wurden. Sehr netter Service.

Das war alles etwas komisch, die einzigste Bedienung musste draußen und drinnen bedienen. Dadurch waren auch Wartezeiten für die Bestellung erfolgt. Ich hatte einen Beilagensalat und eine Lasagne. Der Salat war ok, die Lasagne leicht versalzen, aber noch genießbar. Zum Abschluss hatte ich noch einen Espresso, der fast kalt auf meinem Tisch angestellt wurde. Da sich die Bedienung immer wieder schnell entfernte, wenn sie was gebracht hat und dann eine zeitlang nicht mehr gesehen wurde, war auch nichts mit Beschwerde wegen kaltem Kaffee. Es gibt 3 Sterne von mir, dass ist Mittelmaß und für mich keinen zweiten Besuch wert.

Unzureichendes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ein kleiner Salat für 5:20, der dann zusätzlich geschmacklich keiner mir bekannter Norm entspricht. Die bestellte Oizza war in Ordnung, allerdings kam die Bestellung fast eine Halbe Stunde zu spät trotz einer Stunde Wartezeit!

Obwohl die relativ kleine Terrasse nur zur Hälfte besetzt war, waren die drei Kellner überfordert. Nach ca 10 Minuten erst hatte einer der Kellner so viel Zeit, uns die Speisekarte zu bringen. Die Kellner hatten erheblich Probleme, die bestellten Getränke und das Essen den richtigen Tischen zuzuordnen. Nach dem Essen, die Terrasse war immer noch nur zur Hälfte besetzt, dauerte es 20 Minuten, bis der Tisch abgeräumt wurde. Die weiteren Getränke, die wir bestellt hatten wurden zwar aufgenommen, aber nicht mehr gebracht. Bezahlen konnten wir überraschenderweise sehr schnell. Wir hatte danach gerade den letzten Schluck aus unseren Gläsern genommen, das stand der Kellern, bei dem wir gerade bezahlt hatten an unserem Tisch und frage, was wir denn gerne hätten??!!

Nur etwas getrunken nichts gegessen

Haben nach langer Anreise dort gegessen. Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen wurde relativ schnell serviert. Wir hatten einen schönen platz draußen mit toller Aussicht. Leider war die Portion der Lassgne so klein dass wir nicht satt wurden. Da hätten wir fast eine zweite essen können. Auch die Portionen der Nachbartische sahen nicht sehr groß aus um sattzuwerden

Hab mir dort letztens zwei Pizzen to go bestellt und war voll zufrieden! Sowohl organisatorisch als auch geschmacklich war alles top! Gerne wieder:)

Preise sind normal, aber die Portionen sind kleiner als gewöhnlich. Bedienung war freundlich, jedoch war sie oft lange unterwegs.

Sehr unfreundlich und lustloses Personal mit AirPods im Ohr, lange auf das Essen gewartet, Essen war sehr schlecht und viel zu überteuert, zudem keine Kartenzahlung möglich, wir empfehlen es nicht weiter!

Obwohl wir praktisch allein waren, hat es lange gedauert bis das Essen kam. Und am Schluss konnte man nicht mit EC-Karte bezahlen.

Pizza Calcone war ein Traum. Preise absolut ok. Supersauberes Restaurant und nette Bedienung.

Haben dort essen bestellt und über zwei Stunden darauf gewartet obwohl uns nach 1 1/2 h gesagt wurde er sei unterwegs mit dem Essen. Nach 2 1/2 h wurde es dann schließlich geliefert. Die Pizzen waren natürlich nur noch lauwarm. Der zweite Stern ist nur, weil ein Essen vergessen wurde und dieses aber dann frisch gebracht wurde.

Sehr lecker, wenn auch etwas teuer.

Das beste Restaurant in Passau . Die Pizza ist mega lecker

Gesalzene Preise und dafür versalzene Canelloni. Tja, die Restaurantbetreiber müssen nach der langen Auszeit jetzt wieder mächtig Kohle machen. Und wer kann es ausbaden. NATÜRLICH der brave Bürger. Na danke an die Corona Politik die die Wirtschaft zerstört hat! Die flippen doch alle komplett aus und das wegen so einem dämlichen Virus, der einem gesunden Menschen sowieso nichts tut.

Wir waren auf einen Kaffee im Biplano das erste und letzte Mal, sehr unfreundliche, lustlose und träge Bedienung. Meine Untertasse war verschmutzt und mit einem langen schwarzen Haar dekoriert - einfach nur igitt. Die Kaffeebohnen wurden einmal durchs Wasser gezogen, da half selbst kein Zucker etwas. Nirgends war Desinfektionsmittel vorhanden, nicht mal auf der Toilette, so etwas geht gar nicht, also einfach diese Lokalität meiden.

Wir sind hier eingekehrt weil man schön draußen sitzen konnte. Als wir die Speisekarten bekamen waren wir doch etwas verwundert. Haben die Betreiber noch nichts von Corona gehört? Die Speisekarten waren total mit was auch immer verschmiert, ebenso wie die Tischplatte. Unserer Bitte, beides zu reinigen kam die "Servicekraft" zwar nach, aber wir glauben nicht das sie wusste worum es hier ging. Auch von den Nachbartischen, an denen diverse "Supercoole" saßen, ernteten wir verständnislose Blicke. Wie auch immer, das Essen kam relativ zügig und war ok. Leider wird der Laden unsere Erinnerungen an Passau nachhaltig trüben, hätte ich in Bayern niemals erwartet. Schade

Schockierend! Der Teller mit Kuchen hatte tatsächlich noch Kaffeeflecken, wohl vom Besucher zuvor. Ich will nicht wissen, wie die Geschirr spülen.

Für eine pizza mafiosi um 11,90 war das servierte eine relativ schlechte enttäuschung....zum einen die größe - in anderen restaurants wäre selbst eine kleine pizza größer, zum anderen waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob die pizza wirklich hausgemacht oder aus dem tiefkühler kam...für eine apfelschorle 0,5 4,40 ist mei es erachtens auch sehr geschmolzen....der extra bestellte beilagensalat war sehr schön bunt und vielfältig angerichtet, das dressing schmeckte jedoch hauptsächlich nach öl....bedienung war sehr freundlich und auf zack, gastgarten auch sehr nett

We stopped in here after our walking tour of Passau was over and had some lunch. Their was enough English on the menu for us to figure out what we wanted. I had a baguette with salami, prosciutto, cheese, tomato, lettuce and came with a side salad. It was very good. My wife had a calzone and it was very good and huge. Prices might be a bit higher than North America but not excessive. Good food so you get value. Sat in a nice outdoor area and enjoyed the sun. Restaurant is located in the pedestrian shopping district of Passau.

Pizzas waren etwas klein und gemäß Standort des Lokals eher Teuer. Geschmacklich gut.Die Bedienung war freundlich und auf Zack. Wir würden das Restaurant empfehlen 👍🏼👍🏼. Für besondere Anlässe eher nicht,....da findet sich etwas passenderes.

Für ein leckeres Abendessen unter freiem Himmel hätten wir uns etwas besseres von der Qualität der Speisen versprochen. Der Service war sehr gut, aber die Pizzen schienen Tiefkühlpizzen gewesen zu sein. Der Salat war zwar frisch jedoch der Formschinken darauf passte nicht. Das Lokal war Kinderfreundlich.
