Everything was great, good food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere; Alex and Lenny in particular were very polite.

Burger was tasty. Fries were rather cold. Service was okay, but not very efficient.

The burgers tasted good and were well-prepared. Unfortunately, that's almost where the positives end. The side dish portions were very small and far too expensive for what they offered. Furthermore, the restaurant already looked neglected in the afternoon: fries on the toilet steps and crumbs on the chairs and sofas didn't exactly speak to cleanliness. The service was also slow and inattentive. Overall, the experience was disappointing, despite the good burgers.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The portion sizes were great (I'm always very hungry). What I liked best was the service. The waiter was hilarious and we had a lot of laughs. I felt very comfortable.

We were out and about in the city as a couple and were looking for a place with delicious food and a good atmosphere. The Hamburgerei is very nice and pleasantly decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. The food, an "American" and a "Wilderer," was both perfectly cooked; the meat was juicy, and overall the burgers were absolutely delicious.

We ate here today with our three young children, and it was so lovely how the service and kitchen staff took such good care of us in such a friendly and welcoming way. We felt very comfortable, and the children especially had a great time because they were included and allowed to be themselves. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. However, the prices are quite high, and I think with more family-friendly prices, we would gladly come back more often. Thank you again for the wonderful time we had with you. We'd love to come back. We were there on Friday evening and I found it pleasantly quiet. The waitress was super friendly. The burgers are expensive, but really delicious. I think it's a shame that the fries aren't included and that you even have to pay extra for sauces like ketchup. But overall, the food is really excellent.

Nice place. Surprisingly quiet for lunch on a weekday. Quick and attentive service. The menu board next to the door shows numerous dishes, but it differentiates between different meals, which wasn't immediately obvious to me. Keep an eye out for the "Burger of the Month" special! 🙂

After reading the reviews, we were disappointed with the reality. The price is just for the burger itself, everything else is extra, so we have to pay extra. The burger was delicious, but the fries had lots of bits that had already been fried multiple times. The lemonade was delicious. All in all, no more than 3 stars. I wouldn't go again. Two drinks and two burgers for 50 euros is disproportionate. The owner's response is nice but incorrect. We certainly won't be back. For a while, they gave away a free dessert for a good review, hence the high rating.

The food was great, and so was the atmosphere! But what was completely unacceptable: Why wasn't the guy preparing the food wearing gloves? He was grabbing the food with his bare fingers, taking the fries out of the bowl with his fingers and then putting them in the serving dish. Normally, I would have gotten up immediately, but I didn't want to upset my wife and kids. I told them outside—now they're all disgusted. Ugh, ugh, ugh, and YUCK!!!

I had the Sicilian burger with fries – the honey mayo and seasoned ketchup were a great change of pace, along with fresh ingredients and delicious herb sauces; every bite was a delight. We visited the Hamburgerei in Kempten today for lunch. The restaurant was pleasantly quiet and not crowded. We ordered the Sicilian burger twice, with sides and drinks. The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful – assistance was offered immediately when scanning the QR code for the menu, and all our questions were answered politely. The ambiance is modern yet cozy, with soft background music at a comfortable volume. (Perhaps a small note for guests who prefer absolute silence.) The kitchen and restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent: the burgers were delicious, the meat juicy, the sauces creative and perfectly balanced, the salad fresh and crisp, and the fries freshly prepared. The wait time was just right for freshly made food. We paid around €50 for two burgers with sides and drinks, which is absolutely reasonable considering the quality. Overall, a very positive experience – especially thanks to the excellent service and the high-quality, freshly prepared food. Highly recommended!

We ended up here by chance one evening, intending to grab a bite to eat before heading to the sofa, and were more than pleasantly surprised. The selection isn't huge, but it's not small either; the burgers were delicious, and the loaded fries were amazing. The service was always quick and very friendly. The atmosphere was modern and cozy. All in all, a very nice evening. We highly recommend it!

It's really great, and so is the ambiance. However, a few weeks ago, the path from the kitchen to the guest bathroom was completely smeared and slippery. (Oil.) I pointed this out to the waitress, but she just shrugged and carried on walking. This could easily have led to one or even several accidents involving guests.

My wife and I have eaten at the Hamburgerei several times. They recently started offering breakfast, which rounds out their offerings nicely. With the burgers, you always have a choice of meat. There's also a vegetarian option. I'm also very happy with the salads. If a burger is too much for me, I'll happily opt for one. The staff was always very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. To start, you get some popcorn with a table. This is a delicious way to pass the short wait.

Pure hospitality, delicious, honest hamburger creations with refinement and quality, like freshly ground ground beef. Fancy drinks are available, and a bowl of freshly made popcorn is served upon arrival. We'd love to come back. :))

The employee who served us this morning was very nice, and our sarti were almost perfect. The owner also seems very nice, and I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Kempten. For all matcha lovers, it's great that they now serve matcha here. What I find particularly great is that they've recently started offering brunch, even for late risers :)

I ate here with my girlfriend. She had the "Hamburger" and I had the "American," and we shared a portion of fries. Our drinks were a Paulaner Spezi and a peach iced tea. The food was generally good – I enjoyed the "American," but I wasn't entirely convinced by the patty. The plain hamburger didn't really excite me either. If I were to go back, I'd probably go for the "American." The service, unfortunately, seemed rather rushed. Our drinks didn't arrive until the food had already arrived, and we had to get our own cutlery after searching for it and finding it by chance. This somewhat detracted from the overall impression. The price was €41 for two people. While that's okay for today's prices, I personally found the food a bit too expensive and not entirely convincing. Overall: A solid, pleasant experience, but the value for money could be better.

I have no idea what was going on, but after waiting outside for 40 minutes without even getting a menu, we left. So we can't say anything about the food, except that the burger at the next table looked ridiculously small, and the man said he'd been waiting an hour for it and hadn't gotten the fries he'd ordered either.

Very tasty burgers and very nice service

We actually stumbled upon the Hamburgerei by chance and were able to enjoy their brunch. We each had the Egg Drop Sandwich (scrambled eggs in a brioche with avocado cream, sandwich sauce, and pickled pink onions) and it was a dream. I'm not usually a fan of avocado cream or cocktail sauce, but this combo was amazing. The service was also super friendly, and we had a lovely outdoor seating area! Oh, and try the homemade lemonade; I had elderflower and that was soooo delicious! We'll be back and try the burgers next time!!!

Four of us were there for a small but wonderful birthday party – and what can I say? The service was absolutely amazing! So warm, funny, and attentive – it was like having your best friend behind the counter. You can tell right away that someone here enjoys what they do (and probably also has a secret contract straight from burger heaven). The burgers are amazing, juicy, fresh, and creative. But what really made the day special was the incredibly friendly service. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening – we'll definitely be back.

The food was all excellent. We were also very happy with the children's menu; the price/performance ratio was very good. The children even got something to draw right away. Unfortunately, I can't say much positive about the service. We reserved a table at 5:00 p.m. We ordered and ate our food, but we reordered something that took a long time to arrive. It should be noted that the waitress was the only one in the restaurant on Sunday evening, both inside and outside. She came to us at 6:15 p.m. and we have to leave now because she has another reservation at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, this wasn't communicated beforehand; there were seven of us there. We couldn't order dessert because we had to leave.

It's been a while since I've had a truly good burger. The prices may seem a bit high, but they're justified by the quality of the ingredients. The house ketchup is on another level, delicious.
