Despite the old, traditional, positive name and multiple changes, a few offerings are now starting out positively. The only negatives are damaged plates, stained cutlery, and gyros made with chicken. "That would make even the old Greeks turn in their graves!"

The food is always good, the people are always friendly, and it's clean, too. It's a snack bar, but it's also very good.

A good German snack bar. The shashlik was unfortunately very overcooked and small pieces, but the sauce was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The prices were still great. The daily special, "chopped bean soup," was very tasteless.

I have rarely met such a good restaurant in Recklinghausen as this one. The girls are always in a good mood, very friendly and the food always tastes very good.

Tasty pure German food. Good schnitzels and very large portions at a reasonable price. When we are in Recklinghausen at my mother-in-law's house, we go there for a nice meal. Never disappoints!

Hello everyone, Hecki's Grill has been with me for a long time and is always a real taste experience for me. Regardless of whether it's for a small hunger in between or a hearty meal - everyone will find what they're looking for here. I particularly appreciate the large selection. Even when I switched to a vegetarian diet, I didn't have to give up the pleasure. Friendly service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere – for me, Hecki's Grill is simply a place to enjoy! P.S.: The prices are really more than fair - I can only recommend it!

Simple chip shop like you used to know and appreciate in the district. The welcome is very friendly and the chip shop is very busy, which speaks for the good quality. I had a double currywurst with fries and mayo and give it full marks. (11€ including a drink) There are a few parking spaces in front of the so-called “Spatzenfalle”, but hungry visitors can find a place for their vehicle in the adjacent commercial area.

A really good traditional snack bar. I've been driving past this place for almost five years. I finally stopped there for a bite to eat. I was impressed and will be back soon. I've rarely been so pleasantly surprised. Great, keep it up.

A real Ruhrpott chip shop. Fast food food of reasonable quality at reasonable prices with good service. Here you can get a nice meal for the whole family without having to mourn the high expenses afterwards. My recommendations: Hecki burger

Probably the best fast food restaurant in Recklinghausen, with a great staff and a menu that is second to none, with a daily changing lunch menu. Simply great Hecki, keep it up.

We would have loved to eat there. But when we got there today at 7:20 p.m. and wanted to order, we were informed that we could only order take-away. There were 3 tables occupied outside, we would have liked to have occupied the 4th table. According to Google it's open until 10 p.m., so we don't understand. The taste there was always good, but most of the employees were unfriendly.

Came across Heckis Grill on the way to my mother's on the internet. Fries, currywurst and mayo! It should be a classic. What did I get? One of the tastiest manta platters ever! The currywurst was great on its own, but with the added spiciness it was just great!😊 The fries were exactly right, the mayo rounded everything off. I was served very nicely and it's definitely not the last time I've been there...that's why 5 out of 5 stars...❗️

Here you can get the best fries in the area! The rest is also really tasty. The atmosphere may not be romantic, but it's great and absolutely sufficient for a snack.

Angebot und Preise sind ganz gut. Leider das Gericht nicht wie bestellt bekommen. Mitarbeiterinnen aber freundlich. Currysauce mir persönlich mit zu wenig Tomate 🍅 Pommes mit Gewürzsalz. Das Ambiente recht kühl und mit offener Türe etwas zugig. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und dahinter 4 Parkbuchten, so dass man auch gut etwas abholen kann. Die Lüftung macht einen ganz guten Job aber ein wenig kommt doch im Gastraum an, weshalb die Gefahr besteht, dass in der Kleidung Gerüche hängenbleiben.

Beste Fritzenschmiede in Suderwich. Super lecker und große Portionen. Und immer nettes Personal 👍

Traditionshütte. War halt zu Zechenzeiten die Frittenbude und Löschstation der Püttrologen. Futter ist allerdings besser geworden. Ich liebe Hecki's Wirsingrouladen. Aber der Rest ist auch super.

Warum kann man denn hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben :-) ??? Nein, die Damen und der "Herr" machen alles richtig. Ich gehe hier gerne essen weil es mir hier sehr gut schmeckt. Wer mal einen Schnell-Imbiss (auch mit Hausmannskost) sucht, in dem man gut essen kann und freundlich bedient wird, der is(s)t hier genau am richtigen Platz.

Super freundliche und schnelle Bedienung! Leckeres und großes Schnitzel mit einer sehr leckeren Jägersoße darauf. An dem Ambiente drinnen ist überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Alles sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Für draußen gibts einen halben Punkt Abzug. Wofür aber die Inhaber überhaupt nix können. Außenbeleuchtung liegt halt an einer gut befahrenen Strasse. Ich komme immer gerne wieder und kann Hecki's Grill nur weiter empfehlen!
