Very good Italian with super tasty pizza. If you want to sit outside you have to order in advance, but it's nice inside too.

Everything in itself is very nice, but the restaurant needs to advertise more so that enough people come and the menu is, in my opinion, very well described and nicely detailed. I would definitely prefer to go to this restaurant next time.

A very authentic Italian. Deborah and Gabriele come from Sicily and have decorated the Ristorante very lovingly. Everyone in the store is super friendly and the food is great, especially the pizza! It's on a campsite, but don't let that put you off. It's definitely worth it! The best Italian far and wide.

Best Italian restaurant I’ve been to. My mom and friends took me to the campsite for the first time when I was 3 years old and we loved it and I basically spent my entire childhood holidays here. The ice cream is the same it was 10 years ago (chocolate flavour highly recommended) and for me it tastes very nostalgic. The wait time usually doesn’t take any longer than 5 minutes and the food is definitely worth its price. The atmosphere is very cosy and the staff is very friendly and understanding and even recognised me and my mum after so many years. Highly recommended ❤️🇮🇹

We often and always enjoy coming to Deborah and Gabriele, whose pretty little restaurant is located directly behind the dune. Here you can get great authentic Italian food, great pizza and pasta, excellent steak and homemade Italian ice cream. The entire staff is extremely friendly and always ensures that the guests feel comfortable. Special requests are also fulfilled :-). For us, "I love Italy" is the best restaurant in Dierhagen, we can only recommend it. Anke and Wolfgang

An absolute insider tip; a culinary surprise at the campsite. The food and the staff couldn't be more Sicilian!! The finest olive oil from Sicily's own trees is an absolute must. Can also be purchased directly in 500ml bottles. Thanks

I can't understand the last reviews. I can only recommend a visit. Unfriendly or anything like that is not the case at all. The food is excellent. We ate a fillet steak, fish and pizza. Everything was very very good. The employees are very friendly, are there for you and ask if everything is okay. The service here is better than many Italian restaurants in big cities. And it is actually Italian. Not just the name and pizza. It's worth a visit because the service, food and drinks are excellent. By the way, the price/performance ratio is very good. Don't forget, you are in the sun when it shines and you will be accompanied by family during your visit. It wasn't the last time we were there.

A surprise indeed. It's not easy to find an Italian restaurant in this area. At least one that is cooked by Italians. We didn't find it at first because it's inconspicuous from the outside and it's located on the campsite. But the menu and the cuisine convinced us and immediately showed us that the cooking here is truly Italian. The octopus I ate was wonderfully fried. We guessed that you came from the corner of Florence, even though it said somewhere that you were Sicilian. No matter... we experienced a sunset on the Baltic Sea and Mediterranean sun in our hearts through this meal.

Pizza top. Pasta works like this. Ambience not that nice.

Pasta with pesto. On the plate, done. No garnish, nothing. Not a knockout. 16 euros!! Lasagna good. A little lost. Nothing for those who are very hungry. Don't have to again.

We had reserved and found a dirty table and dirty cutlery. We then got up and ordered pizza to take away. Sorry but that was nothing! For €15.90 a pizza, I also expect toppings and not just dough. An ingredient that was ordered and paid for was missing from a pizza. We were here for the first and last time. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is not right at all!

I went to eat there because of the very positive reviews here on Tripadvisor. It is actually a place that serves very delicious and tasty Italian food. Coupled with the friendliness of the staff, it is an outstanding place here on the Darß and highly recommended.

Leckere Pizza und mehr auf dem Campingplatz an den Stranddünen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Man sitzt dort sehr schön draußen, auch als Nichtcamper. Man kann sich die Pizza auch an den 100 Meter davor liegenden Strand mitnehmen und dort beim Essen den Sonnenuntergang betrachten :-)

The first Italian restaurant where you can't eat gluten-free. Unfortunately there was no Campari either…

Unfortunately, the Calzome only gets one out of 5 points from us. The dough wasn't tasty and felt like it wasn't fully baked. And a glass of wine for €7 is really overpriced here. The service tried hard.

We sat indoors! A dreary room, bare walls and no ambience! We (two of us) ordered tagliatelle with pork fillet with fries and lasagne. After a short time the tagliatelle came with four small pieces of meat and the lasagne was forgotten, which we didn't want anymore. Unfortunately the cutlery wasn't clean either. And for €23.50 the price-performance ratio was unfortunately not right! It will stay with this one visit!

Great little restaurant on the campsite. Service very friendly and super fast. The food was also delicious and not as greasy as you would find at Lasange, for example, from other Italians. Gladly again without a reservation.

Double surprise: 1. a real Italian with a team from Sicily (and Albania) at what feels like the other end of the world 2. There are also pizzas without gluten for a small extra charge! (unfortunately still (?l no pasta without gluten). Great restaurant!

Definitely not worth the money! If you're hungry, avoid this place! We've been guests at the campsite for years and sometimes we try again and give the "I love Italy" another chance. We're used to pizza with spartan toppings, but a lasagna for almost €20 and then something like that. Burnt at the bottom, still almost raw at the top and, in terms of quantity, more of a miniature appetizer. Great in terms of taste and freshness! I understand that in a few months they have to "earn" money for the entire family for the whole year, but not like that! At lunchtime the (excessive) staff often sits outside at the tables to eat so that it looks as if... When we saw the picture, our "house Italian" and also my Fratello just said: "It's a shame for the Italians"!

Leider kalte Pizza * wir bestellten zum mitnehmen zwei Pizzen zu 18:30 Uhr .Vom Personal verdutzt angeschaut und am Rand konnte ich unsere Pizzen mit der Aufschrift lesen(stand 18:00 Uhr drauf) ich wurde zum warten aufgefordert, alle anderen bekamen ihre heißen bestellten Pizzen , nur ich wurde ignoriert und fühlte mich nicht wohl .Dann nach Nachfragen meinerseits bekame ich die Pizzen (die ich vorher schon gesehen habe) und ich meinte nur , dass Sie jetzt kalt seien, dies wurde verneint und ich bezahlte 32€.Beim hinsetzen und aufklappen der Pizzabox , war leider die mediterrane Pizza ohne die beste Zutat (Parmaschinken), wieder zurück mit der Bitte noch den Schinken auf die Pizza zu belegen.Zurück kam zwar eine super frische heiße Pizza zurück ,angekommen am Camper war es eine Prosciutto Pizza , meine war natürlich kalt (vorher schon), die andere nun ganz falsch , nun ja es hätte besser und freundlicher laufen können, ansonsten mag ich den Italiener sehr gerne und esse da auch sehr gerne, nur dieses Mal sehr enttäuschend.

We expected more. The pasta portion was very clear, the calzone pizza was pale, the mushrooms were not yet cooked, the ham was only slightly warm... no apology when I returned it and asked for another 5 minutes to bake it. Overall we weren't that happy. The ambience and quality of the food could have been better.

Ordered pizza to pick up, received in a friendly manner, completed very quickly for holiday time, pizza was okay, but nothing else that would blow you away, a bit dry, price like almost everywhere else these days.

We had a lovely evening with good Italian food. The entire Sicilian team around Vaccaro with his family and friends provide warm service. We immediately bought a bottle of homemade olive oil. The espresso was also very good.

For an Italian restaurant on a campsite, the restaurant is quite good. The dishes are well prepared by hand. The atmosphere corresponds to a campsite. The starter platter is also enough for 4 people if you want to eat pizza or lasagna afterwards. The Limoncello Spritz was very good, the Aperol Spritz could be better, maybe we were just unlucky. Everyone should try it for themselves. In summary, you can't go wrong here, you can eat here even if you're not a camper. Reservation is recommended here.

I didn't believe some of the reviews, visited the restaurant and hoped that I would somehow be served Italian cuisine. The bruschetta was over. The baguette slices were not at all crispy. I couldn't smell or taste garlic; Chopped tomatoes, no salt...had to get it first. No olive oil etc. on the table. Basil, chopped into small pieces, scattered sparingly on the plate. Nothing else. No taste. Nothing reminded me of Italian cuisine. Unfortunately. The small restaurant is located on a campsite. This flair campsite restaurant remains in my memory. The employee who served us was friendly and accommodating!

A pearl on the Baltic Sea. From the real Italian cuisine to the fantastic pizza (the dough is sooo good) to the loving and hospitable manner, simply a calm, great Italian. We love this Italy restaurant, too. PS: the ice cream tastes really delicious too!

Rather inconspicuous from the outside, located on a campsite not far from the beach, but very cozy from the inside. Small but fine menu and a large selection of pizzas. I had tagliatelle with green asparagus and salmon - very tasty and my partner had a spicy pizza, which also tasted very good. The service was very friendly and attentive and our dog was also welcome and was taken care of first. I can recommend the restaurant 100%.

The pizza was okay but nothing super special either. In my opinion the price is not justified. The service is nice, the atmosphere is more “campsite style”. You can also take the pizza with you.

Now closed! Nice little pizzeria located right at the beach entrance. Friendly staff, delicious food, seating inside and outside. It is better to reserve a seat as the pizzeria is attached to the campsite. Alternatively, you can sit on the beach with your pizza. Then it tastes twice as good at sunset 😋

Ordered Hawaiian pizza, pineapple topping was spoiled. No insight from the waiter or the chef. Service was good, ambience mediocre. Toilets, standard GDR.

Visited with 2 adults and 3 small children. A playground in the immediate vicinity ensures a pleasant stay for everyone involved. The 4 pizzas we ordered were very good, fluffy and crispy. I recommend the pizza garlic bread as a starter 👍 Ambiance was completely sufficient for a campsite environment. We didn't expect a posh furnished house. Overall, the outdoor area could do with a bit of work, but otherwise you can sit there well and when it's a little quieter you can even hear the Baltic Sea.

The pizzas were very tasty. Given the prices, we would have been very happy about a free nightcap after our meal.

Das Ambiente ist einfach aber es ist auch ein Campingplatz. Das Essen war gut 👍 aber auch nicht so überzeugend das es die Preise rechtfertigt. Die Speisekarte auf einem Klemmbrett,war so abgegriffen das es unangenehm war zu blättern. Etwas günstiger und ein regelmäßiger Besuch wäre für viele eher ein zu richten.

Das Essrn ist qualitativ okay,man wird nicht überrascht,eine typische Pizzaria.Die Pizza selbst war frisch und schmeckte.Die Pasta Cabonara war auch okay.Preislich leider überteuert. Ambiente: Recht einfach gehalten,was aber gar nicht geht,sind die abgegriffenen,losen Zettel die an ein Klemmbrett befestigt sind und die Speisekarte darstellt.das schreckt ab,vor allem optisch!

Habe hier den Pulpo gegessen und war sehr zufrieden, fühlte mich wie am Golf von Salerno. Einfach toll

Äußerlich am Campingplatz nicht einladend, doch durch nähere Betrachtung, ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr guten Essen… Danke, gern wieder!

Wir waren hier zu 2. und haben einen schönen Tisch draußen bekommen. Der Service war Korrekt aber nicht besonders herzlich. Das Essen kam viel zu schnell, wir haben uns gefragt, wie sind eine Pizza und Spaghetti in gefühlten 5min von Bestellung bis Lieferung möglich. Beides war unabhängig von der fehlenden Gemütlichkeit zu kurz, sprich kühl zubereitet. Der Salat, welcher vorher gedacht war kam danach. Geschmacklich war alles ok aber nicht mehr. Die Weine, rot und weiß waren eher schlapp. Insgesamt fanden wir den Preis in Verbindung mit der Qualität und dem Service verbesserungsfähig. Die Lage ist für den Sommer sehr schön.

Die Gerichte sahen alle gut aus und haben auch geschmeckt. Leider war mein Rucola sehr sandig. Aber vom Service hat mich keiner verstanden. Deutsch spricht dort nur einer und das auch nicht gut. Er hat mir aber Ersatz angeboten, daher alles in Ordnung. Das Restaurant war voll. Der Service hat lange gebraucht für alles. Gut dass draußen ein Spielplatz ist. Das Eis schmeckt übrigens auch sehr gut da! Zum Ambiente: Es ist eben auf einem Campingplatz. Viel sollte man daher nicht erwarten, den Umständen entsprechend gut. Sie geben sich Mühe. Die Musik war etwas laut. Hätte man ansprechen können. Generell wird es in den kleinen Räumlichkeiten schnell laut wenn viele Besucher da sind. Gemütlich ist es eher nicht. Die Vorspeise kam nach der Hauptspeise...

Aglio Olio war sehr authentisch und lecker.

Italiener der Kategorie rustikal … Ambiente und Lokal eher mit Flair eines Geräteschuppen. Bedienung nur gut für Gäste die der Italienischen Sprache mächtig sind. Speisen kamen schnell und waren ok, Pizzateig sehr gut, Auflage könnte ein wenig Pfiff für den Geschmack gebrauchen. Nun gut wir sind satt geworden und ist hier wohl weit und breit der einzige Italiener.

Leider sehr ungemütlich und unruhig... ständig kommen Leute um Pizzen zu bestellen oder abzuholen im Gastraum.

Die Pizza war echt super lecker, könnte aber bei dem Preis gern etwas größer sein. Ansonsten alles prima.

Wir wollten heute mal italienisch essen gehen und haben uns trotz der bisherigen Bewertungen hierher aufgemacht. Die Getränke waren noch ok, wobei meine Frau einen Lillet Wild Berry bestellt, jedoch nur einen Mix aus Alkohol und Sirup bekommen hat. Die Spaghetti Aglio olio wurden mit ner Knoblauchsoße aus dem Glas angerichtet, leider kein frischer Knoblauch. Das Knoblauchbrot hingegen war sehr lecker.

Das wichtigste, das Essen, Mega! Service auch absolut gut und das Ambiente ist halt Campingplatz ... Aber mal ehrlich, ich will mir ja nicht das Restaurant ansehen sondern das Essen lecker finden und da gibt es 100 Punkte und wir werden wiederkommen!

Sehr leckere Pizza und hausgemachtes Eis. Liegt am Eingang zu einem Campingplatz, der nicht besonders einladend gestaltet ist. Wenn man sich davon nicht abschrecken lässt, kann man sehr gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen genießen!

Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend, schnell und sehr freundlich. Der Lambrusco gut gekühlt, die Pizza Parma knusprig und lecker. Der Wind wehte mir einiges an Rucola und Parmesan weg. Aber, dafür kann da Keiner was, es roch nach Abwasser, die Kanalisation in der Gegend stimmt nicht. Nur wenn der Wind aufflaute, war das Essen zu genießen. Das hält mich davon ab, dort noch einmal hinzugehen. Schade!

Ein Italiener auf einem Campingplatz. Wir hatten alle Pizza bestellt und die Qualität und der Geschmack waren so 3 - 4 leider. Hatten eigentlich mehr erwartet. Der Service war gut und freundlich......

Auf Empfehlung von Freunden hierher und wurden nicht enttäuscht 🙂 Die Pizzen 🍕 🍕 super lecker 😋, der Boden ein Traum 👍🏻 Der Nero d'Avola süffig und das Bier 🍺 hätte etwas Kühler sein können. Gerne wieder 🇮🇹🇮🇹

Authentisches Essen, gab nichts zu meckern, nicht günstig aber die Qualität passt zu den Preisen also alles in Ordnung.

Die Pizza Schmeckt, aber aus nachfolgenden Gründen können wir hier keine 5 Sterne vergeben. Zu Teuer 2 Pizzen 2 Getränke 40€ Das Eis danach, war nicht mehr gut, darf wohl Mal passieren aber sollte es nicht. Unsere Bedienung war etwas Schroff und nicht kommunikativ. Alles in allem 3,5/5 Würde hier keine Pizza mehr Essen.

Halb 7 einen Tisch für 5 Personen bestellt, den wir 20:00 bekommen sollten. Die Zeit bis dahin, haben wir uns am wunderschönen Strand vertrieben. Als wir zurück zur kamen, haben wir vorab Getränke bestellt. Da es zunehmend frischer wurde, freuten wir uns bald rein zu gehen. Resultat, ein 4erTisch direkt neben der Eingangstür. Genervt haben wir dann paar Pizzen zum mitnehmen bestellt, was 25-30min dauern sollte. Aber leider keine andere Wahl hatten, da fast alle Restaurants 20-21Uhr im Ort schließen. Pizza mMn. ok, für eine 28er 12,50€ naja. Würde hier nicht wieder her kommen! PS: Ein Kellner konnte etwas deutsch, in englisch ging es dann. An der Ostsee in Dierhagen.
