Ein hervorragendes Restaurant in Flensburg direkt am Hafen. Die Speisekarte wechselt regelmäßig und bietet auch Fusionsgerichte. Die Weinkarte ist sehr speziell und alles andere als klassisch – für manche, mich eingeschlossen, ist sie vielleicht etwas zu ausgefallen. Ich empfehle daher, sich an die Bierkarte zu halten, die preiswert und gut ist. Hunde sind willkommen. 👍

Super toller Laden, wieso war ich jetzt erst da? Konzept ist eine Portugiesische Tapas Bar, es gibt viele Gerichte alle in Vorspeisen Größe man kann selbst mehrere auswählen oder wir haben uns einfach diverse Gerichte geteilt. Sehr empfehlenswert, sehr lecker. Laut Aushang wechselt die Karte täglich daher will ich kein besonderes Gericht empfehlen aber die Käseplatte und Brot mit Butter....Gott diese fluffige salzige Butter 😍🤤. Service super freundlich und nett, warnen auch vor bspw. wenn ein Gericht besonders scharf ist. Werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir machten zu viert einen Zwischenstopp in Flensburg und waren auf der Suche nach einem schönen Abendlokal, obwohl wir touristisch unterwegs waren. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen, und man hat uns über die Gepflogenheiten des Restaurants beim ersten Besuch aufgeklärt. Und wir waren Mega überrascht, was heute noch alles Restaurant und küchentechnisch möglich ist. Es wurde keine klassische Speisekarte offeriert, sondern die Köstlichkeiten entstanden auf einer Tafel und wurden uns vom hervorragend geschulten Personal schmackhaft gemacht. Auch die Weinkarte war vielfältig, genussreich und bezahlbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und wenn wir in München so ein Lokal hätten, würde es unser Stammlokal sein! Wir wünschen dem Team in Flensburg, viel Erfolg für die Zukunft und freuen uns, wenn wir einmal wieder im hohen Norden so geistlich bedient werden! Was für ein Abend in der Hafebkücke in Flensburg! Erstklassig, vom ersten Glas Champagner über die vielen köstlichen Gerichte bis hin zu den erlesenen Weinen. Unser Kellner war inspirierend und sehr kompetent und gab uns fantastische Empfehlungen. Ein rundum gelungener Abend.

Wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre und absolut hervorragendes Essen. Eine verspielte und kreative Küche, die alle Sinne verwöhnt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hier stimmt ehrlich gesagt einfach alles! Das Konzept von kleinen Portionen mit denen man sich über den Abend hinweg ein eigenes kleines Menü zusammenstellen kann oder aber nur was für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch, ist großartig. Wir haben alles daran geliebt: die Atmosphäre ist so entspannt, gemütlich und familär, das Essen wiederum haut einen förmlich vom Hocker - so durchdachte Kombinationen die nicht nur optisch überzeugen, sondern auch kulinarisch ganz großes Kino sind. Von dem Iberico-Mett träumen wir immer noch! Und wenn ihr Wein mögt, lasst euch unbedingt drauf ein und lasst euch ein paar Weine zu den Gängen empfehlen! Das Essen war sehr gut und ließ sich gut teilen. Es ist etwas teuer, aber die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Die Eingangstür ist überraschend schwer.

Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne geben. Tolles Ambiente, Parkhaus Norderstr. Nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Heute zum ersten Mal mit dem neuen Konzept, kleinere Portionen und dafür kann man mehr probieren. Ich hatte 3 Portionen und wenn wir keine Gäste dabei gehabt hätten, hätte ich mich quer durch die Karte probieren können. Alles ein wahrer Gaumenorgasmus. Lecker und heiß serviert. Dazu die sehr freundlich und nette Bedienung die auch noch auf alle Fragen zu den Speisen eingeht. Wir kommen noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank für das leckere Abendessen. Waren heute wieder da und wieder nicht enttäuscht worden. Wahre Geschmacksexplosionen. Ein toller Abend mit einem tollen Menü. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Um die Anfrage der Betreiber zu beantworten: Ich mochte das Essen geschmacklich gern, und der Service hat eine persönliche Note. Die Portionen sind allerdings so klein, dass man mit Hunger sehr hochpreisig endet. Dieses Konzept überzeugt mich nicht, auch wenn die Atmo samt Teuerung einem Trend entspricht.

Sehr lange nicht so einen genialen Abend verbracht wie bei euch!! Kulinarisch absolute Spitze, Ambiente top und der Service extrem aufmerksam, trotzdem total locker und entspannt und auf keinen Fall aufdringlich oder gar auf plumpe Art den Umsatz zu steigern. Alle Servicemitarbeiter strahlen das Gefühl aus, dass man sich von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen fühlt!! Wirklich passende Kreationen um klassischen Gerichten ein komplett neues Leben zu verleihen…. Wir wohnen leider viel zu weit weg, kommen aber definitiv wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Wirklich gut finde ich, dass man nicht reservieren muss und einfach spontan vorbeikommen kann, ggf kurz an der Bar verweilt um dann das Essen genießen kann. Weiterhin viel Erfolg und auf ein hoffentlich baldiges Wiedersehen!

Wir waren ohne Kinder da und hatten vier Gänge. Toll kombinierte Aromen mit interessanten Kombinationen. Weinempfehlungen des Services passten wunderbar und ergänzten die Menüfolge. Eine schöne Adresse direkt am Museumshafen.

We'll be back. And it's true that it's packed between 6 and 7:30 pm. We were lucky and didn't have to wait long.

So, the restaurant is really great, the waiter was exceptionally competent. All the staff working in the service deserve absolute praise. As for the food, a modern concept, superbly explained and truly excellent. Individual small dishes on a daily menu, even four vegan options. There were two of us, and we ate a total of seven different dishes. What was great was the truly excellent quality, the presentation, and the explanations; even when we asked which spice was used, the waiter was able to answer immediately and clearly. For Flensburg, I have to say, they did everything right. And yes, it's affordable; ultimately, a four-course menu (custom-made) with top-quality wine, aperitif, and water for €120. Service: Thank you for the wonderful evening, which, thanks to the food (which met our expectations) and the truly exceptional, attentive staff, left a lasting positive impression.

We came to this restaurant on a recommendation and had never been to Flensburg before. The server was very friendly and asked if it was our first time, which we confirmed. The concept of this restaurant is small dishes (about the size of an appetizer), which you can order several of. After ordering our drinks and appetizers, we arrived very quickly. They kindly asked if we would like bread with our small dishes, which we accepted. Four small slices of baguette arrived on a plate. What they forgot to mention was that the bread cost €1 per slice. We ended up with a total of 12 tiny slices of bread for €12! That was the first shock. Then I ordered Mett (a type of German raw minced pork), and I wanted a second portion. The friendly server told me she was sorry, but they were out of pork Mett, but they also had it with beef. So we ordered the beef version. Unfortunately, they "forgot" to mention that this would also incur an extra charge of €4. So we were quite shocked to receive a bill for €129.10! Having to pay extra for bread in a restaurant is already questionable, in my opinion. But then €12 for a bit of bread is outrageous. You really feel ripped off... When we asked why the bread was so expensive, the answer was: "It's homemade and made with sourdough!" The food was really delicious and beautifully presented, but the fact that there was no mention anywhere that a loaf of bread also costs a pretty penny, and that we had to switch from pork to beef mince at 6 pm because the former was already sold out, and then had to pay an extra €4 without warning and at a price different from the menu board, left a very bad taste in our mouths for the evening. When we brought it up again at the end of our visit, we only received a friendly, "That's right, you could have mentioned it." No discount, no apology, poor service.

My favorite restaurant in Flensburg!! So delicious and cozy! The best part is that as a vegetarian/vegan, you get food that's at least as tasty as for those who eat meat.

After they implemented a new concept, I wanted to experience something special with my visit. It definitely was. Very unusual dishes, beautifully presented, and a generally friendly team (you could tell they weren't too keen on ordering just a main course). However, I ended up with just a small plate and dessert. It's definitely an expensive treat. Not enough to fill you up. I had actually planned to celebrate my birthday there. However, without a reservation, and with four senior citizens already there, it was a bit difficult to get a table and end up having to sit on a bar stool.

Truly innovative and unique food at fair prices. The dishes have a very interesting and intense flavor. Pleasant atmosphere and very friendly service. Reservations are not possible. If we are ever in Flensburg again, we will definitely visit Hafenküche again.

A true culinary highlight! Surprising creations with an unusual concept. Small plates that are enjoyed one after the other, two or three of which are enough to fill you up. Lovingly presented on top: unusual combinations conjured from seasonal and regional ingredients. A big compliment to the kitchen! All this in a modern, stylish, yet cozy ambiance, with friendly and competent staff. We'll be back!

Great restaurant. A truly harmonious experience. The atmosphere, the decor, the music, the service, the cuisine, the drinks—everything fits together perfectly and is simply enjoyable. The friendly, open, and personal service provides excellent explanations and advice on the cuisine's concept, which focuses on a few, well-coordinated, rotating dishes. Our meal was seasonal and distinctive, yet experimental and perfectly balanced. There was a good selection of vegetarian, meat, and fish dishes. Good drinks perfectly rounded off the whole experience. We had a fantastic evening.

Delicious... but if you're really hungry, it's not recommended because the plates are very small. The place is small. The name doesn't match the dishes. Only one seafood product, and the restaurant faces the sea and is called Puerto Cuisine.

Very cozy location, but unfortunately, pre-booking is no longer possible. The staff is very friendly and calmly presents the menu, even though there is no menu, but rather a large blackboard on the wall. The dishes are very creative, superbly seasoned, and delicious. It's not cheap, but we still enjoy eating there time and time again, and you just have to try it.

By the way, my favorite dish today was the prawn sandwich, and yesterday the swordfish. But I've never eaten anything here that I didn't like. The wine yesterday was really strong, but it went perfectly. The house beer is also delicious. But what's the point of ranting on about it? Give it a try, or just skip it (then we always get a spot 😛)

The ambience, service, food and wine was really, really good! Prices are reasonable. You need 3-4 dishes per person, I would say. The desserts were a bit disappointing compared to the savoury dishes, unfortunately. The flavours weren't as sharp and well-thought out. So, if I was to go again, I would skip the dessert and eat more of the other dishes.

A solid five stars! We really enjoy eating out often, and we also enjoy high-quality food. But we rarely experience such variety and creativity as here! There are no main courses… That's the theme. Instead, there are small dishes that change every twelve days, which are wonderful to share and enjoy. If you're ever in Flensburg, you should definitely eat here! The team was extremely friendly and very dedicated. Despite the large number of guests, everyone was in a good mood and everything ran like clockwork. Because some of the tables were larger, you automatically made contact with other guests and could see what they had on their plates. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable. Great food, super nice and friendly; The current menu is explained and is varied and very interesting; All the dishes are superbly prepared and presented (eating with the eyes is a pleasure). We spent the evening of our vacation at the Hafenküche. The welcome was Nordic, relaxed, and friendly. You can't make reservations here, but you'll always get a table (although you might have to wait a bit). There's no traditional menu; instead, there are small dishes, some of which change daily, that you can combine to create a multi-course meal. And they were truly something! The cuisine is of a high standard. In addition to fish and meat, there are also vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The wine list is well-stocked, and the wine recommendations were excellent. No matter which dish we had that evening, we were always delighted. Please keep up the good work! If only it weren't so far away for us...

Hafenküche Flensburg – where tables speak and the stomach listens Entering the Hafenküche immediately feels like a Scandinavian furniture showroom with a culinary upgrade: modern-rustic furnishings, plenty of space, and a covered outdoor terrace that can withstand even Nordic drizzle. Reservations? No way. If you want a seat here, you'll have to be faster than the Flensburg seagulls stealing fish sandwiches. It's rather difficult for large groups, therefore – unless you share chairs. The menu isn't tucked neatly onto the table, but rather like a work of art on large panels on the wall. It's written in a picturesque style so full of character that you sometimes have to interpret it rather than read it. Fortunately, the waiter is happy to come by, read aloud, and explain – and seems so personable, as if telling a seafaring tale. The concept: small, delicate plates that you assemble like colorful building blocks to create your own personalized menu. A feast for those who like to try something new. For the one guest who prefers "one bite" instead of "four bites," a large portion would be a nice touch. Prices are more in line with the "upscale pier" than the "harbor kiosk," but the dishes are worth it: modern interpretations of classics, where the chef brings out all the subtleties and serves them like small works of art. And yes, they look so good that you briefly wonder whether you shouldn't just feed your phone until it's full. The service: friendly, knowledgeable, charmingly rustic—but never more refined than the guest. Just right for a place where you want to feel at home. In conclusion: An evening at the Hafenküche is like a culinary stroll through the harbor—diverse, fresh, and served with a wink. Just make sure you arrive early enough, bring a moderate appetite, and a sense of interpretation for the table.

I was very surprised. At first, I wanted to eat a proper meal—a large piece of meat—but I was told we couldn't. We stayed—and we weren't disappointed! Wow, the best place to spend time, enjoy delicious food and drinks. The cuisine is perfect—small portions, several courses—everything was perfect! From the moment you enter the restaurant, you feel welcome. The service is attentive without being intrusive! The food is an explosion of flavor in every bite. We haven't had such a good meal in a long time. We'll be back!

Everything is just right here. Service is very friendly, attentive, fast, and competent. The concept of ordering several mid-sized plates one after the other is unusual, but it works perfectly. The food is the highlight, for me, very close to the heart. Surprising combinations, each one a true explosion of flavor with many different spices and very varied textures, always with a fantastic mouthfeel. Hats off to the whole team – what you conjure up on the waterfront is amazing – thank you!

It couldn't be better. The ambiance is rustic, the service warm and competent. The new concept is working: small dishes to mix and match, no reservations required. No wait during the week, and minimal at most on weekends. The menu changes, written on slate boards. We enjoyed it tremendously; the play with flavors and textures is well-executed, very creative without seeming forced. We'd gladly return.

Me and my fellowship was staying in the rooms upstairs of the restaurant for the night and decided for a quick visit to eat and leave the next day. With the great atmosphere welcoming us we got our table from the charismatic and nice staff we got our table. Started with the “Schaufflstück” and we were hooked, incredible piece of meat with the then risky choice of carrot cream (it was also incredible). Combine that with the solid choice of their homebrew, chefs kiss. Next up, “Merguez meat ball”. I was not the greatest fan of the cheese but with the melon salad hitting its sweet spot at the back the line of tastes I was sold. It struck me then that I was sad that I maybe never return. End the night with a 8 year old Barbados rum that had already been in 3 caskets and stored in the fourth at the restaurant. I went upstairs and slept well. Incredible workflow, great cooperation from all the staff. Cheers to the staff who had a friend who had a summer place south of Gothenburg. “It’s raw pork … it will not kill you!”

What we were able to eat here today was truly special. It's fascinating what can be created with familiar ingredients. The current concept of not having main courses and instead focusing on small, varied dishes is working well. This allowed us to try our way through the four vegan dishes. The prices are high, especially for the quantity, but we were rewarded with exceptional food.

We were there yesterday with friends after a great play. Six people. We are very disappointed with our visit. We wanted to have a drink on your beautiful outdoor terrace. We ordered two Johannsen rums with Coke and other drinks. Then, without any information, we got no Johannsen rum, but the expensive house brand rum, HK 4 cl for €8.60 plus €3.70 for Coke, €12.30 for Coke Rum... as well as a glass of wine, which had so little in it. Insane. We won't be back and we won't advertise it positively. We are very disappointed 😞.

We "stumbled" upon this restaurant by chance while passing through today. What a blessing, because not only Kalle (our dog) was warmly welcomed here. Mark did a fantastic job guiding us through the menu, and we enjoyed five courses from the small menu, all prepared with love and taste. The ingredients are high-quality, you can taste it, and the service is friendly and prompt. If you like finer cuisine, you have to make your way here, and you're welcome to try the rum on tap. We left very happy and wholeheartedly give it 5 stars ❤️

Authentic, exciting and very well-prepared food in a beautiful setting and great service. Lovely wines and a great concept with sharing dishes. It's no problem that you can't reserve a table, it gives a good flow in the restaurant. A great experience. We'll be back.

The service is incredibly personal, competent, and attentive. It's striking that all the servers know the dishes themselves and can recommend them highly. The food is extremely creative, featuring special ingredients and excellently composed. A fantastic explosion of flavors.

Great ambience, great food, delicious rum, great staff

A must-visit when visiting Flensburg. We've been there twice and can highly recommend this restaurant. The concept of small dishes (similar to tapas) is also ingenious, and the house beer or rum on tap is simply fantastic. We'll be back next time we're in the area.
