Grillart Street Greek in Hannover

Wir waren sehr überrascht vom Grillart Street Greek. Unsere Truppe war sehr hungrig und wir erwarteten einen Imbiss mit Speisen zur Mitnahme. Dementsprechend waren wir überrascht, dass man auch sitzen und vor Ort essen kann. Der Gastbereich ist klein und gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Essen wird am Tresen bestellt und wenn es fertig ist, holt man es ab. Wir hatten mehrere Gerichte (siehe Fotos) - alle waren von sehr guter Qualität und super lecker. Dazu gab's ein paar kalte Mythos Bierchen. Was will man mehr? Die beiden Herren am Tresen waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Die Preise sind in Ordnung und für die gebotene Leistung top. Eine Person Essen+Getränke ca. 25,- Euro - satt und zufrieden. Sollte es uns in der Zukunft wieder nach Hannover verschlagen, werden wir definitiv wieder kommen 😀

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann den Laden definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben am späten Nachmittag Online nach einem Gyros Snack gesucht und sind den vielen guten Bewertungen hierher gefolgt. Gyros Pita und der Gyros Teller waren sehr gut! Der Service zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Klare Empfehlung!

Diesen bestimmten Geschmack, habe ich vermisst. Kaum einer bietet vernünftiges Pita Brot an. Bei mir gab es die, Protein Pita. Im gesamten, sehr gelungen und sehr lecker. Wiederholung, zu 120%. Danke

Ich kann einen Besuch nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker, das Fleisch ist nicht zu fettig sondern genau richtig, wirklich hervorragend. Man wird freundlichst begrüßt, außerdem sehr kinderfreundlich. Vielen Dank.

Top freundliche Mitarbeiter dort und das beste Gyros, welches ich bisher in Hannover gegessen habe. Richtig lecker vom Spieß so wie es sich gehört und nicht so ein geschnetzelter Kram wie bei manchen anderen Restaurants. Ich brauche schon immer ein wenig mehr um satt zu werden, aber für 13.90€ der Dönerteller ist sein Geld wirklich Wert. Danke und bis nächstes mal.

Ich war gerade dort und hatte den kleinen Gyros Pita für 6.90. Für mich persönlich, der Hammer wie in Griechenland. Das Gyros sehr geil gewürzt, Tzatziki auf den Punkt und die hausgemachte Pommes einfach perfekt. Danke komme wieder. Wir waren wieder da! Immer wieder sehr gut. Ich war heute mit meinen Bruder hier essen. Absolut nette Besitzer und köstliches Gyros ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann den Laden definitiv empfehlen.

War heute auf Empfehlung von Holle- youtube- zum ersten Mal im Greek Art. Habe eine große Gyros Pita mit Schweinefleisch bestellt. Das Gyros war herausragend, das letzte Mal, dass ich solch eine gute Gyros Pita gegessen habe muss 1984 gewesen sein 👍Der Inhaber ist super nett und das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr gemütlich, für mich gab es nichts, aber auch wirklich gar nichts zu beanstanden. Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 🙃

Wir haben lange einen guten Griechen in Hannover gesucht und sind fündig geworden. Authentisch wie in Griechenland und sehr lecker. Die „Pita“ Original, so wie sie sein muss(Es gab zwei Größen zur Auswahl, Standard und Groß). Der Teller großzügig belegt und die Pommes knackig. Das Gyros ist „on Point“ die Würzung sehr lecker, egal ob Schwein oder Hähnchen. Von außen wirkt der Laden kleiner als gedacht. Es gibt drinne jede Menge Sitzplätze. Lieben Dank an den Besitzer für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und super Service. Klare weiter Empfehlung. Nächster Besuch wird das Bifteki mit Schafskäsefüllung probiert :)

Wir waren im Grillart Street Greek, nachdem wir vorher ein YouTube-Video gesehen hatten und es unbedingt selbst ausprobieren wollten 👀 Mein Freund ist Grieche und meinte schon vorher, dass man dort essen kann wie im Urlaub – und er hatte wirklich recht 🇬🇷 Es hat einfach original geschmeckt wie in Griechenland. Es gibt richtig viel Auswahl und man merkt sofort, dass vieles selbst gemacht ist 🤍 Kein typisches „alles fertig“, sondern einfach richtig gutes Essen. Ich bin jetzt komplett satt gefuttert 😅 und einfach sehr glücklich 🫶 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder ✨

Mitten im Fasten sind wir extra losgezogen, um zwei Kartoffelpasteten zu holen. Wir haben die größten genommen – 21 cm Durchmesser! Und dafür haben wir 18 € bezahlt! 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Wenn man da normal essen will, muss man ja fast eine Niere verkaufen. Unfassbar! Das ist doch Diebstahl! Wir haben zwei Pasteten nur mit Kartoffeln bestellt, ohne Fleisch. Dafür haben sie 18 € verlangt. Wenn euch euer Geld wichtig ist, geht bloß nicht in diesen Laden! Die wollen nur euren Geldbeutel leer haben.

So richtig lecker 😋, dafür fährt man gerne 30 Kilometer. Die Auswahl ist bescheiden aber dafür wird das Hauptwerk auf die Qualität und den hervorragenden Geschmack gebracht. Wir kommen wieder, jeder der auf griechische Küche wie von früher steht, wird hier fündig.

Waren durch Tiktok aufmerksam geworden und wollten eine ordentliche originale Pita haben. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, lecker und Top in Preis-Leistung. Innen ist ein originelle Einrichtung, die man nicht unbedingt bei einem Griechen erwartet. Wir waren begeistert und können unterstreichen, das diese Pita eine der leckeren Top 10 ist. Wir kommen wieder 💪

Pita mit Hänchen war Mega lecker

Unscheinbare Perle. Authentisch griechische Küche. Für die Mittagspause ein Hochgenuss. Wenn du was erleben willst, gehe dort vorbei!

Das essen ist wirklich sehr gut, sind am nächsten tag direkt nochmal hin. Das bifteky und Hänchenfleisch war richtig saftig mit einem geilen Grill Aroma. Die Pommes auch sehr gut gewürzt. Wenn ich dran denke will ich direkt wieder hin. Zudem war das Personal super freundlich.

Heute zum ersten Mal hier gewesen. Es ist in Hannover und Umgebung das beste Gyros was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Gut gewürzt, genau auf den Punkt gegrillt und es schmeckt alles super frisch. Das Pitabrot und die Pommes schmecken ebenfalls mega lecker. Der Betreiber ist sehr sehr nett und man fühlt sich gleich Willkommen. Auch wenn es für uns etwas weiter weg ist, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😀

Super Essen und gemütlicher Laden

So lecker haben meine Frau und ich noch nie zuvor griechisch gegessen! Der Wirt ist zudem noch supernett, die Empfehlung von unserem Sohn war Gold wert:) Wir kommen aus dem Landkreis Celle und würden den Weg wieder auf uns nehmen!!!

We stumbled upon this place quite by chance while looking for something to eat on the go – and were pleasantly surprised! The snack bar is exceptionally clean, which is immediately noticeable, and the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the portion sizes. Anyone looking for an authentic gyro pita – without any coleslaw, but with classic fries in bread – will definitely find it here. Just like you'd expect from Greece! All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place!

Best Greek snack with best price!

My favorite Greek restaurant in Linden since it opened! Everything is extremely fresh and made with passion. The service is also top-notch: you feel right at home. Definitely worth a visit – I recommend the souvlaki or the bifteki!

Good fries, good gyro. Tzatziki and coleslaw were okay. I had a gyro plate with a drink for €18. A bit pricey, and the portion was rather small for a snack. You don't need to go back. If you're in the mood for gyro, it's definitely okay.

Rip-off. 14 euros for a children's plate (according to the notice, we ordered a gyro plate), including stomach cramps. Pitas are getting smaller every year, and the dishes are getting more expensive. If I want to pay higher prices at a Greek restaurant, I'll go to Meteora or Eliniko, not to a better snack bar. Really good taste or not, this was the last time I was here.

After 7 years in Germany I finally found the best and most authentic Greek Souvlaki and Gyros !!! They have done a great job here of keeping the quality of the food at the highest level, home made gyros and souvlakia, salads, tzatziki, everything! Wow Brilliant and tasty Greek food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Generous portion of gyros. Meat is tender and full of juices. Will definitely be coming back again in the near future as the food tastes just like it does in Greece.

What can I say? I'm not one for exaggerations. I was there today (July 7, 2025) with my wife and had the best baked gyro I've ever eaten. Grilled feta for starters – incredibly delicious. My wife also really enjoyed her gyro plate. Thank you!!! A small, fine, and cozy place with soul. Very nice and friendly owner and staff. Clean restrooms, which are important. I found this place through a YouTube video and am really happy to have found it. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back! :)

Went there for the first time today. The ambience is really chic for a grill. The owner is very friendly and customer oriented. The pita was really tasty, the meat was well seasoned and the fries were crispy. The coleslaw was fresh and not too sour. The amount of side dishes could have been a little more generous, but otherwise everything was great. Fairly priced, we'll be happy to come back.

Very tasty gyros skewer, vegetables always very fresh. Feta cream very tasty. Tzaziki also very tasty, not too garlicky. Side dishes are also very well seasoned. Definitely worth recommending if you want to get good and honest Greek food. There are few parking spaces available. It's best to park opposite at Fahrrad Stadler or something like that.

Simply great! Today I was invited by a friend who has often ordered and eaten there. He and his wife had already said a lot of good things about the restaurant in advance, so I was very excited! Far from it, in the back there are two very well-kept and inviting rooms with living room character! The warmth that I experienced during my numerous stays in Greece is natural and not artificial, you almost feel at home! But now to the food: It is of course a “simple” cuisine, the kind I have come to appreciate and often miss. And everything was completely right! The quality, the price-performance ratio, the not too long waiting time, the responsiveness to special requests! Food – quality that you can taste ✔ Perfectly grilled meat – juicy, aromatic and cooked to perfection. ✔ Soft, aromatic pita - fresh, fluffy and refined with fine herbs and olive oil. ✔ Delicious starters – creamy tzatziki, spicy feta cheese from the oven, plus fresh vegetables and aromatic dips. ✔ Large portions & fair prices – an excellent price-performance ratio that is convincing. We were particularly impressed by the flexibility: Although there are specified dishes, the motto here is clearly: Everything can, nothing has to! Wishes are gladly taken into account and the creative design of the dishes leaves nothing to be desired. A small wish for next time: A sheep's cheese filling for the bifteki would have been the icing on the cake! And a homemade, hot sauce instead of Tabasco would round off the taste experience perfectly. Super tasty, authentic Greek dishes. We had a pita bifteki, suflaki and a gyro plate. All dishes were of the best quality, grilled to perfection and incredibly tasty. All dishes are prepared in front of the customer. The gyro skewer is inserted on site. The boss is very open and you can tell how much he stands behind his products. This restaurant is an absolute recommendation!

Nope Everything prepared by hand by hand. And prepared with a lot of love and knowledge. Today I had a gyro plate with just fries and tzatziki. I couldn't help the way the thing smiled at me. Simply great! Service very friendly, atmosphere inviting and the pita incredibly tasty! Good ratio between bread, gyros, fries and tzatziki... well seasoned, very juicy and yet not dripping (with fat) as is often the case elsewhere. We have nothing to criticize ;) It was a pleasure. During a visit to a friend, I had the opportunity to discover a gyros restaurant. The quality of the meat, the crispiness of the fries, and the fluffiness of the pita were all outstanding. All the dishes were perfectly seasoned and accompanied by a delicious tzatziki sauce. The food was authentic, and the relaxed atmosphere enhanced the experience.
