The food is always delicious and the service is good too. But it was really loud in the dining room, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us.

Shrinkification… I haven't been here for 3 years and since then the cordonbleu has become thinner and has less good ingredients. I was very disappointed, I was really looking forward to the (formerly) best schnitzel in the city 😢

Decent portions, nice staff, pleasant interior. Was there for the first time. I'd love to come back.

Good restaurant. Everything we ordered, from vegan to vegetarian to meat, was very tasty and organically certified. The portions are also well sized. So there is something for everyone.

Very tasty burgers - organic meat, vegetarian or vegan -, schnitzel, cheese spaetzle, tarte flambée and salads. The wine selection is also great.

Rustic meets modern We liked the reviews, so we visited. Were greeted nicely and had a table straight away. Service Kraft was friendly and took our orders promptly, which came quickly. What was ordered was schnitzel and cordon blue. Both with fries, salad and sauce. Overall tasty. It's just a shame that the amount of meat was a bit manageable. Schnitzel wafer-thin. Feels more breading): . Which was a real shame because the taste was actually good. Cordon blue was ok, but also a bit very big and very thin): . There was cheese. Prices a little more expensive. Sauce for this was really a dream. Very tasty for soaking the fries. Salad also delicious, especially the dressing. Ambience was good. Only the volume was bad. They sat opposite us, but unfortunately there was no possibility of conversation. We really didn't understand each other. We didn't want to shout, so no conversation while eating): . It was also sad that we were constantly bombarded by noise from both sides. Very, very loud and unpleasant. Hard to bear towards the end. It's a shame, because the place itself is something special. The place itself is well filled. Service staff had a lot to do. It took a while before we could pay. Something was overlooked. But then everything worked.

In direct comparison to the location in the ski jump, unfortunately not recommended. The employees seemed like the guests were annoying. A very nice person in service came later and saved the evening. The food itself is good. It's a shame that the vegan sausages we ordered were cold. Next time we'll go to the ski jump again.

First of all, I would like to praise the attentive and fast service. The salad with Ricota Spinach Maultaschen was delicious, the sauce was nothing special. Unfortunately, the salad apparently wasn't washed, which is why it crunched in your mouth... that's a shame and unappetizing. We both found the outside area dingy and unkempt. Window sills unclean, plants not cared for. We paid just under €50 for the two of us.

So the Kässpätzle were really excellent, far from home. But you have to be really hungry because the portions are huge. The Kellerbier is also highly recommended and the service was very nice and very fast! Gladly again

What else can you write: the service team and food/drink selection are simply great!!!! I'd love to come back!

Rustic decor but not shabby. The food is very tasty and there is everything from vegan to massive meat packages. Service staff is always available. As it is often full, reservations should be made in advance. In the early evening it is quite restless outside because there is a lot of traffic at the intersection: buses, pedestrians, cars.

Es war mal wieder super und sehr schön. Wir hatten vorab reserviert und schon bei der telefonischen Resevierung hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Hatari war sehr gut besucht und wir wurden freundlich empfangen und willkommen geheißen. Unser Tisch war am Fenster und wir konnten auch gleich bestellen. Die Getränke kamen sehr zügig und auch das ausgesuchte Essen kam nach ungefähr 15 Minuten. Die Portionen sind auch wirklich was für den großen Hunger. Super angerichtet und garniert Ein „Must do“ sind die Käsespätzle. So sau lecker. Großer Dank an die Küche!! Die Bedienung war super freundlich, offen, präsent und wirklich auf zack. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungenes und leckeres Essen in einer sehr schönen Location. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great food with lovely and cozy ambienca

The food is ok. I had a tarte flambée with goat cheese. It wasn't anything special but tasty. My companion had the salad with goat cheese. It was very big and looked great. Next time I would use it instead of Flammuchen. Ambience is quaint and cozy. Service is good and friendly.

Anfangs war es einwenig laut und hektisch, besserte sich später. Nur das Essen kam einfach nicht. Nach 60 Minuten Wartezeit konnte die Qualität nicht überzeugen. Vegane Bratwürstchen muss man echt nicht haben, Burger "mit scharf gegrilltem Kassler" schmeckte eher gekocht und insgesamt langweilig und Pommes latschig. Hatari Schnitzel dürfte TK-Convenience gewesen sein.

Went there to eat twice and wasn't disappointed both times. The Maultaschen salad and the wild mushroom meal were very tasty and plentiful. The service is friendly, very helpful and pleasantly relaxed. The atmosphere is not quite as homely as I had hoped for from a “Pfälzer Stube”, but still cozy enough.

Authentic southern Germany cuisine. Warm, informal atmosphere. Staff members are kind and smile at you :) Vegan options available.

A great restaurant with a very nice team. The food is simply great, there is something for everyone - there is also a good selection for vegans. My favorite: The Cordon Bleu with cheese spaetzle. Definitely try it out!

Super nice atmosphere, the employees are exceptionally positive and friendly. The location is great, the food is excellent, regional Palatinate Swabian cuisine peppered with home-style dishes and the price-performance ratio is very good, so this restaurant or pub, also known as a mixture of both, gets my absolute recommendation. The connection to the public transport network of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg is also excellent here

Das beste Cordon-Bleu in Hamburg, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr guter Service und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Bei jedem Besuch in Hamburg ein Muss.

Sehr nett, Essen lecker - nur leider eine recht enge Tischstellung und wir waren vom Heizungsausfall betroffen.

Das Essen war maximal Durchschnitt (die Portionen waren zwar sehr groß, aber das panierte Schnitzel war trocken und zäh). Ansonsten war es eine angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr nette Bedienung.

Hauptsache, das Personal ist gut mit Essen und Trinken versorgt. Gäste sind egal. Gute Einstellung.

Einfach der beste von allem Hataris in HH, Preisleistung und übertroffen. Schön rustikales Ambiente, mit deftigen Essen und dazu ein leckeres helles Bayreuther vom Fass genießen. P.S. Man kann bei über großem Hunger immer gut das Cordonbleu um Käsespätzle ergänzen.

Das Essen war sehr gut, genau wie das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war laut aber freundlich. Die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein uns waren nicht abschließbar.

Tipp: Bester vegetarischer Burger der Stadt (Seitan) , für nicht Veganer besonders empfehlenswert mit Cheddar Käse. Kein Fleisch kann das besser... dazu ordentliche Portionen. (Keine albernen Körbchen oder Schälchen mit 4 "Wedges", sonder dazu ein richtiger Haufen knusprige Pommes.) Super!

Gelungener Abend in netter Umgebung. Und was ganz wichtig für die Auswahl der Location war: Kinder sind dort herzlich willkommen und kurzfristige Reservierung sind ebenfalls möglich. Das Essen ist gut, die Preise fair und der Service sehr freundlich. Da es recht voll war, dauerten die Getränke etwas länger und es wurde auch eins vergessen. Dennoch hatten wir eine gute Zeit dort und ich kann das Schnitzel wärmstens empfehlen.

La comida rica , trato muy bueno y a buen precio en un local muy cool y bien situado. Comida alemana. Cuatro cervezas, una kola y dos platos de los principales de comida alemana. 53 euros. Todo perfecto.

Eine super familiäre, sehr kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre, ausgesprochen nettes Team, die alles möglich machen - sie organisieren einem selbst bei vollem Laden, ohne Reservierung einen Platz. Unser Stammlokal mit Biofleisch-Gerichten oder alternativ veganen Gerichten mit pfälzischem Ursprung. Nen Schnaps gibts meist zum Abgang - toller Laden! Edit: Paar Jahre später müssen wir leider nach unten korrigieren,… was den Geschmack angeht bzgl. Saitan Burger und Spätzle wurde stark nachgelassen. Die Zutaten wurden anscheinend geändert und uns ist mehrmals jetzt danach schlecht gewesen. Werden uns wohl anderweitig umschauen.

Richtig super VEGANES Geschnetzeltes! Richtig fair, ich habe Leitungswasser ohne Probleme bekommen ☺️

Service très sympa, plats (spécialités du sud de l'Allemagne) vraiment copieux et goûteux. Je recommande la tarte pomme et cannelle en dessert à partager :-)

Lecker Essen und nette Bedienung

Früher war das Essen echt gut. Dieses mal leider so gar nicht, es hat sich sehr verschlechtert. Es gibt vegetarische Gerichte, ein Pluspunkt. 2 von 4 Gerichten waren komplett kalt, zudem ein Übermaß an Salat im Vergleich zum Rest. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber leider nicht angemessen - Beide haben die Gläser am oberen Rand transportiert. Lecker waren alle vier Gerichte nicht wirklich. Mit dem Schnitzel und Salat kann man auf "Nummer-Sicher" gehen, aber besonders ist es auch nicht mehr.

Wir waren 17 Uhr da nach kurzer Wartezeit. Gab es das essen 3 mal schnitzel und wir waren alle begeistert. Der Personal war super freundlich. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Sehr leckere Schnitzel, Käsespätzle auch super. Viele andere Sachen auf der Karte, die man nicht überall in HH bekommt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr nett. Öfters ist es sehr voll und manchmal sind die Leute dann auch ein bisschen überfordert. Aber wenn man sitzt ist es gemütlich, dann sind 10 Minuten länger warten auch kein Problem. Wir gehen hier sehr gerne und öfters hin.

Sehr lecker und üppige Portion zum fairen Preis

Wir waren mit 5 Personen anlässlich des Geburtstages meiner Schwester hier. Ausgesucht haben wir das Lokal, weil hier unter anderem auch süddeutsche Küche angeboten wird. Gegessen haben wir Kässpätzle, Braten, Cordon Bleu. Sehr, sehr lecker. Als Vorspeise haben wir uns Obatzder geteilt. Die Portionen sind insgesamt sehr üppig, hier wird man doppelt satt. Am besten geschmeckt hat mir die braune Bratensoße zusammen mit den Spätzle. Der Service war nett und freundlich, nur junge Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Einzig die Wartezeit bis wir essen konnten, war recht lang, obwohl vielleicht die Hälfte der Tische besetzt waren. Ansonsten sollte man hier unbedingt mal essen gehen!

Wir hatten zwei super leckere Burger zum Mittagessen. Einmal die vegetarische und einmal die normale fleischige Variante. Der Service war super und sehr freundlich. Es war ein gutes Mittagessen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es gibt sowohl im Restaurant als auch außen Sitzplätze.

The food was pretty decent. I ordered a schnitzel, which was tasty and the portion was very big. The burger on the other hand, was pretty small and didn't worth its money. The decoration wasn't anything special, but still, it was OK. Also, they had a decent variable of beers. It is worth visiting if you want to taste the local cuisine.

Everything was delicious, the portions are quite big and very filling. We ordered a Schnitzel and curry wurts, both tasty and well made. However, the atmosphere is ok, could be better, but service was good and quick.

Authentic german restaurant with good meat dishes, wine and beer. I am going often there when I am in the area.

This is a great place, a friend who lives in the neighbourhood took us there, and we loved it. Noisy and full, but with a friendly feel and great food. Portions are huge, especially the schnitzel! Fries could have been better but after the burger I was so full it didn’t really matter.

Stopped in here for a couple of beers at the end of a full on day of being a tourist. Prices were reasonable staff really lovely and I'd certainly drop in for food next time I#m in town. Very hospitable and chilled and the menu looked great and dishes were all very well priced.

I waited before writing this review, to make sure three previous bad experiences were not just coincidences. Now I can say that after various disagreeable experiences, that this Hatari restaurant is for me the worst service I've been to Hamburg since I moved here ten years ago. Every order lasted around 20 min to be served, and when we reclaimed, we waited even longer. Meanwhile, they overcharged our bill with additional drinks we didn't have. The waitresses offered absolutely no apology and threw on the table the change without thank goodbye. I had similar experience the three previous times.

We visited here as a large group. Extremely friendly, and hospitable but you do need to book as the place gets busy. The food was incredibly tasty, we had the vegetarian spätzle and the ziege flammkuchen both incredibly tasty. Huge portions so recommend you go hungry. Great atmosphere as well.

We went to Hatari in “Schanzenviertel”. The service there was great, they were friendly and helpful. (Almost) everything on the menu can also be ordered vegetarian/vegan. They have a lot of choices. The burgers tasted great, there was a good variety of sauces and the pommes were nice. The price was right! Highly recommended!

I have been to one of the hataris several times already. The food is good quality food with great beers to wash it down with.

Very popular with locals, friendly staff and decent food. There are many places to eat in the locality but during our short visit Hamburg this was our favourite.

Really great place. It's always crowded and loud, so nothing for a romantic dates but great if you're out with friends. The burgers are amazing, the other dishes are great as well

This is my second visit to the restaurant and while the setting is rustic - the food is anything but rustic!!! Well cooked, tasty and huge portions! The Germans love their salads, but then they know how to make salad!!!! Despite my friend craving Hamburgers...
