Hafenblick Restaurant & Catering in Düsseldorf

Absolutely ridiculous prices, and we were brought the wrong drinks three times, and the ice in the drinks also strangely distorted the taste. They didn't even pour them briefly at the beginning, and the bottles were sealed. With a glass of water costing €5.20 and a Fuze ice tea for €6.20, that's just what you can expect. Never again.

I ordered a cappuccino and paid €5.20. Instead, I was given a regular coffee. When I pointed this out, the staff member insisted I pay an additional €5.20—essentially charging me twice for a single coffee I never received as ordered. Her attitude was rude and completely unacceptable. She doesnt understand which order we give... point out the shift lady from 10th november 2025. 7:10 am
