I was here today. After 27 minutes, the waiter came and, after I'd ordered two beers, threw the ashtray on the table. Unfortunately, I'm a very polite person; otherwise, he would have had to eat the ashtray. Next time, I'll still call the police because the waiter was very rude and racist to me. If that's okay with you, I'm happy if you don't make it. See that there is an Italian place, keep writing in Italian. But in this place, a manager? A manager should always be present. So this will be back because the waiter treated me very rudely and looked out. I responded with a complaint against my family.

We visited L'Osteria for the first time today. We'll definitely be back. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is super friendly. What more could you want?

Our absolute favorite pizzeria! The food is consistently excellent – ​​fresh, delicious, and with a wide selection. A particularly positive aspect: The team is flexible when it comes to special requests or changes to orders, which is unfortunately not a given these days. One small drawback is the restrooms – unfortunately, soap or paper towels are often lacking, and cleanliness could occasionally be improved. The background music is also sometimes a bit too loud for a relaxed atmosphere. A nice bonus: If you announce it's your birthday, you'll be surprised with birthday music and a tiramisu with a fountain (we weren't sure if there's an extra charge for this – but it was definitely a nice highlight!). We always enjoy coming back. You can also save money with the L'Osteria app – another plus. Please keep up the good work – we're already looking forward to the next time!

From booking to payment, everything was smooth, professional, and very friendly. We were even able to choose whether we wanted our reserved table inside or outside.

The food was truly delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. But unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our glasses were constantly empty, and it sometimes took up to 30 minutes before anyone asked us to come back. What a shame.

The food was delicious, as always! Unfortunately, today the food arrived faster than the drinks. The drinks didn't arrive until half the food had already been eaten, and that was only because someone in the kitchen noticed it and then tried to get the drinks as quickly as possible. Great evening, great food! This time without meat and pizza! As a family with two boys, 7 and 11, we ordered 4 bruschettas with salad with avocado and shrimps, ravioli aspargi and gnocchi gamberetti and had everything put on the table at the same time and shared. Nice, friendly service despite being busy. The food was at the table quicker than the drinks. But as I said, the friendliness of the service staff made up for this small mistake. We had a pizza (huge), pasta with tomato vegetable sauce and a salad with tuna. Everything was fresh and to our taste.

We were in Passau, we wanted to spend a beautiful weekend with the family but the tavern ruined everything for us. Because the manager was very arrogant and grumpy because we ordered tortellini with cream and ham and the tortellini filled with spinach and ricotta with cream and ham arrived, we asked for Which were wrong but the rude and arrogant manager said these if you want you can eat them otherwise go away a truly horrible and rude person. We went to L’Osteria for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The food was great, but what really made our evening special was our waitress, Lilly. So warm, attentive and simply thoroughly professional. She always had a smile on her face, was super quick and took her time with us despite the full house. Employees like Lilly make the difference - thank you for the great service, we will definitely be back!

She is friendly, humorous, super organized and has a keen sense of what guests need. You can tell straight away that she enjoys her job - and that carries over into the whole atmosphere. It came quite quickly and was completely filling after two thirds of the meal. For dessert we had the duo glasses with two different desserts to try; we were very happy with it. Service: We had a waitress who not only asked us if everything was okay, but also had a great charisma and a smile that made it clear that she was doing this job with enthusiasm and joy. We also received recommendations and were helped immediately if we had any questions. The waitress is a great role model for gastronomy. Ambience: I visit a lot of L'Osteria and we liked the ambience here the best. It was well lit, the decoration was just great and beautiful, the bar wasn't too big and the view of the kitchen was great. Unfortunately there are two big negative points… Unfortunately the music was a bit too loud that evening. We sat at the door, which meant guests were constantly coming in and out and the cold and smell of cigarettes penetrated. There is no need to explain that this is not particularly appetizing. The second negative point is that you sit too close to other guests and the other people's conversations quickly became louder than those of the other person. Conclusion: We would probably go there again if the two problems were solved, but if you want something to eat in Passau, I would recommend it at any time.

The pizza is absolutely amazing, the starters were just as good. You could eat in peace, meaning the Puzza didn't come immediately after the starter. The very nice waitress asked several times if everything was OK. In short: L'Osteria Passau - as always, everything was great!

Pizzas were much bigger than expected. For €16 this is impressive. The quattro formaggi wasn't as cheesy as expected. The edge is also a bit dry but it works. Caesare Pollo is highly recommended. The option to share 2 pizzas is perfect for the larger sizes. If you go in as a couple, you should share a pizza half and half.

We reserved online and got a very nice table right by the large windows. Our request to move to an empty neighboring table with padded chairs was also granted. The desserts were okay, although I imagined the tartufo to be different from what I know from ice cream parlors. The tiramisu had a little too much Amaretto in it, but tastes differ. The service was extremely friendly, although it was visibly stressed. The pizza was very tasty and mega big. The pizza was huge and delicious, but the pasta was outstanding. The best pasta I've ever had at an Italian restaurant. I'd even give the spaghetti 10 stars. Some of the tables are too small for the giant pizzas. A table of four with four pizzas is a challenge. Otherwise, there were no complaints. We will go back and can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. (December 2024)
