A small, fine hotel with extremely friendly service and a generous breakfast buffet. We stayed in the adjacent guesthouse with a small terrace. The rooms on the upper floor have a small balcony. The rooms are spacious. Short walk to the Weser Cycle Path. This hotel is highly recommended.

We stopped there on the 2nd of Advent, December 9th, 2024 after a hike around the Schillathöhle and were very happy about the delicious cake buffet. The atmosphere was very Christmassy and the service was very nice. On our next hike we will end up there again and try out new creations.

We wanted to drink coffee. It's a shame it wasn't summer because there is a lovely garden in front of the restaurant. When you enter the half-timbered house, everything seems very dark at first, but with every step forward your eyes get used to it and then you find yourself in a cozy, rustic guest room. We both had a delicious latte macchiato. There was also cake which looked very good. But the doctor had advised against sweet things. The toilets are in an annex and are very modern and clean and there is also enough toilet paper.

We stopped here for coffee with friends during a bike ride. Delicious cake, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere.

We were traveling with 6 cyclists, good accommodation for the bikes and drivers in the guest house. Good supply and friendly service in the beer barn. In the morning we had a good breakfast and we went on... Everything was perfect

We came with 5 people, including two children aged 2 and 6. First of all, we ate delicious cake. It's baked there itself. We were all absolutely thrilled. Nice, large, clean rooms in the depondence, a few steps away. Ate in the beer barn in the evening. Friendly staff, very child-friendly. Food tasty and at reasonable prices. Breakfast was very rich, with small tomatoes from our own garden. We felt very comfortable. Only recommended. 1 night on the Weser cycle tour.

The main house, a former barn, is rustic and cozy. Breakfast was also served there. It was a classic breakfast and everything was sufficient and fresh. Even delicious antipasti. The hostess was very attentive and very friendly. We were accommodated in a newer guesthouse a few meters away. The room was bright and functionally furnished and clean.

I would like to thank you very much for the personal service and personal support during my 1-week stay at the hotel in Fischbeck despite the tense staff situation. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
