As soon as I walked in, the diner-style ambience really appealed to me. A spacious guest room with comfortable seating invited you to linger. In terms of price, the food is unbeatable compared to many restaurants in the city of Varel. The food tasted very good and the kitchen accepted a small, positive feedback and, when asked, explained the dishes on the menu again. (Which schnitzel with which sauce - thank you 👌🏻) A visit here is definitely worth it.

Nice little shop. But unfortunately the wait for food was far too long. There wasn't much going on, only one other table was occupied and we still hadn't had any food after 40 minutes. It's a shame, otherwise a very nice snack. The food was delicious otherwise

Ate a super delicious chrispy chicken burger here. The owners are really nice and friendly, and they even serve homemade kale on Tuesdays. Definitely try it out, a win for Varel!

Hmm.....well I won't give the new owner long. Unfortunately, these days TK would be an absolute no-go in a snack bar! Why do you do something like that??? There was a tartar sauce with the fish, why not a delicious garlic sauce???? Nevertheless, everyone is super nice, although nice has nothing to do with the quality of a good snack. Let's see in a few months...

Very nice, courteous staff. Our dog girl was immediately given a pot of water. We ate fried fish with potato salad and schnitzel Hawaii with fries. Everything fresh and delicious. The place is reminiscent of old diners in the States. Always my pleasure.

We took away food today. It was a very good decision to try the Grillhus. The two schnitzels were really tasty. Our son says his burger is 1000 times better than the Scottish fast food restaurant. The fried potatoes with the schnitzel were also good 👍 the fries we had with the burger were also really good. Everything checked out even though we had the food to take away. We'll definitely be back!

New owners have been in the restaurant since August. In keeping with the old days, where everything was freshly prepared here, we ordered food to take away. Unfortunately, the schnitzels are only frozen ready-made products, so they are very salty. The fries were no longer the nice wide steakhouse fries. The sauces were also ready-made products. There was no fresh salad on offer anymore, so we left it out. I give the stars for the friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a curry sausage and a portion of fries after a friendly greeting. My meal was served at the table, the fries in a small frying basket (great) next to the currywurst on the oblong plate. The pair of eyes rejoice, as beautifully as it was prepared, the enjoyment of my portion was the crowning glory of the visit to the Grillhus. Big recommendation!

It's nice that there's a classic snack bar here again! The chicken cheese burger was really great, well topped and the bun was really tasty. The currywurst was also good, but the sauce was far too sweet for our taste, maybe offer a savory version? Fries normal average. Service was friendly and as quick as it could be at peak time at 7 p.m. We will be happy to use the offer again!

New owners, new review. After the change we finally went here to eat and I have to say it wasn't bad. Of course it's all a matter of choice and everyone sees it differently, but I think that's a good thing. So we had burgers and schnitzel with fries as a side dish. Everything was delicious and edible, but unfortunately the schnitzel wasn't as thin and large as before but rather smaller and thick and unfortunately greasy. The fries were good and the burger was also tasty. The new owners are friendly and quick to prepare. We liked the new design of the store, but it was still a bit dull. But all in all, a 4.5 from us and we'll be back. Thank you for reopening.

It's such a shame, the restaurant could have been turned into something great. The food is really carelessly prepared. Everything is floating in deep fryer fat and the sauces are also from a wholesaler, I wish there was something more homemade. I can't complain about the ambience, it's just a snack bar. The staff was definitely very friendly and nice. We probably won't eat or order there again. Maybe something will change again.

A real insider tip! Where to start…..? Food top! The Grillhuse burger is great, But the chicken burger is my favorite both visually and in terms of taste. You can just tell that the operators are 100% behind the concept. They're super friendly too :) The cleanliness in the toilets and in the guest room is A1! The great menu has something to offer for everyone. I would be happy to come back at any time.

The food -> catastrophic, never eaten such a bad schnitzel. Ambience -> Flickering light that really gets on your nerves Service -> the staff is nice but 3 people working behind the counter are more than uneconomical and not necessary.

The food tastes very tasty. The sweet potato fries are really good, I haven't had any better ones yet! And the good and tasty delivery by train worked very well. :D

It was a great experience at the Grillhus... Fries only had salt, which was fine, but I'm more of a pepper fan. Nuggets were just finished goods, but okay. The schnitzel with onions and mushrooms was smaller than in older pictures, and unfortunately a piece of plastic was lost in the fried potatoes, which can happen. The burger with its chicken breast was fresh and super tasty, the croquettes were something different. All in all quite good. Staff was super friendly. We have nothing to complain about. Ambiance was exceptional.

The schnitzel was not freshly pounded and was much too salty. The canned mushrooms were tough and the onions were mushy. And totally greasy. Really yuck. I had fried potatoes as a side dish or I would say fatty potatoes with mu ham and onions and not crispy but mushy with fat. Something else is delicious.

I deducted a star from the food because the fries are no longer as unique as they used to be. Otherwise, it’s really extremely delicious! Can only recommend it to everyone!

I ordered a burger with fries. The burger is awesome. Delicious meat, great bun. Just the burger would have been enough. The fries are similar to Belgian fries, I found them very tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed it there. It's definitely worth a second or third visit...

Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Portionen sehr groß und lecker

Wir haben für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder essen bestellt. Leider ging nur eine Bestellung über Internet. Telefonisch haben wir keinen erreicht. Die Kommunikation nach der Bestellung war eine -1. Nach mehrmaligen hinterherufen haben wir eine INFO bekommen das die Bestellung eingegangen ist. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung vergingen über 2 Stunden. Wir waren ca. 10 Kilometer vom Laden entfernt. Ganz ehrlich in der Zeit hätte ich die Ware auch noch selber einkaufen und zubereiten können. Der Geschmack war gut (Riesencurrywurst, Zwiebelringe und verschiedene Burger). Die Pommes waren wie so oft von den Lieferdiensten matschig und nicht mehr Kross. Das habe ich aber auch nicht wirklich erwartet. Interessant ist auch das wir bei der Bestellung von einem Dienstag reden. Da frage ich mich schon wie der Laden ein erhöhtes Bestellvolumen am Wochenende händeln will.

Super nettes Personal.. gehen auf wünsche ein .. die Portionen sind riesig ..alles wird frisch zubereitet ( Schnitzel geklopft .. paniert usw) Salat ebenfalls frisch gemacht ..wir waren positiv überrascht

Wir sind im Urlaub hier. Sind vom Essen und Service begeistert für ein Imbiss. Weiter so.

Alles in allem gut. Die verschiedenen typischen Imbiss Gerichte: Schnitzel, Currywurst, Frikadellen und Pommes waren soweit gut, nur leider ein wenig unterwürzt. Auffällig war das vor allem bei den Frikadellen, die sonst wirklich handwerklich gut gemacht waren, ( von allen Seiten gut angebraten/Fluffig) nur leider ein wenig mau geschmeckt haben. Positiv auf jeden Fall das Schnitzel, da es ordentlich ausgebacken gewesen ist, und die panierung Wellen geschlagen hat. Auch war, obwohl es kein Original Wiener Schnitzel, die typische Zitronen Ecke seperart eingepackt dabei. Wir hatten das Essen zum Mitnehmen genommen und circa 10-12 Minuten warte Zeit, was gut ist, da auch andere Bestellungen Zeitgleich bearbeitet wurden. Edit: Die Lokalität selbst, sieht wenig einladend aus, da alles sehr kark wirkt.

Ich habe mir dort das erste Mal was bestellt und liefern lassen. Ich muss sagen, es kam sehr zeitnah bei mir an, dann der Wahnsinn es war sehr sehr lecker. Einen schönen Gruß an eure Küche, macht weiter so, dass Essen ist klasse.

Sind per Zufall dort gelandet. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Große Auswahl an Gerichten, in einer fantastischen Größe und sehr sehr lecker. Das Hawaii Schnitzel war saftig und gut gewürzt. Die Riesencurrywurst, kenne ich aus dem Rheinland zwar anders, aber auch diese war sehr lecker. Die Sauce war fruchtig und nicht 0/8/15. Die Terrasse ist ausbaufähig, aber nett. Die Bedienung überaus freundlich. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen.

Dort gibt es wirklich gute Schnitzel in verschiedenen Variationen, sowie andere Grill und Imbiß Gerichte. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich! 😊 Etwas nachteilig ist die etwas zu lange Zubereitungszeit! Man muß teilweise sehr lange warten bis zur Fertigstellung,. Deshalb leider auch nur vier von fünf Sternen!😉

Ich besuche das Grillhus regelmäßig. Es ist ideal für alle, die einen großen oder kleinen Hunger haben und bietet eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Beste daran ist, dass es direkt an der Straße liegt, so dass es sehr bequem ist, schnell etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Obwohl die Einrichtung vielleicht nicht die anspruchsvollste ist, ist das Essen frisch und schmackhaft und das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ist das Grillhus eine großartige Option für alle, die eine schnelle und leckere Mahlzeit brauchen.

Also hier muss man echt Mal großen Lob hinterlassen. Ich hatte ein mega großes Schnitzel was so ein leckere, würzige Panade und sehr gut gebraten in der Pfanne. So leicht und fluffig, einfach lecker. Steakhouse Pommes war lange knusprig und lecker. Der Salat auch total abgestimmt. Mega lecker! Schade das die bei uns nicht so was leckeres kochen. Super Küche! 👍😋 Auch ein Kompliment an die Frau am Telefon und Lieferservice sehr freundlich und nett. 🌺

Futtern wie bei Muttern!!!!, Mein Vater ATTiLiO Bernart ist echter Italiener und liebt die Gute Küche. Ob Schnitzel oder Steak, immer Super-Lecker mit Liebe frisch gemacht!!!! Im Sommer kamen wir ganz aus Oldenburg und genossen auf Eurer schönen Terrasse die köstliche Currygrillwurst & Wiener-Schnitzel & Bratkartoffeln + Champ- ignon-Sause und heißen Kaffee. Currywurst mit Pommes für 9,10€ ist schon ne Ansage. Die Currywurst war wabbelig ohne Biss und Geschmack. Das schlimmste war die schlechte Belüftung. Die Klamotten stanken förmlich nach Fett. Da ich von Auswärts komme, werde ich wohl sowieso nicht mehr hier vorbeikommen. Ich kann diesen Imbiss nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das einzige was zu beanstanden ist. Wir haben eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Und das man kein Glas zu trinken bekommt,sondern direkt eine Literflasche nehmen muss. Das Essen war lecker.

Bratcurrywurst, schnelle Lieferung, folglich Essen noch sehr heiß und netter, zuverlässiger Service! Klasse! 😀

Currysosse wird selbst zubereitet, Schnitzel werden selbst paniert und auf dem Grill gebraten. Preis Leistung sind für den Aufwand angemessen. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Und ein Salat ist auch mit dabei selbst gemacht. Und die Pommes sind auch selbst gemacht. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Bratkartoffeln ok. Schnitzel sah optisch gut aus, im Nachhinein entpuppte es sich als allerbilligste Presspappe. Oder totgeklopftes Muskelfleisch. Das konnte ich jetzt nicht so genau entschlüsseln. Auf jeden Fall total weich und null Biss. Tut mir echt leid, aber da bestelle ich nicht wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Hier würde ich zu den Sternen noch ein Plus geben. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Da könnten sich manch andere mal ein Beispiel dran nehmen! Die Portionen sind reichhaltig und das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Befürchtung das wir angesichts des Preises nicht satt werden war unbegründet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben 2 Schnitzel mit Hollandaise sowie 1 Grillhuis Burger bestellt. Schnitzel sehr groß und lecker. Das Burgerpatty ebenfalls frisch zubereitet. Alles bestens und lecker. Klare Empfehlung

Wir haben genau um kurz nach 17 Uhr bestellt , wo sicherlich noch keine 20 Bestellungen eingegangen sind und mussten 1,5 Std auf das Essen warten. Essen war lauwarm , und das Schnitzel hat einfach nur nach Fett geschmeckt. Pommes waren knusprig und der Salat hat auch gut geschmeckt . Und als Ausrede zu nehmen die Baustelle wäre dran schuld , das ist immer leicht zu sagen. Dame am Telefon sehr freundlich .

Sehr lecker und komplett frisch! Die Schnitzel, Soße und Salate sind alle frisch gemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Die schnitzel sind groß genug uns kommen in einem umweltfreundlichen Pappkarton. Bratkartoffeln,Wedges und die normalen Pommes kamen immer heiß und knusprig an, trotz Lieferung. Das Einzige, was uns nicht geschmeckt hat, waren die Salate. Die waren uns allesamt etwas zu süß. Gerne weiter so ✌️
