Hotel Heidelberg in Heidelberg

A nice hotel, clean rooms, a little out of the way, but the train is right outside the door, so we could go straight to Heidelberg's old town. I have to mention the great breakfast, very tasty, fresh waffles, fruit, muesli, salmon, etc. and fresh coffee served by a very friendly hotel employee. There is also a very nice bar to end the day with a good drink. Gladly again, thank you very much

Nice, quaint little hotel.Approx 15 minutes to castle and so on by car. Hotel bar looks great. Old leather, wood. Panneling, good service.

Clean rooms, unfortunately not all with air conditioning. Parking spaces at the house. Good and sufficient breakfast, inviting bar and super nice, friendly staff. You immediately feel comfortable in the house. Highly recommended.

We were received by a super helpful hostess. The rooms were spacious, fresh and neat. There is free parking at the hotel itself and there is also a tram stop a few meters away that will take you to Heidelberg's Altstadt within fifteen minutes. Apparently the cleaners noticed that we had put a pillow on top of a blanket, because we thought the pillows were a bit too thin. When we returned we had a clean room with thicker pillows! Very observant! Highly recommended! It is also one of the cheaper hotels in the Heidelberg area and you do not compromise on luxury.

The rooms are very clean, just a bit old. The breakfast is really top class and I can only recommend it.

The hotel is authentic, definitely not ordinary. The interior was designed in accordance with the old structure of Heidelberg. Breakfast is 18 euros and is worth choosing. The staff is caring. Tram 26 is very close and you can be in the city center in 15-20 minutes. I was satisfied.

Charming hotel with friendly staff. Nice lounge and dining area with a great breakfast, and light fare for evening nosh. Ideal location, especially for those who prefer public transport around the city or to the train station.

Top hotel, comfortably furnished, rooms partly in farmhouse style, but also quite modern rooms. Mattresses good, cleanliness top. Very nice bosses and employees also very friendly, unfortunately I didn't visit the restaurant to eat due to time constraints. They more or less apologized for the "small" menu. I saw these just before the restaurant. In my opinion, absolutely sufficient. If you want a larger selection, if you want wine, beer or even harder liver drugs, take the train right outside the door or take a taxi. Otherwise it is not far by car to Heidelberg center. It took me about 10 minutes during the day plus 20 minutes to look for a parking space...😅...probably only happens to strangers or tourists who shouldn't miss this beautiful city. Just so the boss knows who wrote this entry...she personally forgot to bring my espresso, and there was no more champagne in the fridge that Sunday...that's really a shame...😭...In the end I did However, I survived these trivialities, I'll be back 99% of the time, and I recommend the house 200%...👍🥰😉

Everything was fine except for the shower. Shower cubicle is not tight. Lots of leaks.

What a great hotel. Very nice restaurant and stube, or bar. Bar opens at 4pm. Restaurant open after 6pm. Rooms modern, excellent shower. Tram in front of the door to the center.

Great location just outside Heidelberg so avoiding emission charges yet with free parking and 50m from the tram stop which goes directly to the old town. Warm, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Would strongly recommend.

Very friendly staff, we received a warm welcome. The room was not new, but very clean, mattress, pillow and blanket were pretty perfect for me; the bathroom is newer, but quite narrow. The breakfast was very good, tasty and plentiful, we couldn't finish it all. The price-performance ratio is good. The location is perfect for us because our daughter lives with her family in Kirchheim, but you can also quickly get to the city center and public transport is nearby. Quiet location

Quite nice for a weekend in Heidelberg. Room was clean and facing the backyard it was quiet. Only the shower was on economy mode and very little water came out. Good breakfast but costs extra.

Familiengeführtes Hotel, das innen deutlich schöner als von außen ist. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück im sehr schönen Bar-/Restaurantbereich wird serviert und ausgesprochen gut!
