Haus Tutt in Köln

A small, charming restaurant. We were there over the weekend and the food was delicious. The only slightly annoying thing was that the bill was wrong at the end. Everyone received the wrong bill, and we had to be asked several times what we had ordered. But perhaps the waitress was just having a bad day. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Our son Oliver had a table for four people today, September 28, 2025. Service was very fast and very friendly. The food was very tasty. We can only recommend TUTT.

We visited Haus Tutt for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. The aperitif, starter, main courses, and even the Kaiserschmarrn for dessert were simply fantastic, as was the service – super friendly and attentive!

It was a large group, but the service was still very good and attentive. The food was served buffet-style, with plenty of variety, and everything was delicious.

Very welcoming and super flexible for special vegetarian requests. A big thank you to the chef and the attentive service. See you very soon.

Good restaurant, good atmosphere, great service, what more could you want!

The roast beef with onions was truly amazing! And so was the chanterelle soup from the weekly menu. Truly an authentic and friendly place with a superb chef.

We waited over an hour in vain for the food. Then we had to leave hungry. I expect more than a silly excuse about how busy it was. I can't comment on the quality of the food.

Hemos comido en Haus Tutt en varias ocasiones y siempre hemos disfrutado tanto de la comida como de la cerveza. Teníamos la sala trasera reservada para un evento social (22 de marzo) sin unas 30 personas. Los pedidos de comida eran tomados rápidamente, y a pesar de que había tantos de nosotros, si había una espera para la comida no nos dimos cuenta. Siempre una bienvenida amable y un buen momento en Haus Tutt. Gracias.

Unfortunately, the food was so delicious that I don't have any pictures 😉 Burgers, tarte flambée and pork medallions were highly recommended. The service is attentive and friendly. The ambience is nice, unfortunately the acoustics are not that great, so it gets very loud very quickly.

We were there at the Weiberfastnacht and the atmosphere was exuberant and there was a pleasant audience there. It's hard to get in as it is very popular and it is advisable to get there early

Very nice restaurant in a relaxed atmosphere in Neuehrenfeld. Large selection of dishes and very tasty, very attentive and friendly staff, unfortunately quite loud, therefore only 4 stars for overall impression. But fully recommended when it comes to home-style cooking.

Fresh food is prepared into delicious dishes with attention to detail. The cocktails are also recommended. The service is very attentive and friendly. We always feel very comfortable and are happy to come back.

I'll make it short. Super nice welcome and service and the ambience is completely like a brewery. The rump steak with fries and Mediterranean vegetables, the pumpkin cream soup and the Wiener Schnitzel (veal): world class!!! We'd love to come back. Best regards to Haus Tutt. The hamburgers

When everything is occupied it is quite loud. Unfortunately, noise absorbers are missing. Otherwise great. The chicken curry was simply amazing.

Good food in a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff!

Super friendly shop, everyone is welcome, even if you just want a drink. The staff is very friendly, relaxed and attentive. The food was always good to excellent, with the exception of the burger. Soups, bruschetta, tarte flambée very tasty, corn-fed chicken breast fantastic! Price/performance ratio very good. Ambiance is rustic and cozy, a bit noisy as it is usually full.

Delicious ravioli, attentive service... inside is nicer than outside, but if the weather is good, you can sit outside. We will be back!

There were 7 of us and we were shown to the back of the restaurant. It was very empty and there was mostly country music playing. When asked, it was finally turned down. The Bruscetta starter was highly recommended and is served with several toppings. We had meals from the weekly menu as well as the recommendation (grate cakes, which were rather small). The portions were smaller than expected, but still a very filling meal. The waitresses were very nice and kept coming to ask how we were doing. For dessert there was the Kaiserschmarn for €7.9; a decent portion. Unfortunately there were a lot of noises because the kitchen was very close and there wasn't too much going on, so you had to talk loudly despite the empty room. Generally a nice evening. Thank you very much!

We have been living in Neu-Ehrenfeld since 1989 and Haus Tutt has been a meeting point for many. Thanks to Mr. Palanli, who took over it years ago, there is life back here. It stands for celebrations, conviviality, cosiness, good food and well-being. There are events for many occasions. One of the hotspots for the 5th season. We like the atmosphere in the restaurant just as much as the opportunity to sit outside when the weather is nice. Everyone should find something when choosing dishes. You can also find unusual dishes and combinations of ingredients here. You feel comfortable with such friendly service staff. It's nice to enjoy the time and forget about everyday life. That's exactly why you go to “Haus Tutt”. Thank you

Worst tarte flambée I've ever eaten. It felt more like you were eating smoked chips. Far dry, no taste and tough dry strips of beef (not fillet). Not enough for €17 tarte flambée. Ambience ok, one star for that.

I have known the “Tutt” for 40 years and was here again after a long time. Under new management and various spatial changes, it is even more beautiful than it was back then.

Extremely nice and courteous owners of an atmospheric restaurant/bar. Friends rented a room there for their birthday. I am thrilled by the great hospitality.

A quiet, rural and cozy hotel run by a family. The food and service are great and our room is good too. We have already had several family celebrations here and always enjoy coming back.

Just had the very best cordon bleu in Cologne in January. Everything is freshly prepared and therefore all components are very tasty. Yesterday, however, the schnitzel was fried white, i.e. very well done and therefore dry and tough. The pan-fried vegetables have probably been warmed up several times and all types of vegetables can only be recognized by their appearance. All taste neutral and bathed in fat. The gratin was cold, wobbly and also overcooked. It's a shame, but we'll probably no longer have an appetite for it any time soon

Spontaneously popped in here yesterday for a few Kölsch. Nice team, delicious beer and pleasant audience.

Food was quite ok. The service was nice, but maybe she was too busy. Because even though I ordered ketchup and mayonnaise twice, nothing came. It's just a small thing, but it still annoyed me.

Friendly staff, good food, large portions. I had a steak whose meat was cooked perfectly. My partner's veal schnitzel was a bit bland and dry. Therefore one point deducted.

Food very good. Every first Thursday of the month there is Kölsch singing and drinking at 8 p.m. But reserve a seat, it's always busy

Unfortunately my meal was a disappointment. Goose menu, consommé bland (like water!), the main course, the goose breast was good, the leg was tough as leather. It couldn't pull off the dessert either. My companion's food was good. I was annoyed about the money spent. Service ok so far.

Jubel-Trubel FC Szene Brauhaus Lokal. Essen war gut, das Lachssteak sogar richtig klasse. Das Wiener Schnitzel ziemlich fade im Geschmack, das Fleisch jedoch spitze. Bratkartoffeln.... sind keine. Nicht zu empfehlen. Publikum, so 30er-40er Schnitt in Feier-Laune. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Tisch Reservierung hat leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Der bestätigte Tisch war nicht frei = 20 Minuten an der Theke warten. Die angebotenen Getränke zur Überbrückung standen am Ende zu unserer Verwunderung ganz normal auf der Rechnung. Es war wirklich sehr voll, da kann man vielleicht schon mal etwas den Überblick verlieren und insgesamt hatten sie das noch gut im Griff, deshalb gibt es von uns für diesen Samstag Abend noch 4 Sterne. Wiederholung möglich, aber dann lieber in der Woche.

Fast immer voll, deswegen häufig laut. Trotzdem a plce to be wegen gutem Essen und Top Service!

Der "Kaiserschmarrn mit Vanilleeis" war eine Zumutung. Die kleinen Teigstücke waren trocken und hart und der Geschmack war nur Zucker. Mit dem Vanilleeis, welches geschmeckt hat, hat man das herunter bekommen. Nie wieder! Schade um die 7.90€.

Alles was das Herz begehrt! Ich war heute das erste Mal bei Haus Tutt und darf sagen, ich wurde erstklassig bedient. So wohl habe ich mich selten gefühlt! Zum Essen hatte ich den Zwiebelrostbraten, eine satte Portion aus Rumpsteak und Bratkartoffeln und einer kräftigen, aromatischen Sauce mit Thymian und Rosmarin - genauso hatte ich mir ihn erhofft! Vorweg hatte ich eine Spinat Cremesuppe, die toll abgeschmeckt war. Ich war im siebenten Schlemmerhimmel! Den Merlot kann ich sehr empfehlen. Danke für das tolle Abendessen!

Ein sehr schöner Laden auf der Landmannstraße in Ehrenfeld. Sehr einladend um ein Bier oder sonstige Spirituosen zu trinken. Das Essen ist auch gut. Nettes Personal und angenehme Gäste jeden alters.

Wir waren mit einigen Kollegen*innen hier. Das Essen war sehr mittelmäßig: der Flammkuchen spärlich belegt, der Teig hart wie Knäckebrot. Leider wurden Getränke zuviel abgerechnet. Wir sollten von Kolleg*innen Getränke übernehmen, die früher gegangen sind. Nach Rücksprache mit diesen, hatten sie aber vollständig bezahlt. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber unaufmerksam und kam eher selten an den Tisch. Alles in allem: wir gehen lieber woanders hin.
