Conditional! We were there around 6:00 p.m. At first the service was quite decent, then ignored. The boss cleared the dishes when we had barely finished eating. He then walked past our empty glasses several times. Finally we order 2 ouzo and the bill. Instead of the ouzo we ordered, the cheap “nightcap” and the grumpy announcement of the price came. We waived the bill, maybe it was wrong because of tax?

Reserved for a Sunday, no problem by phone. We had lunch at Iridion with two families and were greeted warmly. From ordering drinks and food to serving them, there were no complaints. The drinks were cool, the food was hot and tasted Greek. This was the second visit and this time we were not disappointed.

Don't go to dinner hungry. It was very tasty but unfortunately the food was no longer warm when it arrived at the table. It all took some time. Ordering the drinks, ordering the food, bringing the order and unfortunately also paying the bill took a long time. We were cold, we were tired. The boss didn't respond at all to one woman when she asked to pay. 😐

Unfortunately the food wasn't to my taste. The tzatziki had way too much dill. The fries just tasted like grease. The gyro was too fatty and the skewer was too dry.

A really nice restaurant with a great ambience. You can also sit outside very nicely. The toilets are very clean. The boss spreads a good mood with his southern manner. His wife prepares very tasty dishes in the kitchen. A great family business with high quality food at affordable prices

It's a good thing that not all tastes are the same. Were there for the first time yesterday and I have to say I have rarely eaten as badly as I did there. You have to like chicken gyros but we didn't really like the rest of the grill plate and even the salad. There is a lot of room for improvement

I have never experienced such an unfriendly Greek. Since we weren't served in this store, we left again. It certainly wasn't the price, as the waitress said.

One of the worst Greek restaurants I've ever eaten at. Let's start with the unfriendly service I've ever had. The cards were literally “thrown” in your face. As well as the drinks. The waiter seems totally demotivated and passive aggressive. He is completely annoyed by the mere presence of the guests. The starter was very tasty, but the main course gyros were mixed and greasy. After paying, the waiter wanted to bring an ouzo, which didn't find its way to the table even after 10 minutes of waiting. In summary, the food is okay, but the service is subpar. You can clearly eat better somewhere else in Bad Liebenstein.

We waited a full hour for the food. The garden was about 70% occupied at 7 p.m. Some guests left after asking neighboring tables how long it would take. Many tables were marked as reserved, but no one came. The landlord was stressed and unfriendly. You should spare the poor guy that and go eat somewhere else.

We waited 1 hour for our food and quickly downed it when asked. When I was told that several guests who had come after us had already had their food, I was made to feel stupid. The food tasted quite good but was lukewarm, so it was only made after I was at the counter. It's a shame that can ruin your visit to the restaurant.

Unfortunately very dissatisfied. The young man who served us was very friendly, but when the drinks were brought the glasses were wet on the outside (not water, but beer). Unfortunately I didn't notice it straight away, so the beer liquid dripped onto my shirt when I took a sip. I ordered souvlaki, it was extremely tough and dry, anything but enjoyable. When asked, I also reported this, but no response. For example, there was no ouzo as a small courtesy, but also no tip from me. (Which actually never happens to me).

We have now been to this restaurant twice during my wife's rehab - once in the beer garden and once in the restaurant due to bad weather - each time with our dog (no problem). We really enjoyed it every time - the service was excellent and very friendly - the food tasted great (Irodion plate) - I had the great taste on our palate for days!) We'll be happy to come back - a final tip - it's best to reserve a place by phone beforehand!

Ate on the outdoor terrace and ordered a Greek dish. Service was friendly and the Greek dish was wonderfully fresh. Dish is not very much, but actually just enough. When paying, I received an ouzo on the house. The only downside is that the drink prices here are very expensive. I have never paid 5.60 euros for a hefenweizen on a terrace in Germany before.

Seven of us showed up there without pre-ordering, and two tables were put together especially for us. Thank you, that's not the case everywhere. It didn't take long to ask about a drink. Not much time passed between ordering food and serving it, despite the fact that it was well attended. Food and service very good, service very friendly. Price-performance ratio is more than good, we pay more in a garden pub even in Saxony. Absolutely recommend. Thanks again. If we manage it, we'll be happy to come back again.

There were four of us in the restaurant. Left almost 100 euros there. Food was almost cold. Had to wait 1 hour to order. Food came an hour and a half later. The service very unfriendly. No bon appetit or anything else was wished. The restaurant was sparsely occupied with guests. We left this place 3 hours later. They'll never see us again. We've never experienced anything like this before. Several guests left the restaurant after a long wait.

Food was good, but the service staff were very bored and unmotivated, except for the little blonde girl who was running around the whole time. After I wanted to pay with a card, the staff wasn't quite as enthusiastic anymore, you could tell The EC device hit me in front of me.

Were there a week ago around 5 p.m. as a small group of 7 people. Had reserved in advance. Orders were taken quickly and drinks arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately, by that time the gyros had already run out, so the plates were filled with something else (one got a piece of liver, the other chicken). In principle you can do this, but as a guest I would like to be informed beforehand because I don't like liver. Instead of the fries they ordered, someone got rice. This was criticized, and fries were then added - but they were then charged extra. We really understand that mistakes can happen in stressful situations, but we didn't find it very customer-friendly to then charge the full price. The taste is rather average, the price is rather high for what is on offer.

Absolute disaster. The reception was anything but friendly. Instead of cleaning the tables and removing leftover food from the floor, the unfriendly waitress sits bored on the chair 8 minutes before the store opens. I ordered gyros in Metaxa sauce, gratinated with cheese (without fries). Of course I get my meal with fries. Sure... you want to have all the money. I also ordered olives and pepperoni. So from a Greek I expect the olives (light purple with pit) to look like olives (black/green without pit) and the peppers to be slightly warm and fried. There was no detail to be seen. After we had to beg for an ouzo, I paid accordingly and mentioned that I didn't like the food. (Meat was still raw and the sauce was like water). The unfriendly service didn't want to accept my objective criticism and pointed to other restaurants that were definitely better. Conclusion: I have never seen a restaurant as bad as this one. From the staff to the taste it was absolutely a disaster. P. S. The langa-haired, schmaltzy waitress, who runs his hands through his hair every 3 minutes, carries the glasses with his finger in the glass. I'm done

Four of us were there for dinner on Sunday evening. We waited for over an hour and then actively asked where the food was. When it was brought to me, I was a little disappointed because I would have expected more for almost 19 euros. Look at the picture, it should be a Thalassos plate (gyros with calamari). As a motorcyclist, I could easily have eaten this portion twice. Looks like a children's plate. The quality and taste was good but the squid was half cold. It's a shame, I had higher expectations. The service forgot about us and didn't inform us. We then paid and went back to the hotel to have a drink.

We can't understand the reviews! Ordered 7 dishes and received a whopping 4 wrong dishes. 70% of the meat from the dishes was too dry. Once and never again.😡

Unfortunately I had to give one star for food and service. Less was not possible. We got 3 wrong meals in a group of 7 people. When asked, the waitress became rude and said "I haven't made a mistake in 20 years". Unfortunately the gyro was out. Unfortunately we weren't informed; the missing gyros were simply exchanged for something else. The steaks and skewers were dry. We will definitely never come back. It's a shame for the beautiful location.

The restaurant was almost empty, we had to wait 20 minutes before we could order, that was too much for us. The innkeeper stood at the bar yawning or smoking outside. So we paid for the beers we ordered and left. The landlord, dressed very shabbily, suggested that we go to Mac Donald's if we didn't have time.

Staff incredibly friendly I don't want to say much about the food, I've been here for the 3rd time and I'm just fascinated by what incredible, delicious cuisine they have, I can only recommend it to everyone, don't miss the enchanting cuisine.

The last time we ate there it was okay. This time we ordered to be picked up. When we opened the bowls at home we were shocked, disappointed and speechless. A half-filled bowl of gyros in Metaxa for almost €18 is very outrageous. Price increase or not, but that's not possible. The bread for the tzatziki was also forgotten. Unfortunately, we won't be eating or picking up food there again anytime soon.

Almost everything went back and still had to be taken with me almost 60€ for two people have to be paid in full! Very disappointing and a waste of money...

Wir hatten bereits im August die Weihnachtsfeier für 22 Leute im November gebucht. Als wir ankamen mussten wir draussen warten, weil vor der Öffnungszeiten(10 min vorher) keiner da war. Als wir rein kamen war der Kellner schon genervt und hat gefragt wie viele wir denn sind. Na 22, wie bestellt. So viele passen hier nicht hin....nur 18 die anderen müssen an einen anderen Tisch. Achso ja warum nehme ich dann eine so grosse Gruppe an. Es war nichts vorbereitet. Nach Stellversuchen der Tische und Begehung im Restaurant machte er uns klar, wir müssen getrennt sitzen und dazwischen war auch noch der Weg zur Toilette. Außerdem komme dann jemand mit Rollstuhl, der kann nur unten sitzen. Nichts für ungut aber dann kann ich die Reservierung nicht annehmen wenn in diesem Bereich bereits eine Weihnachtsfeier gebucht ist. Eigentlich wollten wir das Restaurant verlassen, aber wo bekommt man in einer Kurstadt am Freitag Abend spontan 22 Sitzplätze? Wir sprachen ihn darauf an, dass es sehr kalt sei, die Antworten war ernüchternd: im Wintergarten ist es halt kälter. Okay... Im Vorfeld kein Raki oder Ouzo und danach auch nicht...gibt es bei jedem Griechen, immer und sonst auch dort, denn wir haben das Restaurant gebucht weil wir es von privaten Besuchen kannten und zufrieden waren. Das Essen kam komplett unterschiedlich, aber bei vielen Leute zu verschmerzen. Ein Eisbecher der bestellt wurde, kam komplett anders. Als wir das ansprachen sagte man, der sei aus. Ja aber dann kann man das doch sagen und nicht einfach was anders bringen. Erst wurde der falsche abgeräumt und dann mit zerlaufener Sahne zurück gebracht und gesagt der andere ist aus. Die Kollegin musste ihn dann natürlich auch zahlen (6.90€). Die Kellnerin war dann so gnädig und hat 2€ Rabatt gegeben nachdem die Kollegin sie darauf ansprach. Was ist denn eigentlich los? Der Kellner gab sich dann nur noch mit dem Nachbartisch ab, hier wurde alles freundlich und zuvorkommend serviert und die Leute wurden ordentlich behandelt. Man sollte auch nicht vergessen, bei einem Verzehr von 20-30€ pro Person hat man eine gute Einnahme an so einem Abend. Es tut uns wirklich leid, aber ihr habt hier definitiv 22 Gäste verloren, von denen einige gerne zu euch gekommen sind. Vielleicht war es auch, weil die sonst so nette Kellnerin, bei der wir auch gebucht hatten, an diesem Abend nicht da war. Schade aber Gastfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus.

Wir haben nur etwas lange auf das Essen gewartet ca. 1 und ne halbe Stunde. Das Essen war aber ausgezeichnet.

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt, wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen vor Ort und wurden sehr gut behandelt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, überaus freundlich und lustig gestimmt. Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet, sehr lecker sowie reichlich und sättigend. Wir können nur gute Worte über dieses Lokal verlieren, würden immer wieder kommen und es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Ist bestimmt ein tolles griechisches Restaurant, wenn nur was zu essen bekäme. Die Vorspeise, bebackene Zucchini waren nach 1h nach Bestellung da. Auf dem Hauptgang warte ich noch. Daher schreibe ich gerade. Es sind 50% der tische belegt, Chef zieht es vor mit den Leuten am Nachbartisch zu trinken. Es geht besser 😢. Update nach 45 Minuten nach der Vorspeise kam der Hauptgang. Wenigstens darf ich jetzt auch auf die Rechnung warten. Wenigstens was ….

Wir kamen erst 14.30 Uhr, eigentlich war die warme Küche schon zu. Aber der Inhaber hatte Mitgefühl mit uns und zauberte uns einen leckeren Gyrosteller. Das ist kundenorientierte Handeln. danke

War lecker und reichlich. Aber naja irgendwie fehlte irgendwas. Das Fleisch war auch nur noch lauwarm. War mit einem Kollegen. Wir haben einen Teller zu zweit genommen. Ist zu empfehlen aber man sollte jetzt keine Wunder erwarten.

Gutes Essen ist angesagt. Habe immer nur im Biergarten gesessen.

Für ein "griechisches" Restaurant nicht besonders. Preise sind noch gerade so passabel. Vom Essen her nichts wofür sich die Anreise lohnt. Es gibt weit aus bessere Restaurants. Das Ambiente ist so gar nicht griechisch. Erinnert eher an alte Wirtsklause oder Autohof.

Essen+Service+Ambiente MEGA👌🏻es passt alles...wenn der Grieche in meiner Stadt wäre würde man mich da regelmäßig antreffen... Hier gibt es gar nichts zu meckern! Wer gerne griechisch isst den kann ich diesen Top Griechen nur empfehlen! Am Freitag, spätabends, waren meine Frau und ich, nach einem langen Tag, noch nach etwas zu Essen auf der Suche. Hier bekamen wir so leckeren Moussaka und die Bedienung war super freundlich. Große Empfehlung!!!

Jako lijep i ugodan restoran, ambijent je odlično uređen i maksimalno iskorišten, sve je također čisto i uredno. Hrana je bila odlična, porcije su obilate, a cijene izrazito prihvatljive. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno i profesionalno. Sve pohvale.
