I had an amazing dining experience at this Italian restaurant today. The food was incredibly delicious with high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true taste of Italy!

Everything was fantastic, from the Aperol to the gluten-free pasta that was not listed on the menu at short notice with a real carbonara - great service, wonderful ambience. I'd love to come back Unfortunately, the second visit changed the 5 stars to 4 stars, because this time the noodles were not soft as we had ordered, but rather hard and it took over 10 minutes until we even got the cards, even though we were alone. Otherwise great!

Unfortunately, the service, especially at lunchtime, is unreasonable. 40 minutes+ waiting time, unfriendly service, doesn't have to be.

I had the tomato salad to start. It was delicious and the mozzarella like little pillows. My go to main in an Italian in Spaghetti Carbonara and this was great - made exactly the way it should, so nice and dry with small slices of bacon, dusted with parmesan. I enjoyed a glass of pinot grigio with my meal I'm not sure why but I was seated in an area of the restaurant by myself (could it be because I spoke English). This left the service a little lacking. The food was absolutely delicious, authentic and portions were generous. Only the service could have been improved

Great service and delicious food. The waiter was super nice and friendly- took the order for kids first and quickly send it off, so the kids didn’t have to wait too long for the food! Great atmosphere and high quality ingredients. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

If there were 7 stars in this app to give, I'd still give them 9 !!! Do not let yourself be fooled by the location on the busy street and close to the Bahnhofsviertel. This place is authentic and exquisite. Can't wait to come back. Duck all other Westend Italian restaurants.. they got nothing on Isoletta.

I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food is super delicious. The service was friendly and quick. The lunch menu includes salad, main course (4 different choices) and a dessert.

Unfriendly and poorly informed employees. Pinsas are delicious. Correction: Pinsas are sometimes delicious. The last few times often burnt or tasteless. In addition, the take-away Pinsa appears to be smaller.

Its in a quiet area, so is you like peace go in the calm hours. Weekends and peek hours expect it to be a chatty location. The team is nice is, and welcoming very professional and still homly relaxed. I have a favorite go to team member,🤫😏 go and guess who he is.

For me, isoletta has the best Pinsa in Frankfurt. Isoletta also offers an attractive lunch menu. Here you can get a salad as a starter. The prices for a Pinsa are around 12-15 euros. The service is friendly and the food is served quickly during the lunch break. The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside. Also suitable for a cozy dinner or business lunch. Unfortunately, the terrace is on a busy street, so it is quite loud. In midsummer it can get quite warm in the restaurant

Excellent service! The food is of the highest quality, reasonable prices and the portions are super generous. The pasta with seafood, which in theory is for one person, is enough for three. I will be back.

“Maybe one of the best pizzas I had” That is what my friend said halfway through his pizza. And I could only agree. Italian service of the good kind. Eros Ramazzotti in the speakers. The crust is crisp but tasty and the pizza itself is just tasty! And a little extra cool thing is creme and deo in the bathroom Big recommendation!

Centrally located, right on the border with Westend. The food is excellent, the wine selection is good. It's nice to sit here and have a view of the street scenery.

A colleague recommended this place for food, I booked a business dinner on a Saturday at 7pm. Got a cancellation email from the restaurant at 6:25 pm. Called them to check and they said yes cancelled because I booked a week ago and they have a private event now and we can come for drinks but no food. And that there are similar restaurants in Frankfurt. Well thankfully, because I for one will not be going to this place ! @google, you need to seriously consider a zero star review for situations like this.

Took the items recommended by Salvatore - salads, spaghetti and dessert and wines. All are better than good. The waiters are friendly and we enjoyed so much and then went back the next day again. Highly recommend.

The pinsa was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really inviting. I would only have liked larger portions of the pasta dishes to make the eating experience perfect.

Truffle pasta in parmesan cheese - the best! You just have to be kind and you will get kindness in return :) lots of parmesan and lots of truffles. Thank you!!! Great service, maybe just some loud music at lunchtime ;) but always happy to go there!

Should give the service a 0 star, male waiter was very rude , he needs to get some serious lessons about customer service, if you are dark skinned don't bother going there, you will be treated like you committed a crime

If I could give this place a 0 star I would!!! I’ve never been so disrespected by a waiter in my whole life as much as I was here. A male waiter / ‘manager’ was very aggressive and rude towards me and my family. We finished our starters and kindly asked the male member of staff for a new fork and knife, he replied very rudely and abruptly saying why do you need another set when you only ate bruschetta with the first set - in a patronising manner. He then argued with us for a while in front of other customers until finally he muttered something in Italian or German to a female waitress about us and she gave us a new pair. We didn’t care about not getting a new set but the way he spoke to us was utterly SHOCKING! We came here from London for a family holiday and we chose this restaurant to have dinner at because the reviews were good. Biggest mistake ever!! I think there was an element of racism too as he was meeting and greeting many customers and going around speaking to them all except us!! This man ruined our whole evening. We are paying for our food and expect good customer service, we are not sat there eating for free.

Papaderlle al Salmone is my favorite pasta, delicious as always, but it wasn't like the other Isolettas. The sauce didn't have much flavor Primitivo was tasty and not so dry. The atmosphere was good but actually a bit loud from these groups. But otherwise we had a nice evening.

During the fair (last day) we arrived at this place because we discovered it the previous year. Without having booked, they found us a table for 2 and seated us. We took a bruschetta to start to share... then a pinsa and a second course of meat. Waiting time between the bruschetta and the pinsa/meat about 1 hour. Unacceptable....we arrived at 7.30pm and ate at 8.45pm food ok, but still improvable (the pinsa was questionable, much better last year). We asked for the bill, but after waiting at the table we got up and went to pay directly at the cashier: 81 euros for two.... 1 bruschetta with cherry tomatoes 1 pinch 1 meat 2 small beers 1 water Too bad, I remembered it much better

We come from Hamburg and discovered this restaurant by chance and deliberately went back the next day. It's absolutely perfect. Delicious food, great ambience and a very attentive and warm service staff. We'd love to come back.

The food was good- loved the salmon salad and bruschetta BUT SERVICE was beyond awful. The order took 50 minutes to arrive. The male manager was beyond LOUD. The guests were so classy and quiet, and the manager and 2 waiteresses were talking and screaming at each other. It ruined the dinner experience. They should be fired.

Pinsa leider sehr Mehlig und kein guter Teig, Belag ist okay. Sehr kleine Portionen bei Nudelgerichten - deshalb wird zu Nudelgerichte Brot dazu gereicht da man ohne nicht satt werden würde. Würde nicht nochmal hier her gehen.

Sehr gute Qualität vom Essen sehr schön angerichtet und man wird auch satt. Der Service ist gut-eine sehr nette Einrichtung-Preis Leistung ist gut. Toiletten sind auch leider die Treppen herunter ( Behinderte Menschen). Schaut mal vorbei

Guter Italiener. Zentral gelegen. Zur Mittagszeit ordentlich voll - Reservieren wird empfohlen. Die Bedienung ist professionell und schnell. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut. Kann man sich für den nächsten Besuch vormerken.

Wir haben einen Tisch zum Mittagessen reserviert - 2 Personen. Ohne Absprache wurden wir an einen Mitteltisch mit 2 weiteren uns unbekannten Gästen gesetzt - NO GO. Service sehr träge, angeschlagene Gläser, Getränke vertauscht, Vorspeise nicht abgeräumt etc. Insgesamt haben wir sehr viel mehr erwartet.

Me and my friends stumbled across this hidden gem on a trip to Frankfurt. The service was amazing and the food was even better. And as if our visit wasn’t already perfect, the prices were great. Our only regret isn’t that we didn’t come across this restaurant earlier.

Schönes Restaurant mit leckerer Pinsa! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen kam sehr schnell an den Tisch.

Wir haben im Isoletta mit 50 Personen Geburtstag gefeiert und hatten dafür das komplette Lokal reserviert. Es war perfekt: tolles Essen, ein aufmerksamer Service und eine Location, in der sich mit wenigen Anpassungen eine Party-Atmosphäre zaubern lief. Die Absprachen im Vorfeld waren unkompliziert, die Umsetzung grandios! Danke an Domenico und sein Team!

Das Essen selbst hat sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig geschmeckt. Jedoch war der Service nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir mussten mehrfach nachfragen, ob wir jetzt bestellen können. Auch nach zweifacher Erinnerung, dass wir gerne bezahlen würden, ist keiner gekommen.

Gutes Essen, aber wir saßen total gequetscht und man kam kaum beim Platz rein und raus, selbst als seit schlanke Personen...

Die Pinsa und die Pasta waren geschmacklich gut. Beim Tiramisu hingegen war die Balance nicht optimal – es enthielt zu viel Creme und zu wenig Biskuit sowie Kaffee. Leider entsprach der Service nicht unseren Erwartungen. Obwohl nur zwei Tische im Lokal besetzt waren, warteten wir ganze 50 Minuten, ehe wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurden wir ignoriert und immer wieder vertröstet, dass ein Kollege gleich zur Stelle sein würde. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir für praktisch alles mehrmals nachfragen mussten. Auch die Dessertbestellung gestaltete sich umständlich, da wir warten mussten, bis alle mit der Hauptspeise fertig waren – obwohl lediglich eine Person ein Dessert bestellen wollte. Diese Umstände sind bedauerlich, insbesondere wenn man einen besonderen Moment mit seinen Liebsten teilen möchte.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Hier kommt man immer gerne wieder her. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Meine Empfehlung ist der Isoletta-Spritz und die Ravioli mit Pistazien.

Es ist genau so, wie es sein sollte. Pinsa 10/10, Personal mit italienischer Herzlichkeit. Wenn man Frankfurt besucht, muss man dort hingehen. Großartig.

I believe this is a family run restaurant, and in my experience, family restaurants always have a certain atmosphere that I'm not too keen on, but this place really nails it. Great food, really big portions, the staff are just great and will help you with whatever you need regardless of language. By far one the best restaurant atmospheres in Frankfurt, I'd highly recommend them.

Wir sind mindestens einmal mit Monat hier. Sehr nette Kellner und die beste Pinsa! Im Sommer kann man trotz der Straße sehr schön draußen sitzen und in den Abend starten.

Schade, Laden war voll, laut, der Hunger gross, aber eine geschlagene Stunde (!) auf eine Pinsa für 16€ zu warten, während ringsum alle ihr Essen bekommen - no way, das ist richtig schlechter Service. Pinsa selber war auch recht uninspieriert belegt. Kann man direkt 10 Meter weiter die Strasse rein wunderbar besser essen beim Italiener, da waren wir dann am nächsten Abend und wurden hervorragend bedient. Laden scheint auch zu einer Kette zu gehören, es gibt noch 2 andere Läden.

Bester Italiener in der Straße - Zimmerweg! Preis & Leistung sind top, doch vor allem die Gastfreundschaft nicht zu übertreffen. Domenico und Salvatore geben einem das Gefühl "nach Hause" zu kommen.

Wir (4 Personen Ü40) waren mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen war, wie versprochen, auch schnell da ('Termin' im Black Rabbit)
