I don't understand the bad reviews! The food was delicious and fresh. The service was excellent! A young man served me and was not only attentive but also had a very positive energy! The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting. I'd gladly come back.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte to go, and the employee said, "€6.50." "Excuse me?" I thought, whatever, an order's an order. €6.50 for a lukewarm drink... any flavor at all??? It could have been coffee? Spice? Whatever! I used to sit there every day for a latte, but this price for what I got today? Never again.

Okay for a quick espresso at lunchtime.

A top 5 German bar. And the barman recommended a good pub, where he brought my baseball cap, that I left in his bar. Service and friendliness the best Ive experienced in years.

Absolutely abysmal service. While we were having our drinks, eight other guests were ignored. We were barely acknowledged or served with any courtesy.

Today, November 15th, around 2 PM, we were treated very rudely by a young, brown-haired waitress with a nose piercing. When we asked if we could order, she ignored us twice and went to another table both times. After a 20-minute wait! Avoid this restaurant!

You are treated with a great deal of disrespect there.

Good meeting place for a quick chat or coffee

On Thursday, August 7, 2025, we were having an aperitif, and while serving drinks, the blond waiter came to the table and dropped the glass of beer right onto my cell phone. Great! Now I have corrosion damage to the cell phone components! Thank you! So unprofessional and immature. Now I can run to the insurance company? I'm never going back to that bar again.

Relatively expensive, and to use the restroom, you're forced to buy a drink, which we did without hesitation. Unfortunately, the homemade iced tea wasn't great, and I also find it quite disappointing that you can't pay with debit cards these days. However, the place is nicely decorated with lots of little details.

Absolutely no one has ever asked me anything other than 10 minutes before, they say it's their own business and they're not doing anything to hurt you.

My absolute favorite café – Alt Statione! For me, Alt Statione isn't just a café; it's truly my regular spot, my little comfort spot in the middle of everyday life. 💛 Whether it's morning, lunch, or afternoon – I always feel completely at home and well looked after there. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and easy to settle in and breathe. ☕️✨ The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly kind – you can really tell they enjoy what they do. And that makes such a difference! Whether it's coffee, tea, refreshing drinks, or delicious food – everything tastes great, is lovingly prepared, and simply makes you happy. 🥐🍰🥗 I can only say from the bottom of my heart: Thank you, dear Alt Statione team, for making this place so special! I always enjoy coming back – and every time with a smile. 😊🌷

This morning I ordered a matcha latte there, but it wasn't a matcha latte. See for yourself (on the picture). The coffees are really delicious and so is the food, but today I was disappointed with the matcha. A real matcha is green in color and therefore tastes rather grassy. Best regards ;)

A very cool place to have a drink before the show starts. The staff is super friendly. Prices are good.

Two meters of pure hospitality! The Café Alt Stazione is a real highlight - not only because of the great food, but above all thanks to the best waiter in the city: two meters of service power, a reach like a construction crane and a hairstyle that looks like a water slide for particularly brave coffee beans! No matter whether it's a perfectly foamed cappuccino or a friendly smile - here you get service that is as great as the waiter himself. And if someone forgets the salt shaker, no problem: the man passes it across three tables in a relaxed manner. I'm sure he could also serve an espresso from the next table in one batch without spilling a drop. A real service giant that makes the café an absolute feel-good place! 5 stars – and if I could, I would add an extra giraffe!

When we arrived here on Friday evening, I was still in good spirits. After we were deliberately ignored by the female waiter for several minutes, even though there was eye contact! Anyway, apparently that's the way it is here. I will no longer be paying in cash here, as I was given back a whopping €8 on my twenty-two on top of my rounded-up amount of €11. The store is probably past its prime if you want to use such cheap tricks to make money!

My cell phone was thrown out of the window by the owner and it broke because of a disagreement. And she refuses to pay it. Although I have messages where she admits it. I just have to wait a moment until my passport arrives and then I'll file the report!!! Worst store in Lörrach.

We had to wait about 45 minutes just for the drink, and when we finally received it, they told us that our food couldn't be made because it was out of service.

Very good food, good selection of drinks and very good service The kitchen really put a lot of effort into the pasta dishes so I can't say anything bad about it 🥰👍👍👍 I recommend the restaurant to everyone!!!!

Antipasti platter was bad, mainly consisting only of cheese and cheap sausage. Price performance not available. The employees are very unfriendly and unmotivated. I won't come again and I had to give it one star.

It's impossible to drink coffee there in peace in the afternoon because you'll be bombarded by the disco noise.

Schön gelegene Location am Markt. Wir waren abends zum Essen dort und haben uns über ein vegetarisch/veganes Angebot gefreut.

Ich hatte bis jetzt immer positive eindruck. Das war eine empfehlung von meine Freund...Kommen wir am meistens spät Abends hier oder Winterzeit. Das find ich immer positive es gibt eine Nette Toilette für Herr und Für Sie weil in der Stadt gibt es ganz wenig möglichkeit... Danke nochmals und bis zum nächste mal!

Die Lage ist echt Top ! Leider bekommt man hier einen Eiskaffee a la Aqua kaltes Wasser ein Espresso und Sahne drauf … Sehr schlecht 👎🏽.. Die Bedienung n sich war nett aber sehr ungepflegt 🙈

Wir gehen zwischendurch sehr gern dort hin. Service ist ok.

Hatten 3 Cocktails. Der Mojito war lecker, der "Beauty" sehr stark und sonst auch nicht so unser fall. Gibt bessere, billigere Cocktails, waren aber trotzdem zufrieden!

Toilette sieht aus wie am Bahnhof, nachdem ich die Klobürsten gesehen habe, esse ich hier nichts mehr. Glühwein war gut.

Der kleine Junge mit russischen Wurzeln ging sehr gut mit mir um. Immer wenn ich was wollte war er zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort. Sehr netter Kellner der sich Zeit nimmt für die Kunden.😋

Leider alles und nix muss man nicht hin. Weniger wäre mehr Schade.

Immer einen Besuch wert. Jedesmal wenn wir in der Stadt sind wird hier ein Espresso getrunken und die Leute beobachtet. 😜 Leider habt ihr mächtig nachgelassen. Mitarbeiter sehr unmotiviert und die Qualität der Speisen hat sehr nachgelassen. Schade eigentlich.

Super Essen, Meist nette Bedienung. Hatte soeben allerdings eine schlechte Erfahrung. Wir haben der Bedienung (Dienstag 24.05 16:50 - 17:20Uhr) Deutlich gemacht dass wir da sind und gerne bestellen würden (Wir saßen oben). Es war kaum was los, was Stress definitiv als Grund ausschließt. Oben stand zudem noch Dreckiges Geschirr, was ebenfalls nicht Beachtet wurde. Nach 20min warten sind wir dann gegangen und dort ebenfalls von den 4 oder 5 recht Jungen dort Arbeitenden Personen nicht Beachtet. Ansonsten bin ich gerne dort.

Schnell waren unsere Getränke da und eiskalt waren sie auch. Der junge Kellner war sehr nett und konnte auch meinem russischsprachigen Kollegen aushelfen!

Pasta e vino, leider heist es nur so. Es gibt keine Pasta Gerichte und wer sich Vino nennt (oder zumindest als Untertitel) sollte meines Erachtens auch eine Auswahl von Weinen haben. Die Location ist super gelegen. Direkt in der Innenstadt, neben dem Kino mit großer Terrasse, die jedoch meistens relativ leer ist. Verständlich wenn man auf der Service warten muss, die Tische nicht richtig sauber sind und die Auswahl, sowohl bei Getränken als auch bei den Speisen zu wünschen übrig lässt. Die bestellten Getränke waren ok aber keinen zweiten Besuch wert. Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Der Service bemüht sich, jedoch ist noch sehr viel Platz nach oben. Wäre schön wenn man aus dem Laden das volle Potential schöpfen würde. Dann wäre es auch so gut besucht wie die umliegenden Bars.

Allermeist guter espressi und vorgestrichene confitüre ciabattas. Top preis leistung.

War heute im Alt Stazione. Alle waren super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen.. YUMMY....lecker Gefüllte Pasta mit Ziegenkäse und Honig an gerösteten Mandeln. Endlich mal ein einfallsreicher Koch, der was wagt.

Kristallweizen nach Sauna im "alt" wird allmählich zur Regel. Über all die Jahre korrekter Laden geblieben mit sehr überwiegend fähigem und teils schlauem Personal.

Nette Bedienung, jedoch waren unsere Mojitos ungenießbar.

Waren zum Essen dort, in meinem Beilage Salat war eine Raupe drin 🤢 Das Panini war ganz in Ordnung aber für den Preis etwas klein...

Super leckere Pizza mit veganem Käse(!) und sogar noch ein veganes Croissant zum probieren bekommen, absolut nette Bedienung und alles in allem haben wir hier einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht :)

Der Espresso war gut, der Preis auch (Doppio: EUR 2.50), das Personal war freundlich.
