The whole of North Rhine-Westphalia is far from offering anything as delicious. Whether it's burgers, currywurst, half a chicken, or the famous (or infamous) tenders. These cool guys have definitely set a new standard! A culinary delight! 🤌🏼

I had the opportunity to stop by during my time in Reglinhausen, which we visited from Türkiye, and I'm so glad I did. It was the best I've ever eaten, the taste is indescribably good, and the owner is incredibly friendly.

I came to Recklinghausen from Türkiye for a project. It was the best meal I've ever had. I'd come back just to eat there. It's a perfect value for money place, and I recommend it to everyone.

The two honorary brothers who served me today were extremely friendly and understanding. We ordered fries and a six-pack of wings. I'm not exaggerating when I say those were the best chicken wings I've ever had. I was very pleased, and I wish the staff, the owner, and everyone involved all the best.

If you love chicken, burgers, and fries, you can't miss this place. The service is amazing. Super friendly. Cool location. Totally reasonable value for money.

We were here last week for the first and last time. Your frying oil was so old and rancid, my fries stank of onions and fish. And you're way overpriced.

The chicken and the spices are just like the Döveling family's (original recipe) really great, it's like a little trip back in time :) Be careful, if it says extra hot (Magma), it really is hot, even for those with a spicy tooth. Simply mega.

This place was a lucky surprise I found while traveling in a small town! I went there because I was craving pomegranate, and it was so delicious! ㅠㅠ I had it with mac and cheese, and it was freshly made, so the cheese was warm and creamy, the pomegranate was fluffy, and the sauce was my favorite, Joppie... I was truly touched. 😭 But that's all? I've never met such a kind owner in Europe. I had some leftover sauce, and I wanted to eat more when I got home, so I asked for it to go, and they refilled it for me! Even though my English was a bit shaky, let alone German, the owner listened attentively and kindly answered my questions. 🥹 I came a long way, but the owner's kindness was truly touching. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Recklinghausen. Thank you!

Truly delicious! Often, when you think of a chicken burger, you think, "That can't be good," but this one is seasoned brilliantly! However, I find it a bit pricey, with the burger alone costing over €10 without fries or a drink. It's filling, though. They forgot our fries, but we did get a free sauce for our first visit. Ate here for the first time today. Fries and currywurst. Both very tasty. Well seasoned, the fries were slightly crispy, and the curry sauce was delicious. Good value for money. Very friendly staff, small, quaint restaurant. I'll be back to try the other delicacies (burgers, chicken, various dips).

I don't even know where to begin... This "snack bar" was an absolute disaster. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a strange, stale, greasy smell, which should have warned me. But no, I was stupid enough to order anyway. The food looked like something that had been simmering under a heat lamp for three days. The taste? A mixture of cardboard, shoe sole, and old frying oil. After the first two bites, I already knew: This was a mistake. The "salad" consisted of brown, mushy stuff that could have been recognized as vegetables at some point. The sauces had the consistency of wallpaper paste, and the meat was tough, half-raw, and burnt at the same time—how do you even manage that? Two hours later, the grand finale came: diarrhea and stomach cramps deluxe. I could have just bitten into a trash can; the result would have been the same—only probably more digestible. Never again! My advice to everyone: If your stomach, your life, and your weekend are worth anything to you, give this place a wide berth.

Eating it costs a kidney and half a liver, but the food is worth it. To all those lactose intolerant: Don't eat the mac and cheese. The Pale had to call a professional cleaning crew after me...

In my opinion, the best chicken for miles around! The classic half chicken, but all the other creations are world-class too (along with my favorite: the loaded fries with spicy hollandaise, truffle mayo, and pickles, and a portion of classic wings)! It always puts you in a good mood to be there! The prices aren't cheap, but they're absolutely reasonable and appropriate for the top-quality food I've always had.

I don't see why you wouldn't give it 5 stars. The food is fresh, hot, delicious, and the guys are great.

Who needs Kentucky when Recklinghausen has something like this to offer? It's simple, honest, and really good. When you get that fast-food craving, nothing hits like Ducy Tenders with Döveling ketchup. The people behind the counter are great, and the atmosphere is always lively. The only problem is that sometimes the space in the store doesn't quite match the crowds.

The fries were thick yet perfectly crispy. The hot wings were really hot. I like spicy food, and these were perfect for that. They were crispy, too, of course. The people themselves were super nice, too.

Brother, I went in hungry and walked out with 12 new bacon rolls – and I haven't regretted it one bit. Fried food doesn't do things by halves. Everything is fried, probably even the receipt if you're not careful. The chicken? Brother... so crispy, I thought I was biting into a golden-brown poem. Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside – like a good relationship. I can feel the tenders being soaked in buttermilk for 24 hours! About the Magma sauce: Not just spicy – it's lava on steroids. Don't dip. Dab. And even then, only if you've made your will first. The boss bought me a drink at the beginning. Best decision. I've been addicted ever since 😱

Aside from the phenomenal food, lavish drink selection, and stylish ambiance, the host and crew are incredibly friendly, making it worth a visit for that reason alone! I'd happily let myself be adopted and work there as a mascot for minimum wage...amk <3

Super friendly staff, cool decor, and, of course, incredibly delicious food. The breading on the tenders is super tasty and crispy. Wearing gloves while eating is highly recommended; the meat is very juicy.

It was my first time there and I was really, really satisfied. The regular fries had a nice, slightly spicy flavor thanks to the seasoning used for the chicken, etc. The wings were also delicious and nice and crispy. The highlight was the burger with chicken breast (which I haven't had in any other place before), caramelized onions, cheese, and pastrami, which I didn't really need on the burger, but it didn't negatively impact the burger. The place is rather small and therefore doesn't have much seating, but otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. Overall, a very cohesive place with the best fried chicken around. PS: Definitely try the truffle mayo, it's AMAZING!

I'm honestly surprised why I haven't written a review since it reopened. But I've been a fan of Frittierbar since day one, in every respect. The ambience, food and service and every subcategory that goes with that should also be rated with 5 stars. The guys behind it all are simply amazing; there's an incredible amount of passion and history behind every burger, every fry and a regular coleslaw. I don't go there very often, but I know that the taste doesn't just stay in my stomach, but also in my heart. I know that in 5 years' time I'll 100% be looking forward to a BBQ burger or a curry whip just as much as I did on the first day. I love Frittierbar.

The pastrami burger was delicious. I especially like the flavor of the breading. The staff is friendly and puts effort into preparing the food. The restaurant has a cool interior, but it would be nice to have a few more seating options.

The food was very tasty and not too expensive either. We had the Half Hen, the Ducy Tenders and Mama's Mac. In our opinion, Mom's Mac didn't taste that good, but that can vary depending on the person. We had eaten in the restaurant. When the music was suddenly turned on, it was unpleasantly loud for about 5 minutes until the employees decided it was too loud and then turned it down. The food is definitely delicious and if you fancy chicken and like spicy food, you can go here with a clear conscience. However, I would recommend either eating outside or ordering take away as it is a bit tight inside.

If you miss the Kult Bude Imbiss Döveling in Recklinghausen Süd, you will get your money's worth here. Because here you can find the well-known chicken seasoning. But it also has its own charm and original offerings.

Small but nice or something like that. It's hard to believe, but this secret gem has been around in downtown Recklinghausen for two years now. It is located on a side street directly behind the Palais Vest shopping center. The store is small and the line outside the store shows that it is a fixture. Hansel and Gretel must have felt something similar when they stood in front of the crispy house. This is not for the mixed salad group, hot and greasy is the order of the day here. This is where the cardiologist's eyes get wet. But what's really right: It's not right, it's super delicious. The portions are large and everything is nice but not greasy. My recommendation: tender chicken and the hamburger with pastirma and caramelized onions. The guys behind the counter are friendly and attentive. A combination that is rarely found today. Great store, thumbs up, and all the best for the future.
