Opening times are not observed. They often close the shop at 9 p.m. There are also things on the menu that they don't even prepare - soups, for example, that they never prepare. The citizens were bought from Penny and I'm serious because when you buy ready-made burgers you know what they look like and that's exactly how they look and taste. In addition, the food is overpriced and doesn't taste good and the employees aren't nice either.

I recently had the pleasure of eating kebab at Grillhaus Istanbul and was thrilled with my experience. The kebab was simply delicious - juicy, spicy and perfectly prepared. The meat was of excellent quality and the taste was truly excellent. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients. The salad was crisp and the sauces were homemade and very tasty. The bread was also great - fresh and grilled just right. The portion was generous and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. The friendly staff prepared my order quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Overall, I can only warmly recommend Grillhaus Istanbul Döner. Here you can get one of the best kebabs in the city - fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. I will definitely come back!

The food was always good, but can you please communicate your opening times better? We're standing in front of your closed restaurant at 9:35 p.m., even though you're supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. We have now walked in the rain for nothing.

The kebab has a fair price. It tastes okay. You get a standard kebab for 5.50. The bread is homemade and good. Offer could be enhanced with a coat of paint.

I ordered here via Lieferando and delivery was estimated to take 120 minutes. (Travel time approx. 25 minutes). After almost 140 minutes I called them and was told that the food wasn't even prepared and that they would start in 15 to 20 minutes. So we would have had to wait at least another hour. Since I also left my number when ordering, they could have at least called to inform the customer that it would be later. With 3 children who are hungry after a day of hiking, this is absolutely useless. I then canceled the meal and would only give one star, preferably none but one is the minimum. Simply disappointing.

Super tasty kebab. The food at Grillhaus Istanbul tastes excellent and is super fresh. Price-wise, completely within the framework. The bread is homemade. It's been a long time since I've eaten such a good kebab, with very good toppings, and you have trouble eating it all at once. Super nice staff and everything else clean and tidy. Price performance for the portions are completely ok.

I ordered online and had to wait 50 minutes. Unfortunately the food was cold we had Baguette Hawaii. You could look for the pineapple, the baguettes were like rubber. We also had a salad, something I've never had before. The cheese on top was delicious, as was the sauce, but this salad only consisted of stalks and red cabbage. It's a shame we were looking forward to eating.

Sehr leckerer Döner (Kalb) und auch die Salate frisch und knackig.

Haben eben bestellt essen ist zwar lecker doch die Soße ist falsch hatte Döner und dönerteller bestellt karm beides mit Cocktail Soße anstatt wie angegeben mit Kräuter soße und das ist ziemlich schade ist leider nicht das erste mal, was ich halt garnicht verstehen nächstes kann er das Essen dann behalten, weil ich das haben will was ich bestellt habe. Behalte es jetzt nur weil ich hunger habe! Bitte darauf achten könnte ja sein das Allergie oder sonst etwas hätte man weiß ja nie! Ansonsten ist es gut :)

Ein Döner Imbiss + Pizza + Burger + Baguette. Nudeln und Aufläufe gibt es ebenso wie Salate. Was ich geholt und gegessen habe, war immer gut und reichlich.

Ich esse schon seit der Eröffnung vor einigen Jahren von dort. Seit dem kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Gute Zutaten, nette Geschäftsführer, die auch selber dort arbeiten. Zu den Grillgerichten kann ich nicht viel sagen, aber der Döner enttäuscht nie. Alles in einem kann ich den Dönerladen nur weiterempfehlen, egal ob zum Mitnehmen oder ob man im Restaurant isst.👍

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich war nun schon etliche Male im Grillhaus Istanbul und war wirklich immer zufrieden. Der Geschmack ist immer top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Das Lokal ist auch immer sauber. Es herrscht ein gemütliches Ambiente. 5 Sterne sind definitiv verdient.

Super Essen und auch heiß 👍leider klappt die Bestellungsaufnahme nicht so richtig da der die Bestellung auf nimmt wenig Deutsch spricht und der Lieferant 15 Minuten vor unserer Tür stand und nicht wußte vor er hin soll. Hat dann doch geklappt und das Essen war auch noch heiß. Da muss noch Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Dann ist es perfekt.

Leider wieder nur Hack vom Drehspieß, KEIN Döner. Netter Service, aber habe 15 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet, obwohl ich alleine war. Saucen sind alle Lecker. Das beste ist das die Fladenbrote selbst gemacht sind. SUPER

Im Grillhaus Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Zwei Kunden vor mir wurden gerade bedient und waren schnell fertig. Dann würde meine Bestellung aufgenommen. Bevor diese fertig gemacht wurde, wurde allerdings noch mehrere telefonische Bestellungen fertig gemacht. Wartezeit ohne Kommentar ca. 30 Minuten. Zuhause dann festgestellt, das beim Essen die Pommes fehlten. Einmal ausprobiert, muss ich aber nicht wieder haben.

Klar verdiente 5 sterne. Preislich top und super Qualität. Essen frisch und super lecker. Weiter so ✌️

1 Stern, da Laden sauber und freundliches Personal. Ich hatte einen Vegetarischen Döner mit Käse und der Käse war sauer ! Ich musste mich fast übergeben! Der Döner mit Hähnchen Fleisch hat meinem Mann geschmeckt, darum der 2te Stern. Wir hatten auch eine Pizza wo auch der Saure Käse drauf war, somit 2 Essen ungenießbar, ein absolutes NO GO... Pommes waren ok.

Ich war total positiv überrascht vom Döner, sehr lecker, alles frisch, und anscheinend selbst gemachtes Brot.

Hier gibt es wirklich sehr gute türkische Spezialitäten! Hier war ausnahmslos immer alles top frisch, wenn wir unser Essen abgeholt haben. Das Brot für die Dönertaschen kommt aus dem eigenen Ofen, genau wie die Pide und die Pizza. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Laden wirkt gepflegt. Wirklich sehr lecker! Volle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nachtrag 23.02.22: Auch im besten Laden geht Mal etwas daneben. Die Pommes wurden beim letzten Mal vergessen. Heute gab es anstandslos den Ersatz und eine Entschuldigung. Qualität unverändert sehr gut, bleibt bei klaren 5⭐! Immer wieder gerne! 😊

Eine sehr nette Betreiberin und Betreiber und Sauberkeit treten uns entgegen. Wir haben ja schon so einige Döner verspeist, aber dieser Döner überbietet bei weitem alle anderen. Hier gibt es selbstgemachtes Brot und frische Salate und Soßen sowie mega viel Fleisch im Döner. Dieser Döner ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Ich, bzw wir können das Grillhaus Istanbul mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein. Guten Appetit.
