By chance, I just ordered a pickup order through Wolt, as I was just around the corner. The specified preparation time was perfectly adhered to. Furthermore, the food was well packaged and served piping hot. I received a friendly greeting upon pickup. And, in the end, everything (butter chicken and naan) tasted absolutely amazing.

5 Stars – Authentic Indian cuisine with excellent service I went to Haweli in Cologne- Zollstock for lunch today and I was completely impressed. For €13.90 I received a delicious Chicken Jalfrezi, served with fragrant saffron basmati rice and freshly baked naan. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, the curry sauce was balanced and spicy with fresh peppers and coriander – a real treat. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered and felt well looked after throughout my entire stay. The ambience is cozy and tastefully designed, with loving details that create a pleasant atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent price-performance ratio. The portion was generous and the quality of the food left nothing to be desired. I can fully recommend Haweli and am already looking forward to my next visit. A real highlight for lovers of Indian cuisine in Cologne!  Very good food! Service top! I've been to many, but none of them have prepared the food in such an unseasoned and bland manner - and various coordinated spices are actually a trademark of delicious Indian dishes, right? The rice and the meat were dry and hard. One employee has a pretty high-strung tone. Overall, it had nothing to do with Indian food. No recommendation

The portions are small and overpriced. The dishes are broken. The naan with minced lamb only had a little tomato sauce in some corners. The butter chicken was extremely sweet. Why do you sprinkle fried onions on rice? This food has nothing to do with Indian food. The people who write that it is authentic obviously don't know their stuff. The right spices were missing. When we were asked if we liked it, we politely replied that we know the food differently (we are Indian ourselves) and were offered to make it spicier. Indian food is not only spicy but consists of a plethora of spices that were not used here. When we declined, we had to hear that we had to follow the trend and adapt the food and that the chefs with work visas couldn't stay long and that the hourly wage was so high that we had to think about what was worth it since we were running a business. Unfortunately, none of this changes the quality of the food, which absolutely does not justify the high prices. We won't come back and regret being here. Unfortunately, I only went to the women's toilet at the end with the completely sticky floor, otherwise I would have left straight away. Update after feedback on this review: Since we didn't like anything, we didn't eat anything and didn't want to take it with us. We didn't ask for the naan bread and we didn't want the ice cream either because we didn't like it. We kindly reported this back. Nevertheless, we remained decent and gave tips, even if we were loudly said goodbye while we were still talking. Don't worry, we won't be coming back anyway. Unfortunately the food is not authentic. We know the courts. Several other reviews say the same thing.
