Had an amazing meal here. Service, food and ambience were absolutely excellent!!!

The food, value for money, and service were good. The restaurant itself is showing its age, but that didn't bother us.

La Torre in Passau is the best pizzeria I know. The pizzas are generously topped, delicious, and always well-cooked. The tagliatelle with salmon is super tasty, and you don't have to hunt for the salmon. A glass of wine is always generously poured, and all this at very reasonable prices. The service is always super friendly, and you always feel very welcome, even if you're not a regular (we visit Passau about 2-3 times a year).

The best Italian restaurant in all of Passau! The staff is very friendly and attentive. All dishes are highly recommended, whether pizza or pasta, and the desserts are also very tasty. Depending on the season, there are also additional dishes outside of the menu.

The frozen pizza from Gustavo Gusto is far superior. The beef fillet probably never saw beef in its life. It was dry, well-done instead of medium, and there was some kind of aluminum junk stuck to it. It was immediately returned. The service was inattentive and there was no apology. Once, never again. Not recommended, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely outrageous.

Food didn't convince me! Well-intentioned is not well-done. Soggy noodles, way too much, and little sauce don't make for a balanced meal.

Pizza was really good. The noodles looked very unappetizing and tasted like nothing. We waited 20 minutes to order drinks, the food took over an hour

Even though we had 40 minutes left according to the opening times, we were simply sent away again. 25 minutes one way for free. Never again!!

We came across this restaurant while visiting Passau and thought it must be good based on the 4.6 star rating. The ambience is simply getting old. Service was very nice, you can leave it alone. Eat !!! The pizza dough was ready and the ingredients were really cheap and some of the mozzarella wasn't melted either. Conclusion: Wouldn't come a second time

Went there twice for dinner. Pasta dishes, pizza and salad. Every time it was very tasty, good service, absolutely fair price-performance ratio. The only shame is that there is no possibility to sit outside.

Abseits des Passauer Altstadttrubels befindet sich das alteingesessene Restaurant La Torre im 1. Stock. Hier bekommt man allerlei italienische Spezialitäten frisch & sehr lecker zubereitet und vom äußerst freundlichen Personal serviert.

Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung. Weder herausragend gut noch schlecht. Man bekommt in etwa die Qualität, für die man bezahlt. Mehr nicht.

Das Essen ist nur zu empfehlen. Frisch und heiss auf dem Teller. Absolut lecker. Spagetti mit Kapern, Sardellen, Oliven und sehr angenehm fein-scharfer Tomatensoße. Nix künstliches und Käse fein gerieben nach Belieben. Und das bei fast zu günstigem Preis, wenn nicht alle bei den Getränken zulangen würden. Aber selbst hier sind 4,40 € noch fast maßvoll. Klare Empfehlung in Passau. Ambiente 1* Abzug. Aufzug nicht in Betrieb bei knapp 25 Stufen (Habe G, aG) 😜

Waren Heute zum Essen hier. Vorspeise (Suppe) war lecker. Hauptspeise (Pizza Focosa) entsprach der Beschreibung. Sehr scharf, so wie gewollt. Kellner flott und sehr freundlich. Die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir holen uns immer gerne Pizza und Pasta nach Hause. Das Essen ist immer spitze und sehr schnell abholbereit, in der Regel in 15 Minuten.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Pizzen sind sehr gut und wirklich zu empfehlen! Die Nudeln sind gut aber für mich leider etwas zu "mehlig". Sie waren genau richtig gekocht, daher liegt es wohl an den Nudeln selbst. Der Service ist schnell und sehr gut. Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Lokal ist groß genug.

Bin seit mehr als 20 Jahren immer wieder Gast im Lokal und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Sehr guter Italiener.

Wirklich guter Service von sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war lecker und frisch zubereitet. Alle Speisen (7 Personen) kamen gleichzeitig und heiß aus der Küche. Durch den großen Gastraum, auch angenehme Lautstärke und nicht zu beengt.

Haben wie immer traumhaft gut und ausreichend gegessen!!😋😋

Per Zufall sind meine Frau und ich im La Torre gelandet Ambiente nicht so toll, aber wir haben sehr gut und ruhig gesesen. Das Essen hat SEHR positiv überrascht. Die Muscheln (riesen Portion) hatten einen perfekt gewürzten Weißweinsud, die Pizza (normale Größe) war super, die Lasagne (reicht für 2) auch sehr lecker. Der Service war super nett und lustig, sie hat einfach gute Laune versprüht. für uns aus dem eher hochpreisigen Rhein-Main-Gebiet waren die die Preise sehr günstig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder da hin gehen. Frank

Essen ist zwar meistens sehr gut, aber die Preise sind unakzeptabel geworden. Da hol ich mir meine Pizza in Zunkunft eben ein paar Häuser weiter.

Pizzen sehr lecker, Nudeln/Gnocci schmecken nicht schlecht, aber hauen einen nicht vom Hocker (dazugehörige Saucen schmecken langweilig) tel. Bestellung + Abholung geht sehr flott

Immer alles frisch zubereitet und freundlicher Service, wir fühlen uns sei über 30 Jahren sehr wohl. Die Nudelgerichte sind eine schau und immer reichlich.

It was a cool and rainy day and evening when we walked to La Torre looking for hot food and a good glass of wine. We took the stairs up to the restaurant (I believe there was an elevator as well) and were warmly greeted and guided to a nicely set table. Our server was pleasant, the food was excellent and the wine choices very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed and were not rushed. This seems to be an owner managed and operated restaurant that has been here for many years. We left feeling revived and happy and well fed and treated.

Went to Passau and stayed in a nearby Pension. Went purely on speculation, the staff were friendly and efficient, the restaurant well decorated. Had entree, main and drinks. Meals were first class, alcohol very reasonably priced. Told them their meals were better than Venice or Rome where we had been recently. Pretty sure many will enjoy this restaurant.

Schon beim Betreten des Lokals wirst du begrüßt wie ein lieber vertrauter Bekannter. Die tische sind dezent so voneinander verteilt, dass man allgemeine geschäftige Atmosphäre und andere Gäste mitbekommt, selber aber auch diskret für sich sein kann. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig, für jeden Geschmack etwas "Italienisches" dabei. Die Preise sind zivil. Alles in allem, ein angenehmer Platz einen Abend zu verbringen.

Das Restaurant war leer als wir an einem Samstag Mittag kamen, die Bedienung war nett und immer zur Stelle. Ich habe einen Salat bestellt, es kam ein Haufen Eisbergsalat der nach nichts geschmeckt hat , mit Reibekäse aus der Tüte bedeckt. Die Pizza war leider auch nicht das was man sich vorstellt, wenn man italienisch essen geht. Alles in allem, ist das Restaurant nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Ein gutes italienisches Restaurant. Reichhaltige Portionen. Familienfreundlich. Geschmacklich war noch Luft nach oben.

Spaghettis aglio et oglio sans Peperoncino, dommage. Il est pourtant mis "piccante" dans la traduction allemande traduction allemande.

Ich habe die "Penne arrabiata" versucht - waren auch schön scharf und ausreichend. Leider war die Tomatensauce bei den Tortellini ein bisschen zu übersalzen. Ansonsten freundliche Bedienung, nicht zu kleine Portionen und man wird satt. Fand es nur schade, dass wir die einzigen Gäste zu der Zeit waren.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Risotto. Und da kann ich das La Torre getrost empfehlen! Ihr müsst unbedingt das Meeresfrüchte-Risotto probieren. Auch super zum Mitnehmen!

Siamo stati solo di passaggio e abbiamo trovato questo locale perche soggiornavamo in un Hotel a 200 m! È fuori dal centro ma devo dire che il mangiare è stato ottimo! Spaghetti aglio olio e una ottima pizza! Prosecco italiano a un prezzo ottimo,servizio molto cordiale e attento!sicuramente ci ritorneremo
