You shouldn't give a star We went bowling with friends for a birthday. Some were there earlier. They were waiting 20 minutes for a beer. When we got there someone asked where the toilet was? All we got was a curt answer. The music was very loud. You couldn't have a conversation at the table. At the shoe distribution station, after waiting for 5 minutes, there was still no employee there. You had to make your presence felt first. We had brought cake with us. We had forgotten the forks. We then had to pay 5 euros for the forks. That's called service Before we could order drinks it took 30 minutes for someone to take the order. Another 20 minutes later not all the drinks had been served. The note could no longer be found. One of us then ordered something at the counter and asked that someone at the table take another order. The drink was put down very quickly and you had no chance to order anything. The bowling balls bounce across the lane. The drinks bill included drinks that we didn't even have. Too bad for the birthday. We will not recommend it to anyone and will never go there again

We went bowling downstairs with the family and still ate... so pizza is the biggest insult for Italian friends and for Italy citizens or Chesse citizens tastes like microwave citizens 0 taste neither salt nor pepper only what tasted were fries (and you can do that Yes, nothing wrong) what I find cheeky is that the menu is really lean and you can only order the side dishes if you order a hamburger or chessburger. When we came into the restaurant, 5 young service employees were standing together and chatting animatedly. Nobody thought to greet us. So we went straight to a table and were then asked for our reservation. Ordering took forever even though there was hardly anything going on. The waiter came back 3 times to make sure he took it correctly. So instead of writing this down, we waited forever for our drinks. My colleague was able to recommend krin wine upon request. Then it was time to order. Everyone quickly found something, only the 5 waiters didn't come again but chatted at the counter. When the food finally came (mine 15 minutes before the others so I was allowed to eat alone) we were really happy. Visually, pizza, pasta, risotto and the like were impressive, but then came the surprise. Risotto was completely tasteless and simply had no taste whatsoever. The pizza dough was RAW, soggy dough and the cheese was rubbery. The pasta had a great bite but unfortunately it was completely bland. The children's schnitzel was small but ok and the fries were ok. When we asked the waiter about the inedible, raw, soggy pizza, he replied, "It's Neapolitan style and it has to be like that." Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore. It's a shame for the great location and the wasted potential. The bowling was also a disaster. The sides couldn't be left up for children when adults were playing, the track got stuck and after 45 minutes the next visitors and the staff put pressure on them to pay and not stay a second longer. It was very unpleasant and stressful. Too bad

Unfortunately, we were not offered an alternative. In addition, a table was taken away from us (for over 15 people) because there were not enough tables downstairs, which meant that some of our people could no longer sit. Honestly a bit weak. When we then went to eat in the restaurant upstairs and ordered mixed salads with French dressing, but they still hadn't arrived after 45 minutes, we asked. The answer we got was that they didn't have any French dressing. But no one came up with the idea of ​​telling us that. Instead we were made to wait in vain for the salads. Unfortunately, the mojito we ordered also took almost 30 minutes and, to make matters worse, was served with paper straws. I mean guys, come on... All in all, we were unfortunately disappointed in places. The bowling alleys below should be urgently maintained or repaired. When it comes to bowling upstairs, however, you have to say that everything works perfectly and there is a good atmosphere. The drink service also works very well. All in all, room for improvement.

It was an absolute disaster. I have no idea when we have ever experienced such poor service. We were there to bowl. It all started 15 minutes late because someone was still playing. Everything is fine, it can happen. Then there were always 3-4 different waiters with us. Just ordering the drinks was a challenge. In the end it took a while and then something wrong arrived. But things got even worse while eating. The waiter didn't know the difference between steak and roast. Afterwards food was brought “steak”. Or rather the person who brought it had no idea what it was. Really great! At the end one of the waitresses rolled her eyes because we had to ask for cutlery. That came 5 minutes after dinner. After asking three times if we could get the dip we ordered, it didn't come until the end. Absolutely not recommended.

WiFi actually doesn't work at all or only works for 5 minutes at most - which is extremely frustrating if you rely on it for work. The window in the hotel room can only be fully opened and not tilted. Unfortunately, the selection from the breakfast "buffet" was very sparse and manageable - a shame, especially for a designated "sports hotel".

We played badminton at Impulsiv. Even though the building doesn't look particularly inviting from the outside, the changing rooms and hall were clean. Paying €33 for 1 hour of badminton, 4 rackets and a ball is also completely okay. All in all recommended.

I spent one night at the Hotel Impulsiv because I was invited to a party. Unfortunately my stay was less enjoyable. The room was very simply furnished and the WiFi barely worked. Since there is no air conditioning, it was very warm in the room and since my room was on the ground floor and overlooked the street and the outside bar, I couldn't open the window without getting prying eyes. The TV was outdated and the picture quality left a lot to be desired. The bed was very soft, which I personally found pleasant. The breakfast didn't convince me either. There were no scrambled eggs and the cheese and sausage platters were almost empty at 9 a.m. However, I would like to positively highlight the bread, which was very tasty, and the latte, which was served to order, which was really good. Unfortunately, the negative impressions outweigh the negative ones, so I can't recommend the hotel.

We celebrated our wedding on May 11, 2024. Top service Top decoration, everything was as we imagined. Great food, our guests were thrilled with the whole selection and it tasted good too. Top ambience, romantic, simple, elegant.

The rooms are great. Food is also delicious but a little more expensive. The WiFi is pretty much the worst there is - you can't even watch videos on YouTube smoothly.

We stayed here on the way back from vacation and will happily come back if necessary. The room was large, the two single beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the shower was level with the floor and also big enough. The breakfast buffet had a really great selection and was very tasty. Everything we needed was there.

Was playing badmington. The staff wasn't friendly, the place was wet and the price was way too high. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else! A month ago, my little son, his grandmother and I were briefly at the Impulsiv in Lörrach. Actually, we had planned to come often to bowl or book the indoor soccer field. Unfortunately, we were rejected so harshly and unfriendly by the lady at the counter. That's out of the question for us in the future. Ultimately it was just a matter of information about the booking system and we wanted to find out the prices. Unfortunately, the lady at the information counter wasn't able to do that, was very unfriendly and blamed us for that Wanted to spy on data. An incredible impudence. To this day I am shocked at how customer-unfriendly we were treated. My son also asked me why we couldn't go there. Some people shouldn't work in customer contact, either they don't want customers or the employee likes to take their mood out on the customer. Apparently the restaurant doesn't know the word "flexible". My two year old son just wanted a portion of fries. Although they offer it as a side dish, they were not willing to prepare it as it was only available in combination with burgers

The bowling centre is not so nice, with quite old and broken lanes. There're also just three ball weight options. The staff is nice and the location is good but for a good party centre, including eating and maybe some other games that you want to do, I would recommend somewhere else.

She suggested an all-in package that included everything we wanted for the celebration. From the warm welcome of the guests to the service during the meal and the rounds of bowling, everything was absolutely fantastic. The food was disgusting to say the least, we had to wait an hour for 3 pizzas and 2 sandwiches. Furthermore we had to ask for coke 3 times. We asked for it at the start of the meal and it arrived 10 minutes after we finished. Bowling is nothing special.🤮

Wenn man die Kegelbahn benutzt sollte man vorsichtig sein. Ich habe mir ein dicken Holzsplitter in mein Fingernagel gerammt, weil der Boden total spröde ist. Vor Ort hatten sie nicht mal einen anständigen Verbandskasten geschweige denn eine Pinzette…die Kosten ausser das Trinken wurden nicht erstattet. Ich war zum letzten mal dort, vor allem mit Kindern ist der Spröde Boden sehr gefährlich.

Die Bar wo man bestellen konnte brauchte viel zu lange. Ich meine ich warte hier seit einer Stunde auf mein Essen und bekomme dann mitgeteilt, dass sie erst dann vorbereitet werden. :((((

We've come to Impulsiv 20-30 times over the last 8 years. It's gotten worse in the last couple years, with massive staff changes and shrinking menus. Today was the last time. It took > 1.5 hours, at 8pm on a Wednesday, for a few burgers to be served. It wasn't possible to have simple things, like a side of fries; it wasn't possible to get a plain burger; it wasn't possible to get a burger without pickles, etc.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier Einfach super was sportliches an geht,Essen war auch sehr lecker hatten Weihnachtsfeier,die Küche war hervorragend Servies war echt super, Einrichtung sehr schön für groß Veranstaltungen .Immer wieder gerne 🤗🤗👍👍👍👍

Wir haben unser Weihnachtsfest mit Schnitzel-Kegeln gemacht. Das Essen war sehr gut und wir wurden alle satt. Die Bedienung hat immer geschaut das wir etwas zu trinken haben.

Wir waren zum „Super 5“ mit dem Team unserer Arbeit zu Gast im Impulsiv. Hierbei durften wir einen kleinen Wettkampf austragen mit Bowling, Darts, Speedsoccer, Beachminton und Tischtennis. Alles hat uns großen Spaß gemacht und im Nachgang waren wir hier gemeinsam Essen (Buffet). Alles war sehr fein und wir kommen gerne wieder!
