I actually always liked going to the Ikea restaurant. But what they took away on the last visit is bottom drawer. Wanted Plantbullar but with fries and no peas. The girl also put it on the plate and before I knew it, without asking, she poured a huge scoop of sauce on me. Why did I want fries? But good. Thought, let it go. Only half of the fries are floating in there. My daughter wanted the filled dumplings. Then a voice promptly came from behind, "They're with salmon." I say “no please, we are vegetarians”. Came back ''No, that doesn't work. It's always with us.'' When we asked several times, we got it on separate plates. At the checkout I discovered that the dumplings and salmon were charged separately. THEN WHY CAN’T I JUST HAVE THE DUMBS??? In addition, 4 protein balls were simply charged extra. I hadn't ordered. I don't know how much there has to be. When asked about the whole thing the cashier was very rude. Am very disappointed.

Today at around 11:30 a.m. I was having lunch at IKEA with my daughter. What was immediately noticeable was that the pasta dish for children for €1 was no longer available. Instead, there is only the Köttbullar as a menu for 3.90 or optionally as a Plantbullar then a smoothie is included for free. We ordered the menu with Plantbullar but at the checkout it says 4.90. Smoothie is not included! I explained to the unfriendly lady several times that this was included in the menu. Then she said that we had received normal Köttbullar and that the smoothie was not included. This was an operator error! Instead of saying okay then just take the köttbullar, the food was thrown away and the Plantbullar menu was brought to us.!!! It's unbelievable that this needs to be followed up urgently. We are no longer satisfied

This IKEA restaurant offers plenty of space to sit and eat after shopping. There is always a seasonal menu which is very interesting. Since it's always self-service, getting something to eat isn't a problem. The atmosphere there is always nice.

On February 24th I had dinner at kikea Augsburg. I had a vegan schnitzel with fries, peas and a mushroom sauce on top. The food was okay in terms of taste. I found it strange at times, but I didn't think much of it. After eating, about 15 minutes later, stomach cramps, abdominal pain, nausea started. I had to vomit and also had the worst kind of diarrhea. My weekend was/is hell. I now know that it is food poisoning. It's all a shame. But the quality leaves a lot to be desired, sorry.

I went to Ikea for breakfast with my girlfriend today. We had pancakes. There the pancakes are arranged in stacks of three at the counter. However, my friend had four. None of us saw that. So far so good, this was discovered at the checkout. Now it is the case that a single pancake cannot be calculated. This means that the employee took the pancake that was too much off the plate, arguing that she couldn't calculate it and had to throw it away. I said she could have a roll or a bonus on various cuisines. She said that's not possible. I find this truly incredible. We would have paid for it. I find throwing away good food under this argument really disgusting. The employee in question was also able to redeem my voucher. Since we also had breakfast there 4 days earlier and the visit didn't turn out as expected, I'm now evaluating it. I rarely give negative reviews, but that is unacceptable in times of food waste.

Please provide the same items on the receipt as on the tray. Unfortunately, the waffle batter sometimes contained lumps of sugar. And I always feel very sorry for the employees - they look stressed

What I'm always annoyed about is the closed Sweden Café. What would this even be built for? Always closed by 5 p.m. at the latest, as normal working customers only come to Ikea at this time. You can hardly drink the coffee in the restaurant, it's good that the toilet is around the corner 😵‍💫🤢. Unfortunately, cappuccino is only available in the Sweden Café, which closes early 😭. The food was edible, but it was also significantly better. The “service” today was definitely in a good mood and friendly 😉.

We ate asparagus there during asparagus season. A disaster. Asparagus was like wooden slats and inedible. Well, probably not the best place to eat asparagus. Otherwise just Ikea and ok

Unfortunately, the cinnamon rolls are now inedible. Hard, absolutely artificial tasting cinnamon mixture inside and only sprinkled with a little powdered sugar - has nothing to do with a cinnamon roll and is really overpriced! No recommendation.

Just visited Ikea and ate a duck leg with red cabbage and dumplings in the restaurant. I have to say, really tasty. Good sauce and duck leg butter tender. In my opinion, recommended.

We had 2 lunch dishes. Chicken salad and schnitzel with fries. The food was generally not good. The salad lacked dressing, was too little and generally not well seasoned. The schnitzel with fries was a complete disaster. The meat was dry and way too small. The fries were dry and had definitely been left in the container to keep warm for too long. The lady at the food counter also lacked motivation :(

I used to enjoy the food at Ikea and enjoyed eating it. But now a lot has changed locally. I don't like it anymore and I can't tolerate it the way it's now prepared. My children think it tastes good, but they don't finish the plates. I only eat the soup. I even leave out the free coffee. A pity.

Leider kein Vergleich mehr zu früher. Essen wurde richtig teuer, schmeckt nach nichts. Frühstück ist wirklich eine Frechheit, für 6€ bekommt man 3 Scheiben wurst und bissle Butter. Es gibt nur noch weiße Semmeln. Weißwurst etc schwimmen stundenlang im Wasser. Kaffee schmeckt katastrophal, alle anderen Getränke sind ausgestellt oder wiedermal kaputt. Mein 7 jähriger konnte kein Kakao trinken. Kassiererinnen haben keine Ahnung was sie eintippen, berechnen bei jemden einen anderen Preis, obwohl es das selbe Essen ist. Habe hier immer gerne gefrühstückt, aber jetzt ist es wirklich absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren im IKEA Restaurant beim Frühstücken. Lachs, Käse, Rührei, Germknödel...An der Kasse mussten wir lange warten, so dass das Rührei und der Germknödel kalt wurden. Die Qualität war trotz des Preises wie in jedem Restaurant von Mindener Qualität. Das hätten wir in einem Resaurant oder einer Bäckerei zum gleichen Preis in besserer Qualität bekommen. Das Thema "Frühstück" bei IKEA hat sich für mich erledigt und wird nicht mehr wiederholt.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher und genieße es immer wieder.....

Ich möchte einen Lob an den Mitarbeiter an der Café Theke aussprechen, weil er heute ganz alleine lange Schlangen bedient hat. Es ist eine schöne Idee, frischen Kaffee aus einer Siebträgermaschine, statt Automaten anzubieten, jedoch braucht so ein Konzept in so einem Großen Haus mindestens 2 Mitarbeiter. Sonst dauert es zu lange - Kaffee war sehr gut!

Leider hat sich die Qualität des Essens verändert....hab nie riesen Ansprüche an die Ikea Kantine gestellt.. Aber diesmal hat es definitiv nicht geschmeckt

Auf die Erbsen noch ein wenig Salz, dann wäre es perfekt.

Leider hat die Qualität abgenommen und die Gewinnmaximierung zugenommen. Köttbular waren nicht durch und die Sauce viel zu dünn. Dazu kommt dass das Erbsenwasser mit auf den Teller geschaufelt wurde. Der Kuchen war auch 1/3 kleiner als vor ein paar Wochen. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat stark nachgelassen.

Typisches Kantinenessen aber gutes möchte ich mal behaupten. Saubere Tische, schönes Ambiente, Kinderecke, Steckdosentische zum Laden vom Telefon... Wir essen da immer wenn wir zu IKEA gehen. Habe mir zwei Dampfnudeln für zu Hause einpacken lassen.

Das Essen war wie immer lecker.

Köttbullar sind dort immer an leckersten.

Preiswerte Menü Auswahl in ausreichender Qualität und Getränke zum Nachfüllen.

Großzügige Lokalität, liebevoll dekoriert , Qualität der Speisen und Getränke wie gewohnt

Sauberer und gepflegter als der IKEA in Ulm.

Das Essen war im großen und ganzen zu wenig gewürzt und nur lauwarm. Die Schwedischen Spezialitäten waren nichts besonderes wie man es aus einem SB Restaurant gewohnt ist dafür musste man nicht lange warten. Um nach einer langen Einkaufstour schnell was zu essen okay persönlich würde ich hier aber nicht mehr essen.

Eigentlich gute Gerichte, jedoch ab 17 Uhr alt und ungenießbar:(

Haben uns nur vorn im Café aufgehalten, Kuchen und Kaffee waren lecker, die Wartezeit etwas lang, aber die Bedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mit leerem Magen soll man nicht Einkaufen. 😁
