Es war wieder einmal ein Genuß. Wir haben uns jeweils Rinderbacke und Lammrücken geteilt. Beides war extrem lecker. Den Lachs zu Vorspeise wollten wir uns teilen, mussten aber noch eine Portion nachbestellen, weil auch der zu lecker war 😋.

Right on the water, a very good restaurant that conjures up a nice and tasteful experience with a good concept and great employees. A menu that you don't have to hold in your hand or use with your cell phone, is clear and regional.

Supernette kompetente Bedienung, die die Speisekarte sehr genau erklärt hat. Essen super! Das Duroc - Schwein war exzellent, ebenso die Vorspeise Marone - Ziege - Mandarine. Insgesamt nur empfehlenswert.

My husband and I came to the restaurant by chance on Wednesday last week. But what happened next exceeded all our expectations!! An excellent and very motivated waiter (Marc, greetings to you) presented the menu to us, like a piece of art - great👍!!! We decided on sensationally imaginative starters, swordfish as the main course and a vegetarian variation from the table! In short, we, who go out to eat very, very well all the time, were so excited that we can absolutely recommend this restaurant. It's absolutely star level - so creative and full of flavor explosions - sensational!!! If we lived there, we would come every week!! Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in der Hafenküche. Und wieder waren wir sehr begeistert. Alle Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte waren perfekt und super kreativ. Seehecht auf Blutwurstcrustini. Darauf kommt man ja nicht unbedingt. War aber wirklich fantastisch. Absoluter Favorit waren für uns die Jakobsmuschel Tacos. Bei unserem nächsten Flensburg Besuch sind wir wieder da.

Es war insgesamt ein wundervoller Abend mit einem wundervollen Service.

Wir waren jetzt ein paarmal da und es ist immer wieder super nett mit tollem Essen!

We visited Flensburg for the first time and, as always, looked for restaurants in advance that offered reasonable vegan food. The search function suggested, among other things, the harbor kitchen, so I looked at the homepage and when I saw that there was no fixed menu, but a constantly changing selection, it was clear that we wanted to eat here. Anyone who drives a concept like this is keen on what they're doing. Enough of the preamble; how was it now? Really good! We received a friendly welcome, the atmosphere of the shop is jovial, rustic, welcoming. The furnishings are rustic, but not musty, there is no music (but there are loudspeakers, so that may not be a permanent situation), but there is a mix of noises from animated conversations and clattering dishes. The competent (wines are known, dishes can be described, etc.) service was patient from start to finish, really nice, helpful and advising - even at the end of the main business, when fatigue sets in, time was taken Introducing and recommending us for restaurants for the next day (the harbor kitchen was fully booked). To eat: really good! I'll save myself the trouble of describing the dishes in detail, as they change constantly, but it should be said that flavors are combined and composed very well with each other - so they are not just "mixed", but remain independent, harmoniously existing next to each other. I have never eaten as good or tasty as I did here. The daily changing menu on the wall alone is excellently designed, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly, the atmosphere is very cozy and the food is a poem. From the very finest, from the presentation to the taste, simply outstanding. Not to forget, my puppy was warmly welcomed too.😍 Thank you very much Ines and Isabell 😍

Der Restaurantbesuch in der Hafenküche hat voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Es gibt eine der Jahreszeit und der Region angepasste moderne und innovative Küche. Die Preise sind auf hohem Niveau, aber alles in allem gerechtfertigt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wenn auch nicht jede Woche, so würden wir doch gerne bei besonderer Gelegenheit wiederkommen.

Wir gehen immer wieder gerne in die Hafenküche. Es ist das Lieblingslokal meiner Frau.

Das beste Restaurant weit und breit. Die Speisen sind immer sehr abwechslungsreich und spannend zubereitet.

I don't need to write much. It is every time and always: a poem. Every cent is money well invested and it's a lot of fun to eat in the harbor kitchen. The vegetarian/vegan options are great and everyone is always so cooperative that you never have to worry about going home unhappy.

Top, top, top... The gentleman from last night's service lives for his shop... absolutely recommended. And if you can't find anything on the daily menu, an alternative will be made. 10 stars!

Gemütliche Atmosphäre mit sehr nettem Personal. Das Essen war großartig, etwas teurer, dafür bekommt jedoch ein geschmackvolles Essen, so toll, dass es ein Erlebnis wird. Die Zusammenstellung der Zutaten ist sehr ausgewogen und einzigartig. Klare Empfehlung für einen besonderen Abend.

Hervorragendes Essen und toller, sehr aufmerksamer Service. Insgesamt etwas laut, was das tolle Esserlebnis aber nicht geschmälert hat.

Es ist ungewöhnlich das die Speisekarte auf einer Tafel geschrieben wird. Die Tafel hängt dazu noch an der Wand. Von außen sieht das Restaurant nicht besonders aus, auch das Mobiliar ist älteren Ursprungs. Die Speisen auf der Karte werden einem erklärt vom sehr freundlichen Personal. Die selbst hergestellten Biere und Limos sind eine Wucht. Nun zu den Speisen: Wir hatten Fischgerichte, der Fisch war auf den Punkt gebraten, sehr sehr gut gewürzt und sowas von schmackhaft einfach Klasse. Ich habe nach dem Essen mit dem Trinken noch gewartet, weil ich den Geschmack noch genießen wollte. Wir werden demnächst wenn wir in Schleswig Holstein wohnen, öfters die Geschmackserlebnis Genießen. In my opinion, the ambience is rustic and elegant and invites you to linger. You can see that the kitchen enjoys what it does by looking at the dishes, which tasted really good! The steinbeißer was wonderfully glassy and the plate was on point. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is really good in my opinion! Anyone who delivers quality can also charge corresponding prices. I also think it's great that there is no fixed menu, but rather the dishes are on a board. This suggests to me that you work with the freshest possible products and are constantly developing things further.

The expectations of this restaurant were once again met. The service was very attentive, the food was very special and very tasty, the atmosphere was cozy. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

Top restaurant. Very nice, friendly and relaxed service and atmosphere. Fine cuisine that is wonderfully coordinated and versatile. We had ceviche with shrimp and popcorn, which was a visual, tactile and tasteful delight. When it came to the main courses, we were just as impressed with our monkfish and a wonderfully tender brisket. Dessert didn't quite hold up but overall was excellent. Surprisingly delicious for me: house-made dark beer as a shandy. Not cheap, but inexpensive. Our large dog was also welcome and was very happy with water and treats. We'd love to come back.

I want to give more than just 5 stars because this restaurant surprised me so much. As a restaurateur, I'm a little more critical of other restaurants, but in the harbor kitchen everything was just right. I work in a hotel and when guests ask me about a good restaurant, the first place I always mention is Hafenküche. I have never been so satisfied with a visit to a restaurant!

Excellent food, smoked brisket seasoned appropriately, service motivated, you can rarely witness that these days. The waiter explains every dish including what's in it and guides you through all possible eating options.

A restaurant for sophisticated demands in the higher price segment. The service is excellent - almost personal care. The food is exquisite. Small selection, great compositions. Plus the house beer and a pleasant ambience. Really a nice experience!

Preislich eher im höheren Preissegment angesiedelt, ist dieses Restaurant für uns zu einem besonderen Anlass trotzdem jeden Cent wert. Das Essen ist jedes Mal wieder eine Geschmacks- Explosion, egal ob Vorspeise, Hauptgericht oder Nachtisch, das Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kennt seine Karte im Detail. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und werden das auch bleiben. Wer sich kulinarisch in Flensburg verwöhnen möchte, ist hier an der absolut richtigen Adresse.

It couldn't be better. The ambience is rustic, the service warm and competent. There are 5 starters, 5 main courses and two desserts, which change daily and are written on slate boards. We enjoyed it great, the play with flavors and textures was very creative without seeming trying. Gladly again.

The ambience, the service and especially the food as a whole were the best I have experienced in a long time. Even if the food is more expensive than the average person is used to, that shouldn't be a reason to be put off, because the food is worth every cent. I had exceptionally delicious marinated salmon, briefly fried tuna and apricot dumplings - everything was exceptional and delicious across the board - in short, exceptionally delicious! It's better to have a good meal here once than twice in another restaurant!

online-Buchung als etwas anstrengend empfunden. In dem ersten möglichen Gespräch stellte sich heraus, dass die Reservierung zeitlich begrenzt ist. Während des Besuches erfuhren wir, dass wir über Hostel-Telefon schon eher ein direkte, persönliche Auskunft erhalten können. Ansonsten hat uns alles Gefallen. Das ”Empfangsgetränk/Eigenkreation“ ist m.E. durch den Anteil von Eiswürfeln überteuert.

Sehr gutes Essen, das auch noch entsprechend auf dem Teller kreiert wird, fast wie eine Symphonie die im Einklang ist.

Very tasty, sometimes unusual food. The portions are just acceptable. But it's not a brewery either. You should take that into account 😉 The waitresses who served us were very nice and explained everything in detail (there is no "real" menu). There is also our own beer. The wheat beer was very tasty. All in all a successful evening. The food - even though it wasn't cheap - was worth it.

Aufmerksamer, gut gelaunter Service. Sehr gutes Essen mit vielen verschiedenen Geschmäckern und Konsistenzen in ungewöhnlichen Kombinationen, die aber gut harmonieren und ein gutes Ganzes ergeben. Schönes Ambiente, nicht zu stylish und abgehoben. Nicht billig, aber durchaus preiswert. Alles in allem endlich mal wieder Gastro, die Spaß macht.

We had a great evening at the Hafenküche. The staff is attentive and super friendly. Regarding the food, it is on the pricier side, especially for Germany I feel like, but I think it is worth it. There are options for everyone (meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan), with very creative flavour association. The starters (tatar & gyozas) were a bit too salty, but the main dishes were stellar, and the dessert was so interesting, with aubergine in it! Thank you :)

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Hafenküche und die Location insgesamt und das Essen insbesondere haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Ideen der Küche und die Umsetzung auf den Tellern sind extraklasse. Unbedingt einkehren, an frühzeitige Resevierung denken, es lohnt sich.

Das Essen ist hervorragend, sehr modern und für jeden etwas dabei! Es ist immer eine Überraschung. Die Leute im Service sind mega...Mann merkt den Stolz und die Hingabe hinter dem Essen!

Es gibt kein anderes Restaurant in Flensburg welches nur ansatzweise vergleichbar wäre. Spitzenküche, lockeres Ambiente und Service zum dahin schmelzen. Bock auf eine kleine Karte statt Buffetdschungel… Hier gibt es die Picassos nicht an der Wand sondern direkt auf den Teller. Preis Leistung stimmt hier einfach komplett. In kurz und knackig: Küche: herausragend Service: ist geil Ambiente: locker flott oder wie andere Hipster es schimpfen HYGGGGGELIG Absolut empfehlenswert: das selbstgemachte Brot vorab Moin moin und Prost Ahoi S.

It's just been fun for the 5th time now. Very good combination of spices, sweet and salty, flavors in general. And a service team that is a lot of fun. This time we sat at the counter to eat, as all the other seats were already occupied by guests in a good mood. Keep it up, you're doing great.
