The worst restaurant I've ever been to. Horrible attitude towards restaurant visitors. The waiters are not tied to certain tables, different ones come up all the time and none of them wants to work. One waitress brought us a piece of paper and a pen so that we could write down the dish numbers, the second waiter took the piece of paper, the third came to pick up the menu, the fourth waitress came up once just like that and then ignored us. The menu is poorly composed, it contains a mishmash of several languages ​​and it is difficult to understand the dishes, and the waiters are not going to help. When asked about the types of tea, the waiter lazily flipped through the menu and poked at the first tea he came across. When asked to serve tea after the meal, he got angry and began to be rude. Half of the waiters don’t understand English at all, half speak more or less, but speak rudely and even make faces. All orders need to wait too long, even despite the small number of visitors. All actions of the waiters occur in slow motion. No matter what you ask, they either ignore you, or move away from the table and forget what they were told, or do it after a long time. In addition, they always mix up orders and bring much more than what was ordered. The food is not particularly tasty. The fries were soft. The orange juice seemed to be freshly squeezed, but they brought small glasses of pale juice, similar to diluted juice from a store pack, and also with ice.

I've been there before. I had made a reservation and was accompanied. And once spontaneously with a larger group. Today I was there alone, I could only order a drink and from then on I was ignored. I had noticed other guests who came as a couple or more and were served promptly. I am very disappointed and angry.

The service in this restaurant is so bad, they sirve what they want and make us pay the food that we didn't ask for. People there are so arrogant.

I have left my comments as a local guide in different parts of the world and this is the first time that I will rate a place with one star and with the adjective "HORRENDOUS" to eat. I went with my family and we placed our order. When we were halfway through finishing our food, a woman other than the waitress who took our order arrived and told us that they made a mistake in one of the dishes that we were about to finish and that we will have to pay the difference (20 Euros difference between the dish that had been initially ordered and the one that was delivered to us). I understand that it was a mistake on the part of the waitress and that money could come out of her purse, so I decided to pay it and avoid making a fuss in front of the other customers. However, I would make the observation directly at the bar at the end. So I did it, I told them to be careful with these types of situations and that errors should not be paid for by the clients, but immediately the woman who notified us of the error became very hostile and started yelling at me and telling me that if I didn't want it I wouldn't have eaten it and that if I sought the money back they wouldn't return it and he threatened to call the police. The last thing infuriated me: in short, they make the mistake, I pay for their mistake, they yell at me after I pay for their mistake, and they threaten to call the police after I pay for their mistake. Incredible, first time this type of experience, I have no doubt that this is a modus operandi. And lesson learned for me, next time, in other places if happen the same, I will call the Police first because I won't withdraw money.

The service they offer is terrible. Not very attentive, and with a terrible attitude. I'm not the only one who expresses the same opinion: Just another of the customers at the next table made the observation of an error in his account and the waitress along with the guy at the bar approached him to threaten him if he didn't pay the stipulated amount. They would call the police. In my case they got the wrong dish and they gave me the change until after another 40 minutes, I still don't know why I stayed and waited for it.

The food (tapas) was really good, and if the service had been a bit faster I would have given a higher score. The personnel was really friendly, but paying by card was apparently difficult because we had to wait really long. The service seemed to be faster for customers paying cash. We also had the chance to hear the church bells at 10 pm, very nice! 👍

Ate outside when the weather was nice, it took a while, but everything was ok.

It's best to take a photo of your own order, because with lots of small dishes and a very full terrace, it's easy to forget something. The atmosphere inside and outside is great and the food is delicious.

Excellent as always! The food and drinks are always worth a visit! Unfortunately, I have received poor service from the boss several times. Finally, a bottle of water was poured over my dress. When she went to get me towels, she didn't come back and served at other tables. When I asked for a new water, it was on the "house". In my opinion the least, but still always worth a visit!

Unser Besuch der Tapas Bar und Restaurant "Guarida" in Koblenz fand im Zusammenhang mit unserer Reise durch Rehinland-Pfalz, statt. Wir waren nun schon in vielen Tapas-Restaurants, in Spanien wie auch in Deutschland, und haben selber auch einigermaßen Ahnung von gastronomischer Küche, da wir früher selber ein Lokal betrieben hatten. Die Bar "Guarida" begeistert durch sein angenehmes Ambiente und die sehr schön gestalteten und verwinkelten Räume. Leider waren die wenigen Bedienungen, und offensichtlich auch das Küchenpersonal, komplett überfordert, weshalb wir sehr lange auf unser Essen warten mussten. Grundsätzlich sei aber festgestellt, dass das, was wir in diesem Lokal erlebt haben, eher am untersten Rand dessen, was man gastronomisch erwartet, anzusiedeln ist. Meine Partnerin hatte ein Schweinesteak mit Pilz-Rahm-Soße, Pommes Frites und Salat-Garnitur bestellt und ich eine Tapas-Platte für 24 EUR. Das sind nun nicht gerade Gerichte, für welche hohe Anforderungen an Koch-Kompetenz und Fähigkeiten gestellt werden. Dennoch war das, was wir nach 70 Minuten Warten serviert bekommen hatten, eher bedauerlich. Das Steak war so zäh, dass die Hälfte nicht zu genießen war, die Champions waren nicht angebraten, sondern anscheinend direkt, aus der Dose heraus, in die billig angerührte Maggi-Soße gegeben worden, ohne diese lange aufzukochen. Das bedeutet, alles schmeckte intensiv nach Maggi-Fertig-Soße und die Pilze waren zäh. Die Pommes waren zwar Convenient Food aus der Tüte, aber immerhin einigermaßen crisp. Die meisten Tapas auf der Tapas-Platte waren ebenfalls Convenient Food und alles Andere, als frisch zubereitet. Manche wenige Tapas waren zwar genießbar, die Meisten aber mit Maggi-Würze total über-würzt und ungenießbar, billigster Art oder einfach nur grauenvoll im Geschmack. Lediglich die zwei kleinen Fleischspieße waren frisch auf dem Holzkohlegrill zubereitet und lecker. Vor dem Essen wurde zudem Brot und sowas Ähnliches, wie Aioli serviert. Ähnlich bedeutet hier, dass diese nicht nach dem spanischen original Aioli-Rezept, sondern vermutlich aus Majonaise und Knoblauch zusammengepanscht worden ist. Alles in allem, haben die hier servierten Tapas nicht viel mit den köstlichen Tapas zu tun, die man in Spanien, im Land der Tapas so angeboten bekommt. Zudem sind die hier verlangten Preise mehr als übertrieben, wenn nicht sogar unverschämt. In einem Restaurant bezahle ich auch gerne mal einen höheren Preis für eine Speise, sofern dabei auch die Qualität der Speisen angemessen hoch ist. Im "Guarida" allerdings passt der Preis und die erbrachte Leistung bzw. Qualität der servierten Speisen bei weitem nicht zusammen. Dennoch genießt dieses Lokal, aufgrund der hervorragenden Geschäftslage, eine hohe Nachfrage und es wird empfohlen, einen Tisch zu reservieren. Abschließend weise ich darauf hin, dass hier lediglich die von uns gemachten Erfahrungen in diesem Lokal, beschrieben sind. Ihre Erfahrungen in diesem Lokal können komplett anders ausfallen, deshalb sollten sie sich eigene Eindrücke von diesem Lokal sammeln.

Being deliberately ignored by the waiter for 15 minutes. Only to receive the bill after half an hour because we just drank an aperitif. Then ask explicitly and unfriendly for a tip. You won't see us here again. It's a shame that this place still gets a 4-star rating.

Fantastic! Best Chorizo I've had in Germany. Great service, Great location and dog friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the area for an afternoon snack or dinner.

Short waiting times and very tasty food

Service was terrible. Had to wait almost half an hour until someone came to collect. Ordered a drink several times and after the fourth order we got something. Doesn't work at all...

A great tapas restaurant, very tasty, but the best thing here is the service, very fast and attentive. If I were from Koblenz, this would be my favorite bar. TOP!

You have to wait forever before you can order. The waitress leaves even though she saw that you wanted to order. The food comes before the drinks. The food was quite tasty. The glasses that were served in were dirty. The service was a disaster. You were allowed to get the salt yourself inside. Tables were not wiped down after being cleared. If you don't have enough staff that day, you should close tables.

This restaurant is not very good. Food: The food came from a package and the tapas were far too greasy and served blank, the cheese balls were still cold inside and the chicken wings tasted like they were from Aldi. Service: The service was very nice but unfortunately they often mixed things up. Bottom line: Overall, the food wasn't tasty and the service was nice but poor.

It had rained some before we arrived. There are 3 tables all by themselves on the side of the restaurant. As we were walking up, there was an employee drying off those 3 tables. We were told we could sit at one of those tables. We were concerned because we had read reviews about being forgotten about when at those tables. Sat down and realized the employee had dried the table but not the chairs, so now we have wet pants. After waiting an extremely long time and no one had come to our table, we left. It was obvious that they had forgotten us. If you decide to eat here, do not side at those tables. We were extremely disappointed. We had already picked out what we wanted and had been looking forward to it all day.

We were actively ignored by the waiter at the table for 20 minutes, even though there was hardly any activity. When he came, he only spoke to me (m), ignored my female companion and then became condescending, saying he "didn't have time" for us. We then canceled the order and went to La Mamma, where we received top service and great food.

Have been here several times and prefer to eat tapas (3-5 per person is usually enough). The potatoes, Moorish skewers, bruschetta, spinach dumplings and meatballs in tomato sauce are particularly delicious.

Very nice and attentive staff. Gambas salad was great. (Great prawns). Tappas were very tasty (for a variety of tastes from mild to very spicy), olives are highly recommended. good portions, good value for money, cocktail (mojito) was very tasty, sangria is also recommended. We liked it.

If you are allowed to order somehow, you get very good food. It took 15 minutes for the menu to be brought to us and for us to be asked about the drinks. After another 15 minutes they were brought. Further orders were not possible because service did not want to respond. During our stay we were able to observe 7 times how guests arrived and simply left after a long wait without being noticed by service. The outside area was full, the inside was completely empty. Which normally shouldn't lead to the service being so overwhelmed. Orders were also mixed up and the wrong things kept being brought to the tables. Therefore absolutely not recommended. And that despite the very good food.

Best tapas bar in the area, very nice location and you don't have to wait forever for your food :) I haven't tried anything yet that wasn't tasty :)

Nice service, €8.50 for a large spritzer, On the €52 meat plate, not a platter, there were more potatoes than meat. You also get bread with mayo... and a salad. So all the carbohydrates won't fill you up, but you won't be satisfied with the meat platter. We felt a bit ripped off Otherwise it was tasty

It took a long time for the food to arrive. Then it was cold. Tapas were way too fatty. Two mice just came out of the basement. Price ok but would eat somewhere else next time!

The selection of tapas (also vegetarian) is good, as is the quality. The service is good and fast. The only downside: in a shop in the middle of a wine-growing region, it would be nice if you could also get local wine. Always my pleasure!

The food was very poor, 5 out of 6 tapas were too greasy, too dry, not seasoned, and not Spanish at all. Alioli not homemade!! Although we complained about everything, we didn't even get an espresso on the house. And the sangria, which consisted mainly of juice, cost 15 euros. NO MORE !!!! We often go out for Spanish food and cook Spanish too. We have never had chicken pieces, sardines and garlic sauce go back. Here already. However, the service was very nice.

The food was good but not breathtaking. The staff is absolutely accommodating and very friendly. The atmosphere is very cozy and fits the Mediterranean menu. The prices are fair. However, the toilets would have to be invested again. All in all recommended.

It's not a cheap restaurant, but the quality is beyond doubt! If you want really good tapas and good service, this is the place for you. When looking for the right bottle of wine, after admittedly 2 waiters, one of them gave me all 3 available ones to try. Great!

Eine gute Tapasbar, für jeden Was dabei und die einzigartige Art zu bestellen mit den Kreidetafeln finde ich sehr originell.

Hier kann man nach Herzenslust Tapas genießen. Im Sommer sitzen wir gern draußen auf dem Platz vor dem Restaurant an der Liebfrauenkirche und nehmen öfter unsere Besucher mit, die bisher auch immer sehr Zufrieden mit allem waren. Unser Fazit: eines der besten Spezialitäten-Restaurants in Koblenz! Lieben Dank & weiter so!

Sehr gutes Tapas Restaurant in Koblenz. Das Essen war sehr schmackhafte, die Auswahl groß. Allerdings waren auch die Portionen groß, so dass man bei der Anzahl der Tapas vorsichtig sein sollte. Lieber nachbestellen. Das Lokal ist gut besucht. Es ist daher eine Reservierung empfehlenswert.

Das Ambiente ist wunderschön. Das Essen sehr sehr lecker. Die Sangria hätte besser sein können. Dafür war der Wein gut. Schöne Idee das Essen auf kleine Tafeln aufzuschreiben. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Noch nie so einen schlechten Abend gehabt. Wir saßen etwas um die Ecke und diese Tische wurden vom Service völlig vergessen. 2 Sterne gibt es nur wegen der Lage, weil die vor der Kirche und in der Altstadt ganz nett ist. Nach 20 Minuten warten ohne das mal jemand an den Tisch kam, haben wir uns dann mal selbst eine Karte besorgt. Nach 45 Minuten hatten wir dann mal endlich unsere Getränke und die Essensbestellung wurde aufgenommen. Statt dass man dann mal Brot oder anderes auf den Tisch stellt, wenn man schon so lange warten muss, wurden wir weiterhin ignoriert. Nach 1 Stunde 15 Minuten kam dann mal Brot auf den Tisch und die super gestresste Servicekraft brummte im vorbeilaufen, dass das Essen gleich käme. Nach 1 Stunde 30 Minuten kam das Essen dann mal. Ob wir noch etwas zu trinken wollen, wurde nicht gefragt. Wir hatten eine Platte für 2 bestellt, sowie paar andere Tapas. Auf der Platte waren drei Komponenten anders als in der Karte beschrieben. Das Essen war ok, machte satt, war aber für die hohen Preise die aufgerufen werden, nicht der Brüller. Zu guter Letzt brachte der weiterhin super gestresste Service-Mensch die falsche Rechnung und ein Tschüss oder Auf Wiedersehen gab es auch nicht. Wow. Wirklich noch nie sowas erlebt.

Super tolle Atmosphäre im Außenbereich. Ich fand es irgendwie gemütlich und sehr unterhaltsam. Das Essen war sehr lecker

Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal hier innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahre. Nach einmal schlechten Erfahrungen vorletztes (.?) Jahr wieder gute Qualität und sehr lecker, frisch gekocht und alles gleichzeitig und heiss serviert, ist bei unserer Menge der Bestellungen ja auch nicht ganz einfach.. (Besonders die Fleischspiesse haben es meinem Mann angetan..) Inzwischen wissen wir auch einfach, was wir mögen… Deutlich besser als so manche Tapasbar in Spanien… Dabei freundliches Personal. Es kam zu einer Verwechslung am Ende, aber das war schnell und unkompliziert geklärt.

Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut, auch die Lokation an der Liebfrauenkirche ist schön, die Getränke waren etwas zu teuer im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants in der Umgebung, deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

Das Essen ist lecker, die Auswahl genau richtig und der Service ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich finde die Preise, gerade für die Getränke, etwas zu hoch, jedoch komme ich trotzdem gerne wieder.

Wie immer super! Es war total voll. Die Gäste müssten einfach mal lernen, am Eingang stehen zu bleiben und zu warten, bis der Service einen setzt. Es wird sich hervorragend um einen gekümmert. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe unter der Woche abends noch einen Platz im Biergarten bekommen. Es war sehr voll. Das Angebot auf der Speisekarte ist sehr gut. Man bekommt auch einen Zettel und Stift um sich in Ruhe verschiedene Speisen raus zusuchen. Nachdem ich Getränke und Essen bestellt habe wurde mir die Speisekarte wieder weggenommen. Sonst gibt es nur Ärger wurde mir gesagt. Ich hatte Wein und ein paar kleine Gerichte. Es wurde alles relativ schnell serviert. Das Essen war gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht. Der Biergarten war gemütlich mit Platz zwischen den Tischen. Die Preise waren in meinen Augen sehr gehoben. Dafür erwarte ich auch gehobene Leistung. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

Sehr leckere Tapas, gute Sangria

In der Karte steht, dass eine extra Karte beim Personal mit Allergenen angefragt werden kann. Auf meine Nachfrage hat sie gar keine Ahnung was in dem Essen ist was sie selbst servieren und keine Karte haben. Warum extra hinschreiben und dann nicht haben? Die Tapas waren in Ordnung, aber wenn man hier nicht isst, hat man auch nichts verpasst. Das Ambiente abends auf dem Platz ist gut.

Sind so oft an dem gut gefüllten Außenbereich vorbeigegangen und haben es endlich mal ausprobiert. Haben zu viert mit einem kleinen Hund einen Tisch im Innenbereich bekommen, die Musik war ziemlich laut und auf Nachfrage (hatten die Box direkt über uns) wurde sie etwas leiser gedreht. Getränke kamen schnell und auch das bestellen der Speisen war ohne langes warten möglich. Allerdings wurden wir nur einmal nach Getränken gefragt - als wir ankamen, danach nicht mehr. War schade, daher 4 Sterne und keine 5. das Essen war gut, aber die Käsebällchen und auch das Omelett waren nicht so der Knaller. Beim nächsten mal probieren wir etwas anderes - die Karte hat ja genug Auswahl. Kleiner Tipp am Rande: wenn viel los ist und ihr bei der ersten Runde viel bestellt - merkt euch was ihr hattet oder macht nen Bild von dem Zettel. Wir hatten manche Gerichte doppelt bestellt und das war irgendwie untergegangen 😅. Wir würden nochmal hingehen, unter der Woche wenn nicht so viel los ist. Dann klappt es bestimmt auch mit Speisen die wir doppelt wollten - hat man uns im übrigen dann auch gebracht.
