I spent a day in Frankfurt exploring and decided to stop at this Italian restaurant. Well, what can I say? I had delicious spaghetti with clams. The wine was delicious, and for dessert, I wanted tiramisu, but they told me they no longer had it. However, they went out of their way to satisfy my taste buds, bringing me a chocolate cake, and it was AMAZING. And last but not least, the staff was incredibly kind. They were always there for the customer, and I had everything I needed the entire time. They were attentive and incredibly professional. These are the restaurants I like! I'll definitely be back if I ever return to Frankfurt! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN. ❤️

Always worth a visit! Good service: We've often been able to spontaneously arrange something for a large group on a Saturday evening! Very good Italian cuisine!

We spontaneously wanted to try a new Italian restaurant, and the positive reviews gave us hope. The ambiance was lovely; a blossoming orange tree filled the restaurant with a wonderful aroma, and the terrace was lovingly decorated. The menu's prices are upper mid-range, and the tagliatelle al ragu sounds authentically Italian (and the cabonara with pecorino and guanciale certainly does). So we ordered that ragu, along with a salad and a bruschetta. The bruschetta was quite okay; of course, the tomatoes were rather watery, typical of Germany. The olive paste was also okay (a bit salty), and the tuna version was nothing to complain about. The bread was very good. The decorative lettuce leaves, however, were insufficiently washed and obviously still covered in sand(!). The main courses, however, were a huge disappointment. The chicken in the salad was oversalted and fried too dry, the supposed Parmesan was probably not Parmesan at all, but at most a no-name hard cheese that was more reminiscent of young Gouda, but the worst part was the ragu. The harmless part: The pasta was overcooked. The bad part: €17 for something that wasn't ragu, but at best carelessly cooked in mediocre tomato puree. Sorry, but that's not what ragu should be. No trace of soffritto, not even overcooked onions. The meat, the only ingredient, was drowned in tomato sauce. The tomato sauce was watery (it should have become creamy just by tossing the pasta in the pan). The balance between the flavors was completely skewed toward acidity. The ragu was at best worth the €2.50 from a bad cafeteria, but definitely not worth €17. The service itself was okay, but they forgot things like the grated hard cheese with the ragu. Conclusion: The value for money is completely out of the question. The food at best fulfills the function of filling you up – it wasn't tasty, but that's what you'd expect, considering the bill.

The pizzas were very good, and the appetizers were just as good. The pasta (vongole), however, was only okay. In general, I get the impression—and it's been the same the previous times—that they're not doing a great job with their pasta. It's very oily, and it tastes more like fat than anything else. There were also bits of sand and pieces of mussel shells in the dish. When we arrived, we didn't feel welcome at first. No real hello, no smile. After I said we had a reservation, they simply showed us to the table with a wave of their hand. After we got our food, we had to wait for a waiter to order a second bottle of wine. So, no one came by to ask if everything was okay. When I made the reservation, I indicated that it was a birthday dinner. I would have appreciated it if they had been aware of that.

I went to one knowing the night without reservation, I still got a table, service took a little longer but that's not so important because the restaurant was packed, I started with a bruschetta starter, people simply the best I've ever had in my entire life, order hahahah!!! Seriously, I beat many I've had, even in Italy, anyway, I ordered a chardonnay to accompany it, it was also very good, unfortunately I forgot the label, and for the main seafood pasta it was very top, but only mussels came, I expected something like glove shrimp and other varieties, but I loved the experience and I intend to go back!!! Perfect pasta point and flavor too. I highly recommend it, cool place, there's a cool movement outside with music and beautiful people

The restaurant was recommended by a local from Frankfurt, and it was worth it. Not only do they offer delicious food and a friendly welcome, but they're also perfectly prepared for all weather conditions, with a terrace, a roof if needed, and walls for storms. We really benefited from this yesterday :).

The atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. There was also a large and nice selection of food and drinks on the menu. The food was unfortunately really disappointing, though. Drinks are also far too expensive here. We ended up spending more money on drinks than on food per person.

The food was very special. My friend Nico would have loved to have eaten two more pizzas. (I told him not to; he's fat enough.) The waiter, Tiziano, was very friendly. Highly recommended.

We had chosen Questione di Gusto as the restaurant for our final project event. The restaurant is beautifully centrally located and not far from the Mainkai (Main Quay). This makes it easy to take a nice stroll along the Main after dinner ;-) Unfortunately, upon arriving at the restaurant, we were immediately disappointed. Our tables were separated. There were 16 of us, and we would have preferred to sit a bit closer together. Instead, we were seated practically back to back. I think this could have been arranged differently on the terrace. The menu itself offers something for every taste. We tried a wide range of starters, main courses, and desserts. I had the beef carpaccio – which was really very good. For the main course, I had a pizza tonno. At first glance, it looked very good and generously topped, but unfortunately, they forgot to squeeze some of the tuna into the sauce. The entire pizza was drenched in oil. I couldn't really eat it, but my colleague took care of it ;-). In general, I found some of the dishes very "weird." The lasagna, for example, was completely covered in pesto – I've never seen that before, and it doesn't really go together for me. The three kinds of bruschetta were too sparsely topped for me personally. The appetizers weren't particularly well presented either, in my opinion – they could have done more with it and presented it more visually. All in all, there's still room for improvement, in my opinion ;-)

The pasta was very dry. It was also very greasy. My friend literally cried from the pain. In addition, another friend threw up and I have a stomach ache now. The service was good but the pasta was very bad.

While walking around Frankfurt, on holiday for a few days, attracted by a familiar song, we come across a "real" Italian restaurant. Excellent cuisine, top hospitality and the knowledge of two true Sardinian compatriots: the sweet girl from Ozieri and the genuine Romina from Nuxis...we were at home! All delicious....if you happen to be in Frankfurt don't make the mistake of not going to eat at these fantastic guys

We had made a reservation with the group. I couldn't join at short notice because no emails or calls were responded to. I can't rate the food. Do I need to catch up? No!

I only had a Pizza Diavola, which was very tasty. Unfortunately there is only one wine by the glass, otherwise only bottled wines.

Located right next to the Kleinmarkthalle, it looks a bit unassuming from the outside, but with really great service and absolutely delicious food. I'd happily go back anytime.

I've been visiting this wonderful restaurant with my best friend for months now – and every time it's a real highlight! The atmosphere is simply relaxing: cozy, inviting, and full of charm. The entire team is incredibly friendly and attentive. You're always greeted with a smile, and the service is simply top-notch! You feel truly valued as a guest. And then the food: simply delicious! Every dish is prepared with love and tastes fantastic. Whether it's an appetizer, main course, or dessert – you can't go wrong here. The absolutely fair prices round off the whole experience perfectly. For me, this restaurant is a clear 10 out of 10! Anyone looking for a place with great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere should definitely stop by.

The pizza here is ok but nothing special, for the higher price I would have expected more toppings and a fresher pizza. Unfortunately, the service was negative because he was unreasonably annoyed about the tip after previously treating us in an overly friendly manner. He refused to accept the tip by card because he supposedly had to pay taxes. Something like this has never happened to me as a guest and I left this place perplexed and without any tips. Very unpleasant situation unfortunately. :(

In itself a good tip in the city center. Very nice service. However, the price of the restaurant was a bit steep. Price and performance medium. For example, with a steak you have to pay extra for everything except the cutlery.

Nice restaurant, unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right here. 28 euros for just 5 thin lamb chops without any side dish. Go out to eat often, you're happy to pay a little more, but you should still be full in the end. Pasta and pizza were okay.

It's a good option to grab something to eat when you're at the Kleinmarkthalle. The service was very friendly, but the noodles were very, very salty (even for my wife, who eats a lot of salt) and took about 30-40 minutes to be served after the starters. I would like to go again to see if it has improved and increase the rating.

No tablecloth, cutlery on the bare table. Sea bream fart dry, starter very bad, cheese overloaded. sole. grilled vegetables very moderately. Tiramisu dessert was good.

New Year's Eve in Frankfurt as a couple. In 5 days I had the pleasure and honor of eating at this place twice. As a good native of Messina, I appreciated the Sicilian way of managing a place, oriented towards achieving perfection. The restaurant has a great location, conveniently near the city center. My friends and I had lunch here, and the pasta was quite good. The service was great, making our dining experience very pleasant. Would recommend for a casual meal!

I can't believe it has that score. We have ordered the food at 8.15 pm and it wasn't until 9.15 pm after having claimed, the food arrived. The carpaccio was a thick piece of meat, you couldn't eat it. Pasta carbonara poor presentation and quality. I recommend that not waste the time and money there.

Overall, our evening in the Italian restaurant was a pleasure! The staff impressed with their friendliness and attentiveness, which made us feel completely comfortable. The stone oven pizza was a highlight: wonderfully crispy edges, airy, light dough and fresh ingredients that harmonized perfectly. It was just a shame that we had to wait for over three quarters of an hour. As a starter we had the classic bruschette. We can recommend the starter as well as the panna cotta for dessert.

Impromptu dinner in the middle of Frankfurt. We went to dinner late so we didn't have time to order much more variety. In my case a very good tuna pizza. Pretty fast service

The staff are friendly, and the food is good. Location wise, it’s literally in the touristy center of the city. During my recent visit, despite being a regular customer, I felt as though I was treated like a tourist? You can find in the reviews here that other customers have also experienced this but, the frequent issues with their credit card terminal are frustrating, or somewhat suspicious. The insistence on cash payment feels inappropriate. When I told them I didn’t have any cash on me, the server directed me to an ATM machine lol. I don’t think I will be a returning customer. Hardly doubt that they will care though. It's not expensive for a city, and the food is plentiful and tastes good. However, they encourage you to pay in cash, and looking at other people's reviews, it seems like they even give you things you didn't order. I've been there many times, but today was especially disappointing. If you are not good at English, please take a video when ordering. According to what I've been to several times, it's not that much of a gangster restaurant, but...

Disappointing Unflavored tomatoes, also burrata Long wait to pay

The people who come from other countries will not experience a good mood. Because they will not receive normal service. I have also read other comments that agree 100% with my experience.

I was looking for a good Italian restaurant for our visit to Sauerland. I came across this restaurant while researching online. I found the menu very appealing and I also liked the positive reviews and pictures on the website. We weren't disappointed during our visit: the food was very good. The service was very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very appealing. Only the furniture on the terrace could be a little more comfortable and/or of higher quality. The price-performance ratio is very good. My pasta dish (pasta with pistachio pesto), which was not on the menu but I had discovered it at the neighboring table, was very, very, very tasty. We can therefore only recommend the restaurant and would visit it again at any time when visiting the Sauerland.

Superb food in an incredibly busy restaurant for a Saturday night in Frankfurt! Large numbers of Italian staff literally running around making sure everything happened. Book in advance - they use Quandoo - and yes, they take a card. Carbonara had for sure no cream in there, truly excellent!

Nice venue. Excellent Italian cuisine in Frankfurt. The all-Italian staff is kind and attentive to the customer. We went several times during our stay, and extra praise goes to Francesco, he made us feel at home and pampered a little, he is a guy who is passionate about his work and it is a pleasure as a customer to find people like that. They also have a bar area, we also tried the cocktails, excellent. A place to absolutely try!!!

Having arrived in Frankfurt for work I have tried many Italian restaurants but here.... The top for courtesy and service but above all for ITALIAN cuisine. I tried the carbonara which for a Roman is a question of DNA and the test was more than successful, EXCELLENT. Well done Vito and the whole team for me a point of reference in Frankfurt. En la era de la digitalización este debe ser el único lugar que quede que pida unos ingresos mínimos de 25 EUR antes de aceptar el pago con tarjeta. Y te señalan una frase en el menú después de que pidas el cheque. Mi cheque era 21. ¿En serio? ¿Tiene sentido hacer un escándalo al respecto? Tenía un Pizza Diavolo que uno esperaría que fuera picante. La masa parecía una pizza de microondas y el salami picante era cualquier cosa menos. Decepcionante. Pero los camareros eran muy amables. Dos puntos bien intencionados para el personal amablel.

I only ordered pizza and beer, but this is an unscrupulous restaurant that insists that I ordered something I didn't order because I'm a tourist who doesn't understand the language, and forces it to be served on the table. This is a restaurant I never want to go to again. The evaluation itself is uncomfortable.

Good pizza, unfortunately the options are not much

Gegrillte Dorade mit Ofenkartoffeln: Die Dorade wurde als Salatteller (stand nicht auf der Speisekarte) mit aufgelegter sehr kleiner Dorade serviert. Die Ofenkartoffeln waren getrennt zu bestellen und wurden getrennt serviert. Sie waren trocken, ungewürzt, ungeschält und wohl zu lange im Ofen warmgehalten. Vor allem an den Rändern nicht essbar. Gegrillter Lachs: ähnlich der Dorade. Spagetti mit Meeresfrüchten: Al dente - was ist das? Geschmacklich gut, etwas scharf. Die Scampi waren noch roh und nicht essbar. Als Entschuldigung sagte man mir, sie seien "nur Dekoration"!?!? Heißt das, sie waren nicht zum essen gedacht? Alle Speisen wurden nach ca. 5 Minuten serviert. Rekordverdächtig! Die Scampis waren wohl nicht vorbereitet und konnten in dieser kurzen Zeit nicht durchgekocht werden. Am Anfang hatte ich um einen Teller gebeten um die Dorade vom Salat nehmen zu können. Hätte ich einen Salatteller gewünscht, hätte ich einen solchen bestellt und die Dorade wollte ich warm essen. Dies wurde mir als Arroganz ausgelegt und bei der späteren Reklamation als Grund der schlechten Bedienung (mein Getränk wurde vergessen) vorgeworfen.

We came spontaneously and were assigned a space that was still possible under full capacity. After we got our drinks very quickly, Tiziano quickly came to take our food order. Unfortunately it took a very long time until we got the food. Several waiters came up to us and informed us that the food would take a while. As an apology, they asked us - without us asking - whether we wanted a drink on the house. As a result, we each received an Aperol on the house. Overall, we had a great evening with very good food and attentive waiters. Thank you for the evening & thank you Tiziano. Cheers!

We've always enjoyed going there. But paying €23 for a spaghetti vongole, where the portion was tiny and the mussels were almost all empty, is exhilarating. Maybe because the bosses weren't there. ?

Was in Frankfurt for a business trip and went to this restaurant. Great restaurant, was there on 2 separate occasions on two consecutive evenings, because the 1st evening I was there, I had the most amazing experience with one of the waiters who gave great service and for this reason I just had to return. On the second evening, the waiter that helped me the previous evening was off, so I had a different waiter, who was not up to standard, thus only giving 3 stars for service. Food was amazing, atmosphere was really good, would highly recommend!
