Have been eating for three days in a row and have always received friendly and attentive service. Can't understand other people's bad reviews. We'd love to come back

Unfortunately the food there is inedible. But what do you expect when the food is on the table within 3 minutes. The baked kebab was brought to the table in a kind of tomato sauce and gratinated cheese. Visually it looked great, but unfortunately that was it. Meat was mushy like it came from a package from the supermarket. If the place had been full, you would have understood that things sometimes go wrong, but we were the only ones there apart from one other person. The meat was floating in water (not fat) but water, which looked like a spoonful of tomato paste had been stirred in. Never experienced anything like this. And then also stroppy service who said it had to be that way. I had to return the entire meal because it was really inedible. We left hungry and got a fish sandwich at the fish stall at the harbor. It's better to go there, at least you'll get quality 👌

Ordered gyros with fries without salad but still got tzatziki. After complaining, people messed around in the food to remove tzatziki. After further complaining, the service became even more sloppy. Then gave a new dish. The taste is rather disgusting. Baked kebab tastes great too! 1. When we came in we said hello. 2. If I don't get what I ordered then it's clear that a complaint will be made. And if you mess with your food and try to make you think it's a new meal, complaints will be made again. As a service provider you have failed. You can't even call it a bad chip shop. It's all just a waste of time. And if you treat guests like that, you have to expect such an application.

Not again... Friendly reception, order taken quickly and unfortunately quickly forgotten again. After a long wait I asked again. The waiter apologizes and brings us our drinks again. He says on the house and promises quick delivery of the pizzas we ordered. Will then be delivered at short notice. My wife ordered a tuna pizza with a little onion. But it looked totally different and we called the waiter again. He explained to us that the tuna and onions were under the very thick layer of cheese and insisted that it was the real pizza. My wife then ate about half a pizza and couldn't find any tuna or onions. When we were paying, another waiter came. We then asked him about it. He looks at the remaining half of my wife's pizza and says that it's not tuna but a vegetarian pizza and explains to us that his colleague is a temporary worker and doesn't know that for sure. As an apology he says we can eat on the house next time. Just saying that he said that. There will probably be no next time for us and our family.

Ordered pizza to pick up several times and the pizza was quite small, but tasted ok. Unfortunately, we made the mistake on the day of departure and went there for dinner in the early afternoon. When we asked that we would rather have bread instead of fries as a side dish with our kebab plate, we were told that that wasn't possible... Bread is available as a side dish on the menu for the same price as a portion of fries. When I politely asked why that wasn't possible, I received a harsh answer: Because it's not on the menu. Ok then, unfortunately, fries again. Unfortunately, when the food came, the meat was as if it had been briefly warmed up in the pan (probably due to the time of day, but the quality of the kebab meat was worse. I hadn't eaten something so bad in a long time. The salad dressing was good quality and... In terms of taste, we'll probably stick with it again, if at all we could make up for the shortcomings with good service. Unfortunately, the team didn't manage to do that that day.

Very nice staff, all dishes are recommended. We have been camping there for 10 years and have never been disappointed!

When we asked whether we could still eat upstairs shortly before closing, we were hesitant but were still allowed. Thank you for that. The sunset view from there was very romantic. The cabonara and pommdöner were hot and delicious. The service was courteous, we would be happy to come back.

We spontaneously ordered a gyro plate to take away, it was supposed to be ready after 15 minutes and it was. The food was nice and hot and we found it delicious. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo. The service people were friendly. I can only report positive things.

There shouldn't be any fish today. And the decision was exactly the right one. Very tasty food. Calling the antipasti platter an appetizer doesn't do it justice. This was a complete meal. I can only recommend the oriental liver. Price - performance is right. Now the boys just have to work on their structuring. Then there is the last star there.

Delicious food and very nice staff! Eating took a while because it was very very full, so we got 2 plates of bruschetta on the house! Our son's drink tipped over, so there was a new one on the house (without us asking) very attentive :) Always happy to come back!! Best regards!

Personally, I found it more of a good snack bar than a restaurant. There are a few criticisms, but I don't want to set the bar too high. It may not have been a particularly sophisticated meal, but it was tasty and filling. The price is also fair for what you get served. Service was quick and it was a pleasant dining experience.

The staff is very friendly and super fast. Every dish we ate was 1000% perfectly prepared. The boss is there for his guest and takes every guest very seriously. We can only recommend everyone to eat here.

Everything was free with a sea view but since we were only 4 people instead of 6 people they wanted to put us in the last corner. They couldn't give us an explanation. Upstairs it was said that people could still come, downstairs it was said that it wasn't worth serving upstairs. Well, we spent our money elsewhere...

This 2024 season we have already been to the campsite there for dinner three times. Since we were very satisfied, we visited the location again early this evening. At first I was a bit irritated that the drinks I ordered were brought to the table without coasters. My wife accidentally didn't change her side dish to "rice." When the baked kebab was served, the waiter very kindly announced that he would exchange the fries for rice. So far so good. My schnitzel dish was brought without the side salad mentioned on the menu; The mayonnaise was also missing. After one or two bites, I brought my food back to the counter, pointing out that it was lukewarm. A new meal was then brought to me. The rice that was served in the meantime was hot, quite mushy and tasted as if a dash of tomato sauce had been stirred in; unfortunately pretty tasteless. In the meantime, another employee appeared and asked if the food was OK. I replied that it had been bad and that we would go downstairs to the checkout to speak to the boss to settle the bill. I then presented my criticism to the young man, who introduced himself as the boss, in a calm and objective manner, but unfortunately it bounced off him. The cook even came out of the kitchen and intervened in the conversation in an aggressive tone. Unfortunately, I then discovered that the “boss” was more than resistant to criticism. Simply amazing; no recognition of mistakes that had happened on the part of the house. I will no longer and am not allowed to enter this restaurant because of the “house ban”!

Offers a lot of choice, but as it is: if you have many different dishes such as pizza and kebab and gyros on offer at the same time, the oversupply leads to a lack of specialization. I liked the kebab plate with fries the most. Although with the name “Castello” and orientation you would actually expect a pizzeria. Of all things, the pizza was the least tasty. The dough is very thick, and all the pizzas are exactly the same size and have the same toppings. Like in system catering. Although “big” is actually the wrong word. The pizza was rather small, even though we ordered and paid for the “large” version. The house can afford it in the meantime. Due to the numerous campers on the site, there is always a lot going on here, people picking up the car give each other the handle and diners wait for free seats. Accordingly, it can even become uncomfortably crowded at peak times. Nothing for a romantic evening. Throughput counts here.

Unfortunately, I've never eaten anything so tasteless. After our day at the beach we ordered two pizzas, ordering was quick and uncomplicated. Everything wonderful so far. I'm not one to rush either, but we were both so disappointed that we were annoyed that we ordered this pizza. The dough and the tomato sauce of the pizzas tasted like nothing, no spices or anything like that...really like nothing. The only thing you could taste were the onions, but the freshness of the dough and the strong, subtle taste of the fresh tomato sauce, as you would expect, were 0.0. My partner had herder's cheese as a topping, which also had a consistency more like marshmallow and didn't taste like anything. We have never seen such “cheese” before. Shepherd's cheese is normally holey, crumbly and turns brown when baked, but this was definitely not one. We eat pizza regularly but we haven't had anything like this that we were really annoyed about having stuffed ourselves with. The day before yesterday we ate a frozen pizza from the discounter at home, which unfortunately was or was much better and tastier. Unfortunately, it was a total failure and we were doubly annoyed because you expect a delicious, tasty, fresh pizza. I would like to emphasize again that I don't want to cause any agitation. But unfortunately I or we cannot recommend it to anyone based on what we experienced and tasted. So sorry we are. For the life of me, I can't imagine that the dough, the sauce and most of the ingredients in general are homemade, let alone fresh.

A really good restaurant for a campsite. We ate there on 3 evenings and always enjoyed it. The staff was attentive and very friendly.

Grill plate is highly recommended, delicious, with lots of salad, fries, flatbread and tzatziki. As a daily offer for €20.90. My wife didn't have a chance to finish the plate. Service was very nice and accommodating. We were very satisfied and will come back.

Pizza, kebab, gyros. We decided on pizza (from €9.90 and up). In terms of taste, it has little to do with an Italian pizza. The topping - finger-thick. Sausages stacked on top of each other with a big pile of cheese on top. Side salad: a handful of endive salad garnished with a load of ready-made salmon-colored dressing. A portion of ketchup €0.90. The half beer is €5.20 and the small Fanta is €3.40 or €3.80 - I forgot.

At the end of our short vacation at the campsite, we picked up pizza there again this year. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and accommodating! The pizza is really good! Hopefully the tenants will stay with the campsite for a long time...

The pizza was delicious! Lasagna would have been very tasty if it didn't just taste like peppers. Please be sure to include paprika on the menu or, even better, just leave it out! I would never have ordered it that way because I don't like peppers.

It wasn't really bad but not really very good either. It's basically a kebab shop with seats and the service is quick. The prices are also fair for the location. Overall everything was average and I would maybe go here again.

The only restaurant with a beautiful view of the mudflats. Nice staff and simple but inexpensive dishes. Unfortunately there was no dessert available.

Wollten Kaffee trinken und wurden dann in die Bäckerei nebenan verwiesen da Kaffeeautomat defekt. Warum konnte das nicht der Mitarbeiter tun?

Da habe ich schon besser gegessen. „Italienisch“ ist die Pizza nicht. Direkt auf dem Campingplatz, da wundert es nicht, bei der Vielzahl Camper, das die Bewertungen gut sind. Aber so gut, kann es nicht glauben. Meine Wahl ist es nicht mehr.

Wir sind Sonntag angekommen (10.9.23) und waren abends dort essen. Meine Frau eine Pizza und ich den Gyrosteller. Das Essen kam schnell und es war lecker. Ich kann die negstiven Erfahrungen der andern nicht teilen. Im Gegenteil, wir waren absolut zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Leider können wir die guten Bewertungen nicht teilen. Wollten das Mittagsangebot nutzen, leider ist der Vorspeisensalat echt sehr mickrig und das Dressing hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Die Pizza ist eher durchschnittlich, wirklich nichts besonderes. Das Mittagsangebot lohnt sich unser Meinung überhaupt nicht, man zahlt sogar drauf, je nachdem welche Pizza man auswählt und der Salat ist das wirklich nicht wert. Die Getränkepreise sind extrem teuer. Leider hat der Service bei uns auch total versagt. Eine Pizza von 3 wurde vergessen. Wir haben Bier dazu bestellt, es wurde nicht gefragt welche Größe, sondern einfach das Große gebracht. Wir würden hier nicht nochmal essen.

Unterirdisch schlecht Da wir nur 200m von der Pizzeria campen, haben wir heute verschiedene Gerichte abgeholt . Lasagne besteht nur aus einem klumpen Käse . Pommes waren alles andere als knusprig. Pizza Diavolo steht im Prospekt sehr scharf drin, hat aber sogar meine Frau gegessen. Ich habe ihm die pommes und die Lasagne wieder vor gebracht. Ausser einer Entschuldigung kam nichts. Zum Glück gibt's hier genügend gute Restaurants und wir schauen eigentlich immer auf die Google Bewertungen aber 4,2 Sterne für diesen Schuppen sind definitiv zuviel. Waren heute bei Fisch und Meer. Der absolute Wahnsinn. Top. Selbstbedienung aber das Essen ist schnell fertig. Gehen auf jedenfall wieder hin.

2 Pizzen (24cm) geholt, 4 € für extra Champignons und 3,60 für Knoblauch ! Pizza hat nicht viel Geschmack, Boden trocken.Das geht besser. Schade

Essen war Ok Leider waren eine Menge geschmacksverstärker mit im Spiel Die chicken Nuggets für die Kinder schmeckten alt und waren nicht ganz durch

Ich habe mir einen Gyros Teller mit Pommes bestellt. Für den Preis 13.90€ wurde ich leider enttäuscht. Es kam nämlich nur sehr viel Pommes mit einen Häubchen Gyros oben drauf an.

Was einem als Lasange angeboten wird, ist wiederlich. Kein Geschmack, keine Sauce dafür billiges Hackfleisch und unendlich Käse. Die Pizzen sind auch nicht zu empfehlen, dünn belegt und ohne Geschmack. Nie wieder!!

Waren die Woche zwei Mal dort. Beim ersten Mal sparsame Portionen, aber sehr lecker. Beim nächsten Mal riesige Portionen, aber trockenes Fleisch. Würden es nochmal versuchen, aber wohl lieber erst nächstes Jahr.

Habe heute mit meiner Frau und den Kindern Pizza dort gegessen und muss sagen wir waren alle begeistert. Sehr lecker, sehr freundlich , und für einen Campingplatz sind die Preise OK. Werde im nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder dort Essen gehen.

Keine Lust zu arbeiten ? Am Karnevalswochenende,trotz vieler Gäste war geschlossen. Auch auf dem Wohnmobilstellplatz viele Camper! Es geht wohl allen zu gut,denke ich.

Man kann dort mal gut was essen, wenn man keine weiten Wege möchte, allerdings ist die Pizzeria nicht mit nem klassischen Italiener zu vergleichen.

War da Personal sehr unfreundlich und die Küche dreckig ist und das essbesteck ist nicht nehr zu gebrauchen der letzte Müll nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Nichts zu beanstanden! Wir kommen sehr oft zum Haus am Sommerdeich und haben am Service und Küchenpersonal nichts auszusetzen! Best of und liebe Grüße von Norbert und Beate!

Wir haben nur zwei Pommes mit Soßen bestellt und das war schon zu viel. Die Pommes waren labbrig, schmeckten fahl und wie aus der Mikrowelle. Wenn gewürzt wurde, dann höchstens mit einer Prise Salz. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Super leckeres Essen und sehr nette Bedienung. Stehen auf dem Campingplatz und waren schon öfter in der Pizzeria 👍Essen mitnehmen… auch kein Problem 👍👍Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.

Essen ist sehr lecker und von den Portionen ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und denkt mit. Ebenfalls sind alle sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Wir waren 2 mal da und wenn unsere Zeit nicht vorbei wäre, würden wir wiederkommen. Vielleicht auf bald.

Pizza verbrannt, Nudelgerichte schmecken nach nix, Soßen schmecken wie billig Fertigsoßen… Sorry aber lecker ist anders ! Kinderportionen zu groß und zu teuer !

Also fangen wir mal an Essen dauerte ca 55 Minuten bevor es am Tisch war. Die Hälfte der Bestellung war falsch oder unvollständig das war ja noch nicht einmal das schlimmste in zwei der Bestellungen fanden wir Haare. Übrigens auch am Nachbarn Tisch war es genauso 😂. Bei der beschwerde wurde geantwortet das sei nicht sein Problem. Also alles im allem nicht zu empfehlen.
