GOURMET GRILL in Laufenburg (Baden)

Meat quality is poor and cheap, unfortunately like all kebab shops in Laufenburg.

I ate there, the food was very poor quality and the staff were also very disrespectful and the staff argued with me because I wanted to pay with cards. I was told that there is only cash payment here, but that is very complicated, they didn't write that on the door. Cash payment only, I don't recommend eating there at all.

We have eaten there many times and have always been satisfied, but today it was really bad, the kebab meat was dry and cold, the fries were not fresh and there was a beetle in the salad, the service was unfriendly. We were there for the last time.

I ate 2 kebabs there today, my first and the last. The salad was brown, the meat came from a warming container and the kebab was dry and didn't taste like anything. It's a shame, 8.50 euros isn't cheap.

Very dirty starts with the salad bar from the kebab and extends throughout the entire store. You pay the full price for a kebab and just because you look German you don't even get freshly cut chicken meat, but rather moldy chicken from a can. Which is probably still moldy from the day before. I ate there 4 times and never again! In between orders were prepared incorrectly and the price/performance ratio was just not right.

Nice place, friendly, clean and although it is crowded, the staff is very good and fast 👍🏼

Doesn't live up to the name gourmet! Salad comes with yogurt sauce from the kebab?! And I specifically asked for Italian dressing. I was even promised. Kebab cut in half and sauce ready straight out of the tube and not even fine. Pizza is a cheap cheese mixture that tastes like cheesecake and is way too salty. A pity..

Worst kebab of my life! Bought two kebabs and a yufka today for €22.50. The meat was taken from a warming container instead of from the fresh spit. There was a hint of vegetables on it, 95% meat. I put the bag on the passenger seat, now I need professional cleaning because the leather is completely full of grease. The meal was a very special treat if you like having your whole mouth & hands full of fat... 90% of the food went in the trash because it was inedible!!! IT'S BEST NOT TO BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

Update September 11, 2021: still messy and long waiting times. It was forgotten again, unfortunately I had already paid. After waiting for over 10 minutes after ordering, we received our Dürums after asking. Unfortunately the dough was very soggy and everything was cold. We weren't even said goodbye. Very impolite. Original post: I waited 15 minutes without being served. The work surface was messy, the salads and sauces were all mixed up. Then I left without ordering.

War heute mal wieder beim Gourmet in Laufenburg an den Einkaufsläden. Was mir gar nicht gepasst hat, das die Preise seit mittlerweile 3 Jahren nicht mehr angeschrieben sind. Nun zum Essen. Mittlerweile haben die das schnelle nun für sich entdeckt. Sie haben jetzt auch einen Zwischenwarmhalter. Die Folge das Fleisch kommt maximal lauwarm aus der Zwischenablage. Das heißt hier bekommt den Döner nicht mehr direkt vom Grill, sonder das Fleisch zaubert der nun aus der Warmhalteschale…..- wenn die das so machen, können Sie gerne machen, aber ohne mich! War jetzt 20 lang Jahre Kunde …. Mein Gourmet Yufka war heute kalt - definitiv das letzte mal das ich da war

Pizza was a CATASTROPHE, it was for sure a frozen pizza that just got in the oven and was served, it tasted like water and tastes awfull, im very dissapointed in this, the Dürüm was good, it was big and tasted better than pizza for sure, there was enough meat and i got full thanks to that. I will for sure never come back here. I dont suggest it to anyone either..

The service was very friendly today, but the food was inedible. My mother and I had a kebab box. The pomfrit was totally oily and rotten. The meat was also very fatty. I immediately had stomach problems afterwards.

Wow was there today on February 27th at around 2:00 p.m. and ordered extras and only received a pepperoni in the kebab, but I should still avoid more than this extra.

I've been a regular customer for years. Great food great ambience. Doner meat is different from any other I have tasted in the area. Simply delicious.

Food great, staff friendly. Toilet facility SHOCKING. The flush in the women's toilet was broken and I was directed to the men's toilet. Because I really had to, I had no choice, a really disgusting experience 😳🤮 the cola bottle filled with water topped it all off 😑😑

It was a very good kebab, the best bread with sesame and black cumin and even red cabbage in the kebab itself. We enjoyed it very much.

Bei der Zubereitung hat der Koch die Hände am schwitzigen T-Shirt abgestreift, den anderen verschwitzten Mitarbeiter mit der Salatzange angestupst und trug keine Handschuhe. Mir hat das den Appetit verdorben. Habe trotzdem bezahlt aber den Döner habe ich nicht essen können. Tat mir echt weh, das Essen wegwerfen zu müssen… das Ambiente ist gut, es gibt an den Tafeln für die Speisen leider keine Preise. Bei der Bestellung musste ich mich zudem mehrmals wiederholen, bis mein „Wunschgericht“ zubereitet wurde. Es hätte lecker sein können, wenn man etwas auf die Hygiene achten würde. Ich verstehe es, dass es heiß ist und dass man ins Schwitzen kommen kann bei dieser Arbeit aber dann sollte man etwas darauf achten, dass man der Kundschaft das nicht (egal ob gewollt oder ungewollt) mit ins Essen befördert.

Essen immer frisch zubereitet Service schnell und von Herzen freundlich:-)was heut zutage leider selten ist ....kann es nicht verstehen das hier einige das Geschäft so schlecht machen ... sehr traurig 😢

Es ist und bleibt mein Lieblingsort um Döner zu essen. Es schmeckt sehr gut das Personal ist stets freundlich und die Umgebung ist schön. Kann es nur empfehlen

Klarerweise keine rustikale italienische Pizzeria, aber ganz in Ordnung, nettes Personal, ohne viel zu komplizieren wird man hier bedient, gutes Bier, Pizza ganz in Ordnung.

Sehr guter Türkischer Imbiss. Es gibt auch Pizza. Entweder zum abholen oder direkt am Imbiss essen. PS: Während der Corona Pandemie, ist nur abholen erlaubt.

Super lokation. Klasse essen und der Besitzer sowie die Angestellten sind super ! Der Preis dürfte jedoch den kleinen Portionen angepasst werden .

Lange Wartezeiten, Gebäck teilweise nicht knusprig oder zu fettig. Trotzdem Sterne da es bei vorgängigen Besuchen auch besser war und das Personal meist freundlich ist.
